This is my first time eating there, and honestly, we were not satisfied. 2 adults and 2 children were all good. The servers are quick and friendly, and they offer you tea. I honestly recommend it 100%. 👍👍👍👍👍

I also ordered something else that they didn't have in stock, but they delivered something similar without me calling or asking. This is the last time I order and eat there. It's a real shame.

We were loyal customers of this restaurant, which we often recommended to our friends and family, but our last visit was a huge disappointment. We arrived around 10 pm and were seated at a table that was still dirty, covered in tea stains. The server simply placed the basket of bread directly on it, without even attempting to clean it up. Despite this, we remained calm and placed our order. We were served salads while we waited, but the white sauce I requested never arrived. Meanwhile, a family seated after us received their soup, starters, and main courses well before us. We waited over an hour for two simple plates of Adana, without any explanation or apology. When we dared to make a comment, the server huffed and annoyedly told us to simply wait. A few minutes later, another group was served a yufka with fries in less than 10 minutes… That was too much. We paid for our drinks and left, without a word of apology from the staff. On the contrary, it seemed as if it suited them. The restaurant wasn't full, yet certain customers clearly seemed to be given priority. We had the unpleasant feeling of favoritism, perhaps linked to the Turkish community who frequent the place. It's a real shame, because we'd always enjoyed eating here. Unfortunately, this experience put us off, and we won't be returning.

But now everything is different and much better than before, because it has a new owner. The meat is tender and melts in your mouth like butter. Fine grilled taste but not too strong, just perfect! Homemade kebab skewer! Everything fresh! Homemade yoghurt sauce and I could just spoon it over how fine it is. Sarma, lahana, rice or fries, everything was really, really delicious. Someone knows how to make really good food with a lot of love. Everyone knows the well-known grill kebab restaurant up in Weil am Rhein with the well-known sauce? CINAR tops this by worlds! Definitely try it, you will be amazed. Even where I saw the pides, they are huge! I'll try that next time. By the way, the baklava was also great! Never seen a restaurant where everything is right from the ayran to the dessert! An experience! The service was always there and fulfilled all of our wishes; we were able to put together the grill plate the way we wanted it. Customer service is very important and lived here! In terms of food quality, it was truly one of the worst experiences. The service was almost nonexistent. The food was tasteless and dry. I really don’t understand how some people gave this restaurant and its food high ratings! It is absolutely not comparable to Turkish restaurants in cities like Cologne or Stuttgart. We had a mixed experience at this restaurant. 1st visit For starters, we tried the soup (€5) and the portion was generous with a great taste. For the main dish (€18), we had the Iskender, which was also a large portion with plenty of flavorful chicken. It had a bit too much yogurt for my taste, but overall it was delicious. The Ayran (€3) was extremely refreshing and to top it off, we were offered a complimentary chai tea at the end. 2nd visit The starters (tripe soup and lamb head soup) were delicious, and the flatbread with yogurt was super tasty. The stuffed vine leaves were nice but not particularly special. For the main dishes, we tried a kind of kebab Iskender. The portion was large and well-presented, but unfortunately, the taste was disappointing—far too salty and greasy, making it hard to eat after a while. The waiter was okay but not particularly motivated. I’ve been here before, and the food and service were much better back then. Overall, we paid 110 euros for three people, which is quite expensive for Germany. While I would still recommend the restaurant, it’s better to choose your dishes carefully.

I am very disappointed with my last visit to this restaurant. The service wasn't good; the dessert was served before the main course was cleared away. New chairs were bought, but there is still no door to the toilet, and the left half of the room smells unpleasantly of a toilet. Every customer who had reserved and sat on the left side didn't want to stay there because it smelled very bad. I've been a regular customer so far, but nothing has improved. Prices also became more expensive and the tea arrived cold. So as a regular customer who came regularly with friends and family, I made my decision not to return.

Good experience overall the meal was good however I found it shocking that at the price of €21.90 the beyti had no accompaniment neither rice nor bulgur I find it expensive to pay even if it was good it doesn't not worth paying 22€ without support.... At that price I usually eat it with bulgur. Otherwise nice and good place.

The soup was served cold. The cigars cold. I ordered the Adana kebab with rice - rice was served cold. The Adana came at room temperature. Over all food ok. Service very sloppy waiter brought wrong order twice and worst of all saw server brushing his hair with both hands in bathroom and left without washing his hands.

I ate with family and we chose kebab meat on a plate... How to say ?. I had to use a paper towel to get all the grease out of our mouths! The brooch must have been purchased at a low price. Same, we asked for a carafe of water which was refused, so we priced a 1L5 bottle at €5.90. I was expecting to be served a San Pellegrino in glass, as a result I was served a crystalline one!
