It was my first time in Chemnitz and I was really surprised at how much choice there was on the menu. I found the food extremely tasty. I was given ouzo free of charge. Service super friendly. Keep it up ☺️☺️👍👍

Yes, I'll put it this way: the schnitzel broth was really tasty. I also liked the burnt candles. A small point of criticism, however, were two potatoes, they were not yellow but purple!!! But otherwise highly recommended. Kind regards to Ms. Veronika Himmelbach

Extremely friendly and courteous service...beautiful outdoor area under the trees, inside cozy Greek design and furnishings and of course the food is fabulous - very diverse, there is a large selection for every taste. For me it was a trip to Greece, salivation was inevitable! 😅 Sufficient parking options nearby (Europark) are also available.

The food was very tasty and the service was friendly and accommodating.

We had dinner there with 4 adults and my children. It's supposed to be the best Greek in Chemnitz. And yes the title is very justified. The menu is amazing, so much choice that it's hard to make your own choice. I then decided on the garlic bread with tzatziki. I then received a plate with 4 Bemmen gratinated with cheese, I thought, okay, a small starter, where small is meant ironically 😅😅 Then the waitress came back and put another plate of really hot tzatziki on the table, she said it was the tzatziki with the garlic bread. This combo was total madness, really tasty. For the main course I had the village plate for when I was very hungry and yes, it was also very tasty. There were 2 pork fillet skewers, gyros, and a large beefteki, with fries and rice on the side, I left the rice out when I ordered. All in all, I can only say a very clear recommendation to eat there. My tip: ALWAYS PRE-ORDER

Our absolute favorite Greek. We always enjoy going here. The food has been super tasty for years, there is also plenty of ouzo and the staff is always super friendly. However, yesterday there was a waitress that I have never seen in Athens and who, with her snappy manner, doesn't fit in here at all, because the rest of the waitresses have always been friendly for years, no matter how busy it is. Maybe the young lady should be made aware of the standard in Athens again, she mixed up our bills and when we pointed it out to her she just shrugged her shoulders and rolled her eyes. Very unfortunate. Otherwise, we still really enjoy coming here and hope that this was just a one-off situation.

I wanted to try to pre-order food for pickup for the second time today. This time too, this was rejected on the grounds that there were already too many orders (5 pieces). I can pick it up at 8 p.m. But that is clearly too late for us. Can't you organize this differently? Spontaneously ordering and picking up here is no longer possible! Too bad, too bad

We were spontaneously in Athens (without reservation) with 8 people. From the fast and very attentive service to the very good food, there was nothing to complain about. The prices are quite moderate for the quality of the food. I know more expensive Greeks whose food couldn't compete there. I will definitely come back the next time I visit Chemnitz.

Went here for the first time in many years and realized we should go there more often. The staff was very nice, the food was very tasty, the restaurant was very pleasant, but just to be on the safe side you should order in advance or call ahead. Conclusion, highly recommended. 👍👍👍

Today we spontaneously drove to this Greek restaurant. Despite the fact that the reservations were actually full, after a quick check we were brought to a place very nicely. (2 people) I'm actually not a fan of Greek food, but this super quick and incredibly good food was so delicious, I haven't eaten anything so good in ages. Top service, nice boss and great work from the cook. Simply awesome.

The restaurant is always very busy. Without pre-ordering for several people, you have little chance of getting a table. The menu is extensive. There is something for all tastes. The food was lovingly prepared and served quickly. The taste was great! Likewise the price-performance ratio. The service was attentive and friendly. The only disadvantage for a large table is the noise in the restaurant. You can't have conversations. But we'll definitely be back.

we were there on December 26th. Dine here with our family. The selection is large, the preparation was quick, although it was true you could still have a relaxed conversation, the food was delicious and above all they are real Greeks, so you could have a chat in Greek - about Peleponnisos, Sparta etc. we'd love to come back. ta leme.

It was a table for 2. We were served very quickly and had our food in less than an hour. Staff were extremely friendly and came to our table several times to ensure we were happy. I can personally recommend the fillet platter with Mitaxa sauce! Excellent! The potato wedges were very garlicky and well seasoned, simply great! They were also crispy and not sticky The Apollo plate/platter was also more than great. Gyros crispy and lamb medium rare. Just like I heard. The price-performance ratio is therefore 1A. We paid around €20 for a meal and got more than we could eat. All in all a wonderful visit, it's definitely worth stopping by. P.S. Entrance to the parking spaces was a bit hidden, but possible to find.

The only good thing is the service. The food has absolutely nothing to do with Greece 🇬🇷. You can smell the toilets in the stairwell.

We haven't eaten so well in a long time. Despite the lack of a reservation and the house being full, the boss organized a nice table for us. The service was friendly, courteous and didn't skimp on the ouzo. The food was of high quality, the meat was cooked to perfection and everything was served in an appealing way. We can therefore fully recommend the restaurant!

Ich sage nur: den Ouzo gibt's ab dem zweiten aus der Minikaraffe. 😄😁 Essen geschmacklich sehr gut. Für jeden Geschmack ist etwas dabei. Zubereitung erfolgt zügig. Preis-/Leistung ist Top. We are always in Chemnitz once a year and we always go out for a delicious meal here with our friends. The employees are very attentive and always ask if everything is OK, and they also join in on the fun. Since this restaurant is understandably very popular, you should always reserve a table by phone.

The Athens restaurant is our absolute favorite Greek restaurant! As soon as you enter the restaurant you are greeted by friendly and attentive service, which immediately makes you feel at home. The ambience is inviting and charming. The best thing, however, is the food! The menu offers an excellent selection of traditional Greek dishes that are freshly prepared and full of flavor.

It's just one of many restaurants that wants to give its customers a clichéd impression of Greek food culture. The dishes are typically “Germanized” and have the character of a commercial kitchen. Not even one or two ouzos can hide this. You get full, sit comfortably and are served nicely. With a slightly reduced menu you can certainly influence the quality of the food. Sometimes less is more! All in all, a good restaurant with a lot of room for improvement.

Why are there no 6 or 7 stars? The food (Argentinian beef fillet with garlic potatoes) is a culinary explosion of flavors. You can't describe how high quality and tender the fillet was. The garlic potatoes also had garlic added to the point, a dream. The food here is worth every cent and the staff is very friendly and responds very quickly to customer requests. Greek restaurant, large selection of different dishes, fish, meat, salads starters, great value for money, food very tasty, had swordfish steak, a treat, service great, ouzo from a pot. Whether in the beer garden or inside, we recommend ordering.

Nice atmosphere in the restaurant, there is also a cozy beer garden. The service is very good and friendly. The food is very tasty, since I still had sauce left over I asked for bread, which I received promptly and no extra charge was made. They weren't stingy with the before, after and in the middle Ouzo either. It was a wonderfully beautiful end to a day full of events

Great service, everyone is very friendly, the food is great and the value for money is right! There is no skimping on garlic and ouzo. Vegetarian dishes could be added to the menu, but otherwise the selection is very large and varied. We'd love to come back!

Was at the restaurant for the first time today. There is only one bad news. Unfortunately I can only give 5 stars. I would have preferred to give at least 10 stars. Staff friendly. We got a place for Saturday evening by calling. We were kindly escorted to our table. The waitress was nice and looked after us. The food we ordered was ready after 20 minutes. Excellent. The portions are very rich and tasty, really recommended. If you still can't manage your portion, you can have it packed. We will come back in any case. The Athens restaurant is only partially recommended for wheelchair users, as there are stairs to the entrance. Only available for wheelchair users in the outdoor area (mainly in the summer months).

Tolles griechisches Restaurant. Mir gefällt besonders das Ambiente und die gastfreundliche Bedienung. Die Portionen sind für Erwachsene mehr als ausreichend und das zu fairem Preis. Zum Geburtstag meines Mannes haben wir sogar noch eine kleine Weinflasche bekommen. 👍🏻👌Dazu stand auf dem Tisch noch eine kleine Tischdeko. Das Essen war super lecker, das Fleisch war zart und auch die Metaxasauce super lecker.
