We had a very disappointing experience during our recent visit. We waited for 45 minutes for our food, which is already excessive, but the main issue was how poorly our table was served. One of our friends received his food first and he had already finished his entire meal while the rest of us were still waiting. After that, we had to wait another 10 minutes before the remaining orders were finally served. This kind of service is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of coordination in the kitchen or with the servers. Serving a table in such a disorganized way, where one person eats alone and others are left waiting that long, is not how a restaurant should operate. It ruined the experience for us. I hope management takes this seriously and works on improving both the service speed and how orders are handled for a group.

Literally the worst grilled chicken ever! It has no taste and the service is very unprofessional. When we complained the staff didn't even care or say sorry they said the place is busy which wasn't even true!!

We certainly won't be back and can only strongly advise against it.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this restaurant. This kind of treatment of guests is unacceptable to me.

It wasn’t possible to sit wherever I wanted, even though the restaurant was empty except for one other customer. I was traveling and asked to charge my device. There were about seven employees working in the restaurant for hours, and surely there was a charger available. However, it seemed that the person in charge didn’t want me to stay longer just to charge my device, despite my urgent need for it. In the end, I wished they had said something customary at the end of a visit, like in Syrian restaurants—expressions such as "Sharaft" (you've honored us), "Sahtein w hana" (bon appétit), etc. But instead, they met us with frowns, as if we were supposed to pay a fine. As for the food, it looked good but had an average taste, lacking flavor. The shawarma couldn't have been grilled over charcoal as their advertisement claimed. If there was one good point, it would be cleanliness. Ultimately, I won’t repeat this experience at this place.

Sehr gemütliches Restaurant mit sehr gutem arabisch, syrischem Essen was hier in München eher "neu" und sehr original ist. Die Bedienungen sind super freundlich und sehr schnell. Vom Publikum sehr gemischt, auch viele Einheimische darunter. Die Preise sind sehr fair und nicht teuer.

Our experience was great- 5star too if the service was slightly improved. Their menu is quite interesting with Authentic middle Eastern cuisine. Their portions are generous and flavours fantastic. We went for the mixed shawarma teller and the hänchen (chicken) shawarma tell with rice. The marination on the meat- so tasty, the rice so flavourful and the garlic sauce- delicious. Their prices are also very reasonable for the quantity they give. I think they might be cheaper than other similar restaurants in the area. The service could be improved. When we arrived we were seated without any issue but it took a long time to get the waiter's attention and the menu. It seemed a little chaotic and quite a few tables were getting impatient.

Bin dorthin für Mittagessen gegangen und hatte ein gute Erfahrung. Ich hab den Falafelteller bestellt. Kam mit 6 Stücke Falafel, Hummus und Salat. Ich war am Ende satt und zufrieden. Empfehlung wenn man in der Nähe ist.
