Oh guys, what can I say: perfect. Delicious, fresh, friendly. Best pizza in Hagnau and the surrounding area. Go and enjoy. Homemade tiramisu and beer and wine fresh and fruity. Why is this place so empty??? It can't be the quality. Give them a chance!!!

The pizza is subpar for an Italian. Very dry and burnt. 30 euros for 5 small portions of fries isn't that cheap, so as a family of 5 we certainly won't be eating there anymore. I think the nearest pizzeria does more justice to the name

To me the pizzas seem to be the best sellers; They are often picked up and then eaten at your own place. We ordered several dishes there... Pizzas, "Rigatoni al forno", "Spaghetti aglio e olio" (With garlic and olive oil) and also schnitzel with fries. The pizzas “Frutti di Mare” and “Tonno” Both were always very tasty and well topped. "Rigatoni al forno" was also good and plentiful. The schnitzel with fries was ok, no taste explosion but ok. The portion size was good considering the price/performance ratio. Let's get to the "court" "Spaghetti aglio e olio" (With garlic and olive oil). This “something” was an impudence, even an impudence!!! Let's start with the length of the noodles... Is it now customary in Italy to divide spaghetti into three?! It was not possible to "wrap" these parts around the fork. ONE ! ... one noodle was so long that it deserved to be called “spaghetti”. The size of the portion and the carelessness in how it was prepared was that of an "Italian" unworthy and almost damaging to the reputation of his compatriots. The 6 cm high aluminum bowl was perhaps only half full. There was enough oil in it; whether there was garlic in it...? You don't know. I would guess that there must have been a bulb of garlic next to the noodles. Yesterday I would have liked to slap the creative genius of this impudence in the face of his own impudence.

According to our daughter (5) best pizza in the world! All I can add is that it's good value for money. Just being able to eat at the campsite almost around the clock is worth a good rating.

We ordered food to take away. According to the card, ordering via WhatsApp is possible, no it's not... After we asked whether it had arrived at all, we received a very unfriendly answer... (If you don't get an answer, it probably didn't arrive...) Well, we placed the order on site and were told it would be back in 50 minutes. But please pay cash in advance. After 50 minutes we came back to pick up the pizzas we ordered, unfortunately they weren't ready. Wait another 15 minutes... Conclusion: There were tuna pieces on the Magarita pizza and it wasn't surprising in terms of taste... The tiramisu was ok, but the portion was really small for the price...

We sat outside and enjoyed the very good pizzas. My favorite is the pizza with rocket and crudo ham. The base is fantastically crispy. We vacationed at the campsite and went there several times for a latte, an iced chocolate or pizza. Everything was fine for us. The map is small, but that's a good sign for me.

Super delicious pizza 😋. Very good and friendly service. Ambiance can be improved. Price/performance more than good. We'd love to come back.

Three of us went to dinner. Rigatoni al forno was quite ok, in my opinion it could have been a little spicier. The child enjoyed the tortellini. The schnitzel and fries were a disaster. Probably would have been better in the food truck. Everything fried and very oily. The ambience is nothing special, the terrace/beer garden is nice. The menu is very carelessly designed. A laminated sheet.

Despite various negative reviews, we can only recommend this restaurant. Beer garden in the campsite and star restaurant are definitely two different things. There was a party today where clubs try to get some money into their coffers. This is something you should support as a company and not boycott it. They have customers all year round. 2. Very friendly and really attentive service. We took over the restaurant this season. The Primitivo is really good for this price. The Insalata Mista was okay, an additional bread would have been appropriate here. The lasagna (homemade) was really top and is highly recommended! The homemade tiramisu, on the other hand, was a disaster, partially frozen and served in a plastic bowl. It doesn't work at all! A more extensive map would be nice, as would a renovation of the building. The ambience can be improved. Price-performance ratio is good, overall it's definitely worth a try, I'm curious to see how it works when it's busy...

2 stars for cleanliness. The food is like a snack. frozen goods. Poorly prepared and careless. There was also a waitress who walked past our empty glasses three times, saw them and then at some point we asked. Listless, disinterested, hopefully it's time to get off work soon. The boss was overly nice, but nice. 2 stars from us were well-intentioned

The owner changed, the service was super attentive and obviously a lot of effort was put into it. We had many special requests and all of them were fulfilled without any problems. After 10 minutes the pizza was there and tasted very good and the pizzas cost between €10-12. The restaurant only reveals its charm with the first bite. Tiramisu is homemade, as are the pizzas

Very nice restaurant, classic Italian cuisine. Pizza was homemade and was very tasty and the drinks were at the right temperature. Price-performance ratio fits. Very nice staff, the young waitress with longer hair had a really cute smile and a lot of warmth. Gladly again 👍😋❤️ Something still needs to be done with the ambience, and the outdoor seating area wasn't particularly inviting either. But all of this has nothing to do with the good service and delicious food. Because that fit 😋👍

It's OK! Maybe you could do more with it! In my opinion, love for the job or a decent restaurateur is missing here! Kitchen ok, you could do more with it here too! Maybe think about it! Otherwise it works, but unfortunately not anymore! We ate once at the beginning and that was it! I think it's a shame 😉

Food is ok. Pizza is actually quite good. The service is very different (have been coming to the campsite for 8 years) Price/performance rather poor. 4.90€ for a few leaves of lettuce and a tomato. A schnitzel with fries (without salad) just under 15€. Unfortunately, the service is often overwhelmed. But everyone is nice. I think with the right concept it could work. In addition, card payments would be desirable these days.

We cannot understand the bad reviews and in no way understand them. Today we thought why not eat locally. The ambience isn't great, but we were greeted warmly and friendly. The waiter is simply very accommodating and the drinks came extremely quickly. The pizza we ordered didn't take longer like it does in every other pizzeria. But the taste was simply overwhelming, the dough was super tasty and the toppings were really plentiful. The price for the pizza is more than justified. So guys just try it and you will see it is more than just good 👍.

I can't understand the negative reviews. We bought 2 pizzas here after a long active day. But we wanted to take off our shoes and eat in our own wowa. While we waited, maybe 20 minutes maximum. My husband wanted to drink a small Leibinger. This came immediately and was ice cold, which felt really good. Then we got two pizza boxes that were larger than we are used to in Düsseldorf. My husband said: oha, they're heavy. Arrived at Wowa, looked in, the pizzas were as big as the boxes. The edge is crispy, enough cheese on it, simply delicious. We couldn't finish both of them, even though my husband can eat well. Oh and the older gentleman who served us was courteous, friendly, almost cheerful. We are here for another 10 days and will definitely try other dishes.

Catastrophe.....no star...or minus stars unfortunately not possible. I always try to see the good in EVERYTHING, but I have to say here that it is not possible for me to show even a shred of good will. It is very important to me to protect other people from spending their money on things that are not worth it and, on the other hand, to highlight the value of others so that they can feel good about having spent their money on it. I can't claim that you leave this "LOKAL" with a good feeling. It's a shame if you have to hide (even on Google Maps) behind the BELLA VISTA (predecessor), which was excellently managed at the time. Google, thank God, reacted immediately and removed the Bella Vista marker, which was above the marker for the current "Restaurant Biergarten". The impression was that it was still the Bella Vista. So you can hide behind almost five stars in order to benefit from the success of others. To eat: Pizza not baked through, dough raw, topping watery, soaked. Käsespätzle (specialty in BW) disaster. Spaetzle baked with cheese (probably mozzarella instead of mountain cheese). Cheese was thick, spaetzle had disappeared underneath... greasy. Top with fried onions, probably from a can. Not possible to make a cola beer, although draft beer is available and cola is served from large bottles. Non-alcoholic shandy...not possible either. When asked why: boss said. You only get to know the character of the people who work there when you criticize them objectively and in a friendly manner. Then the fake smile is over. They open very early (weekends included) so people at the campsite can enjoy a warm beverage. Cappuccino was really good, something not always given in this area of Germany. Service was also pleasant.

I had reserved a table that was not available at the agreed time. Then we wanted a non-alcoholic shandy, which they didn't have. We then ordered a Cola beer, which isn't available either. We then ordered a beer and a cola with a glass, we got a glass of beer and a glass of cola. We then went to get the glass that we had ordered so that we could mix it ourselves. Then the order: We ordered four Capriciosa with additional salami. First they said we can't do that because it's too busy, then they said he'd ask. After ten minutes, ONE of the pizzas we ordered arrived, with salami. The others without. We complained about this and it was then made out as if we had ordered incorrectly. Which wasn't the case, with witnesses from across the table. The pizza that was already served also left a lot to be desired. When we wanted to let them go back, the service became a bit rude. She was also unwilling to separate the bill we requested so that the two parties at the table could pay for their respective drinks. Well, I learned and also experienced in many restaurants that the customer is king. That is definitely not the case here. Definitely not recommended.
