Very cozy restaurant in log cabin style. Food and drink selection very good. Very friendly staff. We made reservations again straight away.

The food is super delicious, made from fresh ingredients and lovingly prepared. The atmosphere is cozy. The staff friendly and attentive. Highly recommended

We went to the "1 Advent" 🎄 Restaurant Dachstuhl today and we can only highly recommend it. Please reserve a table in advance, for us it was 12 p.m. and gradually it got really full. The food, the service and the ambience were really very nice. Really recommend the garlic soup and the garlic snaps after dinner 😉

Came across this restaurant by chance. If you like garlic, this is the place for you. Great selection of dishes. Also for vegetarians. The food was reserved quickly, it was hot and very tasty. The portion was very generous. Friendly and quick service. If I'm in the area again I'll definitely go there again.

There were four of us. 2x steak very good, 1x tagliatelle very good 1x schnitzel unfortunately TK True and unfortunately not good for 20€.

Will end up on my favorite restaurants list. Absolute coincidence, as I had to look for something in the area but didn't know my way around. I had a 2 hour journey myself. But they were more than worth it. Warm, rustic, sitting right by the fireplace. The service was always nice and accommodating, always asking whether everything was okay or whether you had any further requests. I felt completely comfortable. And the food! I ordered the beef cheeks from the additional menu. I always do it when I see them, because for me it says a lot about the cuisine, how they are prepared. And they were perfect… tender as butter… everything melted in your mouth. Plus the perfectly seasoned pumpkin mashed potatoes and the crunchy vegetables for a bite. I'll probably go to the area more often now 😍 Oh well, point deduction for ambience, because it was quite loud due to the open space and I have problems filtering. So the conversation was a bit difficult. But that's my personal feeling

We got a table for 6 people relatively spontaneously 2 hours before the planned dinner. The man on the phone was really friendly, which I always find very positive. On site we enjoyed a cozy atmosphere and experienced a young, attentive and quick service staff. All the other employees were great too. Drinks, starters and main courses were excellent. We will definitely come back and would like to recommend the roof structure.

Super delicious!!! The smell alone when you enter the restaurant is amazing! On top of that, it's a wonderfully designed place, you immediately feel at home. Very loving details, decorated according to the season and there are also holiday apartments available in this style outside. So all in all: a successful concept that also tastes super delicious!! The only downside: without a reservation, it's difficult to get a spot spontaneously and, as it's always full, it's unfortunately quite loud. It's a shame that some guests attach so much importance to sharing their personal conversations with as many strangers as possible.

Ate in the restaurant on October 24th with a reservation. The service left nothing to be desired! The food came quickly and tasted very good! The plates were also nicely arranged for the occasion. Empfang war sehr herzlich,der Service sehr freundlich,humorvoll und kompetent. Speisen und Getränke liessen nicht lange auf sich warten.Ambiente sehr gemütlich und zum längeren Verweilen geeignet.Es könnten jedoch mehr Fleischgerichte angeboten werden.Das Fischgericht war sehr lecker und die Knoblauchsuppe spitze im Geschmack.Wir werden gern wiederkommen.

We went for dinner today without an appointment and were greeted nicely with our dog. In addition to the delicious food, our dog was given a water bowl. A lovely gesture because we had everything with us. The food is very good and more than sufficient. We'll definitely come by again sometime.

Waited 1.5 hours for food... Then the food was cold... Far too little and too expensive for the price... very unfriendly and stressed service. The food on the menu on the website is not there... And last but not least, the menu at the flagship, the prices for some dishes are 1 euro cheaper than on the menu in the restaurant... Update: had been there for a long time, a complete change. Everything was great, the food was delicious, the service was great...

Always a pleasure. This time we were there during prime time, spontaneously without a reservation. Everything was occupied except for one table that still had an hour until the next reservation. We didn't let anyone tell us that twice. Super tasty steak, salad and pasta were also great. The homemade iced tea is also recommended.

Very tasty, very friendly staff, great ambience but the musical sound system should be reconsidered. Were there again today. It's still very tasty. The staff is still friendly but the musical sound system has still not been changed. Furthermore, there is a point deduction in the B grade. Because we sat in front of empty plates for almost half an hour and it was NOT cleared away, even if the waiter was nearby three times.

We come straight from Rome, stop here to eat, get the last parking space and it's busy inside. Everything occupied. But, a solution came quickly: we can eat at the bar. No sooner said than done and we didn't regret it. Delicious food. We say thank you

Requested a table for two by phone, had it confirmed in a very pleasant manner and then had a relaxed dinner in a really cool location, which was really delicious by the way, and our question about the history was answered in great detail in the "old school" way answered, we would love to come back :-)

The food is very, very good there, only my husband's meat wasn't as well done as he wanted it but that's complaining at a high level otherwise great team keep it up and I would personally be happy about cocktails then everything would be perfect for me always happy to come to you

Today was the first time here at the Knoblauchhaus. The service seemed a bit disengaged at first, but after a short time I saw that the team was simply understaffed and he made the best of the situation. The food was delicious. Garlic soup as a starter and a nice steak as a main course. The taste was simply great. The ambience was rustic and beautiful. I'll be back.

The atmosphere in the restaurant and in the garden makes you feel comfortable. The food was very good especially the garlic cream soup!! The waiting time was a bit long but still limited. I can only recommend this!

I had a schnitzel at Spreewälder Letscho. The only thing that is handmade about it is the schnitzel. The rest was from the jar or the bag. And that for around 20 euros – a real shame. Otherwise the service staff did their job. What really stands out is the ambience. It's really nicely decorated.

The food was really good and plentiful. Only caramelized walnuts you can't do without "black". The service was super polite and patient with the kids too. The house is super quaint, but the tablecloth, with a retro board and a glass carafe with plastic flowers as well as a glass filled with sand and a grave light, didn't appeal to us or our guests.

They really made an effort, delicious food, would be happy again. There have been worse times...

We have been guests here for several years, the food is always delicious, and the garlic soup is highly recommended.

A very cozy restaurant that impresses with its architecture. A beautiful outdoor area that leaves nothing to be desired. The prices are not exactly low but the food is consistently very tasty. The portions could be a little larger, but it's within reason. All in all very satisfactory.

Spontaneous Saturday afternoon, very dangerous, we still got a spot. Ambience super awesome, beautiful rustic log cabin with great outdoor area including pond. Food is as delicious as it looks and with extra extra garlic if requested. Currently there is homemade iced tea L. Brilliant, and above all there is "Don't cry rum" an absolutely brilliant rum from the region

One thing in advance: order a table. The restaurant is always very busy. The food is tasty and the portions are filling. If you love garlic, you should order the offer here. For those who can handle garlic to some extent, have your dish without it! The ambience is very appealing due to the log cabin. I can imagine it being very comfortable here in winter. The service is extremely nice and also explains the offers on the menu.

Went there on Sunday for lunch around 12 p.m. and got a table straight away. The waiters were super friendly and the food was really tasty. Went there for the first time and were attracted by the ambience. We really enjoyed it and will definitely come back a second time.

Dear Garlic House, Simply great. We spontaneously called two hours in advance and got a table for two.🤩 When we arrived we were very impressed by the wooden house and the ambience. The background noise was a bit loud, but what do you want to do when business is booming doesn't stop you from lingering. The service was super friendly and the service was quick. The food was great, we both had steak medium and it was just a feast. We'll come back in winter because the fireplace makes it cozy and warm.🤩 We will be back.

A very nice restaurant. Our waiter (Asian) was very friendly and attentive, the food was good. Unfortunately, the other staff present behind the counter privately talked very loudly and used the word sh…. Was used often. Unfortunately there is no Coca Cola. Otherwise 5 stars.

Service only upon request after a 15 minute wait. Friendly staff. Service processes are obviously not routine. Small portions...the question of value for money arises. Food is a matter of taste, for me it was mediocre at best. Sauce didn't deserve its name, rosemary potatoes were partly black and the sirloin steak was still very bloody. The desired degree of cooking was medium.
