Restaurant Brasserie in Bremen

Amazing breakfast buffet at a reasonable price.

A restaurant that cannot be found! We walked hungry along Hollerallee and looked for the “Restaurant Brasserie”. We have not found a name or reference to this restaurant, wherever it may be, and ultimately this restaurant. We only found the Maritim Hotel at the registered location. If this restaurant is part of it, then the operator should think about the restaurant name - e.g. Brasserie-Maritim or something similar, or label it more clearly on the outside so that people can find it. We couldn't find it and had to leave hungry! 🙁

Very good food - I've always enjoyed it so far

Had our breakfast there and it was filling. There is something for everyone, whether vegetarian, vegan or classic. Price and performance were right. It was clean and cozy.

Delicious breakfast and everything your heart desires!!!! The food on the menu is delicious, lots of choice and not expensive!!! If you're hungry, you'll definitely find something for yourself there👍😁

Gestern zum dritten mal am Sonntagsbrunch teilgenommen und leider kann ich keine 5 Sterne mehr vergeben. Nach den ersten 2 Besuchen war ich der Meinung, dass die Brasserie eine der besten Locations für einen Sonntagsbrunch in Bremen ist, aber das hat sich leider geändert. Müsste ich raten, würde ich sagen, dass das Budget für den Einkauf um ca. 30% gekürzt wurde. Wo sich z.B. vorher eine große Auswahl an leckeren Grasshoff-Aufstrichen befand, stehen jetzt eine Handvoll Gläser Schwartau-Konfitüren und eine Schale mit Nutella-Einzelportionen. Insgesamt fühlte sich das ganze Buffet deutlich weniger hochwertig an, als wir es von den ersten beiden Besuchen gewohnt waren und dafür dann den selben Preis zu bezahlen hinterlässt einen faden Beigeschmack.
