Restaurant Fischkutter Ludwigshafen in Ludwigshafen am Rhein

There were two of us in the restaurant, which was very rustically furnished but was sparsely attended. Price/performance is reasonable. The shrimp pan and the baked squid were very tasty. We will come again!

Four of us ate there with the Schlemmerblock. Restaurant was moderately busy. We were immediately informed that we would have to expect a waiting time. The service seemed restrained and somehow everything was pretty decelerated there. The atmosphere is very friendly and appropriately furnished and decorated for a fish restaurant. The grill plate, sea bass tagliatelle with salmon and cevapcici were ordered. The prices on the menu do not match those on the homepage and the flyers at the entrance. EC payment is also not possible. Unfortunately, the food arrived at the table with a delay. The quality and taste were very good to outstanding. Everything fresh and on point. Absolutely recommended for eating.

We had dinner at the fishing boat a few weeks ago. The ambience is rather rustic, but cozy and quite suitable for a fish restaurant. We ate tagliatelle and tortellini, the tagliatelle were plentiful, the tortellini were rather scarce. Prices are OK; overall decent price/performance ratio.

I'm glad this exists here. Anchovies were very tasty and it wasn't the last time I was here. Too bad. That no card payment is accepted.

And we noticed the restaurant because the tram passes right by it and stops almost directly there. We were there around 5:30 p.m., there was nothing going on yet. We order pollack, one breaded and one unbreaded, both with fried potatoes and salad in advance. We are thrilled... Both dishes are extremely tasty - the unbreaded pollack would even have earned 6 stars. The ambience transports you to the sea... We'll come back or use their delivery service. 5 stars plus for value for money

The ambience is great, the service was very friendly and the fish (bream and sea bass) that we ordered was great and to the point, tasted great and the portion was really big enough to fill you up. Great restaurant, have nothing to complain about

Excellent cuisine and good welcome

⭐⭐⭐ Visited a fish restaurant recently and had a mixed experience. The fish dishes, particularly the whole fish like dorade, Forelle, or Wolfsbarsch, were delicious and the portions were adequate. Prices were reasonable overall, but the shrimp were quite expensive for the tiny portions provided – definitely something to skip. Similarly, the calamari tasted great, but four rings as a main dish for 20 euros is a bit much. The seating is nice both inside and outside, and the staff is friendly. However, the service was slow even though the restaurant wasn't busy. In summary, I would recommend this place for the whole fish dishes but would advise against ordering the shrimp or calamari.

The seafood stir-fries are the cheapest mix from the jar or frozen. Far too expensive for 19.50 euros.

The insider tip if you want to eat good fish in Ludwigshafen, Mannheim and the surrounding area. Something for everyone, even if there is someone who wants to eat something different, there are very good alternatives. Great overall package, especially the location is great! 10/10

The place looks really good, the service is very nice, the portions are tiny for the price, instead of a fillet you get half and I've never had such a bad sea bass, it just tasted charred, the skin couldn't be removed "I eat a lot and enjoy eating very high-quality fish, but you shouldn't do that with such a great product. Went to the bakery and got something else because we got up hungry

Very good experience, Large portions, good quality, a lot of effort put into the details in the decor. It's a shame that the restaurant is so empty on Saturday evenings. Overall, a very good fish restaurant with fair prices

Everything fresh and delicious!

Unfortunately we weren't lucky today, we are actually regular customers but today we had fried calamari twice and 1 children's plate and the calamari were always good but today we had a smell of ammonia, the calamari were either spoiled or gutted incorrectly. Inedible, a shame about the money everything ended up in the trash. From today on there won't be any more food from the fishing boat

We were extremely positively surprised. It's a shame that some comments about size or prices lower the average. Shop rents are expensive in the city. Anyone who doesn't only know fish from the freezer from Diacounter for 12 euros a kilo knows what a premium product fish actually is. And how expensive it is from the fresh counter. Tastes are different. It's great that it's not over-seasoned and you can add it yourself depending on your taste. Price/performance ratio is completely justified. Thank you for the great dining experience. We'll definitely be back.

I ordered today from fischkutter-lu.de. They said the food would come in about 40 minutes. After it still wasn't there after 1.5 hours, I called and was told that it wouldn't be delivered until the evening. Now I'm left without food at 1:30 p.m. and have to work until at least 5 p.m. before I can buy anything. Never again.

Food always tastes great. Both fish, pasta and meat dishes. In my opinion, best fish in the area. I can only recommend it :)) I would give 6 stars for pancakes :)

Unfortunately, I am unable to rate the food, service or ambience because when I reserved the table on the phone I was immediately greeted with the question “do you have a gourmet block”? When I said yes, I was told that I could only come from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. because they had an event! I don't know why some restaurants sign up for the gourmet block if they don't want to serve these customers.

I can only recommend the sea bass, every meal was delicious, even for non-fish eaters there is a choice. The ambience is really amazing. This was our first time there and definitely not the last time.

The atmosphere is very inviting. The food tasted great. The condition very nice and friendly just a bit inattentive. In addition, the menu had incorrectly labeled allergens, which is very difficult as an allergy sufferer so I deducted a star.

This is our third time here with friends and family. Great restaurant with the right atmosphere. One point of criticism: The salad is garnished with a white blob of ready-made sauce (we didn't like it) even though there is vinegar and oil as well as salt and pepper on the table. You ask yourself what for. But the food itself is highly recommended.

Portions are far too small, so you need a kebab afterward to fill you up. But the food is delicious.

At the beginning of February we ate in the fishing boat with Schlemmerblock. The portion sizes of the fried fish dishes are unfortunately rather “reserved”, the photos show the size of the fish portion served compared to the lemon wedge. Hungry people should always choose an appetizer. The “homemade” potato salad with the fish didn’t really taste like homemade. Noodle dishes, on the other hand, have sufficiently large portions. Service was always attentive and friendly 😀.

We ate at the fishing boat on December 27th and what can I say We were a little disappointed! The portions have definitely become smaller. The taste was okay. We were there about nine months ago and were thrilled! Mhhh if only the VAT. plus……. Hope things get better again!

I don't understand how this place scores so well. The food was mediocre. A lot came from the fryer. The main course, shrimp casserole, was tough. The sea bream was good. Sunday night. 2 tables in the shop. The waitress' family was also there. She sat there at the table more than bothered with us. And then she sits with her back to us. We ran out of drinks, the mayonnaise never arrived. Too bad, I would have preferred to eat somewhere else, but I was misled by the score on Google.

Ordered 2x fish platters for 1 person. Very good in taste. Unfortunately only 1 shrimp!!! 2 squid rings and a very small piece of salmon. Instead, a whole sea bream with bones. This isn't exactly how I imagine a fish platter to be. I ate the rice first so that I had room on the plate to disassemble the sea bream. There wasn't an extra plate for the bones (I didn't specifically ask). All in all OK and a bit expandable. We'd love to come back, but then no fish platter Nice atmosphere, massive tables and chairs

Tolles Restaurant ganz in der Nähe der Promenade Ludwighafens, Tolles Essen, gute Ambiente und nette Bedienung!

Waren mit Schlemmerblock da. Die Portionen sind sehr überschaubar, leider auch sehr flach gewürzt. Die Nudeln mit Meeresfrüchten hingegen sehr reichhaltig....lags am Schlemmerblock? Na ja, kann man machen, muss man aber nicht.

Schönes Ambiente. Das Essen ist lecker. Aber die Portionen sind einfach zu klein. Dreimal dort gewesen. Spaghetti Frutti die Mare waren reichlich. Bei den Calamares bin ich hungrig raus. Beim Kabeljau war es ein winziges Stück Fisch.

Ich war zum zweiten Mal dort. Das erste mal war das Essen super & die Bedienung super. Heute war das Essen leider nicht so gut. Der Fisch etwas braun/schwarz und bei der Grillplatte hätte das Fleisch nicht so lang auf den Grill gehört… leider hat das die Bedienung wenig interessiert da ihre Antwort darauf war „ der Grill ist heiß“. Ebenso ist die Portion beim Fischteller etwas wenig, zwei Garnelen, zwei Tintenfischringe, ein Zanderfilet und ein kleines Stück Lachs & Pommes & Beilagensalat bei dem der Teller nur halb gefüllt war & das alles für 26 Euro … schade !

Grillteller und Fischplatte haben wir bestellt! Leider waren wir diesmal nicht zufrieden! Die Forelle vom Fischteller war sehr dunkel, fast verbrannt. Winziges Stück Lachs und 2-3 kleine Garnelen, wirkten etwas trostlos! Auf dem Grillteller waren Puten- Rinderfilet trocken und die Cevapcici leicht verbrannt! Als wir dies bei der Bedienung erwähnten, meinte sie: Ja, der Grill ist sehr heiß! Die Pommes waren in Ordnung!

Waren hier zum Geburtstag eingeladen. Das Essen war gut. Der Service hätte besser sein können da das Lokal nicht mal halb besetzt war.

Hallo... Heute waren wir hier essen. Geschmacklich echt gut, die Portionen echt klein. Mein Mann hatte die Fischplatte (1 Forelle, 1 Calamaris, ein kleines Stück Lachs, und 2 kleine Mini Garnelen und ein kleiner Salat für 26 Euro. Ich hatte eine Handvoll Tortellini mit Lachs für knapp 15 Euro und einen grünen Salat für 8 Euro . Insgesamt mit Getränken knapp 60 Euro .

Leute, extrem leckerer Fisch. Wenn Fisch dann zum Fischkutter! Das Foto entstand bei meinem 2. Besuch dort 😊
