We had made reservations today for a birthday with 9 people, had a small delay which wasn't a problem, food and service were a 10/10, we were served so well where there is no other top shop I can only recommend

The atmosphere is very nice and the employees are also very nice. The tapas were really delicious but my main course was rather bland and very oily. I wouldn't eat truffle pasta again. The carbonara was delicious and for dessert we had pistachio ice cream

There were five of us in this restaurant and we were given a round table in the middle - unfortunately it was far too small for us. It was extremely cramped and when our pizzas were served there was barely any room for the plates on the table. We constantly bumped into each other because there was not enough space for cutlery and food. The taste of the food was okay, the pizza was tasty. However, I was surprised to be served spaghetti with pepper instead of parmesan - unusual, but let's leave it at that. The biggest negative was the service. The waiter was unfriendly and seemed annoyed. It was almost impossible to ask questions about the food or drinks because he answered sloppily and made no effort to explain anything. I expect the service staff to provide information - instead they felt like they were unwelcome. Overall, the food was okay, but the poor service and cramped seating greatly marred the experience. I wouldn't necessarily recommend the restaurant.

The food is excellent. The pizzas are outstanding. Unfortunately, it seems that there are significantly too few staff. Long waiting times are often the rule rather than the exception. In addition, the seats in the entrance are really not nice and there is a draft.

The service staff seemed very arrogant and not service-oriented. Here the customer was not king. The food and the ambience were good.

I celebrated my birthday there in a small group and have to say that it was an absolutely perfect experience, from the reception to the food, the service and the ambience. We were in this restaurant for the first time. The waiter Tom tried very hard to make sure we had a nice evening. He definitely did that. We will come again!

No matter how often I go, it's always just as good! My favorite: Pizza Vesuvio - absolutely awesome. I don't recommend tartar, everything else has always been great. Service is sometimes a bit overwhelmed but always friendly and that's what counts. Gladly again!

We were there with several people and we can all highly recommend the restaurant. There was a young, friendly lady at the entrance who seated us and was even available to us during service - in addition to the waiter. You can tell the employees also have fun at work. Nice staff, good food!

Bad luck or fate? Choose it. We actually wanted to go there to redeem our Bon-Bon voucher, but shortly before we found out that the website bon-bon.de incorrectly lists the restaurant as a parter restaurant - okay, so be it... We definitely weren't disappointed. A super delicious Neapolitan pizza, starters that not every Italian offers. Ambience great, service top! We have found a new premium tip with Casa Nosta! We'll be back!

Casa Nostra in Munich is an absolute must for anyone who loves authentic Italian cuisine! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, you immediately feel at home. I was particularly impressed by the Neapolitan pizza: perfectly airy and soft with a wonderfully thin base, as it should be. The service is outstanding – friendly, attentive and always available for recommendations. If you're looking for real Italian cuisine, you've come to the right place. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

We were here for New Year's Eve dinner. Unfortunately it wasn't the best idea to end the year here. The unfortunately average restaurant here tried to offer a New Year's Eve menu at "Fine Dining Level" and therefore be able to collect a high price for it. We were extremely disappointed. - In the 5-course menu there were 3 courses with truffles (which unfortunately drowned everything out). Truffles should be a highlight in at most one dish and do not make every dish better - The food was presented absolutely carelessly - The tuna avocado tartar was 70% avocado and looked like mushy peas (see picture). Everything was simply mixed together so that you could no longer see the quality of the tuna. - half the dry lobster was simply completely covered with cocktail sauce Absolutely subterranean price-performance ratio, very, very unfortunate. Unfortunately, the €150 menu wouldn't have been worth €50 to me in the end

We were warmly welcomed right at the entrance. Had a super cozy round table. The service recommended an excellent red wine. The pizza and pasta were very tasty and we would love to come back!

Schönes Restaurant, guter Service, aber das Essen ist nicht sehr außergewöhnlich. Burrata Napoli für 14,90 hat nach nichts geschmeckt. Die beiliegenden Tomaten ebenfalls. Pasta war ebenfalls eher durchschnittlich. Die Pizza war gut.

Horrible service from the waiter. In general he wasn't really friendly or hard-working and in the end he even refused the tip because almost €7 was not enough for him. (It was probably below his “level”) 😂 I was always happy to come, but at Because of the bad service, I'd rather go somewhere else in the future. The food was always good but you might want to reconsider your choice of waiters!! Apparently I'm not alone with this opinion when I read the other reviews.

Unterirdisch schlechter Service des Kellners. Er war generell nicht wirklich freundlich und bemüht und zum Schluss hat er sogar das Trinkgeld abgelehnt, da ihm knapp 7€ zu wenig waren. (War wohl unter seinem „Niveau“) 😂 Ich bin immer gerne gekommen, aber bei dem schlechten Service gehe ich zukünftig lieber wo anders hin. Das Essen war immer gut aber die Wahl eurer Kellner solltet ihr vielleicht nochmal überdenken.

Ich habe als Italiener selten so qualitativ hochwertiges italienisches Essen in einem Restaurant in München gefunden, aber der Service hat sich leider öfter ein bisschen sehr viel Zeit gelassen.

Great ambience. However, the food didn't blow me away, the quality was mediocre, the plates weren't warm, which is why the pasta was cold after 2 minutes. To be honest, I would have expected more for the price and have to say that Casa Nostra is worth it for an Instagram story, but not so much for the enjoyment of special food.

What tempted me to give a bad review wasn't the food, which wasn't that good either, but the service, which simply can't be in such an expensive restaurant, very rude, unprofessional, you're not taken seriously, and then there was the highlight that you got a bill of 110€ gives 150€ and the waiter asks himself, is that right? As long as I don't say anything, they don't ask anything so rude, they pay back the difference and in the end I get 10€ less with the hope that I won't notice and then we weren't even said goodbye, it was the first and last time there.

Very elegant place with nice design and atmosphere. Average food for prices that are a bit higher than average. Pizza had a tasty dough but was relatively poor as for the topings (e.g. one leaf of fresh basilicum, which was mentioned in the menu as an ingredient). Sweets were not bad either but they were not worth their price. Good service. We appreciate that we were allowed to stay far past our reservation time without being pushed to order more.

I'm here very often, but tonight it was particularly nice, thanks to the lovely Marie who served us, who brought us a great meal even though the kitchen was already closed and who made us all extremely satisfied and made our evening a lot sweeter has. I have never seen such great service in all of Munich!!! #BestWaitressEver

We went to dinner this evening because it was great. We've been here a lot, but dear Marie totally made our evening better. Her service and her good mood are amazing. We will definitely come again.!!!!

The visit to the Casa Nostra restaurant was disappointing. First we stood at the entrance for 10 minutes without anyone speaking to us. Then we were given the cat table at the entrance next to the cash register and bread, even though the 22 seats next to us remained free all evening long. We got the tickets ourselves after 15 minutes, as we were sitting right next to the cash register. The pizzas were ok, but nothing more. The drinks came after we had already eaten half the pizza. The neighboring tables were not cleared for the entire stay, ours only after I had ordered another glass of wine. There was no question here either, even though our glasses had been empty for a while. The espresso was absolutely substandard, cold, watery and musty. It's a mystery to me how you can pull off something like that in a bar. Overall, the food was ok, the service was untrained and amateurish, not to say unsatisfactory. After the 60 secondi the second Neapolitan disappointment. Maybe it's better to leave that to the ladies and gentlemen from Bella Napoli.

Der Besuch im Restaurant Casa Nostra war enttäuschend. Zuerst standen wir 10 Minuten am Eingang, ohne dass uns jemand angesprochen hatte. Dann bekamen wir den Katzentisch am Eingang neben Kasse und Brot, obwohl den ganzen Abend lang die 22 Plätze neben uns frei blieben. Die Karten haben wir uns nach 15 Minuten selbst geholt, wir saßen ja direkt neben der Kasse. Die Pizzen waren ok, aber auch nicht mehr. Die Getränke kamen, nachdem wir die halbe Pizza bereits gegessen hatten. Abgeräumt wurden die Nachbartische den gesamten Aufenthalt lang nicht, unserer erst nachdem ich ein weiteres Glas Wein bestellt hatte. Nachgefragt wurde hier auch nicht, obwohl unsere Gläser schon eine ganze Weile leer waren. Der Espresso war absolut unterirdisch, kalt, wässrig und muffig. Mir ist schleierhaft, wie man so etwas in einer Bar zustande bringen kann. Insgesamt war das Essen ok, der Service ungeschult und laienhaft um nicht zu sagen ungenügend. Nach dem 60 secondi die 2. neapolitanische Enttäuschung. Vielleicht sollte man das lieber den Damen und Herren aus Bella Napoli überlassen.

Unfortunately the service fails. Very curt. No question as to whether it fits, but at the table next door it does. Probably because there was nice wine and chic people there. Drinks empty, no question asked if we wanted anything else. Pizzas were very good. Special requests for pizza probably not possible? Pizza is pre-assigned? So €24 for a frozen pizza? Or how can you understand that? To pay we also had to get up and take action ourselves. Unfortunately it's not worth visiting again. Be careful when choosing personnel. Sales and image are lost!

Highlight waren Ambiente und der engagiert Kellner. Das Essen, Vorspeise für vier und Reis/Nudeln mit Meeresfrüchten waren ok. Preis/Leistung gemessen am Münchner Standard auch. Hatte mich wegen der Rezensionen bezüglich Geruch auf einer bekannten Plattform nicht frisch eingekleidet. Vor Ort konnte ich die unangenehme Erfahrung nicht teilen. Jetzt beim Schreiben der Rezension steigt mir der fettige Geruch der gestern getragen Jeans unangenehm in die Nase. Die authentisch italienische Musikauswahl wäre noch positiv zu erwähnen, wobei das Personal nicht, wie es der Name des Lokals vermuten lässt, besagtem Land kommt. Unterm Strich positive Erfahrungen wobei es nicht mein neues Stammlokal wird.

Das Essen (vorallem die Pizza!) hat grandios geschmeckt und das Restaurant ist sehr gemütlich! Kellner waren alle auch top nur saßen wir direkt hinter der Eingangstür und bei jedem Öffnen wurde es eisig kalt.

The waiter was too busy but friendly. The atmosphere is nice. The pizza I ordered was dripping with some pesto cream sauce which made the slices mushy. Relaxing atmosphere.

Unfortunately our visit was disappointing. Even though we had reserved in advance, we were seated at a table that was far too small for five people, which was extremely uncomfortable, especially since other tables were free. The food also didn't live up to our expectations: it was cold and the pizza was soggy. We had had much better experiences in the past and were therefore even more disappointed. We hope that the quality will improve in the future. The service was great.

The food at this place is amazing - and for it it being so good the price is very worth it (albeit the wine is a bit expensive if you check how much you could buy it for in a supermarket). The atmosphere is very calm and fancy. The only issue was that the service was somewhat slow (I.e. not asking if we wanted another bottle of wine, or dessert). And some other staff was spotted flexing the cash that they hade made, which is not at all appropriate. Would still recommend

Good morning. We are visiting Munich. Our relatives reserved a table for all of us (4 adults, 2 children). After a friendly welcome we were shown to the table. Big enough for everyone. The service was very friendly, competent and very accommodating. The food and drinks we ordered were very good. The atmosphere in the restaurant is very pleasant. We'll definitely come back.

We had a great meal at Casa Nostra celebrating a special event! No complaints!

Unfortunately our visit was disappointing. The reception was disorganized, we stood at the door for about two minutes while several employees walked past us without greeting us. The truffle pasta was dry and the truffle tasted artificial, more like a cheap product from a jar. My husband's pizza was also disappointing and didn't taste convincing. When I explained the situation to the waitress, she offered me more truffle oil, which I politely declined because it wouldn't have improved the quality. In the end I didn't leave a tip, after which the waitress didn't even say goodbye. Overall, the experience was far below our expectations.

Unser Besuch war leider enttäuschend. Der Empfang war unorganisiert, wir standen etwa zwei Minuten an der Tür, während mehrere Mitarbeiter an uns vorbeiliefen, ohne uns zu begrüßen. Die Trüffelpasta war trocken und der Trüffel schmeckte künstlich, eher wie ein günstiges Produkt aus dem Glas. Die Pizza meines Mannes war ebenfalls enttäuschend und geschmacklich nicht überzeugend. Als ich der Kellnerin die Situation schilderte, bot sie mir mehr Trüffelöl an, was ich dankend ablehnte, da es die Qualität nicht verbessert hätte. Am Ende habe ich kein Trinkgeld gegeben, woraufhin die Kellnerin sich nicht einmal verabschiedet hat. Insgesamt war das Erlebnis weit unter unseren Erwartungen.

Die glutenfreie Pizza war der Hammer, da wir sie ohne Aluminium Schale haben backen lassen, dennoch aber sehr Käse-lastig. Die Trüffelpasta war auch sehr lecker, reichlich mit frisch gehobelten Trüffel bedeckt. Leider saßen wir unter einem Lautsprecher an der Theke, was den pers. Geräuschpegel anhob, aber besser als der Platz direkt an der Tür. Das Ambiente ist sehr schön und modern gestaltet. Vorab gab es sehr leckeres Brot mit gutem Olivenöl. Der Service war aber leider echt mau. Obwohl genug Zeit und Gelegenheit da gewesen wäre, zwischendrin mal vorbei zu schauen, ob es schmeckt, wir noch einen Espresso...ein weiteres Getränk oder Nachspeise hätten haben wollen...Hier ist dem Casa Nostra nicht nur Umsatz flöten gegangen. Zum Bezahlen musste ich sogar an die Bar vor laufen, weil keiner auf uns geachtet hat. Das ergibt insgesamt leider den gr. Punktabzug. Hier muss dringend nachgebessert werden! ansonsten war es für uns ein schöner Abend.

My wife, daughter, mother in law and I dined at Casa Nostra on Sunday evening and it was perfect. Our server Sara was just fantastic and made us feel so comfortable and at home. She made delicious food recommendations. We had the Bruschetta, Insalata Porto Cesario, pizza margarita, pizza bufalina, Saltimbocca di Rana Pescatrice, and Profiteroles Bianco & Scuro. Everything was very tasty and a great last meal in Europe before we flew back to the US. Thanks Sara and chefs!

Unfortunately, the pizza is not crispy but very flabby - I expected higher quality products for the price. The atmosphere of the whole restaurant has more of an Asian impression than an Italian one…

Very relaxed atmosphere, although the soundproofing could still be improved. Food was delicious, nothing to complain about! Wine was also great, it was even properly decanted for us 😌

Netter Kellner Unfreundlicher Einlass Gutes Essen und Ambiente

Das Essen und der Service waren sehr gut. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall noch mal. 

Leider war es sehr kalt im Lokal und die Tische waren sehr eng zueinander platziert, was beim Verlassen des Tisches ein bisschen unangenehm war. Die Bedienung war sehr nett und die Pizzen waren auch gut, wobei der Boden sehr sehr dünn war so dass der Belag hin und her rutschte.

Food good, price-performance ratio okay, tables unfortunately placed so close together to maximize profits that you can hear everything your neighbor is saying. Here less would have been better.

Really disappointed with this one. The restaurant looks nice from the outside and has a very pleasant ambience and design. However, the service was rather awful. Initially, I thought the waiter was just uninterested, simply doing his job—alright, fair enough. The food was quite good, 4/5. But the service! About 1.5 hours in, the waiter came over and said he needed our table back soon. We were rather surprised, given that it was late evening (around 9 PM), there were empty tables nearby, and quite frankly, restaurants don’t usually get busier at that time. We still had drinks left (and we didn’t order a small amount!). When we saw the waiter again, we asked if we could stay longer (we were happy to order more), or perhaps move to a different table if this one was needed. His response was completely lacking in courtesy—he simply stated that we had to leave. Wow. We paid (and to add to the experience, their wireless card terminal wasn’t working, so payments took some time) and left with a lingering sense of unpleasantness.

Great location! Everything was right here, from service to value for money, quality of the food and attentiveness of the staff. Gladly again at any time.

Unfortunately, my visit to this “Italian” restaurant was anything but pleasant. Although the place tries to seem Italian, it felt more like an Arabic restaurant - from the decor to the menu to the atmosphere. The service was extremely unfriendly and condescending. To make matters worse, the waiter became violent when I politely pointed out the lack of authenticity. This behavior is absolutely unacceptable and completely ruined my evening. In summary: I wouldn't recommend anyone to go here. There are much better and more authentic Italian restaurants where you feel welcome and in good hands.

The restaurant is wonderful. The staff is very friendly and fun. Appetizers and main course fantastic. The dessert was a bit strange but maybe I'm not used to that kind of taste. I must mention the wines are of high quality. We are already planning to visit the restaurant again.

Delicious pizzas and the place is very elegant.

It was a new experience for me with this restaurant. I would recommend going on a less busy night unless you like it when it’s busy. The food was alright and good. Will give it another chance probably to see if things will get better because on that night it was full.

Totally nice, cozy atmosphere... Everything is kept rather dark and therefore you have the feeling that you are in a cool restaurant! Because it's a restaurant... where you can sit casually for cocktails. We love the idea and style! Unfortunately, it's no longer as cool as it used to be, the food has deteriorated - the taste is no longer the same and the quantity has been reduced even more in some cases. The starters in particular seem bland. Cocktails ok here too, there are savings in the Spritz, there are so many ice cubes in it, it's really crazy. We won't be coming back so quickly anymore, we didn't like our last visit, it's a shame and we enjoyed coming here often.

Essen und Location sind super. Unser Kellner war ganz nett. Was mir nicht gefallen hat war, dass die Kellner eher drauf fixiert waren Donnerstag um 22:30 die Tische für den nächsten Tag zu decken als die Gäste die da waren zu fragen ob alles passt oder ob man noch was trinken möchte. Jetzt kommen wir zur Rechnung was garnicht geht -.- wir wollten einen Chardonnay den gab es nicht, dann bringt uns der Kellner einen anderen Wein der angeblich teurer ist gibt den uns aber für den selben Preis also für 52€ (der aber im Inter für 10€ verkauft wird) und auf der Rechnung steht dann ein komplett anderer Wein drauf…….. also ich weiß nicht was ich da denken soll. Alles andere war super und ein Besuch lohnt sich eig.

we got there a little late with notice the location itself is really beautiful but the music was way too loud and italian songs with lyrics make it feel even more loud and very distracting a music without lyrics would’ve suited the ambience better and something more quite would’ve elevated the atmosphere of the place the server was not very attentive after we asked if the music could be turned down a little he said yeah he would do it right away but he didn’t and later when we asked about it he said it can’t be done because of technical issues of the system which seems like that’s a lie the food and the kitchen was amazing though the food and drinks were tasty and very well seasoned i wouldn’t go again based on the atmosphere with the loud music and not so nice waiter the other waitress seemed nicer so maybe if you don’t mind loud distracting music and luck out on the waiter it might be more joyful for you but sadly not for me and my sisters

Very rude and snooty waiter. I work with guests myself and have never experienced such behavior. Won't come again. The salad wasn't worth the price.

Nice place, but more appearance than reality. The soup was cold, the truffle pasta tasted like nothing, the pizzas were good. Service on a Saturday evening was completely overwhelmed and not very friendly. We had reserved for a birthday and had to wait forever for service. A while after us, people who knew the restaurant arrived, it was also a birthday. There was a special decoration for them, they got their drinks straight away, and we hadn't even had anyone to order by then. It's crowded, cramped and loud, the waitresses are completely rushed and listless, except for one very friendly lady.

We spontaneously got a nice table for our wedding anniversary and were welcomed very warmly. The food was delicious, the service was courteous and warm. We felt really comfortable and will definitely come back!

Great staff and nice atmosphere!

The restaurant should definitely be careful about who they hire as waitresses - we had the worst experience ever. Very rude, unprofessional and clearly unhappy with life. We definitely won't be back as the evening was completely spoiled. If you want to keep your business running, please make sure to check who is serving your guests from time to time.

A group of 9 of us were in town and wanted to eat here for dinner. They were amazing in accommodating our group at the last minute. The food and drinks were amazing as was the service. The pizza was EXCELLENT. They even have gluten free options, which was wonderful to see not to mention amazing flavor! Our only suggestion is that likely 2 people could share a pizza if you also get the appetizers like we did. Great experience!

They didn't want to give us a paper card, even though there was one at the next table (only QR and cell phone); Bread was only available upon request with the comment “I thought you were on a diet”; When served, sauce was spilled over shirts, trousers, jackets and chairs; But there was tiramisu on the house. Overall very lackluster service; we didn't feel welcome. The air was very bad, but the food (except for the tiramisu) was very good

Man wollte uns partout keine Karte aus Papier geben, obwohl es eine am Nachbartisch gab (sondern nur QR und Handy); Brot gab es nur auf Nachfrage mit der Bemerkung „Ich dachte ihr macht Diät“; beim Abservieren wurde Soße über Hemd, Hose, Jacke und Stuhl vergossen; dafür gab es aber tiramisu aufs Haus. Insgesamt sehr lustloser Service; wir fühlten uns nicht willkommen. Die Luft war sehr schlecht, das Essen dafür (bis auf das tiramisu) sehr gut

We had reservation at 9:30 pm. When we arrived they told us the kitchen is closed at 10:30 pm. Some of the food from menu was already out of stock. We tried to order desert around 10:30 pm but they told they can not serve. Afterwards we asked for drink, the bar closed at 11 pm. It seems like the service guy has an appointment and he was in rush. The food was good.

By far the worst experience we had in Munich. We were charged for a dish that we had to return because it was inedible and we didn't eat any more. Simply unbelievable. The service is way too slow, pouring water in wine glasses, limoncello in water glasses. It is also unfriendly and cannot handle criticism. At first glance the ambience wasn't that bad but there were far too many tables. You bump into each other and can't have a conversation without the table next to you overhearing. The tables are far too close together. The worst thing was the food. We had the beef tartare as a starter and risotto and a pizza as a main course. The pizza was okay. The tartare was rather low standard. But the worst thing of all was the risotto: it was just boiled rice with broth poured over it. It wasn't a nice, creamy, thick mass. It was inedible. The rice didn't taste like anything. We sent the dish back and were told that this is how it tasted. Even our neighboring tables were confused because it had nothing to do with risotto. We then shared a main course because we were not offered an alternative. The worst thing was that we were also charged for the dish. That was the most terrible experience we have had.

Absolut klasse Abend mit richtig tollen Kreationen auf der Speisekarte! Das ist definitiv einen Abend wert!
