Delicious food: Greetings from the kitchen, fish soup from home port, fillet steak, fried potatoes, roast beef. Everything's fine. At 75% capacity, 1 hour waiting time for the main course is too much. But only 1 waitress on duty explains it. We'd love to come back.

The food was delicious and beautifully presented. The waitresses were very attentive and friendly. They even served us in the covered beer garden with an umbrella in the pouring rain. The toilet key for the outside toilet was missing.

Went there spontaneously using a Google search and were totally thrilled. The place is in a cute little alley. They both ate fish and it was super tasty, not forgetting tiramisu for dessert - a MUST! Service was also very nice, quick but never intrusive! Thanks for a great evening.

We received a voucher for our birthday and redeemed it today. Since we don't come from the region, we were surprised. Smooth 5 stars for the ambience, very friendly staff and service, food was really a pleasure. We will definitely come back and can only recommend it. Top!

Everyone was very friendly, great food

The five stars for food, service and ambience are deserved. I had the captain's plate from the daily menu with three types of fish fillet and potatoes and vegetables. I really enjoyed it and the rest of the family were also very happy with the food. Unfortunately we had to wait over an hour for our food, but were finally compensated with a dessert on the house. The staff was very nice and went out of their way to look after us. The criticism of the long waiting time was accepted. If I ever find myself in Glinde again, I would love to come back!!

We stayed in Glinde as part of a short vacation with the whole family in Hamburg. After visiting the Miniaturwunderland, we tried the Heimathafen restaurant in Glinde. We were completely satisfied. Staff and boss very friendly, but not overly so. Food very tasty and sufficient. The eight different foods came to the table at the same time. Therefore also a compliment to the kitchen. After the meal there was schnapps if desired, which was on the house. Recommendation: thumbs up.

The restaurant is somewhat hidden in a residential area with a quiet location. There is a nice beer garden, but unfortunately we couldn't use it because we were there on a rainy day. The guest room inside is very lovingly and invitingly designed, you immediately feel at home. The service staff is really friendly and we were initially surprised with a greeting from the kitchen (a delicious bruscetta). Our starters and main courses were a 10/10. Freshness and quality are very important here, everything is prepared with fresh ingredients and herbs. All in all highly recommended!

We reserved a table online at short notice yesterday. Super quick response. We were warmly welcomed. There was a surprise from the kitchen as a starter. The waiters, everyone who was there, were super nice. The food was excellent. Keep it up. When we have vacation again we will definitely come back.

I was there on a warm summer evening and ate outside. The house's recommendation comes in many variations. I chose the tuna steak. The food was very tasty. The service was great. The team seemed very familiar with each other. I didn't see the interior.

Had dinner at this restaurant tonight. Didn't expect to find such a restaurant in this town. Friendly welcome, nice staff and super tasty food. Good atmosphere. They do everything to make you feel welcome. In short: I would take a detour. Thanks for the hospitality.

Ate in the restaurant again and was thrilled as always. The food is extremely good and the price is completely reasonable. Every time we tried a different fish and the highlight the penultimate time was the sole. Yesterday the swordfish on the interesting side dishes like avocado and snow peas, great. As always, my children and granddaughter were very happy, the service gave the feeling that small children were welcome. Service was again very pleasant anyway. Be sure to go back to your home port the next time you visit the children.

It was a really nice visit to the restaurant. The food was excellent, gluten-free available upon request, the staff was friendly and accommodating and the atmosphere was cozy. We sat outside, in good weather, surrounded by roses, birdsong and under a parasol. The main course was so plentiful that we couldn't manage a bedside table. An absolute recommendation, we will be back. The lamb fillet is particularly recommended.

We were here for the second time and spent a lovely evening here. Very tasty cuisine. Good menu, with very nice sounding dishes. I chose the roast beef and the tagliatelle with salmon. The portions are just right and made us both happy. A great price-performance ratio. We were both very happy with our decision. The nice gentlemen of the service staff rounded off the evening appropriately. We will be back.

Housed in a fisherman's cottage, the restaurant has a beautifully decorated, maritime atmosphere. The food and service match the very good standard. From regional Hanseatic specialties to Mediterranean delicacies, every guest will be extremely satisfied. Highly recommended.

Searched for and found a good restaurant on the way from Berlin to Denmark. In the middle of a residential area, very nice staff, good choice of food and prices ok. We were very satisfied and will add it to our favorites list when we are in the area again or on the way back ;-).

Great restaurant with Hamburg flair... Behind the inconspicuous entrance door there is a really good restaurant. There were two of us there and we enjoyed everything. Gladly again at any time.

We were there for the first time. We liked the ambience and the staff was very friendly. It was my birthday and as a surprise I got a dessert (tiramisu) with a sparkler and a serenade. That surprised me and made me very happy! We both ate the fish plate from the lunch menu. We found the fish fried excellently and the fried potatoes tasty, although not like mother's. It could be salted a little better. The portion wasn't huge but okay and the price was reasonable. The tiramisu tasted good. Overall, we really liked our home port in Glinde. We'll definitely come back.

The restaurant itself was nicely decorated and clean. The gentleman in service was nice. The food was good and the portion was sufficient. The toilets were clean and tidy. I ate: Tagliatelle “Home Port”* with porcini mushrooms and fried, peeled black tiger prawns € 19.90 My husband: Hamburg fried fish* in homemade batter with fried potatoes and tartar sauce € 14.50 The only thing I have to complain about is that the Black Tiger prawns were not peeled, even though it says so in the menu. Unfortunately, I was only able to point this out to the gentleman from the service when we had already finished eating, as he wasn't available beforehand. I would have liked him to apologize for that, but saying they should have been told when ordering that they should have been peeled seemed like a stupid excuse. If the menu says peeled, I expect peeled.

The service was very friendly. We ordered panfish twice. The fish was delicious, unfortunately the fried potatoes were not cooked through. After our complaint we received new portions. Unfortunately, these were also half raw. There was no discount on the bill; instead we were offered an espresso. So we left the restaurant feeling a little hungry. It's a shame, otherwise it made a good impression.

Schönes kleines Restaurant. Es gibt einen guten Mittagstisch und eine abwechslungsreiche Karte. Dieses Restaurant hat die ganze Woche geöffnet. Das ist ein großer Vorteil. Man bekommt auch Montags was zu essen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Man kann hier wirklich nichts falsch machen. Hier wird einem das große Schild der Tageskarte noch auf einem Stuhl serviert :-) Super freundlicher und schneller Service, ganz tolles und leckeres Essen (hier: HH Pannfisch) zu angemessene Preisen. Gern wieder, wenn es sich anbietet.

Letzte Woche 04.11.23 ganz spontan gegen 18 Uhr angerufen und nach einem Tisch für 4 Personen gefragt. Man hat uns gesagt kommt vorbei. Wir haben wirklich lecker 😋 gegessen. Dorade gegrillt, Rinderfilet, Pasta mit Lachs und ich habe etwas bestellt was nicht in der Karte stand. Nämlich Pasta mit Garnelen und einer Tomaten Sahnesauce. Das war für die Küche auch überhaupt kein Problem. Keiner war genervt davon oder sonst etwas. Unsere Vor und Nachspeisen waren auch hervorragend! Ich weiß nicht warum ich hier nicht schon früher war? Alle sehr freundlich und nicht künstlich. Ich werde wieder kommen!

Für mich als Glinder schön, dieses Restaurant vor Ort zu haben - quasi vor der Tür. Die Auswahl an Speisen sowie das Ambiente sind sehr gut, der Service war bisher auch immer sehr gut, preislich ist es angemessen.

Ein schönes Restaurant mit mega freundlicher Bedienung. Hamburger Pannfisch war lecker, Tiramisu auch. Der Gruß aus der Küche etwas langweilig. Die Getränkekarte ist etwas überschaubar und ein Aperitif für 9€ auch recht happig. Trotzdem ein tolles Restaurant mit schöner Atmosphäre.

Auf der Suche nach eine Möglichkeit zu Abend zu essen, haben wir zufällig diese tolle Lokalität gefunden. Das Ambiente von innen ist sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Mitarbeiter sind super nett und zuvorkommend. Das Essen war sehr lecker und vielfältig. Wir kommen gern wieder, wenn wir in der Nähe sind. Sehr zu empfehlen👍🏻

Kleines Restaurant mit tollen Service und lecker Essen.

Ich habe meinen Geburtstag dort mit meiner Familie und Freunden gefeiert. Es war echt schön. Das Essen war super. Es war immer jemand da und fragte ob noch jemand was möchte oder ob alles in Ordnung ist. Dann kam noch eine Überraschung und zwar habe ich ein Stück Tiramisu mit einer Wunderkerze und einem Ständchen bekommen was ich total lieb fand. Alle waren mehr als begeistert und es wird nicht der letzte Besuch dort gewesen sein.

Meine Freundin und ich waren auf dem Rückweg aus Hamburg nach Hause. Wir fanden das Restaurant durch Zufall auf Google. Wir waren vom Ambiente begeistert 😃 Ich kann gar nicht mit Worten beschreiben wie lecker die Speisen waren. Es war unfassbar gut 😃 Wir hatten das Rote Beete Carpaccio mit karamelisierten Ziegenkäse. Es war unfassbar lecker😃. Außerdem hatten wir beide Nudelgerichte. Einmal mit Mischpilzen, Zuckerbohnen und Parmesan und einmal Nudeln mit Garnelen. Wie gesagt es ist mit Worten nicht zu beschreiben,wie lecker die Speisen waren. Der Gruß aus der Küche (Bruschetta) war der Anfang von unserer Genussreise. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und super freundlich. Meine Freundin und ich sprachen auf dem nach Hauseweg noch darüber wie lecker es war. Wir können den Besuch im Heimathafen sehr empfehlen. Wir danken der jungen Kellnerin für das tolle Gespräch und die Bewirtung sowie dem Chef des Hauses. Wer also sehr gutes Essen und tolles Ambiente möchte,sollte einen Besuch im Heimathafen einplanen.
