I ate with family and we chose kebab meat on a plate... How to say ?. I had to use a paper towel to get all the grease out of our mouths! The brooch must have been purchased at a low price. We asked for sauces for the fries and we were presented with sauces in sachets like a fast food type snack. I allow myself to make this remark because the prices of the card are high. Same, we asked for a carafe of water which was refused, so we priced a 1L5 bottle at €5.90. I was expecting to be served a San Pellegrino in glass, as a result I was served a crystalline one! Know that I didn't hesitate to talk to the boss about it. We see that the establishment is trying to get fat at the expense of customer quality with exorbitant prices for quality that is not there. Oh yes, I forgot a big TV with a football match with the sound on loud just to attract football purists. I would describe the place as a club house fast food restaurant. Congratulations Gualdeche! He must have at least 4 safes with all this cb liquidity refused. I'm not putting a toe in there.

Believe me, if your employees are happy, you will earn more, otherwise your business will disappear by your own hands. Also, the pictures of live animals and raw meat on the service papers do not look nice at all. I recommend you to change that too... I hope it will be better. Already with these last two points we could eat calmly. The distance between tables is sufficient so as not to disturb each other. Last point: why in Germany it is not possible to pay by credit card and you have to pay "Cash"!

Ladies and Gentlemen I would like to complain about our visit to your restaurant today for Iftar meal. We had made a reservation in advance and were told to be there at 7:30 p.m., which we were on time. We ordered drinks and food straight away and were even one of the first tables in the restaurant. When the iftar opened, we were served soup and bread, salad and dates were already on the table. However, we then waited over 55 minutes until our main course was finally served. Meanwhile, all the other guests around us were being served, except us. It seemed like more tables had been reserved than were actually available, as many tables still had plastic chairs. To our annoyance, a plastic table was even pushed up to our table to make room for more guests. When we asked about the whereabouts of our food, we were even questioned as to whether we had even placed an order. This despite the fact that our order had long since been taken. The drinks only came with the food. Overall, this was a disastrous experience and this is the second time we have experienced such problems while visiting your restaurant. The first time we turned a blind eye, but after this further disappointment we've finally had enough. We expect an appropriate solution to this situation and hope to hear back from you soon.

We live in the year 2024. How can you be so selfish and stingy and greedy for every cent that you don't even offer card payment just to save yourself the fees? Families come here and order a lot for 100-200 euros, you can't expect everyone to always have that much money with them...it's a shame

The selection of grilled dishes/starters is very large and the food tastes very good and always arrives warm/hot. There's nothing wrong with food! The service is friendly and quick. However, you have to criticize the hygiene of the store... there is a lot going on, especially on weekends, and it looks accordingly. There are leftover food on the floor, some of it is stuck together or there are napkins and cutlery lying around. Because of the crowd in the store it is also very loud. The toilets can no longer be accessed because there are leftover toilet paper lying around everywhere and in some cases everything is simply dirty. Of course, this is also the consumer's fault, but as a restaurant you should also take responsibility and sometimes clean or simply tidy up the toilets.

Es ist übertrieben teuer. Abgesehen davon, ist es. Nun mehrfach vorgekommen, dass man echt lange (15 Min!) auf ein Döner warten muss, obwohl der Laden leer ist. Hinzu kommt, das dass Fleisch keine besondere Qualität hat, hab inzwischen mehrfach dort gegessen, und habe immer wieder Knorpel erwischt. Leider ist dass Essen auch nur lauwarm gewesen,. Musste ebenfalls mehrfach sagen, wie der Döner sein soll. Naja, ich dachte, ich gebe den heute nochmal eine Chance, aber mal wieder ein Reinfall. Gibt bessere Dönerläden. Der Döner hat mich zum Alkoholiker gemacht.

Döner vor Ort gegessen. Unterdurchschnittlich. Das Fleisch war sehr besonders. Einmal, danke, aber nicht nochmal.
