Restaurant Artemis in Preetz

Both the fries and the rice were exceptionally tasty, the meat was quite good, and the portions were okay. Unfortunately, my salad had plastic waste, and the plate was covered in leftover food from a previous customer. The waiter, when politely pointed this out, said, "That [the old food scraps] is okay, but not the plastic." Personally, I don't think leftover food is okay because I find it very unhygienic. As an apology for the plastic waste, there was a shot of red wine spritzer at the end. In my experience, it's quite common at Greek restaurants to serve a nightcap anyway; I would have been more pleased with an "oh, sorry, we'll be more careful in the future." Personally, I won't be coming back because of the hygiene, but I can recommend it to people who don't care, as the atmosphere is really nice and the food tastes pretty good.

It's always a pleasure to visit here. The portions are generous and delicious, and the family-run business boasts excellent service.

Unfortunately, I can't recommend it. I had lamb chops, which were perfectly grilled. Everything else was flavorless. The salad had barely any dressing, and I wasn't aware that they served the little bit of dressing underneath. The green beans were mushy, and the tzatziki tasted bland. It all seemed like mass-produced food. My friend had liver with onions, and the liver was sliced ​​so thinly that it overcooked during grilling, making it too cooked and hard. It's a shame; I won't be returning.

Even though I live far away, I love coming here to eat with my family. I've always enjoyed all the meat dishes so far. My wives are also thrilled. What stands out, however, is the service; the staff are top-notch. I have to give them special praise. We had an 18-month-old child with us, and they really made us feel like we were in top hands. We'd be happy to come back, and thank you to your team :)

Very tasty food, cozy atmosphere, one of the best Greeks I know. Unfortunately, the moussaka recipe has been changed (previously: potato-aubergine minced meat with cheese gratin and feta on top, last time: tomato sauce, beans and corn on top), which for me no longer has anything to do with moussaka. When I spoke to the waiter and asked if it was moussaka, he said: yes, that's right. Too bad.

The opening salad, with lamb's lettuce, a little white cabbage, grated roots, and a generous amount of dip, is a perfect entrée. Lamb with beans or lamb with onions are a true feast for the palate. The attentive service is the highlight of this deeply delightful restaurant visit. Artemis - you have to eat there...

Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed. The drinks were very expensive, and the main course portion was meager. Overall, everything tasted very bland, and you had to hunt for the feta in the bifteki. The service was very friendly, though.

Our favorite restaurant with delicious food for many, many years.

We were there for a birthday party and ordered food so everyone could take what they wanted. There was so much of everything that we were more than full. Delicious, and the dessert was amazing. 10 out of 5 stars.

The food is recommended, but the staff still has room to improve. 1. Learn to do the math – if you're not careful and know the total, the wait staff will quickly add something to your bill. Ours was €10 plus. They billed you without an apology. 2. Every 5 minutes they ask if you're enjoying your meal – are you afraid? 3. If you're still sitting there, they constantly ask you if you're finished.

We used to really enjoy eating at Artemis, but unfortunately, the quality has declined dramatically in recent years. And the menu has also changed. Many things I used to enjoy are no longer on the menu. We ate there again at the end of September 2024. We had to wait over 30 minutes for our reserved table, which was due to the power going out repeatedly, and they couldn't keep up. We weren't the only ones who had to wait a long time, and I would have liked at least some compensation for this inconvenience, but there was nothing. Not an extra shot of schnapps or a drink or anything, unfortunately, nothing at all. When we finally got our table, the power was still going out repeatedly, but the owners can't do anything about that. We ordered lamb, but unfortunately, the food wasn't particularly tasty. The "meat" was almost all fat and bones, with barely any edible meat on it. Two months later, my family and I were invited there for dinner; there were six of us. The appetizers arrived fairly quickly and were quite okay. We had to wait quite a long time for the main course. After we'd all finished our appetizers, we had to wait another 40 minutes for the main course. This time I had a simple gyro plate. The portion was very large, but unfortunately the meat was extremely dry. It was edible, but unfortunately, only out of politeness, since I was invited. The service was very friendly and attentive.

I was a guest there in the evening and unfortunately was very disappointed with the quality of the food. The service and the location were appealing.

We ate here for the second time and felt comfortable. The ambience is pleasing and the service is also good. However, the food hasn't really convinced us so far. Compared to other Greek restaurants we visit in other cities, we notice a noticeable difference in quality.

We were there spontaneously and received a very warm welcome! The breaded sheep's cheese was a poem! Very creamy and had a great taste! The main course was also convincing! The turkey steak was juicy, the skewer was grilled to perfection and the minced steak (which I actually don't like). as much as I like to eat) was the best thing I've ever eaten! I like the gyros spicier but that's a matter of taste! The dessert (dough balls) was also worth a treat! Portions were very large! We would love to come back if we are nearby!😊

It was my first time there and I was immediately impressed. I haven't experienced such great service as there in a very long time. Everyone was wonderful with our children. There were several people and all the food was very good. The price-performance ratio is also very good. As soon as I'm back in the area I'll be happy to go to this place again.

I looked for a menu online and then we ordered food to pick up. It's always been delicious so far, but today we were extremely disappointed. Recipes for rice and metaxa sauce apparently changed, to the detriment and in contrast to the online menu, the dish was €5 more expensive. At a price of just under €20 per dish, I expect the same quality as before. Sorry, but I can't put it in a flattering way and I can only hope that the actual chef wasn't there today.

We were here for the second time today (on vacation) and are once again totally thrilled. The service and quality are top. Everyone is extremely attentive and immediately there. You can tell that the ingredients are fresh and it just tastes very good. We'd love to come back when we're nearby.

Wir waren schon oft hier,aber diesmal sehr enttäuscht. Das Essen war nicht richtig heiß, der Zaziki wird wohl verlängert genauso wie der Hackbraten auf dem Grillteller. Da war mehr der Bäcker drin als Fleisch, sehr traurig...wir gehen nicht mehr dahin.

Hatten am 31.12 für 8 Personen Essen außer Haus bestellt. Das Essen war pünktlich fertig. Die Portionen waren groß und super lecker und nach dem Transport immer noch warm. Wir wurden trotz vollem Haus sehr entspannt und nett bedient. Gerne wieder!

Wir waren Weihnachten dort und es war eine tolle Atmosphäre. Alle waren sehr freundlich und es wurde viel gelacht und gescherzt. Trotz es sehr voll war, konnte man sich gut unterhalten. Das Essen kam zügig und war super lecker .Ich als Vegetarierin habe mir Vorspeisen als Hauptgang bestellt und das stellte kein Problem da ;) . Wir sind alle satt geworden und als Nachtisch gab es noch eine Überraschung die empfohlen wurde und die war auch sehr lecker .Der Keller brachte gleich für uns Alle,Löffel zum probieren mit . Es war ein schöner Weihnachtsabend mit sehr gutem Essen. Empfehlung!

Das beste griechische Restaurant das ich kenne. Wir kommen schon seit vielen Jahren und sind immer wieder begeistert. Es stimmt einfach alles ! Supernette Mitarbeiter, sehr leckeres Essen von gleichbleibender Qualität und das Ambiente ist auch stimmig. Da wir nicht die einzigen sind die gerne dort essen, empfehle ich rechtzeitig zu reservieren.

Waren gestern ohne Reservierung da haben auch mit 7Personen innerhalb kürzester Zeit einen Platz bekommen.Essen war mega egal welches Gericht wir hatten ,wird auf jeden Fall wenn wir nächstes Jahr wieder hier zum Urlaub da sind ins Pflichtprogramm mit auf genommen. LG aus der Oberpfalz 👍

Bums voll, nicht reserviert, trotzdem wurde uns ein Tisch zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Essen war super lecker und der Service war super nett. Basecap vergessen und eine Service kraft läuft einem hinter und übergibt diese. Absoluter Hammer.

Bis auf den Tzatziki alles typisch griechisch, originale sehr leckere Küche. Toller Weißwein. Wintergarten ähnlich bei Regen im Sommer, sehr angenehm. Tzatziki ist allerdings basic und sollte frisch hergestellt mit frischem Knoblauch , Gurke und griechischem Joghurt…und evtl etwas Minze gemacht werden. Ich komme wieder 😁

My husband and I had a lovely lunch here while visiting his ancestral hometown. The atmosphere was relaxed, our server was lovely, and the retsina was gorgeously lush. We both had gyros and fries, nice food. Would go back as it's out of the city center and on the way to the train station.

Anlass für den Besuch im Artemis war heute der Geburtstag meiner Frau. Waren nicht zu ersten mal dort wurden diesmal aber schlecht bewirtet. Essen kam nach der Bestellung schnell. Das Lokal füllte sich und er Service war überfordert. Der Tisch wurde nach dem Essen erst nach Ewigkeiten abgeräumt . Ob wir noch Wünsche hätten wurde gar nicht erst gefragt obwohl wir gerne noch einen Kaffee oder einen Dessert gehabt hätten. Auch wurde uns der obligatorische Ouzo vorenthalten. Um uns herum gab es für die anderen Gäste diese kleine Aufmerksamkeit. Kann mir den Ouzo natürlich auch bestellen aber an unseren Tisch kam der Service ja nun mal nicht. Auch die Qualität der Speisen konnte uns heute nicht überzeugen. Wir kennen rund um und in Kiel einige Griechen die es dann doch besser können.

Im Rahmen einer Weihnachtsfeier mit ca. 50 Personen da gewesen. Essen gab es in Buffet Form. Geschmacklose Salate, kalte, abgelabberte Pommes . Fleisch Auswahl vorhanden. Gyros schien gab's wohl im Angebot . Sah so'n bischen danach aus als wenn die Sau ihre besten Tage hinter sich hatte. Buffet wurde nach 2 Stunden abgebaut. Der Ouzo vom Haus wurde kurzfristig ohne ihn geleert zu haben, abgeräumt. Alles in allem eine bessere Frittenbude.
