A fantastic restaurant, very reasonably priced but correspondingly very high quality. The food is amazing. The staff is super friendly and the atmosphere is also great.

We celebrated a milestone birthday. Booking and arrangements were easy to arrange through reception. Personal requests were taken into account and implemented. The food was, as usual, first-class. The service staff was very friendly and attentive. We would be happy to come back.

Service was very good. Unfortunately, the food wasn't that good. Spätzle were clearly not homemade, but rather from a package. Onion roast beef was tough, and the veal fillet was also quite tough and not what it should be. We've been coming to Hasen for decades, but unfortunately, that's it. €115 and the food only got a 6/10. A real shame!!!

We sat in the beer garden there last night. It was a beautiful, shady spot. We enjoyed several drinks and a fabulous meal. The service was excellent. We haven't left a restaurant feeling so completely satisfied in a long time.

The 3-course "Culinary Journey" menu (optionally available as a 4-course menu) tasted excellent! Each course was beautifully presented and had unique flavors you might not have experienced before. The starter combined fish with peach, and the dessert had a surprising curry note thanks to the dukka seasoning. The service was also excellent and child-friendly. In addition to the more unusual creations, there are also child-friendly dishes and vegetarian menu options. The lunch menu (2 courses + water, coffee, and praline) is very affordable at just under €32. The culinary journey as a 3-course menu is available for €59, and as a 4-course menu, it costs €75 – also a good price for the quality delivered.

A very successful visit to Restaurant Hasen! The food was exceptionally delicious and arrived quickly. The prices are fair and absolutely reasonable for the quality offered. The service staff was friendly, attentive, and pleasantly unobtrusive. Since the restaurant was busy, reservations are definitely recommended. I'd be happy to come back!

All in all, one of the best restaurant experiences to find in the greater Stuttgart area. Weekly card offering creative traditional dishes paired with top-notch service makes this the perfect go-to spot for lunch.

I went to the Hasen restaurant with my fiancé and our expectations were more than exceeded. The food tasted excellent and was lovingly prepared. We were completely convinced. The wine selection is also very excellent. We really liked Mr. Nölly's recommendation. The entire team was extremely friendly and attentive. This excellent restaurant offers wonderful food, beer, wine, and service. The authentic Viennese veal schnitzel is a highlight. Service is both prompt and courteous. Prices are reasonable. I highly recommend it.

Unforgettable vegetarian-vegan wedding catering; we were completely thrilled =) During the preliminary conversation with Gerhard Nölly, we were surprised by the individual approach to basing our wedding menu on our personal favorite dishes. Thanks to the personal exchange and professional approach, we were able to rely completely on the smooth running of the catering on our wedding day. The served starter of beetroot, mozzarella and hazelnut was an absolute highlight, according to one guest, "already the best wedding meal he has ever experienced". The main courses from the buffet were also a dream - we especially have fond memories of the truffled pearl barley risotto with mushrooms and the spicy pumpkin mash with pears and walnuts. And allergy sufferers and children were also taken into consideration and they were able to enjoy individual food and spaetzle etc. The artistic dessert variations were a worthy conclusion to this completely perfect wedding menu. We had a very nice lunch with the best service.

The price is clearly high. The menus are sensationally coordinated and always worth recommending. The local team seems to have known each other for a long time - they work great together. In addition to the wines, the whiskeys are particularly recommended - there is even a separate menu here. Of course, coffee is a must after every visit. Either drunk there directly or freshly roasted to take away. Yes, you read that right: coffee is roasted here. There would be my only complaint, which is actually less about the rabbit than about my own coffee machine: the taste of the bean from the fully automatic machine at home is not nearly as good. Here I always have to grind it myself and brew it the classic way. 😉 Overall: Great store, not cheap, worth every euro.

Wir waren hier heute zum Abend essen und haben uns für den kulinarischen Spaziergang entschieden. In Summe machte das Essen bei dem Preis zu sehr den Eindruck nach „von der Stange“. Das gereichte Brot war noch kalt vom Auftauen, die Kompositionen waren nicht gelungen und an einem Gericht war viel zuviel Knoblauch. In Summe war das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis wirklich schlecht. Wir werden nicht wiederkommen, da gibt es bessere Küchen.

Beer garden seems a bit excessive to me. Because this also includes a sausage salad and other hearty dishes. There's nothing like that here. The name beer garden should be here be prohibited. Misleading the guest. That's why we left again.

We were at the restaurant today for my mother's birthday, so we can't rate the rooms. Everyone liked it very much. The service was courteous/attentive, not intrusive and very personable. The food tasted really good. We had onion roast beef, asparagus, Maultaschen, boiled beef and the vegan mushroom balls. We will be back definitely!

Wir waren im Restaurant Essen. Das hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Gelungenes Ambiente mit guter Mischung aus bewahrtem Alten und modernen Komponenten. Schick, aber nicht übertrieben. Sehr guter, aufmerksamer Service und Bedienung. Sehr gutes Essen, allerdings auch nicht günstig. Uns hat es also sehr gut gefallen. Wer schwäbisch, deutsch, modern Essen will ist hier bestens aufgehoben- wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Und auf den Biergarten freuen wir uns auch.

We had a pleasant evening in the Hasen restaurant. After my wife ordered the Maultaschen, the waiter pointed out the size of the 3 Maultaschen, so she chose the small portion. Thank you very much for this. I had a good tasting venison goulash. Unfortunately, there were also some things that stood out negatively. The croutons had a strange taste and my wife's meal was garnished with a hair. I wouldn't have expected that. The appearance of my goulash was also rather banal. The kitchen could probably use a little more passion here.

There were four of us in the bunny. Our food was excellent, good portions and reasonable prices. The service was top notch!!!! We can only recommend the restaurant!!! We'd love to come back!!!

I was a guest at the Hotel Hasen with my wife for two days. We had a business meeting there. When we left we both felt like we had spent a short vacation in this hotel. It was a real experience. Unser erster Besuch im Restaurant Hasen in Herrenberg und wir waren sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal dort. Neben dem tollen Ambiente, den leckeren Speisen hat uns insbesondere der herzliche Service (inkl. sehr nettem Gespräch mit der Seniorchefin) sehr gefallen. Rundum ein sehr gelungener Abend. Gemütliches Restaurant mit leckerem Essen. Für uns war aber der Service das Beste von allem. Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Team. Heutzutage tut es so gut freundlichen Menschen zu begegnen, die aufmerksam die Wünsche der Restaurantgäste erfüllen. Das findet man heute nicht mehr oft und das schätzen wir sehr.

Hervorangendes Restaurant. Wir wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt. Uns wurde sehr zeitnah die Menükarten gereicht. Sofort wurde gefragt ob wir vielleicht erstmal was trinken möchten. Es wurde uns auch die Möglichkeit eröffnet, dass wir die Speise nehmen können die eigentlich nur Sonntags serviert wird. Es wurde immer mal wieder gefragt, ob wir zufrieden sind und ob wir noch etwas möchten, dass ganze im perfekten Timing. Das Essen war von den Vorspeisen bis zum Nachtisch perfekt. Ob es das Wiener Kalbsschnitzel, Zürcher Kalbsgeschentzelltes, Hähnchenbrust oder das Hirsch- Sauté war, es war alles perfekt auf den Punkt. Wirklich zu empfehlen, danke an das ganze Team.

Das Essen war durchaus okay. Somit hab ich 3 Sterne für Mittelmaß vergeben. Der Service war ausgesprochen nett, höflich und super schnell. Preis für die gebotene Essensqualität eher etwas hochgegriffen.

Eines der besten Restaurants im Umkreis. Sehr leckeres Essen und großartiger Service. Tolle Auswahl an vegetarischen Speisen und auch immer ein veganes Gericht im Angebot. Besonders erwähnenswert ist, dass auch die fleischlosen Angebote je nach Saison wechseln. Es gibt nicht nur die obligatorischen Käsespätzle, sondern auch etwas Ausgefalleneres wie z.B. "Sautierte Artischocke und weiße Tomaten-Hafermilch-Sauce, Rauchmandel und Kirschen, eingelegte Steinchampignons und Zucchinigemüse, gebackene Polenta-Bällchen". Daumen hoch und unbedingt probieren.

Der beste Zwiebelrostbraten im Umkreis. Einfach immer wieder eine Reise wert. Super Service....

Die Maultaschensuppe war ein wahrer Genuss. Die Suppe war aromatisch und die Maultaschen selbst waren hausgemacht und äußerst schmackhaft. Der Zwiebelrostbraten war ein absolutes Highlight. Perfekt gebratenes Fleisch, begleitet von einer deftigen Zwiebelsoße und knusprigen Bratkartoffeln, bot eine Geschmacksexplosion, die unsere Erwartungen übertroffen hat.

Meine Frau und ich haben vor 38 Jahren im Restaurant Hasen unsere Hochzeit gefeiert und kommen seither regelmäßig zum Essen hierher. Wir fühlen uns im Hasen in der gemütlichen Atmosphäre sehr wohl und geborgen. Es stimmt einfach Alles, das Essen, der Service und das Ambiente.

Gutes Ambiente um mit Freunden ein gut gekochtes Mittagessen zu genießen.

Das Restaurant Hasen, zugehörig zum Hotel Hasen ist ein vorbildliches Lokal, nicht nur wegen dem hohen Level an Expertise beim Wein (regionale Angebote) sondern auch in der Küche selbst. Das junge Team überzeugt immer wieder und man merkt, dass es hier professionell zugeht. Die Preis-Leistung bei diesem Genuss ist wirklich mehr als Human, da gibt andere Orte die aber niemals auch nur ansatzweise auf das Niveau vom "Hasen" kommen. Das Ambiente ist toll, die Bar gut ausgestattet und die Möglichkeiten sind vielfältig. Von Biergarten bis Innenraum ist für alle etwas dabei - dazu Barrierefrei. Die Toiletten sind immer sauber, es fehlt an nichts. Es gibt mehrere Räume für Feierlichkeiten - auch die Events sind zu empfehlen! Parkplätze gibt es genügend, selbst die Anbindung vom Bahnhof ist ideal, sogar zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Definitiv (immer wieder) einen Besuch wert.

Gut bürgerliche Deutsche Küche! Alles frisch und sehr lecker. Die Preise sind für mein Empfinden am oberen Rand. Ein Schnitzel für 26€ sind sportlich. Der Service ist extrem nett und zuvorkommend

Für dieses fantastische Restaurant sind fast 5 Sterne zu wenig. Wir waren 3 mal hier und werden noch viele weitere Male wieder kommen. Der Service ist für ein Restaurant in Deutschland ohne Konkurrenz mit Abstand der Beste, den wir je erlebt haben. Das Essen ist lokal und von ausgezeichneter Qualität. Die etwas höhere Preisklasse ist absolut gerechtfertigt. Ich kann es weiter empfehlen!

Anlässlich der AK Batminton Meisterschaft waren wir dort heute zu 6 essen. Rustikales schönes absolut passendes Ambiente, toller Service, vom jungen Chef über alle Mitarbeiter/innen. Klasse. Essen ( Heimatmenue) super, der Rostbraten ein Gedicht. Toller Job des Küchenteams!!!!!! Schade das morgen Abend das Restaurant ausgebucht ist. Ihr seit alle klasse, macht weiter so.

Wir haben zu 4 abendgegessen, denk Kulinarischen Spaziergang sowie Rostbraten. Alles war sehr fein und hat sehr gemundet. Die Weinkarte lässt kaum einen Wunsch offen. Auch im Offenausschank gibt es immer wieder interessante Neuentdeckungen wie der Malbec K-or aus Frankreich. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Ich kann das Restaurant Hasen nur wärmstens empfehlen! Hier stimmt alles: Das Essen und der Rotwein ist perfekt abgestimmt. Besonders das Rindersteak und der Tempranillo haben uns begeistert. Aber auch die Nachspeise war ein Traum! Der Service war zudem extrem freundlich und schnell, wir fühlten uns rundum gut umsorgt. Hier kommen wir definitiv gerne wieder. 5 Sterne!

nette schwäbische Speisekarte. Den Zwiebelrostbraten bekommt man am Ort besser. Apfelküchlein zum Nachtisch mit Sahne aus der Spraydose, naja. Der offen ausgeschenkte Lemberger ist flach und unterdurchschnittlich. In so einem Lokal erwartet man einfach eine bessere Weinkarte. Die Maultaschen mit Käse überbacken kann man essen, das Brät in der Maultasche geht so. Für Ambiente und Anspruch sollte sich der "Hasen" in der Küche mehr Mühe geben. Nur Gäste mit wenig Erfahrung in der schwäbischen Küche wie z. B. die zahlreichen durchreisenden Geschäftsübernachtungsgäste können hier zufrieden sein. Echte Schwaben werden eher woanders essen. Die internationalen Speiseangebote sind ok.

Viel zu wenig. Mein Sohn und ich haben beide Züri Geschnetzeltes gegessen. Für 25,50€ mit bestenfalls 100g Fleisch ohne Salat.
