Very friendly staff, even if you're just stopping for drinks. The food was plentiful and very tasty. We sat outside, but the smell of cigarettes when using the restroom was annoying.

The food is wonderful, the food is exquisite, the chef is the best and the waitresses are very friendly and helpful, it is my favorite restaurant.😍

Waited almost 2 hours for such crap. The salad and rice were OK, but the gyro was inedible. Never again.

I highly recommend this restaurant. The tzatziki is delicious. The fries 🍟 would make even the Dutch and Belgians jealous, they're so delicious. And the meat, gyros, souvlaki, etc., are cooked to perfection and absolutely delicious. We'll be back, I promise.

Finally, after a long time, I had a really good piece of beef again, a rump steak... Perfect, beautifully red, and no tendons, simply delicious. My teeth were happy!!! It was pleasantly busy, and the ladies were very helpful and friendly, coming and going. We had left our dogs in the car, and because it was really hot, my husband went to the dogs, and I asked for the bill. Yes, that took, and took, and took quite a while... Apparently, another couple thought so too; they had also asked for two beers and the bill. Okay, it took a long time... but that's no reason not to wait for the beer and rush out. Shame!!!

On a normal Monday evening... It was very crowded, but luckily we managed to get a spot outside. Despite the booth being full, the food was timed just right and very tasty. (I recommend the bean salad as a side salad.) The staff (as we learned from our conversation) weren't prepared for the crowds and were incredibly friendly and accommodating from start to finish! I'd be happy to go back.

We came back here after a long time. The food was excellent. The staff was also very friendly. We will be coming here more often from now on and can only recommend it.

Our absolute favorite restaurant! A fantastic selection of delicious dishes and fast, attentive, and courteous service. Large portions and delicious food. It never takes long, and the team always makes a real effort. The prices are also more than fair. We've been here several times and have been absolutely satisfied every time. A definite recommendation!

THE GRILLED PLATE. SANCTUARY OF MEN. KING DISCIPLINE AND PEAK OF THE EVOLUTION OF MALE ORDERING. If a man orders the grilled plate at a Greek restaurant and only goes home full because his girlfriend's gyro was too dry, then something has definitely gone wrong. In short, the quality of the food is OK. The quantity (if the girlfriend isn't hungry) is OK. But the process is a disaster. After an hour of waiting, a candle that's now completely burned out, several empty tables, and a flurry of waitresses wandering around aimlessly, I'm still sitting here and I'm hungry. I'm also thirsty because no one asks for a new drink. There's no question of overcrowding because, despite plenty of free seats, customers are turned away. "Zur Bahnplattform" would be a fitting name because I feel like I'm on a siding.

We ate here with 10 people for a birthday celebration over the weekend. They promised beforehand that the table would be nicely decorated for the birthday, but unfortunately, it was just the same as all the other tables. Which is fine, but then you shouldn't make a big announcement. The waiter asked if they wanted appetizers. When everyone said no, they just said "Thank God" and asked who wanted a drink. When the ordered food was brought to the table, one person didn't get any food and had to wait until the forgotten food was brought later. It's sad for a restaurant like this that already has problems with 10 people. But then the highlight came: the bill was paid and everyone left. On the way home, we took another look and realized that we had been charged for 11 portions of food. It was as if the forgotten food was simply added to the bill! We then returned, and after a brief discussion, we got our money back for the overcharged meal. With the words "How are we supposed to account for this?" I can only recommend that everyone who eats here write down exactly what they received or didn't receive. Check the bill carefully, even if it takes longer to pay. We won't be eating here again anytime soon!

It was absolutely delicious; the bifteki with extra hollandaise sauce was a must-try. (Awesome) Ouzo before and after the meal was on the house. Perfect, we'd love to come back.

We were there on a Monday. I haven't had such excellent Greek food in a long time! Absolutely excellent value for money.

There is plenty of parking available. The staff is very friendly and helpful and always strives to make guests feel welcome. The food is delicious, and the steaks are cooked to perfection. So, I would give it 10 stars if I could.

The calamari was very tasty and soft as butter! I haven't had such good ones in a long time! The price-performance ratio was pleasingly good and even though the service was initially alone, the order came quickly! Gladly again !

Due to time constraints, I usually pick up my food. The food is ready on time and well packaged. Today we had liver with onions, mushrooms and rice. The quantity (and I was very hungry) was absolutely sufficient. The slices were fresh and the rest were very well seasoned. Price/performance fits. The staff is very accommodating. Maybe the entrance area could use a broom and the mess at the counter could use a different organization.

Our last visit was even worse than the one before last. And that was already really bad. We waited an hour for our starter to arrive. In the meantime, several tables that had ordered after us received their food. Our food arrived just as the others were finished. My steak was the worst I've ever had there. My wife's meal wasn't what she ordered. The food was brought to the table almost cold. The steak was laced with tendons, and the fries were old and reheated.

I have no idea why this place has such good reviews. Of course I would also like to justify my decision: 1. Unfortunately there is no tzatziki with the gyros. I also didn't get any mayo with the fries. Of course I would have liked to order more, but unfortunately our waitress didn't ask us if everything was right until we had already finished eating. 2. We didn't get enough. For me an absolute no go at a Greek restaurant. 3. Since the front door is broken, our place was extremely drafty. 4. Our waitress just seemed annoyed from the start. A feel-good atmosphere was not created. 5. The meat was unfortunately very dry, but quite well seasoned. 6. The telephone was so loud that you were constantly annoyed by the ringing. No, I'm not usually one to complain too much, but all of this together (especially point 2) didn't make our visit a pleasant experience. For me it was the first and last visit to the Kreta restaurant.

Steak English absolutely delicious

So far, I've always had very good food and enjoyed good service. Can't say anything negative.

There were 15 people in the restaurant and the food was okay. The gyros included a (really very) small starter salad with white cabbage salad, beans and tzatziki. The main course came with gyros without tzatziki (never experienced that before... For a small extra portion of tzatziki they would charge 6.20, completely cheeky.

Despite reservations, 6 of us were crammed into a table for 4 in the corner behind the door. The waitress complained loudly about other guests at the counter during the stay. This overall situation spoiled what was actually a pleasant evening. In addition, the pork fillet was thin and tough and had to be replaced. The schnitzel and fried potatoes were carelessly drowned in hollondaise with canned mushrooms (it wasn't on the menu/my daughter hates mushrooms). Food went back. When billing, we were then charged for any extras that had not been agreed upon when returning the food. Unfortunately, a quick nightcap to play darts in the bistro wasn't possible due to the heavy smoking scene.

I like being there, I also like it and the service is very friendly 👍🏻

The best gyros I know. On the menu only with rice. If you want fries and tzatziki with it, you have to order it separately. Nice staff that tries to fulfill your wishes. There is also a beer garden behind the restaurant. There are plenty of parking spaces in the yard. We'd love to come back.

Very friendly service, large beer garden. Vegetables don't actually have to be breaded. The food is geared towards quick turnaround and decent portions of meat. Which means that the main course was already on the table when the starter had not yet been eaten.

After a long day of driving, we were looking forward to a good Greek dinner. The first table assigned was already unsuitable because there was too little space. The very young waitress spoke so little and so quietly that you couldn't understand anything. Drinks were handed over almost without a word. One of the three meals we ordered came with the wrong side dish. The colleague's friendly remark was acknowledged with a roll of her eyes, then she disappeared. When I asked at the counter a few minutes later, I was told several times that she had said the baked potato would be brought straight away. (3 people at the table had not heard anything.) The gyros with fried potatoes were brought without any sauce. You can order tzatziki with it, otherwise the small portion should be served on the salad plate that was brought in advance. If at least the food had been convincing, this rating would have been better. But you can't score points with gristly dry gyros, almost raw vegetables on the grill skewer, strange particles in the salad and cheap hollandaise sauce on bland chicken, especially not when it comes to the prices. "But you got your food" topped the highly professional behavior of the waitress when I said that we weren't satisfied and she wanted to start a discussion with me. Conclusion for us: once and never again.

A Greek that has been around for ages. You get everything your heart desires. Grill plates in different variations. Pepperoni and olives as a starter with fresh bread are recommended. Otherwise very inexpensive. The staff is friendly and everything goes quickly even when the store is full.

We ordered today and the food wasn't what it used to be. The mushrooms weren't really good and the steak was very tough. Price performance ratio was not very good it was very expensive for such small portions.

We spontaneously went here for dinner with two families. The food tasted good, but the service staff seemed pretty annoyed. We sat outside with the children and then we put two tables together so we could sit together. And she didn't seem to like that. That's probably why there was no ouzo. ;) In any case, you should go to another restaurant with children.

We've eaten there several times. We were always satisfied until the summer of 2023. We were there again in 2024 but unfortunately we will no longer visit the restaurant because the quality of the dishes has deteriorated significantly. Fries were warmed up and had lots of eyes on them, but the meat was unfortunately cold and we had to season everything. The specially ordered sauce was also cold and looked very diluted. There are broken and very outdated chairs, flower pots, etc. in the beer garden and around the restaurant. Everything was very careless and unkempt. Too bad.

I fell on the stairs while leaving the restaurant on January 6th because there was a rubber mat in front of the last step that was icy. The owner was just worried that he wouldn't be able to close his restaurant. I was lying in front of the door with a broken ankle and could hardly stand it because of the pain. To this day I still haven't recovered from the fall and all because the staff wanted to get off work quickly. The operators have not fulfilled their traffic safety obligations. If it had any chance of success I would have sued them. Because there was an accident at the same place a month before. The guest broke his shoulder. To this day no one has asked how I am doing... They'll never see me again...

A very cozy restaurant. Service very friendly. Breaded chicken schnitzel with rice, fries, tzatziki and salad. The schnitzel is super tender and crispy, the rice is delicious and juicy, the tzatziki is nice and creamy and the salad is very well marinated. The best coleslaw we've ever had (cut nice and thin). We'd love to come back soon :)
