Nice service. There's always a lot of customers there too. But everything tastes very, very tasty. Prices have now risen, but not within limits. We'd love to come back My tip: The schnitzel and spare ribs are really great. The spare ribs are only available on Thursdays.

Delicious and good!! The schnitzels are particularly recommended. Daily special for lunch for cheap and delicious. Highly recommended.

Excellent price-performance ratio. The schnitzels are absolutely recommended, super tasty... and if you're in the mood for really good ribs, you should make a reservation for them on Thursdays. It's worth it!

A very clean restaurant with an open kitchen and surprisingly inexpensive food. We paid just under €30 for two people for a Münsterländer schnitzel with French fries and mayonnaise, a Holsteiner schnitzel and two waters. The schnitzels are real! No molded meat held together by a pile of gelatin and very tasty. The pleasant, young waitress, who obviously really enjoys her job, is particularly remembered. The atmosphere is not that of a three-star restaurant but is very clean and comfortable. All in all, absolutely recommended. 5 stars from us.

The food is average. When there's a lot going on, the fries aren't well done. Some sauces are not homemade. Sometimes food is simply warmed up.

Gemütliches Restaurant, toller Service

Günstig, lockere Atmosphäre, sehr freundliche Bedienung. Die Jägersoße sowie die Zigeunersoße waren leider nicht selbst gemacht und schmeckten leider wie aus dem Eimer. Die Schnitzelqualität war gut, die Portion hat gepasst.

Kloppenborg, liebevoll auch 'Kloppi' genannt, ist für die Einheimischen seit jeher ein Garant für bodenständige deutsche Küche. Hier wird jeder satt und bekommt eine Menge geboten fürs Geld. Und das macht sich bemerkbar. Dass wirklich wenig los ist habe ich noch nie erlebt, trotzdem wird man zügig bedient. Wenn Kloppenborg mal wegen Urlaub geschlossen hat, sind die Gäste ab Tag eins nach dem Urlaub wieder da. Wir Nordwalder und Exil-Nordwalder wissen warum. Kloppenborg gehört zu Nordwalde wie Schützenfest und Kirmes.

Schmeckt immer super. Preis/Leistung stimmt. :)
