Super delicious food and very friendly service.

Really good surprise in Gelsenkirchen, we were looking for a place to eat in the city center before going to Veltins Arena and found this hotel restaurant. Despite being in an hotel, the staff was very friendly and familiar, we were treated like friends and the food was delicious and very affordable!

The price quality ratio was good and the service was excellent. I've never been to a place where the owners arrange a television to a group who are keen to watch EURO2024 games while eating. Many thanks to the whole personnel!

Was there for the first time and if the gods are kind to me, it won't be the last time. We were served by an older lady. She was really wonderful. Food was also excellent.

Ambience is a bit old. The service was friendly but unfortunately the beer arrived warm and it all took a very long time. Unfortunately the food wasn't good at all. Meat was dry fried. Fries were no longer warm. We were there with a larger group, but something like that shouldn't be an excuse. The food was not served at the same time. Some were finished when the last ones got their food. We won't eat there anymore.

Really a nice old restaurant with very nice staff. In a central location right in the city center. Food was very good and plentiful. Prices absolutely okay 👌🏻. Would eat there again and again.

Food is okay, but unfortunately not anymore. The ambience is not necessarily what you would typically expect from a Balkan restaurant, probably because the restaurant is part of a hotel. The service was nice. The negative thing was the lack of information that we could have helped ourselves to the salad buffet. When we had eaten our main course, the waiter told us this, but unfortunately it was too late. You can eat there, but you don't necessarily have to.

It wasn't anything special and there are certainly better ones out there, but you could eat well and the service was nice, the toilet was clean and the prices were acceptable!

We ate there on Christmas Day. There was a menu card. The food tasted good and was solid cuisine. It wasn't anything special. The service was very courteous and friendly. The atmosphere was cozy and clean. But we wouldn't eat there again.

Der Balkanteller für 2 Personen ist super lecker und reichhaltig. Das Restaurant wird von einer netten Familie geführt die sich unglaublich Mühe geben. Vielen Dank.

Das Essen war klasse und ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen. Als Vorspeise bekamen wir eine leckere Gemüse Cremesuppe. Alle Gerichte waren ausnahmslos lecker. Vor allem die Platte für 2 Personen war üppig und das Fleisch super. Etwas mehr Pommes wären auf den Gerichten klasse gewesen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Das Essen grundsätzlich ist gut, leider sind die Portionen für den Preis sehr wenig. Unser großes Bier (Pils) haben wir auch leider aus einem Weizenklas serviert bekommen.

Ein sehr schönes Restaurant. Die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich und der service ist klasse. Wir gehen seit jahren immer mal wieder hin. Wer auf altes schloss Ambiente steht ist hier richtig. Nicht zu übertrieben wir finden genau Richtig. Es ist super ruhig nicht so hektisch wie anderswo. Und das Essen ist einfach klasse. Hoffentlich bleibt ihr noch lange erhalten. 👍 Wieviel man ausgiebt und was man isst werde ich nicht empfehlen oder beantworten weil sowas einfach zu unterschiedlich ist.

Ich hab mir mal nach langen wieder was Gut Bürgerliches gegönnt. War Mega lecker. Preis passt auch. Wer also mal wieder was deftiges haben möchte ist hier an der richtigen Adresse.
