A large number of guests were all very well looked after; nothing was lacking. The staff was prompt, attentive, and friendly. Despite the busy schedule, the staff kept everything under control. The food arrived quickly and was plentiful. Many people who had finished their meal were able to take the leftovers home with them. There was a generous salad buffet for most guests. You can also order salad at the table. I think this is a family business in good hands.

Let's start with the service. The service was constantly changing. Drinks were ordered, another waiter brought them, and a third took the order. Customers who arrived after us had their food before us. For a second drink, we had to ask if we could have something else. The drinks waiter came again and brought the next drinks. Finally, the food arrived. My gratinated steak was so hard that it took a long time with a knife to cut it into bite-sized pieces. The cheese was only on the first piece, so the pieces underneath were without cheese. Furthermore, the Metaxa sauce was not at all tasty. The food was not seasoned, the fries were okay, and you had to search for the portion of rice that came with it on the plate. My husband had gyros that consisted mainly of fat, and the susuki, which was made of light, almost white ground meat. This meal was also tasteless; in fact, it was disgusting, with these extreme pieces of fat in your mouth. Nor was it mentioned that there is a salad bar where you can choose your own side dish. We only discovered this in the reviews after our visit. The crowning glory was the free drink. My drink was full of white specks, so I wouldn't have dared to drink it. My husband's schnapps didn't have any specks, so I assume something fell into it or it was a dirty glass. They also didn't ask if the food was tasty, otherwise I would have liked to have spoken to the manager about it. The stars awarded here are generously distributed and definitely not for the food. A small point: with such high prices, you should pay a little attention to quality, add a little seasoning, and especially for baked dishes, they offer lasagna trays. We'll go back to our favorite restaurant next time. Never again Hellas.

Hello, I still know the restaurant when Maria and Kosta renovated it. Back then, we had a campsite at Klutensee. The children always stayed with us in the summer and played with mine. But now that I've looked at the photos, I don't like it anymore. The coziness is gone. I've only been there twice since Kosta died because I'm from Dortmund. It's a shame, it looks too cold now. The food used to be top-notch, and everything else too.

Hey, Here you can enjoy excellent Greek cuisine. The service is excellent. You can also order and pick up food. I was able to while away the time waiting with an ouzo. Enjoy!

After we tested the restaurant 2-3 years ago and were unfortunately disappointed, we gave it another chance. The table was reserved for Friday evening and we were already warned by friends that there would only be mass processing, especially on the weekend. When we arrived we were greeted warmly and shown to our table. Well, someone has to get the table in the aisle. The bench was simply sat through, and the additional cushions draped there didn't help the guest. The menu and drinks came quickly. The further order had to wait. Long wait. The food was really not good. Fries cold and hard, the meat had only been on the grill for a very short time and was pale. Through, but lacking flavors. The rice was just terrible. At the same time, more tables and chairs were carried past us, even though the restaurant was already bursting at the seams. You felt like a second class guest. We didn't want to order any more drinks, but we hardly could have. We also had to wait what felt like an eternity until we were finally allowed to pay. I couldn't answer the waiter's question as to whether we were satisfied because he was already gone again. Apparently nobody cares there either. The main thing is that the place is full, the crowds are handled somehow and the cash register rings. If you want to spend a nice evening with good food and attentive waiters, you should look for another restaurant. Because it was impossible to have a conversation with this noise.

Friday evening my girlfriend and I visited Hella Artemis. My own food was really good – fresh, flavorful and cooked to perfection. Unfortunately, my friend couldn't quite confirm this: her bifteki had an unexpectedly fishy taste, which of course shouldn't be the case with a meat dish. The service, on the other hand, was friendly and attentive, even if the restaurant was extremely full. The waiters tried hard to keep an overview despite the hustle and bustle. A big negative point, however, was the crampedness in the dining room. The tables were very close together, which somewhat ruined the feeling of coziness. Overall it was a mixed experience - mediocre food and friendly service, but the atmosphere was rather un-relaxed due to the narrowness and crowding.

Everything is right here. Good service, friendly staff. Delicious food for a good price in a great atmosphere. 5 stars are deserved.

We visited the restaurant today based on a recommendation. The owner and the service staff were friendly and attentive. The ambience is neat, warm and pleasant. The air could have been better, but given the number of guests and the corresponding number of fragrant Greek dishes, we understood that. Unfortunately, we were dissatisfied with the most important thing, the food. The starter, grilled pepperoni in garlic oil, tasted completely burnt and was therefore not really edible. The rump steak I ordered "medium-rare" was good in terms of meat quality, but unfortunately completely overcooked. It couldn't even be described as "well-done" anymore. Unfortunately, the baked potato that was served with it was still very firm/hard. The meat my companion ordered - souvlaki, souzuki, lamb chops - were all overcooked and dry. The gyro was good. The salad buffet was fresh and offered a sufficient selection. Nevertheless, thank you for the friendly hospitality and the obligatory ouzos.

The food was very good. Price/performance is just right here. The ambience in the “Glashaus” is a bit loud in terms of noise. Parking is a little problematic. Conclusion: I can only recommend the restaurant.

We had reserved a table for seven people. The cards were brought quickly and the drinks were taken and served quickly. The restaurant was full, but the appetizers still came to the table quickly. Unfortunately, they were lifelessly presented and the dips had hardly any taste. The main courses also quickly followed. I ordered the village plate which consisted of gyros, souvlaki, suzuki, fries, rice and tzatziki. Unfortunately, the food was nothing special - you can get that at every Greek restaurant around the corner. At first I thought they had forgotten the rice, but the tiny portion was hidden under the soggy fries. The gyro was not tasty, partly not grilled and seemed to have been cut off the rotisserie too early. The souvlaki was dry and chewy, as if it had been on the grill for too long. The Suzuki was fine. On the positive side, the tzatziki was served in a separate bowl. Unfortunately, after the main course and a second round of drinks were at our table, no one took care of us anymore. We would have liked to have something to drink or order a schnapps after our meal, but the service just stopped coming. Attempts to get the waiters' attention were unsuccessful, and someone only came by to pay. Overall, I cannot recommend the restaurant. There were some positive aspects, but the quality of the food and the service were not impressive.

I've had better Greek food. Everything overall a bit dry. The gyros also had too big pieces. But the service was very nice and accommodating. The atmosphere is a bit old.

We have now ordered for the third time and are once again very disappointed. We had the pork steaks with fried onions, fries and salad And Pork fillet with asparagus, mushrooms, fries and salad. There was also bread. The meat is fried quite well but tastes like nothing (little to no seasoning) The fries were outrageous. These were neither salted nor fresh. They were old, cold fries, some of which had already become very hard. Mushrooms were ok, asparagus was too little, too soft and too fatty. Fried onions were also very fatty, but ok. Salad is fresh but has too little dressing. The tzatziki is our highlight. It is very very tasty. The bread is hard and also rather sad for the prices. The quantities are great and more than sufficient. The staff are very friendly and the restaurant itself is very nice. I can't recommend takeaway. I don't understand the good reviews but maybe it tastes better if you eat locally. 2 stars for the friendliness, the ambience and the delicious tzatziki.

The quality has deteriorated significantly since the restaurant has expanded over and over again. During the last few visits there were always little things that bothered us, but we were able to ignore them. But when I wanted to celebrate my birthday there in the summer, the whole evening was just embarrassing for my guests. We were only made to wait 30 minutes because our table wasn't ready yet. Ok, it can happen. Apparently they had completely forgotten about our reservation because there was no table. Very hectically, various small tables were pushed together in the last corner, where ten of us could squeeze in. We had to wait an incredibly long time for everything. One dish even arrived when almost everyone else was finished, and then it was wrong. Every other visit or pickup thereafter, something was always wrong. It's better to serve fewer tables in the evening and improve the quality a bit, then we'll come back.

The food and staff were okay! We were there at 6 p.m. and ordered around 6:30 p.m. Drinks came very quickly. At 8 p.m. we still had no food! It wasn't said why it was taking so long! When we asked, we received no response.
