We had a very nice three-course dinner here. The food was delicious and very attractively presented, the atmosphere was pleasant and not too noisy, and the service was attentive and friendly.

Fine dining with a lovely selection of dishes on the menu. The service and the rest of the staff are admirably attentive and overall sensational. The seating is very comfortable. However, the room feels a bit chilly, perhaps due to the height.

A hefty price (€28.90) for a Viennese veal schnitzel that had clearly been cooked in a convection oven… It was suspicious how quickly the schnitzel (two pieces) arrived… My expectations for this price: freshly fried in clarified butter and then served crispy and golden yellow. What arrived was a rather greasy, dark gray, slightly chewy piece of meat in a moist, dark breading. The highlight was the lemon, conveniently wrapped in a little bag. The warmed potato salad was okay, even if the onions seemed to have been pureed. The small side salad I ordered separately came from a packet mix with a typical local yogurt dressing. Well, at least the bread served beforehand was crusty and very fresh; the two spreads, which were chilled to the bone, were only partially spreadable. Conclusion: unfortunately, a bit too much of a "convenience" product and not worth the money.

The restaurant's menu sounded really great, which is why we, as hotel guests, decided to visit. Unfortunately, as vegetarians/vegans, you have very little choice; there was only one vegetarian main course. This was noodles with stir-fried vegetables and "samosas" – the portion was small, the taste bland, and the fried pastries, which were called samosas here but bore little resemblance to the original, were saturated with grease and sloppy. When I asked if something else vegetarian could be prepared, I was offered a "large salad plate." What arrived was a not-so-large plate with a green salad and huge chunks of tomatoes, cucumbers, and bell peppers, so nothing spectacular and the kind of salad you could get at any kebab shop (except that they usually even offer onions, olives, or feta cheese, unfortunately not here). The whole thing cost €14.90 – an absolute outrage for something that would have been worth €9 at the most! Apart from that, despite the friendly service, we somehow didn't feel comfortable in the rooms. It's a shame.
