Arrived at the restaurant, tables dirty. After being asked, a young girl replaced the full ashtray. Drinks came quickly. We ordered grained gyros in Metaxa sauce. The cheese outweighs the dish, gyros dry, cheese was some cheap product and that's probably why it was so thick. Metaxa probably missed the sauce. No taste. There was a salad beforehand, everything from a can. After asking, there was also the tzatziki that we ordered. It also came from a bucket and had nothing to do with tzatziki. The waiter probably had more to do with smoking the empty pack of cigarettes. Bad atmosphere, overwhelmed staff. After dinner we complained about the whole thing, but it seemed to me like he didn't care. Oh and there was no ouzo either. Never again!!! It's better to eat somewhere else where it's tasty and friendly

Tried the new owner once and never again. First we came to the restaurant and looked for a clean table; on the others there were still glasses from guests who had been gone for a long time. We ordered our food, got our salads, which had far too little dressing on them and the salad only tasted like water. We got our food. Nicely prepared, fries really hot, gyros raw, tzatziki without any taste, the skewer was okay. While we were eating, we asked the waiter if we could get our drinks. After about 45 minutes he brought us our drinks. He said he had a lot to do outside. (When I have a restaurant I take care of all my guests and not just those outside). Personally, I don't think it's a bad thing if children help out in the restaurant. But you don't take full glasses away from guests while they're still sitting at the table. I will not enter this restaurant again. It wasn't even enough.

So if I could I would give zero stars for service. Getting the wrong food and then talking your way out of it. Then, after a long time, we finally had the right food and there was no need to just make excuses again. After a long wait, we had to say that the side salad was still not there and it was also said that the other dish had a salad, but it was only when we were repeatedly told that the dish also had a salad that we became grumpy Brought salad. Service absolutely terrible. When it comes to eating, every chip shop tastes better and gets more on the plate. Portions were really very small, so children's plates. I wouldn't recommend any. The ambience also leaves a lot to be desired. Overall it's not worth eating there.

I'll be honest but we personally didn't like or taste it that much. Although the restaurant was recommended to us beforehand. A PITY

The food is also good with the new owner. Unfortunately the waiting time was too long at over an hour, the service was very friendly but hopelessly overwhelmed. Food didn't come as ordered, sometimes completely different dishes, sometimes wrong side dishes. We were also given one of the wrong dishes to try. Still recommended if you can get the organization under control.

Unfortunately I have to rate this restaurant very poorly. The taste of the food wasn't anything special, but surprisingly I discovered that my calamari 🦑 wasn't calamari but something else. I asked the waiter/service person what that was? He said it was calamari and I explained to him that neither the consistency nor the smell resembled calamari. He took a calamari ring, pulled it apart, smelled it and said; a moment and disappeared into the kitchen. After a short moment, he came back and said I was right, it wasn't calamari but some kind of substitute. But the boss would now fry me the right ones and I should take them home with me. I was speechless 😮 I'm sorry, but something like that doesn't work and for me it borders on cheating on your guests.

We had dinner there today and unfortunately I have to say that it wasn't a good meal. My wife and I had previously baked feta cheese with pepperoni and onions/tomatoes, which was the best of our meal. My wife had calamari which turned out to be fake. She complained to the cellar who was in the kitchen and apologized afterwards that we were right because the slightly cheaper version was served at that time of the week. Very outrageous!!! (I have to say that they immediately gave the real calamari to take away). My meal (normal gyros) with croquettes :-(, as there would have been vegetable rice or fries as a side dish. Unfortunately, the gyros were too dry and the coleslaw was too salty. So all in all, not a nice atmosphere and unfortunately, as I said, not one In our opinion, not good food. The cellar clearly tried to compensate for this, which is why 4 stars for the service

Vandaag met de motor bij Restaurant Bei Michael langsgereden. We werden vriendelijk ontvangen terwijl het restaurant eigenlijk dicht was. Zeer gastvrij! Klasse!

+++ Note: New owner since April 2024 +++ I had pita bread as a starter and a gyro plate as a main course. The pita bread was very tasty. The gyro plate was good. Gyros juicy and well seasoned. Tzatziki was also delicious. Unfortunately the fries were fried for too long. Unfortunately, coleslaw was not homemade. Also a very manageable portion. Service was very nice. But I had to wait a really long time for food and drinks even though it wasn't that crowded at that time. The ambience is rather simple, old-fashioned and not very inviting for my taste. Overall, recommended if certain things change/improve in the future.

Just for info: Has had a new owner since the beginning of April 2024, the previous reviews apply to the previous owner!

Es war ein sehr schöner Abend.....

Wir haben 1 Stunde und 40 Minuten auf Gyros mit aufgewärmten Reis und Eisbergsalat mit einem Löffel Dosenbohnen gewartet. Auch wenn das Fleisch wirklich lecker war, wir kommen nicht wieder.

Gutes Essen und gemütliches Ambiente. Sehr freundliche und höfliche Mitarbeiter. Sehr zu empfehlen. 👍

Welchen Anspruch habe ich wenn wir essen gehen? Ja es muss lecker sein… Ja der Service muss nett sein… Ja das Ambiente muss ansprechend sein… Das ist hier alles super… Doch ich erwarte mehr… Wir möchte umgehauen werden.. Ich freue mich auch mal über ein Gericht auf der Karte das ich in anderen Lokalen nicht finde… Wir sind begeistert, wenn der Koch mal was neues ausprobiert ( zB Gemüse..?) Aber wie gesagt, das ist mosern auf hohem Niveau..

Ein griechisches Restaurant mit ganz fantastischen Inhabern. So lieb und freundlich; man fühlt sich sofort wohl wenn man mit einem Lächeln und lieben Worten empfangen wird. Der Service ist erstklassig und das Essen perfekt. Gehobene Klasse - gehobene Preise - luxuriöses Ambiente. Ein perfekter Ort um die Seele einfach mal baumeln zu lassen.

Wir haben an unserem Hochzeitstag dort gespeist. Das Essen, der Service war alles top. Eine Top Empfehlung von uns. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Vielen Dank.

Klein und nett! Freundliche Bedienung, alles sehr sauber und adrett. Die griechische Küche schmeckt, Portionen angemessen für die geforderten Preise. Flasche Rotwein etwas teuer, aber von guter Qualität und lecker. Uns hat es sehr gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder! Hinweis: Fünf Sterne vergebe ich nur für eine sehr, sehr gute Küche nebst Ambiente.

Gute griechische Küche, schmackhaft und ausgewogen. Sehr freundliche und nette Bedienung. Preise anscheinend nach Corona angepasst und etwas teurer. Eine gute Flasche Rotwein bei einem „Griechen“ für immerhin 28€ ist m. E. nicht mehr „preiswert“ Das Lokal ist aber grundsätzlich empfehlenswert. Reservierung sinnvoll, da lt. Bekanntenkreis gut besucht. Ansonsten auch ein sehr sauberes Restaurant.

Enttäuschend. Das Essen war lecker, aber leider nicht richtig heiß. Zudem mussten wir sehr lange aufs Essen warten.

Bester Grieche im Sauerland! Waren bereits mehrmals da und jedes Essen hat das vorherige übertroffen! Alles frisch und selbst zubereitet! Wer gerne Tk isst kann das selbstverständlich bei den anderen Griechen nachholen.

Wir waren am 02.10.22 Abends zum Essen mit 4 Personen da. Jeder hatte eine andere Speise. Es war alles sehr schmackhaft und lecker. Die Portionen waren reichlich, die Preise angemessen. Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alles zusammen gefasst ein sehr schöner Abend.

Ich gehe sehr häufig Essen, daher halte ich meine Beurteilung für ausgewogen. Als Vorspeise habe ich Auberginen mit Tsasiki gesessen, was einfach nicht schmeckte. Die Auberginen schmeckten bitter und

Wir waren spontan dort essen und waren etwas enttäuscht. Die Bedienung schien etwas genervt zu sein, dass Essen war sehr lecker, aber die Portionen für den Preis sehr klein. Leider schenkte man uns nicht viel Beachtung, so dass wir keine zweite Runde Getränke bestellten, sondern nur zahlten und gingen. Schade eigentlich, das Essen war super.

War gerade in diesem Restaurant speisen. War erstaunt über die sehr angehobenen Preise und die dafür nachgelassene Qualität der Speisen. Ich glaube, ich werde in den nächsten Monaten, dieses Restaurant großzügig umfahren.

Geliefertes Essen war kalt . Die Pommes war kalt matschig . Machte den Eindruck dass alte Portionen einfach nur wieder kurz in der Frisöse aufgewärmt wurden . Nach Beschwerde wurde eine neue Pommes versprochen , die nicht geliefert wurde . Auf Nachfrage wo die Lieferung bleibt wurde der Besitzer laut und unverschämt

Sind hier immer wieder gern. Sehr lecker und reichhaltig. Auch die Bedienung ist stets freundlich und aufmerksam.

Wir sind oft dort Essen uns schmeckt es immer sehr gut .Frische Produkte und ein gutes Preis Leistungs Verhältnis.

Ich habe ein zweites mal das restaurant besucht. Ich fand die Portionen für die Preise recht Klein und der Geschmack war auch nicht so der Hit. War relativ enttäuscht. Personal waren nett und der Service hat bestimmt.

Tijdens ons verblijf in Marsberg, hebben wij onverwachts toch elke avond bij Bei Michael gegeten. Het eten is goed, ziet er netjes uit en vooral het dessert schoko beker is heerlijk! Vriendelijk personeel en hebben het beste met de klant voor! We komen zeker nog eens terug!

Ein richtig guter Grieche mit nettem Personal und leckeren Speisen. Das Essen hatte eine gute Qualität und die Portionen waren okay. Die Preisleistung ist angemessen und nach dem Essen gabs noch einen Ouzo aufs Haus.

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe im Bei Michael essen. Das Restaurant ist so groß das man quasi immer ohne Probleme einen Tisch bekommt. Das Essen hat allen sehr gut geschmeckt und man kann daher einen Besuch ohne Einschränkungen empfehlen.
