A really good pizza, great dough!

Ich habe im Casa Nostra meinen Geburtstag gefeiert. Wir wurden sofort von unserer Bedienung Marie Celine sehr herzlich begrüßt. Ich habe mich sofort gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Der ganze Abend mit Marie Celine war einfach klasse und das Essen war ebenfalls spitze.

Completly dissapointed, the food was not good, the pasta was hard and the flavor was like a tomatoe sauce from a supermarket and then you cook it with pasta. My boyfriend ask for a shrimp pasta and the flavor was the same like mines (basic pasta with to tomatoe sauce), you dont feel the flavor of shrimp. By the way, the shrimps were not clean inside. The place is beautiful, not doubts. But they should work also in offer a better food. We regret to be there.

I'm not a hater by God and found the staff there to be very friendly. But the food was a disaster! The noodles were hard - like they were from yesterday and the sauces had no taste at all. Actually just tomato paste. I can't understand the reviews here because the food really wasn't good. Hope a lesson is learned from this, please try the sauces yourself first. Not even salt and pepper could do anything and by God I'm not demanding. It's a shame, our two-year anniversary didn't go well :(

One of the worst pizzas I've ever eaten. You had to look for the tuna; when you found a piece, it didn't taste like anything. The pizza dough was doughy and undercooked. If you like sitting on the street in exhaust fumes, you'll like the ambience. The service was friendly and professional. All in all overpriced and overrated.

Ok food, horrible service. We first ordered still water, got sparkling. Asked for an English menu, got a German one. We then ordered an appetizer for 4 people and a pasta for each person, when we got the appetizer we realized it’s a lot of food, so one person asked if he could cancel his pasta, he was denied so with the reason that it was already being prepared. Yet it took another hour to get the pastas, seems like it takes an hour to prepare a simple Arrabbiata……. Also ordered a Basil Smash that tasted only water and basil… no taste of the sour or sweet part.. One of the easiest cocktails you can make. The waiter mostly seemed the hate the fact that he worked here. Mid place.

Only the name is Italian. The pizza, although beautiful to look at, is not well cooked or leavened (and this can be seen especially at the time of digestion) and is seasoned in a way that is anything but Italian. Mine with aubergines and some vegetable chips (which were actually large veg chips placed on top) had no taste. However, the fish fillet with vegetables that my daughter ate was good. However, the place is not family friendly. No high chair, even if requested and agreed, no kids menu, no changing table in the bathroom. Cold, unfriendly, unpleasant service. Very dark and hot room. Luckily we ate outside on the sidewalk.

I was surprised with a dinner party and there were 10 of us in total. The waiter who served us was very nice and personable. After we ordered, two César salads were brought, which already had dry layers of dressing on top. The meat was very cold and obviously just stale. The noodles with prawns tasted very bland and were also cold. The scampi was also cold and had a consistency similar to frozen and thawed food. It was really out of proportion to the price you paid for the food. Very unfortunate. We were asked if we could cut and eat a cake we brought with us there. But a plate fee of €3.50 was charged per plate?! This is outrageously expensive. 7 out of 10 people ate, 3 plates weren't even used and yet they were all billed for. All in all, I had a great evening because my friends put in a lot of effort, but unless the quality of the food changes, I wouldn't go there again.

Got the last place outside. The waiter was super accommodating and kept asking if everything was OK and if we had any requests. The food was okay, had tagliatelle with truffles and stuffed pasta with figs and walnuts. The prices are a bit overpriced, but nothing unusual for Munich.

It was a very nice evening with delicious food. What should be particularly emphasized, however, is the friendliness of the service (Marie Celine)! Although the restaurant was very busy, she treated each individual guest with a cheerfulness and attentiveness without passing on the hustle and bustle to them, which is rarely found in popular Munich restaurants! We'd love to come back!

The food and drink there was very tasty. The employees there try very hard to ensure that you don't miss anything and often ask if everything is okay. The price-performance ratio is good, not more expensive than in other restaurants.

Very good pizza in Munich, a bit pricey but would definitely recommend if you want to enjoy a nice date night or evening with friends

I always ask myself why owners even bother running an independent restaurant when the quality is so poor. We had: - The pasta with wild boar ragù (according to the menu, the pasta is bought regionally in Munich, which was also quite good). Unfortunately, the tomato sauce was a ready-made sauce and had a very bitter taste, which unfortunately had nothing to do with Italy. - Pasta with prawns. The prawns looked quite old, and unfortunately the sauce had a slightly sour taste, which was not typical or harmonious with the overall impression of the dish. - Bruschetta Pomodoro. Unfortunately, the bread was a frozen ready-baked product, and the tomatoes weren't of particularly good quality either. Unfortunately, the apple spritzer was also a cheap juice spritzer and not really refreshing. However, the staff is really very friendly

Delicious food and efficient service

I booked a table at casa nostra to celebrate my round birthday with friends. Everything went wrong from the very beginning, when we ordered water with gas and non-alcoholic beer, but got still water and beer with alcohol (you know, right, it can be life threatening for some people). When I said the waiter that this is a wrong beer, he started arguing and saying I'm wrong, but at the end brought the right beer with a comment "du kennst dich wirklich aus!". As we ordered food, I got a burrata that was totally sour and probably had a long and boring life, so it got very dry. The personnel - again - started convincing me that this is exactly the way burrata should taste (no!). Another waiter, which was very polite, ensured me that the dish will be excluded from the bill and offered a dessert as a complement which I did accept. During the whole evening we didn't get the drinks we ordered without multiple reminders. Or didn't get them at all.... When I had to pay and checked the bill and said the amount including tipp (considering the total) but then realized that burrata was on the list. I pointed this to the first waiter and he said it would be excluded, but as I got the bill again, it was still there. When it was finally removed and I got the new bill with less amount, I also said the sum with the tipp which was a bit less than before (well honestly the waiter 1 didn't deserve a cent, but his colleague was nice). And what happened next was just the last drop: he started arguing with me about the amount of tipp: "you just said a different amount" - and he repeated that several times. I feel extremely disappointed for having paid for a completely ruined evening and lots of negative emotions that I got instead of nice memories. Hope this long-read saves someone's evening. Better order the delivery: the pizza was good :)

Betreff: ich möchte Ihnen gerne von unserem letzten Besuch in Ihrem Restaurant berichten, der leider nicht unseren Erwartungen entsprochen hat. Wir hatten uns auf einen schönen Abend gefreut, doch die Erfahrungen, die wir gemacht haben, waren enttäuschend. Zunächst einmal mussten wir übermäßig lange auf unsere Vorspeisen warten. Während die anderen Gäste bereits ihre Gerichte genossen, warteten wir, speziell auf die gegrillten Kalamari, die schließlich 15 Minuten später serviert wurden. In einer Preiskategorie wie der Ihren sollte dies nicht der Standard sein. Zusätzlich kam der Kellner nicht im Ansatz unseren Anliegen nach. Wir fühlten uns in diesem Moment ignoriert, was bei einem solchen Preisniveau einfach unangemessen ist. Die Hauptspeisen ließen dann fast eineinhalb Stunden auf sich warten. Als sie endlich ankamen, war die Pizza nur lau warm und viel zu stark mit Käse belegt. Hier hätten wir mehr Qualität und Sorgfalt erwartet. Zu unserem Salat wurde zudem kein Öl oder Essig gereicht, noch gab es Brot – beides hätte das Essen perfekt ergänzt. Aufgrund dieser Erfahrungen müssen wir leider mitteilen, dass wir nicht mehr zu Ihnen kommen werden. Wir hatten uns auf einen genussvollen Abend gefreut, doch das Gesamtpaket hat uns nicht überzeugt. Unfortunately they were very understaffed. The staff that were around did very well, for how many people there were. Food was slow, but the pizza was great. I’d probably avoid.

Place is super beautiful, but the food and service sadly does not match the interior. Asked for water multiple times which never arrived at the table, ravioli were undercooked and bolognese sauce underseasoned. Aperitifs are great though!

It was my 2nd time coming here. We had a reservation for 21:30 and when we got there they didn’t even have the table ready. They offered us a table inside which was imposible to eat at because ir was extremely hot (suffocating really) and they didn’t have any type of air conditioning. The waiter wasn’t really friendly either, he didn’t really make any effort to make us comfortable or try to make some sort of arrangement to find us a table. Even after saying we could wait for a bit meanwhile someone else finished their dinner, he said no. There were a few tables outside which they could join to make space for us… Anyway, the food as I remember it from my first time was actually really good (that’s why we came back).

If you're hungry for pizza, I recommend the restaurant, it's super delicious

Good pizza, service was slow due to crowd. Had to remind multiple times for drinks and finally it never came but was added in the bill.

The quality of the pizza was good. But it was definitely not worth 20.90 euros. The waiter was overwhelmed, there weren't enough staff, we sat for 35 minutes until the drinks came. When I pointed out that we had a voucher, the waiter said: “I’m happy for you.” The tip was 0 euros, which was also accepted. Ambience: We sat outside, the table was small, empty glasses weren't cleared away, so they were left on the floor. It's going ok….

We came last minute and, despite the kitchen being closed, we still got pizza which was great. Sarah's service was extremely friendly despite the late hour. All in all a great experience.

TipTop! Here you get a very, very good pizza. The map is very clear and not too big, but a great selection. A little more expensive than other pizzerias, but the price-performance ratio is definitely right when you consider that you get a pizza here that requires a lot more preparation than a run-of-the-mill pizza. Be sure to reserve in advance. The staff is very nice and helpful. See you next time.

My insider tip. A warm summer evening, a nice atmosphere to sit outside, very friendly service, a wonderfully tasting Wildberry Lillet and the best pizza I have ever eaten. Thank you for a wonderful evening with you. Go there, feel good and enjoy

Got the wrong food, waited 1 hour for the food, didn't clear the plates for ages, didn't ask if you wanted dessert

Unser Kellner war sehr sehr unfreundlich! Nachdem er die Bestellung aufgenommen hat, wollte ich nachträglich noch einen RedBull bestellen und seine Resktion war: kannst du auch an der Bar bestellen! Wow. Ich bin selber eine Servicekraft in einem anderen Lokal und fand es umso schlimmer, dass ein anderer Kollege seine Gäste si behandelt. Am Ende habe ich ihm nur 2,50€ Trinkgeld gegeben, obwohl er sich das nicht verdient hat. Er fand das Trinkgeld nicht gut und hat es in dem Kartenlesegerät nicht mal eingegeben. Auch mega unfreundlich!!! Trinkgeld ist kein Muss, sondern ein Geschenk vom Gast! Generell ein mood killer. Ich hätte mir gewünscht, ich hätte nach seinem Namen gefragt, aber er braucht unbedingt eine Beschulung und eine gute Erziehung (too late for that tho). :))

Service mangelhaft: Snacks so wie Hauptessen hat sehr sehr lang gedauert bis geliefert 20min+ snacks u. 30min+ bis endlich Haupt essen f alle da waren). Gesamt Gute 40 min Wartezeit, nicht optimal. Plus: 2 Pizzas wurden dann to go bestellt da manche nach so lange Wartezeit.... gehen müssten, Die pizzas wurden beim Service Personal vertauscht, und der Vegetarier hat erst nach Er gegangen gemerkt, dass Er die Pizza mit Fleisch bekommen hat. Laut Personal an Host Herr Svante Widell, kein Fehler vom Personal. Wartezeit f. Gerichte war einfach viel zu lang. Sogar die snacks haben ewig gedauert. Tisch war Geschäftlich dort. Gruppe war auch nicht groß, kaum 10 Personen. Bedienung war auch nicht zu freundlich.

I was grateful to the female server for being so kind and friendly! There was a separate Mittagsangebot menu for lunch, and they even told me the menu of the day without me asking. I had a signature pizza named after the restaurant, and it was unique and delicious. I recommend it. I visited with my family, and the server was really friendly.

The restaurant is stylish and modernly furnished. Beautifully set tables with beautiful furniture. The pizzas were very good, authentic Neapolitan and also great toppings. Unfortunately the staff was overwhelmed and we had to wait quite a long time until our order was taken. Hardly anyone came to the table, even with empty glasses. We didn't give much of a tip, which wasn't accepted because it was apparently too little - the waiter had to share it with the kitchen. Unfortunately very rude.

The food was really tasty, unfortunately the service took a little longer because they were busy, but they apologized and took good care of us when they had time. Ambiance was 1a. Gladly again!

We went there for dinner as a large group of friends to celebrate a special occasion. Everyone's Aperol was pretty watery and tasteless, which we found to be a shame for the price of 10 euros. The food, pizza and pasta was good. However, we found the service to be strange. A friend received a different dish than the one she ordered. Apparently there was a misunderstanding here. The waiter then reacted very angrily and denied having taken the wrong dish and refused to let the dish go back. Only when two friends from the group said something about it, as our friend is a vegetarian, did he dispose of the dish in a wine cooler behind us on the way to the kitchen and bring her the other dish. We have never experienced anything like this before and we found the impulsive behavior to be quite unprofessional. We also found it inappropriate that we were repeatedly told during conversations that we had to leave in 30 minutes because the table had been allocated. All in all, we didn't feel very comfortable as a group and will choose a different restaurant next time.

Inviting indoor ambience & outdoor seating, which actually has a terrace box (and not just chairs alongside the street). Service was quite enthusiastic, cocktails regular, although tartufo pizza a little burned. Will give another try.

I had the pleasure of trying the Neapolitan pizzas at Restaurant & Bar Casa Nostra and they were simply outstanding. The dough was perfectly prepared and the toppings were fresh and flavorful. Special praise goes to Nabil, who looked after us excellently during the European Championship games despite the high crowds. His friendly and attentive service made our evening particularly enjoyable. I can fully recommend this restaurant and will definitely come back.

Obwohl wir reserviert hatten mussten wir 30 min auf einen Platz warten. Andere Herren die hinter uns in der Schlange standen wurden sogar vorgezogen. Es hat lange gedauert bis jemand kam um uns dann am Platz zu bedienen. Das Essen war zwar ganz gut, aber für den Preis jetzt nicht wirklich besonders.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit bei Casa Nostra. Das Essen war hervorragend, die Getränke groß und gut gemixt. Dies ist die beste Pizza, seit Rom, die wir in Europa gegessen haben. Bis jetzt hat kein Restaurant Casa Nostra übertroffen. Weiterhin, der Service war sehr aufmerksam, haben mehrmals nach dem Gemütszustand gefragt und waren sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben in unserer Reservation angegeben, dass der Grund des Besuchs ein Geburtstag war. Die Kellner haben dies sehr ernst genommen, uns gratuliert und sogar ein Kuchen zum Tisch gebracht. Vielen Dank nochmal! Kann es nur weiter empfehlen!!!

Top price-performance ratio!! Very good food and therefore highly recommended!

The food was very authentic and delicious. We ate the legendary truffle pizza and pasta with an appetizer plate. I haven't eaten pizza this good in a long time. Fluffy, thick edge with a wafer-thin base. We felt well served. Sarah was warm and funny. The location was stylishly decorated and the ambient music rounded the whole thing off. Toilets were large, clean and bright. Personally, I think the Dyson taps with dryer are terrible. It was a great experience. This is how you want to meet up with friends or be taken out. I can recommend it. We were there at 6 p.m. and sat in when the weather was nice.

We've visited this restaurant thanks to the recommendation of the 2024 edition of the TasteTwelve book. The location looks lovely at first sight, with modern sunshades covering a nice patio area between building and road, with the pedestrian walkway leading directly through the tabled area. The interior looks nice and stylish, the toilets are in good shape and generally clean. We had a place adjacent to the road. The chairs were comfortable enough, the traffic in this road is more than we would have expected and occasionally it was hard to understand my wife sitting on the other side of the table for two. For the outside area, this means that it is better suited for an after-work dinner or drink than for a nice and romantic evening. Service had some light and shadow. Our waitress was good humoured and friendly, some other staff at the beginning made less of a positive impression and the first two employees just waved us on to the third person, indicating they are not assigned for greeting and bringing us to a table. The following welcoming was professional but felt more like stating the facts: "this is your table, for menu use the QR code and check online and hurry, your reservation ends in 2 hours max". Now don't get me wrong, this is central Munich and we all have understanding that it's a tough business nowadays and everyone is trying to keep their business alive - but still, I feel that being more welcoming would be a nice extra. The ordered cocktails were decent, the ordered bottle of natural water came in the form of a big caraffe. Personally, I like to receive wine or water from the bottle directly, so I can check if it is what I've actually ordered, but the caraffe looked stylish in any case. For food, we had a pasta dish each, which was generally fine - the pasta was cooked al dente, the gnocchi were good as well, the seafood was tasty. For the secondi, the tuna was done really on point, with the inner still being a bit raw, which really showed the quality of the fish. The breading crust was crunchy and very good as well. The menu listed chanterelle mushrooms as addon, which were not on the plate but were replaced with other mushrooms (as seen in the picture). My wife's fish (turbot filet) was good too, the mashed potatoes with truffle were good as well. With the espresso coffee, there was some kind of problem - it arrived only after twenty minutes and was a bit tepid. Overall, the place looks really nice and the kitchen is doing a good job - but in the end, we didn't fully enjoy the experience. We may have been just unlucky and would maybe try the restaurant again if we were in the neighbourhood and looking for an after-work place for a bite. NEW FAVORITE PIZZERIA! Simply world class! When looking for the perfect pizza and the standard search on Google: “Neapolitan pizza Munich”, we came across several pizzerias. When we analyzed it more closely, the pizzeria was already in the top 3 and when we asked friends in Munich, we had the pizzeria for the evening. Reserved a table outside in the evening, which was very easy thanks to the app. Service served us immediately and provided us with drinks, gave us pizza advice and the 4 pizzas were there straight away despite the very full outside area. Conclusion ? Since everyone had also tried each other's words (Because everyone just looked so sickly good!) The Bapolitan pizza in general! Edge as thick and fluffy as it should be, slight burns with the perfect color on the edge and under the pizza, not too elastic and just divine when eaten! I had a Tartufo pizza that was simply the best of its genre; that I have ever eaten in my life! And I've tried pizzas in places like Naples :) A friend had Vesuvio which was also very tasty! Our group was full and just loved the pizzas 🫶🏻 If you are in Munich and want to eat REAL pizza (and not all those cheap pizzas from the kebab shops and fake Italy owners), accompanied by a very nice ambience, then off to COSA NOSTRA 🍕 I have a new favorite place in Munich 🙏🏻

NEUE LIEBLINGSPIZZERIA! Einfach Weltklasse Niveau! Bei der Suche nach der perfekten Pizza und der Standard Suche auf Google: “Neapolitanische Pizza München”, sind wir auf mehrere Pizzerias gestoßen. Beim genauen Analysieren war die Pizzeria schon mal unter den Top 3 und beim nachfragen bei Freunden in München, hatten wir die Pizzeria für den Abend. Abends draußen einen Tisch reserviert, was durch die App sehr simple war. Service hat uns sofort bedient und mit Getränken versorgt, Pizzatechnisch beraten und die 4x Pizzen waren trotz sehr vollem Aussenbereich auch sofort da. Fazit ? Da jeder auch von der anderen Worte des anderen probiert hatte (Weil alle einfach so krank gut aussahen!) Die bapolitanische Pizza überhaupt! Rand so dick und fluffig wie er sein soll, leichte Verbrennungen mit der perfekten Farbe am Rand und unter der Pizza, nicht zu elastisch und beim Essen einfach nur göttlich! Ich hatte eine Pizza Tartufo, die einfach nur die beste ihres Genres war; die ich je im Leben gegessen habe! Und ich war schon an Orten wie Neapel am Pizzen austesten :) Ein Freund hatte so Vesuvio die auch sehr sehr lecker war! Unsere Gruppe war satt und einfach nur begeistert von den Pizzen 🫶🏻 Falls ihr in München seid und mal ECHTE Pizza essen gehen wollt (und nicht diese ganzen billig Pizzen von den Dönerbuden und Fake Italy Besitzern), begleitet von einem sehr schönen Ambiente, dann ab zu COSA NOSTRA 🍕 Ich habe einen neuen Lieblingsplatz in München 🙏🏻

Great restaurant! Great, delicious food, very dynamic and friendly service.

Our visit to Casa Nostra would have been pleasant if the waitress hadn't behaved so unprofessionally at the end. The food tasted good and the interior is nice. However, according to the menu, the Limoncello Spritz costs €5.90 during lunch time and on our bill it was listed as €9.50 - a big difference. When I pointed this out to the waitress, she said it was a mistake and unfortunately there was nothing she could do about it. So we had to pay the higher price. This is neither hospitable nor legal.

The food was great, the atmosphere was great and the service was really outstanding. The waiters were very courteous and always looked after us very well. A very successful evening!

For us the best pizza we have ever eaten in Germany. It's not without reason that it has already been honored by an Italian gastronomy guide. Pizza Vesuvio is simply a dream. We have already eaten there twice within a week (1x for lunch and 1x in the evening) and were thrilled every time. In addition to the delicious pizza, we would also like to expressly praise Tarkan's excellent service. During the lunch business, he was completely alone in the service and also had to take care of the bar, i.e. all the drinks. Nevertheless, he delivered a super professional, warm service, remained calm and composed and had a few recommendations and kind words for each guest. You should take good care of this waiter, dear operators of Casa Nostra! It's almost impossible to find someone like that in a restaurant in Germany today.

We were there for lunch. Pizzas incredibly tasty, cocktails and dessert top! We would love to come back again in the evening to try the other dishes!

They do offer gluten-free pizza, but you have to listen to stupid sayings every time you order. That's a shame, because usually the customer can't do anything about it.

Unfortunately the service was really bad, we won't be coming back. We had reserved a table for 2 for 6 p.m. Although we announced twice in writing that we would like to use the offer from TasteTwelve, a restaurant guide/coupon book in which Casa Nostra is a partner, they "unfortunately have no offers at the moment", which was very disappointing. Although there were only a few other tables next to us occupied at the time, we were only allowed to order our food after 50 minutes. A lot of effort was made to walk up and down as much as possible, but unfortunately hardly anyone looked in our direction. Unfortunately we had to ask several times for each order. The interior is lovingly decorated, the aperitivi were delicious and the starters seemed very fresh, but otherwise nothing outstanding for these prices. The truffle tagliatelle didn't have much flavor and the truffle was a bit lost in the amount of oil. It didn't seem as if the waiters were familiar with the restaurant business, as the service was haphazard and confused, people reached over tables, the empty wine bottle went back into the cooler, and guests were sometimes cut off when there was a bottleneck. To celebrate the anniversary, unfortunately a disappointment.

Spending a nice Friday evening with the girls was actually all we wanted. We were all there for the first time and at first glance it looked really nice, even though the terrace is right on the street. Unfortunately, the service was so bad that at times you were actually speechless. The first orders went smoothly and the first drinks arrived fairly quickly. Unfortunately, the starters didn't come to everyone at the same time. While I was waiting for my starter - which was cold, mind you - the other people's warm starters were now cold. The second round of drinks also came relatively quickly. The drinks were good, but there was so much ice in them that 2-3 ice cubes would have been enough. It only tasted like water. The food was okay, average for such a hyped restaurant. The main course was good but nothing special. At first we were served by three different people, but in the end no one came. Observing the other tables, you could see that we weren't the only ones waiting a long time for waiters. I have been in the restaurant industry for over 10 years and was really disappointed to see something like this. It wasn't busy and wasn't busy, so there's no excuse for not being able to take orders. You can save yourself excuses like “he’s new, you’ll be swimming too” to my girlfriend. If I know that someone is new, I make sure everything fits and support them, not letting them go it alone. Another thing is, when you're talking to the waiter and trying to order, he's suddenly approached by another waiter mid-sentence and they both then disappear without bringing the drinks. The interrupting happened frequently and was quite rude, but it seems to be normal there. We spent an hour trying to get a waiter to come to our table, but they just walked past. We would have liked to order drinks and dessert, but unfortunately that never happened. Apparently we had made enough sales that no one felt the need to ask us about dessert or if everything was okay. After an hour of waiting and “Excuse me, can we order something please?” someone finally came, but unfortunately it was too late at that point. I am really a very generous person and have a lot of patience. Since I come from the catering industry myself, I know what stress means and what stress looks like. I can relate and understand a lot of things, but I couldn't understand this. It's a shame that with such a high bill no effort was shown or anyone apologized after we expressed our dissatisfaction. In Munich there are many shops and a lot of competition that really tries hard to generate sales. It's a shame, it's a real shame, but we'll go somewhere else next time :)

Super bad restaurant experience! Waiter 1 took our order well so far, waiter 2 was probably new and in training. So I reordered several things from Waiter 2 when he was chatted up by Waiter 3 and they both disappeared! Mind you, in the middle of taking the order and without saying a word to us, even though we were just talking to him. At some point, waiter 4 asked whether we could order from him, as we were obviously being ignored when he announced very rudely that Cellar 2 was new and that we would certainly row in the situation, we couldn't order anything from him because he wasn't responsible for it our series would operate. Strangely, this wasn't an issue before! Waiter 2 came after 45 minutes and we said we wanted to pay. We were ignored by all staff during our stay. What a terrible service this is. Being ignored if you want to place orders and are willing to spend money!!! Food was not surprisingly good, drinks were sometimes watery. We are in Munich, there is competition here, the staff and management should also be aware of this. Our Lillet wasn't reworked either; it consisted of water and ice cubes. Waiter 2 said he would pass it on to the bartender but there was nothing they could do about it. Thank you for such an evening, never again.

We had an extra item on our bill which we didn’t order. The bill is not printed out so we requested to see it in a digital form which is not normally done. And then we found an extra item on our bill. Not a pleasant ending of our nice dinner

Casa Nostra in Munich is an insider tip. Italian food very tasty 😋. Service very attentive and hospitable. More of an upscale restaurant.☺️Price performance very good. Reservations recommended. There were quite a few in the queue. Have fun

We both had the risotto with mushrooms. It was okay, unfortunately pretty boring. But the atmosphere and service were friendly! Unfortunately, we won't be making a second visit because it was too expensive for the quality.

Unfortunately the service is very inattentive. For the price, absolutely not worth it. We had ordered a bottle of wine, which we were allowed to pour ourselves... and everything was wet at the table because there is only cold water in the wine cooler... and the cloth was missing….

Pizza Casa Nostra & Truffle Pasta 10/10. very good service

Chic restaurant with super delicious food. Unfortunately, the selected starter was no longer available (it wasn't mentioned at the beginning) and the Lillet came without raspberries. At the table next door the glass straws for the Lillet were out. Otherwise very happy with the taste of the starters, pizzas and salads!

The five of us were at Casa Nostra for the first time. We had reserved - which was necessary - and got a good table. The very friendly and open waitress led us to the table, greeted us and introduced herself by name. Sarah served us attentively throughout the evening with good knowledge and very personal and polite. The ambience and furnishings of the restaurant are also very nice. Great lights from Occhio and a nice bar. The drinks/cocktails were very good, unfortunately the food left something to be desired. There was no mention in the menu that the risotto was only available for at least 2 people - so it didn't affect my anticipation. The fact that a fish can run out is ok and indicates that it is fresh. Unfortunately, the vegan rolls arrived late for the starters and the waiter apologized for that. The fish in the salt crust was not shown, but the fillet was already served on the plate. Was he in the salt crust? The mashed potatoes were not good and the low point of the side dishes. The tiramisu was beautifully decorated but tried to make it different. Instead of cocoa powder, there was chocolate sauce on top and not soaked enough. All pizzas were good, we can recommend them.

We had a really nice evening :) the atmosphere is very cozy, it's rather dark and you can have a good conversation. The truffle pizza was a 10/10 and the waitress (Sara) was in a consistently good mood despite stress. We will be back!

Great Neapolitan pizza, great service and great ambience. Would love to come back. You should make a reservation, otherwise you'll be lucky to get a table.

The service is excellent and the pizzas are heavenly. But please don't place a guest in the farthest corner in front of the pizza oven. We felt very uncomfortable and we also booked a bar and not a pizza oven corner spot. That simply does not work. Please do not offer this space in the reservation. I would just do it over the phone and immediately ask where you will be sitting.

Pizza war ganz gut. Trüffelnudeln sehr wenige, hab schon viel bessere und mehr für den Preis gegessen. Das Essen kam sehr schnell und danach wurden wir eigentlich nicht mehr wirklich beachtet obwohl wir noch einen Nachtisch wollten… trotzdem gutes Essen :)

one of the worst experiences in Munich. We were there as a group for a birthday party and asked beforehand if we would pay a service fee. They told us there was no service charge and when we sat at the table they brought us two of 55 euro plates that we didn't order and in the worst case scenario we couldn't even choose what was on the plate. Very very rude staff who just didn't even respond to us. And the pizza was like any other pizza in Munich. I give 1 star because there are no 0 stars here.

We were there as a group of 12 people. They told us we had to order two antipasti because we had more than 10 people. We don't like antipasti. Management was very rude and money hungry. I would give 0 stars if it were possible.
