Restaurant Freibad in Plattling

I had a very good gyro. I ate on the terrace, overlooking the outdoor pool. I liked it and thought it was cool. I highly recommend it.

Even one star is too many here. Last year, the food on the terrace was truly meager. Last week, we just wanted to have a drink and sit down together, but we were sent back downstairs because you're only allowed to sit upstairs if you also order something to eat. What a disgrace! This is an outdoor pool, not an exclusive restaurant. Completely arrogant. The kiosk is completely overpriced. We bring everything we need from home, so I don't have to get upset anymore.

When will Plattling Freibad get someone again who can easily serve people with fries, currywurst and chicken nuggets? After the Asian catastrophe, now the next one

When I read the reviews of the outdoor pool restaurant before visiting, I could hardly believe that a restaurant had such bad reviews. The last time we visited the outdoor pool we ordered 2x currywurst with fries and drinks. After a while we were handed 2 polystyrene boxes in the restaurant with the remark that the food was to be eaten outside the restaurant area (i.e. not on the terrace.) Remarkably, a maximum of 2 tables were occupied at this point. When we arrived at the bathing area, we opened the boxes. The curry sausages were not cut into pieces, nor was there a wooden skewer/fork or anything knife-like to cut them into. Both the sausages and the fries were covered in ketchup, so that in the sticky mass you had to put the sausage in your mouth with your hands to bite off. In the end there wasn't even a napkin to wipe your fingers with. Overall, a really catastrophic rating for this restaurant. Thank you, never again under these circumstances and hopefully a new tenant for the otherwise beautiful outdoor pool next year! Currywurst only lukewarm...

Unfortunately not so good! We ordered fries and a hamburger, but neither tasted good. It doesn't actually take much to make good fries😬. The service seemed very overwhelmed and without a concept to me. There were also loud discussions between the kitchen and service. Something like that just doesn't go over well.

Mega schlechter Service! Erst eine halbe Stunde warten bis man dran kommt um etwas zum mitnehmen zu bestellen! Dann mit gesagt bekommen dass es nochmals eine halbe Stunde dauert wegen Stromausfall! Dafür geh ich nicht an meinem freien Sonntag ins Freibad.! So gehts nicht!

Das freibad an sich ein wunderbarer ort zum relaxen und für kinder ein ort der spass und freude bereitet! Aber das Restaurant eine totale Enttäuschung!! punkt 1: keine pommes vorrätig und es war erst 12 uhr mittag!! Punkt 2: der nachbartisch hat eistee Pfirsich bestellt, hat ihn bekommen. Wir bestellten auch eistee Pfirsich, dann sagte die Bedienung: "wir haben nur zitrone"! Punkt 3: kein fanta/gelbes limo!! Punkt 4: chicken nuggets haben auch nach nichts geschmeckt!! Unterm Strich sehr enttäuschend!!!
