Very nice pizzaria with very tasty food and nice service. However, the prices are quite high, even if it is tasty.

Really great restaurant with very good food and ambience.

We just wanted to have a drink, but we were still greeted very friendly, so we made a reservation for dinner a day later. Everything from the food to the service was perfect!!!! If we come back to Hamburg it is a must visit!!!!

Overall, the food was delicious, the service was friendly and the atmosphere was nice but unfortunately that was it. The toilets were unclean, we had to wait a long time (well, it was Saturday evening) and the people next to us came after us but got their food much earlier than us. Nothing about the “Homemade Lemonades” is homemade. Just sparkling water with a tiny hint of flavor with lots of ice cubes and arrangements; Having to spend €7 on this is absolutely cheeky. Behind us at the table an order was mixed up, a salad WITHOUT meat was ordered. She got one with meat. I think you should pay extra attention to something like this. I wouldn't come back.

13-15€ for long drinks with standard mixers is excessive for the location. No recommendation for this type of usury.

Absolutely fine for this location, also in terms of price/performance ratio. Have been there twice. Everyone is very nice, the food is good. As for the salad dressing, I'm not sure if it comes from a bucket. The pizzas are highly recommended. The pasta was also very good and the salmon was also very good

The Capri restaurant surprised us positively this evening. Despite some negative reviews on the Internet, we experienced a **cozy ambience** and **very nice service**. The dishes, especially the **Lasagna** and the **Pizza Milanese**, far exceeded our expectations. The quality of the food was excellent and the atmosphere was inviting. Nice staff, good menu, delicious food!

Looking at the menu board, the boss invited us in. The atmosphere was very appealing and the food was very tasty. Antonio served us. It was a lovely, fun evening and the Ramazotti just tasted way too much! When we are in Hamburg again we will definitely come by!

Lovely restaurant in the centre of Hamburg. I went here one morning for breakfast and it was so good that I had to go back again a couple of days later! Great food and absolutely brilliant service, in particular from one of the waiters, Deepak, who made us feel so welcome and he was a pleasure to chat to. Hopefully will be back again one day soon.

Deepak was so accommodating and friendly. A true example of what should be hospitality. He was at the front meeting and greeting people. He then was the server and made sure we had everything we needed. Top level service - thank you

Very authentic Italian restaurant. The pizza was nice and thin and crispy in the Neapolitan style. Just be sure to be hungry enough as it was really big. The carbonara was really original and very tasty. The ambience is immediately reminiscent of a small, cozy restaurant on Capri. The price-performance ratio was absolutely fine. We'd love to come back.

Visited for lunch and starting with the positive, the food was ok+ (pizza). I was sitting in the outdoor seating area and next to my table was apparently one of the hotel's dirty laundry pickups. Both sheets and towels were carried out in large laundry bags. My table followed halfway out into the street as they rolled the cart. Unfresh! In addition, the waiter had the nerve to ask how much I wanted to pay because "tip is not included". No and no. Find another place.

The three of us ate there this evening, I have to say the food and the conditions were great. Everything was completely satisfactory, the portions were very tasty and the size was also very good 👍🏼.

Went to the Capri restaurant today. There were 3 of them. Had 1 salmon steak A salami pizza And a schnitzel Because we like to go to the Italian restaurant We were thrilled with the food Tasteful, superbly prepared. The service was also super typically Italian, which we like. If we lived in Hamburg I would eat there again and again. Praise the kitchen

The pizza was very tasty and the service was very quick and polite. Music was a bit loud. Excellent for the location and the purpose of getting a quick, decent meal when traveling.

You would think a restaurant in front of a train station would bring its lots of frustrations such as slow servers or cheap food or stressed staff. Not here, we have two pizzas with a smile and fast services. Food looked of good quality, pizza was ok. I don’t necessarily recommend the tiramisu but definitely the pizza

Right at the main station...food service great!

We had pasta and pizza. Everything tasted more like a quick tourist meal. So absolutely middle class. Ambient disaster. There are always beggars out and about and people struggling between chairs to get to any guesthouse entrance. Most of the outdoor plants have died due to water loss.

Extremely unfriendly staff. The waiter only said the bare minimum and didn't even smile. Not even goodbye was said. In general it is very tight in the store. The cutlery we had was completely dull. I feel a little ripped off by the pizza because I ordered caprese for €17 and just got a Margherita with cold mozzarella and tomatoes. But the floor was nice and thin, which I personally think is better. Wouldn't necessarily recommend the store; My friend's pizza was delicious and the pasta at the neighboring table looked pretty good too. Maybe we just caught stupid staff

I recently dined at Restaurant Capri in Hamburg and had an overall pleasant experience. The service was impressively fast and responsive, ensuring that we felt well taken care of throughout our meal. The highlight of our dining experience was definitely the Penne del Haus, which was absolutely delicious and highly recommended. While the prices were reasonable, there’s always room for them to be a bit cheaper to enhance the value further. Overall, Restaurant Capri is a great spot for a quick and tasty meal with excellent service.

Great atmosphere and music. High quality service and equally fast. But after dinner they just let you enjoy your drink. And for this price, it’s a real top notch place to visit.

Cold pizzas served by old rude men. No refund, no apoligy. Just disbelief and argument. The old men could not hear the bell from the food elevator, so the pizzas were cold, when we finally got them. Horrendous service.

Space drafty, at least got a new one. Burnt pizza. Salad wasn't worth the money either. I don't understand the good reviews.

really disappointed. As soon as I arrive, without saying hello, the first thing they tell me is that I can't put my daughter's stroller in (she is 7 months old). I have to pick her up from the stroller when she was about to sleep and eat with her on me. I order a salad, the Nicosia, and they bring me a different one. I tell them on three occasions that that is not my salad and they assure me that it is the one I ordered, I have to take the menu and show them ingredient by ingredient, NONE matches. They finally change it for me. They only ask for forgiveness when I go to pay. The worst restaurant I have tried in Hamburg so far. (The food is quite average)

We came across this Italian during our trip to Hamburg. We had 2x pizza and 1x pasta. It was very tasty and sufficient. The service staff was nice and very modest about tips. It was clean and you don't notice any of the hustle and bustle of the main station!!!

In my opinion the food is really first class!! The music was way too loud. We were greeted unfriendly and the waiter was very listless. Waiter seemed dissatisfied with the amount of money being drunk. Toilet a disaster very dirty and dingy. The doors to the toilet could not be locked.

Wir haben im Ristorante Capri ein Rumpsteak mit Pfeffersauce mit Pommes und Salat bestellt. Das Essen wurde bereits nach kurzer Zeit serviert. Das Steak war auf den Punkt gebraten. Krosse, sehr gut schmeckende Pommes und eine gute Salatbeilage. Wir waren vor allem vom Steak restlos begeistert. Dazu noch für Hamburger Verhältnisse ein sehr moderater Preis und das alkoholfreie Hefeweizen für unter 5 € sehr günstig.

Was here for breakfast. There is very good coffee. Either buffet or 4 different dishes from the menu.

Seafood pasta or rice pan was quite tasty and plentiful, as was the Wiener Schnitzel

The shop is very nicely decorated and there is very pleasant music playing in the background. Unfortunately, the waiters hardly looked at me. The Margherita pizza had clearly too much cheese and not enough sauce, which made it very dry towards the edge. The bruscetta that came after my pizza was unfortunately just as dry and a bit bland. Don't have to do it a second time

We were served by nice staff with 8 people. Our food (steak, schnitzel, pasta and pizza) came at the same time, the food was hot and tasted very good. The price-performance ratio is right here. We would visit and recommend this restaurant again at any time.

Very full, very small tables, service came late, food only after 1.5 hours, wanted bruschetta as a starter and tomato soup as a main course, everything came together, friend wanted tomato salad with the pizza, never came.

Stopped in spontaneously today. First of all, hats off to getting a table for four without a reservation. That was it already. Ordered a glass of water, got a bottle. Well, water always works. Placed an order for food and waited a full hour for it. At first we consoled ourselves with the fact that it was freshly prepared. However, when the table next to us (arrived 30 minutes after us) received their food before us, we became suspicious. When asked, they said everything was now in the oven. Usually everyone at the table gets their meal at the same time. Far from it. My wife had lasagna that wasn't worthy of the name. Rock-hard cheese, small and lukewarm. I had a Milanese pizza (after I had already forgotten what I had ordered in the restaurant). Ham was cut into 1cm narrow strips, in total about 8 pieces of mushrooms that could be counted on one hand. After we were done, ignorance set in. I'm at the counter to pay. On a side note, we sat right next to that counter. Conclusion: Sorry, that could be better!

Very tasty pizza for a reasonable price. It could also be a pizzeria in a slightly smaller town (it's directly opposite the busy main train station, but you don't get any of this when you eat). The waitresses were extremely friendly and accommodating. Simply to recommend.

I hope we were just unlucky, but the restaurant didn't work at all when we visited today. The prices really don't do justice to the food and service. I ordered a Capri salad. Tuna with artichokes is on the menu for just under €15. You really can't go wrong with salad. The cucumbers were dry and I don't know if the cubes were meant to represent mozzarella due to the harder consistency. The artichokes are not fresh. You got two small halves of it. I'm really happy to pay if the quality is good. Of course, I expressed my thoughts and dissatisfaction. No sorry, no nothing. Just the question of whether I would like a new salad, after all 🙈I said no. I also paid in full for an artichoke, some tuna and a piece of cucumber. I would have reacted differently, but we sat for probably 10 minutes without me eating anything and the full plate was at the edge of the table. The staff stood at the bar and chatted because it was probably the shift change. My daughter and the next table had pizza, which was apparently quite good. If you want to visit the restaurant, take enough money with you. But the quality and service justify this in no way. The Italian flair was sorely missing. Form your own opinion. But luckily there are enough alternatives in Hamburg too. Unfortunately you have to give one star.

I got pizza here. The pizza was okay, not the best I've had. If you're close by and want pizza, it's fine. The place is nice, and people seem to like it. But the service wasn't great – it felt a bit cold and unfriendly.

So i am a backpacker and for the night trains/busses i need somewhere to stay for a while . I didn't want to doing it again in McD or Burger haha and I saw the restaurant and checked the prices , seemed very cheap for a restaurant like that. Just across the central station, amazing ! and the atmosphere was soo nice ! The music was perfect! But pizza , fantastisch! I ate margarita , it was so thin and big! End of the meal you feel satisfied and not hungry anymore ! It was just 9.80€. well when I looked at the menu I saw Hawaii pizza and I suprised haha I wasn't expecting perfect pizza in an Italian restaurant which has Hawaii pizza 🤪 haha kidding , was very good! Also tiramisu was delicious, can not say the best one but taste was different and good . And people were so nice and kind ! I absolutely recommend it ! ( Note : tips is not included in the bill)
