You don’t feel welcomed as a guest; instead, you feel like just a customer expected only to eat and pay. It wasn’t possible to sit wherever I wanted, even though the restaurant was empty except for one other customer. I was traveling and asked to charge my device. There were about seven employees working in the restaurant for hours, and surely there was a charger available. However, it seemed that the person in charge didn’t want me to stay longer just to charge my device, despite my urgent need for it. In the end, I wished they had said something customary at the end of a visit, like in Syrian restaurants—expressions such as "Sharaft" (you've honored us), "Sahtein w hana" (bon appétit), etc. But instead, they met us with frowns, as if we were supposed to pay a fine. As for the food, it looked good but had an average taste, lacking flavor. The shawarma couldn't have been grilled over charcoal as their advertisement claimed. If there was one good point, it would be cleanliness. Ultimately, I won’t repeat this experience at this place.

The experience was very, very, very bad. I left and I didn't enjoy the food at all. They served me a very small, hard, and crunchy kebab. I told them about it, but they didn't care about the customer at all. The experience was really, really, really bad. I was angry and didn't get over the food. They served me a nice, cold, and very hot kebab. I liked what I said, but they didn't overdo it.

Unfortunately, even after almost an hour, the hectic and unpleasantly loud screaming staff didn't care that we (2 people) had already been waiting for our food for almost an hour. When we asked several times, we were always put off by saying that the food would arrive soon. By all accounts we would have waited another hour as our order was still not in progress. We got up and left without food.

The food here is really good—nothing disappoints! However, the service can be a bit slow due to the crowd and the waiters are a bit rude

Sheesh Tawook and the charcoal grilled chicken were delicious. Unfortunately, the shawarma wasn't to my taste because the shawarma spices were totally missing. It just tasted like a meat wrap with vegetables. But in general it wasn't that bad and the service was very nice and helpful.

The beginnings of Karam Restaurant were excellent in terms of delicious food and good treatment, but due to pressure and space constraints, the quality declined slightly, but the treatment is still good. I wish them success and success.

The place is good and big and can accommodate a lot of people but unfortunately the prices are very very high. A meal for two people costs around fifty euros.

Am Anfang war das Essen wunderbar, mit der Zeit hat es sich leider sehr verschlechtert. Die Service-Mitarbeiter sind größtenteils sehr nett. Die Musik ist so laut, als ob man in einer Diskothek ist und nicht in einem Restaurant.

Wir sind hier zufällig zum Mittagessen gelandet, das Restaurant ist leider nicht so sichtbar wegen Baustelle vorne . Daß Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend, super leckeres Essen und sogar große Portionen.

Ich kann die schlechten Bewertungen 0 nachvollziehen. Das essen war sooo lecker, bestes shawarma in München aufjedenfall. Die Kellner waren alle so gut gelaunt und hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich sehr gut aufgehoben als Kunde und ich werd aufjedenfall bald wieder kommen 😍🫶🏻

Food quality was quite good. As per Munich city, cost is also align with food quantity and quality. You can get roti (chapati) with every dish which will be enough to fix your any level of hunger.

Sehr gemütliches Restaurant mit sehr gutem arabisch, syrischem Essen was hier in München eher "neu" und sehr original ist. Die Bedienungen sind super freundlich und sehr schnell. Vom Publikum sehr gemischt, auch viele Einheimische darunter. Die Preise sind sehr fair und nicht teuer.

Our experience was great- 5star too if the service was slightly improved. Their menu is quite interesting with Authentic middle Eastern cuisine. Their portions are generous and flavours fantastic. We went for the mixed shawarma teller and the hänchen (chicken) shawarma tell with rice. The marination on the meat- so tasty, the rice so flavourful and the garlic sauce- delicious. Their prices are also very reasonable for the quantity they give. I think they might be cheaper than other similar restaurants in the area. The service could be improved. When we arrived we were seated without any issue but it took a long time to get the waiter's attention and the menu. It seemed a little chaotic and quite a few tables were getting impatient.

Bin dorthin für Mittagessen gegangen und hatte ein gute Erfahrung. Ich hab den Falafelteller bestellt. Kam mit 6 Stücke Falafel, Hummus und Salat. Ich war am Ende satt und zufrieden. Empfehlung wenn man in der Nähe ist.
