Good ambience and friendly service. The food was very tasty, my girlfriend got potato wedges even though she ordered normal fries, but they were the best potato wedges I've ever eaten!! The prices are okay and I think it's great that according to the menu they use organic beef for the burgers. There is significantly more quality on offer here than you would expect from an American diner/bar restaurant. Please keep it that way!! Only the menu could use a new design so that it fits the otherwise consistently high-quality overall impression.

The food is great, the service has been consistently good for years, and the atmosphere is just like you would imagine in an American diner.

The ambience of an American sports bar but flooded with light suits everyone 100%... The food was also very tasty. We had the Chrispy Schnitzel and the Hot Chrispy Chili Chase Schnitzel. There was also a Diet Coke and a juice spritzer (rhubarb)... And the service is also first class, very friendly and accommodating... We'd love to come back and then we'll dig into the burgers 🤤😁

We were there at lunchtime and had free choice of parking and seating. There is a sign on the outside terrace prohibiting smoking, but this was not followed. A guest next to us pointed this out to the employee. She blamed it on her colleague who was in charge before her shift and that was the end of the matter. I had a burger and sweet potato fries. The sweet potato fries and the sour cream were delicious, but the burger was unfortunately nothing special. The patty was dry and overall the burger wasn't as tasty as I remembered. The price is almost common these days due to the increased costs, but overall I expect a little more. We asked for the bill - it wasn't busy. We waited for 10 minutes and since nothing happened, we went to the service staff as we also had to go. I like the store and the atmosphere, but there is still a bit of room for improvement.

Unfortunately nothing special when it comes to food. Everything was fine and the service girls were super friendly.

Wow. I wanted to eat SOMETHING, ANYWHERE, totally hungry. I thought it would be fries because I didn't feel like a large portion. I ended up not even going in. It looked like it was closed, the windows and doors were completely dirty, there was stuff everywhere from the parking lot to the entrance, which was barely visible. You could see inside, which meant I left hungry. It looked completely neglected. I don't have extremely high standards, I think restaurants are really cool and that they're somehow inviting. Couldn't get over myself. And I knew I wasn't dealing with a fancy shop. But it wasn't possible for a snack either... Of course, it could be that it is offset by extremely enthusiastic staff or incredibly good food. But not visible to the arriving customer...

Update: 8/2/24 After being really disappointed with the food the last few times, I was there again today. For lunch we had a chilli cheeseburger which was quite good. Especially for a 20% lunch discount, you're really getting a good deal! The service was also very good today! The gentleman was very friendly and accommodating! You would love to have service like this everywhere! I'll be back and hope next time that the Jägerschnitzel is as good as it was 10 years ago. Update: I was there again today and was really impressed! The burger was very good, well priced and the ambience was beautifully designed with flags to match the Olympics! The service was also outstanding. Super nice and accommodating! Keep it up!

Super lovely employees, polite, courteous, friendly and always with a smile on their faces. This is how you want to be treated as a guest and like to stay seated a little longer. Rounded off by a suitable decoration for the occasion at no extra cost. We are always happy to come back to you.

This American restaurant is a great discovery, it shows that the meat is of very good quality, you have many options to choose from on the menu. There is an area for children to play, totally recommended!

Delicious food, big selection! We've been coming here from Fehmarn regularly for years. We always feel comfortable. Friendly, courteous and professional staff. We will be happy to be here again and again for the next few years!

Nice location, but our favorite Smoked Rip's were once again not available. Too bad!

The food really tasted very good. High quality burgers, the fries a bit too hard for my taste. But all in all really so good that we would like to come back again. The service was friendly, but unfortunately there weren't enough employees for the number of guests, so the two ladies had to do quite a lot at the same time, which meant that our order could only be placed after 20 minutes and it was also otherwise there was quite a waiting time. Nevertheless, we have fond memories of the visit because the food was simply convincing.

We were at Enjoy Live for our Hanse Business Community Come Together on Friday, July 19, 2024. Good portions with acceptable prices. Due to the weather it was just a little warm in the dining room. Very friendly support from the employees - our assigned server Stefan was simply amazing: The dog who took part was the first to get a bowl full of water, he always had an eye on when someone wanted to order something else, he always had a quick, nice saying and always had a smile on his face (this wasn't fake at all!). Actually a nice location and the concept fits well. We actually just wanted to eat something quickly. Both ordered the same salad with turkey strips. There was absolutely nothing going on around midday. The service was nice but unfortunately we waited about 20 minutes for the salad. In addition, the salad was cut quite coarsely and consisted of quite a lot of iceberg lettuce. The chicken was tasty and well fried. But nonetheless, that doesn't justify the high price. If this were a house in a prime location it would still be justified, but since it is only a diner in the industrial area, both the food and drink prices are too high! Therefore only 3 stars. The only bright spots are the outdoor terrace and the fact that there are enough free parking spaces around the building.

This place is really bad, the food quality is very poor and the service even less so. We left everything behind and had to pay the full price. Don't eat here!!!

We have been guests for years and have not had any bad experiences so far. That's how it was today too. Jessica served us excellently. Not just today, but every time before. The 50cm currywurst does what it promises. Cucumber salad used to be dented, but unfortunately this is no longer the case, but it would be a welcome change. Thank you for the lovely evening.

Wanted to eat something there at 8:30 p.m. As soon as we entered we were greeted extremely rudely. “If you want something else but quickly and things as complicated as fried potatoes are no longer available.” I couldn't finish my question about how long it would be open because the "lady" interrupted me very snidely and just said that we should hurry up. It is clear that we will then be trapped again. You don't have to be treated like that as a guest...

We have been to Enjoy many times and are always very satisfied. The food is top and the service is very nice and attentive. This time I treated myself to a burger and it was amazing! We will definitely stop by very often.

Nice decoration for the start of the European Championship. It's been a long time since I've had such good spare ribs, which calls for another visit. The room should be a little better ventilated.

The location is easy to miss because it is right on a curve and on the 1st floor.

Nice reception with friendly and nice service. Garlic bread starts the meal. We had: Burger Henry's Uppercut with extra patty, Ham and egg with extra patty, Schnitzel Crispy Style with hollondaise sauce and baked potatoes. 1. Burger Medium, externally appealing burger with delicious fries. Patties were tasteless and bland. 2. Burger was well done and also appealing in terms of preparation. But the patty's were both fried almost black and had no taste. 3. Schnitzel was perfectly prepared with crispy as it should be, a pleasure for the guest. It is unpleasant to notice that the entire terrace is full of extremely dirty chairs and tables and you can look at them the whole time.

Super nice service, special requests are taken into account without any complications. The food is plentiful and very tasty. If you love American style, you've come to the right place.

We have now tested the Enjoy twice and were somewhat satisfied. The large room is very loud and unless you come in a larger group, you end up sitting in the middle of it all. Both times it was completely full. The waitresses are great, they handle the amount of people really well! Inspired to find the best currywurst with fries and mayo in Lübeck, we ordered 1x normal size and 1x xxl. The other time Holsteiner Schnitzel and another currywurst. The curry sauce is probably homemade, it tasted much sweeter the second time. On both nights the sausages just weren't hot...more harmonica and that detracts from the taste. With the Hollsteiner Schnitzel the egg was at most a 3 minute fried egg. (Luckily I didn't order it, that would have put me off eating... slimy raw egg). First there were the special fries with cheese sauce, which were ok but not a highlight. The prices are okay for today, but we won't be drawn there anymore. Too loud, not comfortable enough and the food wasn't our thing and then in the end it's too much money. Before I forget...Enjoy is on the first floor without an elevator.

We had 2 attempts to eat there: 1st attempt: Registered with 4 people, a 5 person came spontaneously, unfortunately we can't eat there, there is no space unless our 11 year old daughter sits on the radiator with a pillow under her butt... We then left! Second attempt: Burgers were ok, I've eaten better ones for less money. The price is steep. Paid 160 euros for 4 people (4x burgers, 1x schnitzel, 4 drinks and 4 small desserts). Almost impossible as a family! In addition, burgers ALWAYS have to be ordered with fries or salad. One of us had 2 burgers, but only wanted 1x fries and then they said: "Take a salad, because the side dish will still come whether you want it or not. If you don't want a second side dish, you still have to pay for it." I personally find it stupid. One of the waitresses was very nice, courteous and funny. Another one was probably in a bad mood because when we were delivering the missing salad, which no one actually wanted, she asked us if we couldn't talk to her about who would get the salad. Since we all had our mouths full, it was difficult to answer immediately. Conclusion: We are NOT going there again!

There were five of us as guests. The food (salad, burger, schnitzel) was ok. Fries were only lukewarm. We waited 40 minutes for the order to be taken and another 20 minutes for the drinks to be delivered. The staff was friendly, but unfortunately totally overwhelmed, even though the restaurant wasn't completely full. One employee only worked on a laptop/tablet, a table was occupied because there were documents lying around. 4 people less who could sit and in a good place in the front area. Here, at least on Sunday, there was a lack of a boss who could delegate and give instructions. There were slight discrepancies in the billing because something else was booked. We'll wait a bit until our next visit.

We were there on a busy day, but we were served quickly and very friendly. We didn't have to wait long for the food either. The food was absolutely delicious and there was a large selection of classic American diner dishes. Even our dog quickly got a water bowl and is welcome here (but always mention it when making the reservation!).

We were there for the first time after 20 years in Lübeck. You can also get XXXXL here, but the majority eat normal dishes. Prices are everywhere. Maybe a little cheaper. Like everywhere else, the thing that costs money is drinks. Staff very friendly and accommodating. The highlight, and you have to see it, was how R2D2 automatically brought the trays to the table in the trolley behind the waitress.

Called spontaneously and got a place straight away on Easter Monday. We were more than satisfied with the service, it's rare to see such friendly staff, so you can tip more than usual 😊 The food came within 15 minutes and the portions were gigantic. We were completely satisfied and will be back.

Nice place to be. Yesterday 1111g schnitzel with fries. Oh how nice it was, we had a milkshake for dessert and then went home to the couch. A nice restaurant with great food and super friendly staff. Always happy.

I ate schnitzel with fries. The schnitzel was OK, half of the fries consisted of small, dead-fried snippets. Maybe you should just buy better quality here. The upholstery urgently needs to be replaced. You sit in a hollow, simply uncomfortable. As in many restaurants, the drinks prices are unfortunately overpriced.

The food was ok and the waitresses were very friendly. The location was quite loud and you had to wait a long time for food, drinks and just to order something.

It's okay for us to get something quick to eat, but when we were there at 8 p.m., it was almost written on our faces as soon as we came in that there were only light dishes and nothing special, since the chef had already left. We found it quite strange since the restaurant is open until 10 p.m. We also couldn't order a coffee after our meal because the dark-haired, very unfriendly waitress wanted to get off work quickly and didn't want to turn on the machine at 8:30/8:45 p.m. So, good, cheap food, but unfortunately we were very unlucky with the staff.

Very friendly staff and exactly how you imagine American style food to be. You can order normal but still generous portions. But there is also a selection for large and extremely large stomachs

A large, rustic restaurant with a bar feeling. Here you can eat good fast food dishes such as currywurst, burgers, schnitzel, spare ribs and the like! Also available in xxl format for those who are really hungry 😉 the service is open-minded, personal and friendly. Unfortunately it always takes a while for the order to arrive, but the nice service makes it forgivable. You can come here both at lunchtime and in the evening. I would recommend a reservation for the evening. I think the toilets deserve more attention. I've had one or two unfortunate encounters there.

I tried the Currywurst xxl Super extrem scharf, (take away) absolutely recommended, super good taste, but I don't believe this is actually 800,000 scovile... but it was super good and quite spicy 👌🔥 10/10 I will definitely come more often .

The service was good and the food came to the table quickly. However, the burgers we ordered were very tasteless. The sweet potato fries were obviously prepared in the same deep fryer as fish fingers and were therefore unfortunately slightly fishy.

That wasn't great: Fries wobbly Spare rips mediocre BBQ sauce like seasoned HELA ketchup Cold slaw is way too coarse and tasteless The waitress didn't want to hear the objections and simply left A pity

We tried the cheeseburger challenge ^^ decent portion but noticed halfway through that it was too much. (Tip to anyone who tries it - first the meat, then the bread and finally the vegetables) because the meat and cheese cools down quickly and is then very difficult to eat because it is just pure ground beef. But dessert is always good. And the cheesecake is recommended.

Despite a reservation, you are greeted by a haphazard staff who are happy to relocate you in an unfriendly manner. A place where the four of you can barely cut the lukewarm food you've been waiting for for ages. For us there won't be another time because other guests at the neighboring table had a similar experience. But don't worry, regular guests have clear priority here!

Very nice service, unfortunately the food was only lukewarm and very few fries. Very unfortunate. But taste OK.

Unfortunately today's visit was a total failure. We have eaten there several times in the past. We didn't have anything else to complain about either. But today it was underground. First we waited almost an hour for the food. Then out of 7 meals, 5 were almost cold. The schnitzel is wafer-thin, you only ate breadcrumbs. A minimal portion of cold fried potatoes on it. And the ribs didn't taste good at all...Unfortunately, a very disappointing evening for so much money.

Very cool atmosphere, food was average but the service was probably on its first day. Very long waiting times, bad service, dirty tables, she always forgot something or dropped dishes. Overall very unprofessional. The amount was collected by shouting without a receipt or invoice completion in the cash register system. Everyone can think of their own part :) Not for a (quick) lunch!

The onion rings were great. That was it already! There was no sign of the sauce on the bacon cheese burger with the delicious homemade sauce! This was my first burger where no sauce was visible on my fingers or on the plate when I ate it out of my hand. Ordered medium well, received medium rare. The veggie burger was ok. However, it wasn't topped with a veggie patty but with vegetables in one piece such as tomatoes, spinach and something I couldn't taste. No one needs the fries that came with it! Stinking normal fries that were crispy on the outside but totally soft on the inside. Unfortunately they weren't seasoned either. We left them both behind. But it didn't matter because no one was interested in clearing it away anyway! 1xOnion Rings, 2 Burgers and 2 Spezi for 51€!!!! Overpriced and really cheeky given the taste! When we went out we saw 4 half-eaten meals lying on 2 tables... It's a shame because the ambience is really good. But at least the toilets were clean and there was disinfectant in the soap dispenser... Never again!

War nach Jahren mal wieder da,Inventar schon etwas abgerockt, da nur eine Service-Kraft etwas Wartezeit. Habe ein leckeres Filetsteak auf der Speisekarte vermisst.

Wir waren das erste Mal dort. Essen ok. Bedienung meiner Meinung nach nicht kompetent. Ambiente ok. Warum man auf der Terrasse nicht rauchen darf bleibt verstehe ich nicht. Wir werden nicht wiederkommen. Mussten mehrere Male nach extra Tellern fragen. Service nicht gut.

Reservieren.. Katastrophe! Ich soll es im Internet machen, wäre kein Problem, wenn der Zeitraum frei gegeben wäre. "Muss eben essen raus bringen, moment" gar kein Problem, aber man muss dafür keine 30min+ am Telefon sein und warten. Das Reservieren, dauert nicht mal eine Minute. Aber na gut.

Das war und wird nicht mein letztes Essen dort gewesen sein. Der Service ist immer nett, freundlich und schnell. Das Ambiente passt perfekt und ist immer sauber. Im Sommer kann man gut draußen sitzen auch wenn die Sitzmöbel nicht die allerbesten sind. Das Essen ist immer gut, man bekommt große Portionen. Super Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Ist komme gerne wieder.
