For me, Haus Bosen is one of the best addresses in the region when it comes to top-quality dining. The menu offers a fantastic repertoire of superbly prepared dishes – all fresh, without convenience products, and of absolute top quality. The service is also special: As a guest, you feel welcome, valued, and well looked after. The value for money is also right. Whether for special occasions or just for fun – I always enjoy coming here. Tip: If you want to be sure of a table, be sure to make a reservation!

Die location ist sehr urig, das steht ausser frage aber leider sehr stickig und extrem laut da die tische sehr eng zusammenstehen somit ist eine konservation mit den eigenen leuten äusserst schwierig ist.der service ist ganz ok.3. Die gerichte versprechen viel auf der karte aber leider nicht besonders individuell was dann wohl den preis rechtfertigt...jahrgangssardinen waren in öl getränkt und königsbergerklopse niemals vom Kalbfleisch in einer üppigen sosse..

A truly cozy restaurant with fine dining at a great price. The service was friendly and quick, and the food was simply delicious. In short, this may have been our first visit, but it certainly won't be our last! Thank you for the lovely evening.

We went there because of the good reviews and luckily we were able to reserve a table at short notice. The restaurant is in a beautiful, old half-timbered house and not particularly large. As a result, some of the tables are quite close together. The service was very friendly and quick, the menu isn't huge, but there's something for everyone. Surprisingly, there are quite a few vegetarian dishes. The food is very, very good. The vitello is super tender, the sauce delicious and also visually stunning. The spaghetti carbonara was really, really delicious, as was the surf and turf. Everything here is cooked to perfection and absolutely delicious. The bluefish roulade melted in your mouth. All in all, the portions were also sufficient. The desserts were also excellent, especially the apricot dumplings!!! We were absolutely thrilled and will definitely come again.

A small, fine, and very quaint restaurant. Excellent service, including the chef. We were there last night with a group of six. Everyone had something different, and each dish was a specialty in its own right. I personally had the four-course vegetarian menu, and it was fantastic. Excellent value for money for exclusive food. Highly recommended.

A true insider tip in Lechenich! Haus Bosen impresses with a harmonious combination of a cozy ambiance, attentive and very friendly service, and a kitchen that uses fresh, regional, and seasonal ingredients. Whether individual ingredients or all the components in the melange – everything is exactly as you would wish. I was thrilled with the tuna carpaccio and then enjoyed the surf 'n' turf. Both were delicious – I can only recommend them to everyone! The plates are beautifully presented, the flavors finely balanced, and the craftsmanship is simply superb. For us, one of the best restaurants in the region – completely deservedly praised and awarded. A friendly establishment with culinary standards – we will definitely be back!

Wir dürfen uns als Stammgäste des Hauses Bosen bezeichnen. Die Speisen sind durchweg sehr schmackhaft, kreativ und- bezahlbar. Die fixe Servicecrew muss richtig rödeln, da das Restaurant stets (auch mittags) sehr gut besucht ist; ohne vorherige Reservierung geht nichts, was für die Qualität spricht. Das stets volle Restaurant ist aber zugleich das große Manko: Die Luft ist blitzschnell sehr stickig, was den niedrigen Decken geschuldet sein dürfte. Die Fensterchen können zwar gekippt werden, was jedoch prompt dazu führt, dass es Gästen "zieht", nur weil sie gesehen haben, dass ein wenig Luft in die Bude kommt. Viel schlimmer ist jedoch, dass sich in kürzester Zeit im Restaurant ein unerträglicher Lärmpegel entwickelt. Das Publikum ist in der Tendenz älteren Datums. Dann hört man schwerer und spricht lauter, man trinkt Alkohol was den Lautstärkepegel zusätzlich nach oben steuert und wenn dann noch eine gute Portion Rücksichtslosigkeit dazu kommt, wird es unerträglich. Dann blöken die Rentner um die Wette und man versteht die Partner am eigenen Tisch nicht mehr. Da kann das einem den Genuss an den Speisen nachhaltig nehmen. Entweder man meidet dann das Restaurant daher konsequent oder man schaut, dass man den Restaurantbesuch in der Woche -mittags- durchführt. Eine abendliche Reservierung, insbesondere an Wochenenden, grenzt hingegen -des Lärmpegels wegen- an Körperverletzung. Meine Bewertung bezieht sich daher allein auf die Küchen- u. Serviceleistung, keinesfalls jedoch auf die "Umstände" (Klima und Akustik).

There were four of us eating there. A friendly phone call when making the reservation was made. The staff were very attentive and polite. A very good, special meal with a good selection of wines, and not even expensive. We would be happy to recommend it.

Outstanding (!) food! One explosion of flavor after another, you can taste the high quality of the ingredients, and the dishes are prepared with great attention to detail. Add to that very friendly service, a great atmosphere, and a top-notch owner/chef. I'd love to go back every day...

Um es vorweg zu sagen und für alle, die nicht so viel lesen wollen: die Qualität des Essens war sehr gut, hier wird authentisch gekocht. Die 4 Sterne gibt es nur deswegen, weil noch etwas Luft zu Michelin Sterne Restaurants nach oben ist. Man wird jedoch in der Gegend qualitativ so schnell etwas vergleichbares finden, wunderbares Essen. 4 1/2 Sterne, nicht falsch verstehen, der Koch versteht sein Handwerk, es werden sehr gute Zutaten verwendet und er wird mit verschiedenen Geschmäckern nicht gegeizt. Es gibt ein Tagesmenü mit 3 oder 4 Gängen ( +1 Vorspeise) für unter 50 Euro, und ein durchaus breit gefächertes a la carte mit vielen Vorspeisen (ca. 12), und auch vielen Hauptspeisen, mit erkennbar mediterranem Einschlag, aber auch sehr lokale Küche ( z.B. Königsberger Klopse, oder Schweinekotelett mit Wirsing). Preise sind günstig, Vorpsiesen zwischne 8 und 16 Euro, kein Hauptgericht über 28 Euro auf der Karte. Mein Highlight war das Rindertartar, fein mit dem Messer gewürfelt, mit Pickels und einer Senfsoße verfeinert, mir wäre das halbe hartgekochte Ei dazu in Roher version lieber gewesen, dennoch war die Qualitä der Fleischs herausrragend. Unpassend war für mir die Darreichung im tiefen Suppenteller mit steilen Rand und gereichter Gabel, fast nicht essbar, über den nachgefragten Löffel habe ich mich sehr gefreut. Die Jahrgangssardinen ( den genauen Jahrgang wußte die Bedienung nicht) waren ausgezeichnet, das geröstete Brot und die Verfeinerung der Konserve durch eine wunderbare Senfsoße wirklich eine Geschmacksexplosion im Gaumen. Die Feldsalate waren gut, die Croutons in der Sauce nicht mehr ganz knusprig, und ein wenige mehr Finesse wäre schön gewesen, dagegen die Escagot ohne Haus in einer wunderbaren provenzialischen Sauce ein Gaumen-Genuss. Auch hier war der nachgefragte Löffel ein Gewinn. Wunderbar. Gut , dass es gutes Eifler Brot gab. Die Hauptspeisen, eine Lammhüfte sowie ein Steak beim Surf n Turf waren a la haute cuisine très saignante, sicher für einen Liebhaber eines medium Gargrads viel zu roh, meiner Meinung aber zur Fleischqualität perfekt, zumal der Gargrad bei Bestellungnicht erfragt wurde. Das hat der Koch für mich völlig richtig gemacht. Das Surf und Turf mit seinem Gegensätzen, verschiedenen Saucen und verschiedenen Beilagen und geschmacklich sehr guter Gambas hat Spaß gemacht. Alle Portionen waren ordentlich und ausreichend, auch nach Voreifler rustikaler Erwartungshaltung. Alle wurden sehr satt. Es gab noch einige Desserts, über die ich nichts berichten kann, da ich mit einem Kaffee als Abschluss zufrieden war. Der Service war aufmerksam, da gab es wenig zu meckern. Wir haben einen sehr kulinarischen Abend im Haus Bosen verbracht und werden gerne wieder kommen. Es war toll zu sehen, dass hier noch mit Anstand, Kochkunst und Liebe zum Beruf gekocht wird, Chapeau. Als Besonderheit bitte beachten, dass KEINE Barzahllung, nur Kartenzahlung möglich ist.

Great. Price performance top! Service top! It's great that this restaurant exists in Erftstadt! We have been living here for 9 years and unfortunately we only visited today. But definitely not for the last time!

In addition to the generally very good food, 3 reasons for this rating: 1- the Vitello “Haus Bosen” is excellent 2- really a good selection of vegetarian dishes, some of which are also offered as a vegan option 3- we would be served mainly by a young trainee who you could tell was really made for this job; great class! Compliments for that - it's great to see that companies like this also provide training and offer people the opportunity to take on responsibility.

Haus Bosen is simply the first house on the square in Erftstadt. When we have something to celebrate, we come here. The dishes range from down-to-earth to original and are always delicious. The service is usually very good; Every now and then it could be a bit more professional, as you would expect in this environment. The wine list is decent; However, we are missing wines from the Moselle, which have made a tremendous impact. The price can be assumed to be around 40-50€/person. We are already looking forward to the next visit.

What we liked: the food was excellent, absolutely top class; The service was very, very good, friendly, fast, attentive, it couldn't be better :-) We had CALAMARES MALLORQUIN STYLE and then WILD BOAR FILLETS UNDER A NUT CRUST, both absolutely great, large portions, reasonable price What we didn't like: the ambience is quite old, quite stuffy, and the smell in the whole place is quite strong and accordingly :-(

Well, I remembered it better. The meat was a bit dry, and I left almost €100 for two people, and they didn't even offer me a julischka as a nightcap. 🤷‍♂️

Excellent cuisine. Unfortunately, the ambience suffers from the small size of the restaurant, which means that the basic noise level is a little higher than in more relaxed restaurants. What wasn't so nice was that both open white wines tasted stale. This has to be checked daily at a star restaurant. Stale wines may no longer be offered to customers.

Wir hatten für eine Geburtstagseinladung mit 6 Personen einen Tisch bestellt. Das Essen war gut - die ausgesuchten Getränke auch sehr gut - das Preisleistungsverhältnis stimmt und ist ok. Auch der Service war gut. Aber leider war die Atmosphäre wie in einer Kneipe. Auf den Sitzanordnungen über unserem Runden Tisch saßen Gäste die da herum gegrölt haben das man seine eigenen Worte nicht verstanden hat. Und das für ein Restaurant das von Michelin und Schlemmeratlas ausgezeichnet ist. Hier erwartet man sicher etwas anderes von der Atmosphäre! Das hat ja alles nichts mit einem historischen Haus zu tun. Hier wird vom Anspruch keine „Kneipenstimmung“ erwartet. Hier erwarten die Gäste eine ruhigere Atmosphäre und Ablauf.

Welch sensationeller Abend im Haus Bosen, mein Bruder hat mir dieses Restaurant von Herzen ❤️ empfohlen. Ich bin geflasht von der Qualität des Essens, der hervorragenden Weinauswahl ( nicht zuvergessen DEN Himbeersekt SORBET ) und den exzellenten Service. - was für für ein unvergesslicher Abend mit dieser außergewöhnlichen Crew vielen Dank dafür. Mein absolutes Lieblingsrestaurant 😍 Von A-Z alles perfekt, von dem ganzen Service Team bis zum Chef Kategorie „I‘m impressed🤩“ (und das jedes Mal aufs Neue) aber vor allem „das Essen“ - Lieblingsvorspeise Rindercarpaccio, zur Hauptspeise kann ich sagen, es ist immer eine Qual ein Menü nicht auszuzählen weil alle Menüs fantastisch sind 🤩🤩🤩👌(delicieux), meinlieblings Nachtisch Münsteraner Käse (siehe Foto)🥰 Fazit der ganze Abend ein Traum!!!!!!!!!!!!! We were celebrating our wedding in this restaurant with 43 people. We were extremely satisfied. From the champagne reception to the service to the perfect food, I can only praise this restaurant. Despite the small kitchen, the selected 4-course menu was delivered at the same time and in excellent quality. Every vegetarian or allergy-related request was implemented perfectly. One of the best restaurants in the Cologne area and, since I work in the catering industry myself, I know a lot of restaurants. I've been there several times, yesterday with both children, who really enjoyed it and the price/performance ratio is excellent for what is on offer.

We had dinner again at Haus Boosen with Benny. And again there is only the very best to report. The quality of the food and the taste are outstanding. The sauces in particular are to die for. The restaurant's wine list offers numerous open wines at fair prices. Overall, a restaurant with high gastronomic quality. We would love to come back of course 👍😀🍾

You can't even tell it's such a nice restaurant from the outside. Maybe a little big, but thanks to the clever lighting and interior, it's not annoying. Nice service, delicious food, the salad dressing (homemade in a small jar) is awesome 😋😋. Definitely recommended!

If you want to experience something special with “fine cuisine” in Erftstadt, Haus Bosen can only be recommended. And that across the board! I haven't been there very often because it's actually something special for me. But I was always treated like a regular guest who came every week. So I felt comfortable, I was given good advice when choosing food and wine and they were always interested in whether everything was okay. Now to eat. So far it has been excellent every time, both in terms of the idea and the preparation, regardless of whether it was vegetarian dishes or dishes with meat. The changing lunch menus and daily specials are also very interesting. Add delicious desserts and you can go home happy. Thank you!

Since our babysitter was canceled this time, it wasn't a problem to bring the baby with us; not every upscale restaurant would have agreed to this. Thank you for that and the delicious food! First class quality, very friendly

We (my partner and I) visited this restaurant for the first time today, accompanied by my children. The occasion was my son's birthday. First of all, I have to say that the entire serving staff was very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant was very nicely decorated, but it was also very loud. Now about the food: In terms of taste, the food was really delicious, the portions could perhaps have been a little larger, at least for the men. My son and I had the same dish, unfortunately his portion was smaller than mine. I thought that was a shame, especially on his birthday. And I wish the mushrooms had been washed a little better. The dish had porcini mushroom goulash, which lived up to its name a little...it crunched really well between our teeth. But I didn't want to say anything in the full restaurant. Therefore there is a star deduction. I would still visit this restaurant again to see what my rating would be.

We were in Haus Bosen for the first time. The food tasted very good throughout, the service was attentive and quick. The only drawback for us is the atmosphere. When we arrived it was extremely loud and warm in the small guest room. We also found the chairs to be a bit uncomfortable. It's bad luck if you get a table in the middle of the room. However, we were allowed to move later as soon as a quieter table at the edge became available. The evening was nice overall and we would come again, but perhaps not at peak times/on the weekend :-)

Simply worth a trip again and again! Top cuisine and top service! What more could you want?

We have been coming here regularly for over 11 years and are thrilled every time. Very good food, professional and warm service, comfort like staying with friends.

We redeemed a voucher and had a very good meal. So we decided that we would definitely visit the restaurant more often. We were there on a Wednesday evening and had reserved in advance, which is also recommended! See you soon!!

So, a super friendly, courteous staff with a rustic Rhenish boss. Food for all senses, fabulous. Reservations are essential to experience the enjoyment.

First the positive: We were there unannounced with a larger group and still got a place, although the staff didn't seem very enthusiastic. The food was very unusual and tasted very good. The portions and prices of the dishes were completely fine. We didn't have to wait very long either. I personally found the statements and actions of the younger waiter to be negative. However, it could only have been my subjective perception. I didn't find the ambience that appealing because it was very crowded and therefore a bit louder. But I could imagine that the tables in the corners (we were right in the middle) would be much more comfortable.

There were 4 of us who had great food. High quality and very tasty and quite reasonable for the price. No matter whether the starters, main course or dessert. There was nothing to complain about during the meal, except that one waitress was rather unpleasant with her somewhat snippy manner. However, it was still ok. It's also quite stressful in the catering industry. So highly recommended

Very tasty, imaginative cuisine. Lots of great dishes on the menu. A reason to go there more often.
