Very good cuisine. We've been there for the third time now and what can I say, it's highly recommended. Ambience also very good. The staff very friendly. And the boss and boss always take time for the guests.

The food is great. The ambience invites you to stay for a long time! All service staff are friendly and very attentive! The cocktails are just as great as the food! Go there, it's worth it!!!!

Yesterday we spontaneously went to the Indian restaurant Ganesha. Manu came straight to us with a smile 😃 in contrast to. You just feel comfortable in a great atmosphere. I visited the Indian restaurant Ganesha at Grünzug 24, Hoppegarten, and it was simply amazing! The food was outstanding – authentic spices, fresh ingredients and perfectly cooked dishes. The service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was very inviting. A real taste experience – absolutely recommended!

The service was not good. Our table was very wobbly and we had to ask the waiters to fix it. We were 4 people and we had to wait 40 mins till they served our food. Unacceptable! I ate 111 and 222, the salad was very spare, and I had very few meat pieces. It was just mostly rice. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant. No wifi as well.

We didn't rate it immediately after the first visit, but rather "checked" the excellent impression a bit. You're getting better and better... respect and on December 31st. We also enjoyed a small, private party including dance performances. The food is delicious and plentiful, the service is friendly and attentive and the atmosphere is pleasant. The bread variants in particular are not often found in this form at other Indian restaurants. Of course, the guest always enjoys one or two free extras. And Indian-spicy (the desired level of spiciness is requested) is to be taken seriously... The restaurant is a real bright spot in the surrounding gastronomic desert. Keep the standards high please! Sometimes the parking situation can be tricky, but it's not the restaurant's fault and you can always find something nearby.

So we waited a long time for Ganesha to finally open and we were richly rewarded. The ambience is absolutely beautiful there and there is nothing wrong with the food, from normal spiciness to Indian spiciness... The staff is super friendly and very accommodating. It is definitely recommended and worth a visit

I had a dish from the lunch menu. You get what you order. Not a highlight, but there's nothing to complain about in terms of taste. Visually you could do more with it, but I expect that more from the evening menu (and hey, we're in Hoppegarten and not in Mitte!). The service is great, the guest is courted wherever possible without being intrusive.

Unfortunately, the chicken Madras was not edible, as the chicken pieces from the previous day were probably cross-fried and it was terribly dry, like the rice. The Madras sauce was also not well seasoned...a shame.

We ordered food to pick up. Unfortunately the chicken curry was still too hard. The meat wasn't cooked properly. Unfortunately. This time the food was spicier than usual.

So, the service is really good and attentive, unfortunately the food was a disappointment. The first time that I had to add seasoning to an Indian and the portions were very manageable....really a shame!

The first waitress spoke bad German...the waiters afterwards spoke good. The toilet door was open during the entire visit and the toilet was visible. Simply write table numbers on a piece of paper, tear them off and put them in the stand. Flowers fake. Main courses were good and the price/performance ratio was good. I can advise against the desserts. We tried all three. My mango cream was mixed and the fruit was canned cocktail fruit. There was no receipt...the billing on the credit card was correct...but for over 80 euros for three people you can expect more Update: Were there again today after two months. Now everything is great..all the previously described deficiencies have been remedied..Food was great again. We didn't have any dessert today. Salads were great. Service too

We were here for lunch, the food tasted good. Unfortunately it was difficult to get the staff to order something or get the bill. You can also order delicious ice cream, but I was told that the ceramic containers in which it is served will then be thrown away. An absurdity. Then please simply offer Florida ice cream in mini paper portion cups instead of throwing away elaborately manufactured ceramics. Unfortunately, this restaurant also preferred to use the Greek restaurant's Google Maps entry and thus all reviews instead of creating a new entry. More than a nuisance.

Fantastic place. As someone of Indian origin, who was at dinner with a table of German natives, it worried me that the food might be too bland for my liking. But I made it clear to the staff that I want it to be "real" Indian food at it definitely did not disappoint! They amped up the spices and thank goodness for that! The chaas was good, though it's not on the menu, so salted lassi is your closest bet. The "real" chicken tikka masala and butter chicken were both great. Can't speak for the German version that others had. The veggie pakoras were also good. And they even offered a free post-meal digestive shot or espresso! The space was super clean and well lit. The service was excellent - really, really excellent. The food was superb, and the vibe was what I would expect from a mainly German-frequented place. Pricing was moderate for Germany, with the Tikka Masala and Butter Chicken both running around 15 Euros, and chaas around 4 Euros. Overall, it was absolutely a treat to be there. Thanks Ganesha!

We recently had a spontaneous meal here during the week and were pleasantly surprised. It started with the nice reception. First of all there were delicious pappadams with three different dips. The menu is very extensive and, in addition to many meat dishes, also offers a large selection of vegetarian and vegan dishes that we have not seen before. The dishes were damn tasty and big. The two of us almost didn't make it to the Bathura. At the table we were repeatedly asked if everything was OK and the boss came to our table to wish us bon appetit. That shows hospitality. To say goodbye there was a delicious mango liqueur. We would be happy to come back and definitely recommend you!!!

We have been to Ganesha for dinner several times and have always been very satisfied with everything. Nice staff & good food.

The shop is fancy but I really tried it and Indian just isn't tasty. One bowl and everything tastes the same. And the staff is really overwhelmed and forgets half of it every time or simply doesn't know how to serve properly. Two had already finished eating and the other two still had no food. And it's just too expensive for that.

The restaurant is new in Hönow. Although it was well attended, we immediately got a cozy table for two. The selection of food and drink is huge. We didn't have to wait long for what we ordered. It was delicious!

We spontaneously dined here in the evening and were not disappointed. The chicken from the Tandori oven was tender and wonderfully seasoned, as were the vegetables that came with it. As a starter we had the papadam with three different dips, each of which was briefly explained. The service was very friendly, careful and personal, as you would expect. The preparation of the food was also nice and seemed authentic. All in all a successful evening with very tasty Indian food.

We spontaneously went to eat at the Ganesha restaurant in Hönow on a Saturday afternoon. We were greeted warmly and shown to the table. Everything was very clean, not cluttered and the background music played at a pleasant volume so that you could have a good conversation. Now to the most important thing, the food. Two of us had already been guests here and raved about it, and after our visit to Ganesha we all raved. We ordered 4 different dishes as well as starters and desserts and everyone tried everything. Every dish tasted different and everything was delicious. The basic spiciness was pleasant and could be adjusted to the desired level of spiciness using the dips that were served with the house bread. The service was very attentive but not intrusive. The food came quickly and hot. The prices are reasonable. It was a wonderful 2 hours. We are already looking forward to our next visit, because we will definitely come back.

With the large selection of food, everyone can find what they want, even as vegetarians/vegans, the store is a good place to go. I was there with my family and everyone was happy. It's no longer the Greek restaurant it used to be it's now an Indian restaurant, for whatever reason the recession is just taken over!!! I'm not convinced and unfortunately I have to change my rating to negative, which is a shame.

We're happy that the corner is coming to life again. The Greek that was here before was nothing anymore.... Now the Indian, wide menu, lots of poultry, lots of lamb but also plenty of vegetarian, for those who like it. All in all, good food, nice people, to whom you can only wish luck and success. So that the rush continues. Tip: Maybe a little less light in the restaurant in the evening...It's very bright and that takes away from the coziness. 😉

Today we ate at Ganesha in Hönow for the first and NOT for the last time. The menu has everything I expected. The 4 different selected dishes (chicken, duck, vegetarian) including the side dish were very delicious and in a good portion size. The service was very attentive and polite. Had lunch at the new Indian restaurant. The food (tandoori chicken) tasted very good. The 3 sauces (chutneys) with papadam were provided by the house and were very tasty... The German service was very nice and attentive. We'd love to come back.

We had reserved a table at 6:30 p.m. and despite having a starter for the children, we got our food almost 2 hours later. The food was freshly cooked and was simply delicious, hot and lots of it, the service was attentive and they also apologized for the delay. there were 2 free ice creams. You notice that after a week of opening everything is still a little stagnant, but it will be okay. We will definitely come again, everyone starts small :D

We had lunch on opening day (09/06/24). It was very tasty, special praise goes to the 3 sauces that were served with the lentil crackers. Lots of staff, but only some understand German or English, so another employee always had to be called in. I also found it inappropriate to be asked again and again whether it could be put away as I slowly enjoyed the food and drinks. You feel somehow rushed. This can certainly be traced back to the first day of operation and the excitement for the upcoming festive evening. It's a shame that the homepage isn't finished and the menu isn't available. Despite these small defects, a visit is definitely recommended.

Since the food still didn't come after 2 hours and we couldn't answer the question of when it would be or whether it would be served at all, we left hungry. While we were waiting, service staff didn't even come to take another drink order - Ganesha Indian Restaurant doesn't work at all!!!

I went back to this Greek restaurant after a year and was very disappointed. The gyro was frozen, which you could also taste. The quantity resembled a children's plate and the beer tasted stale. Yes, I got a total of 3 ouzo during my stay, but not the one for good friends! The service was ok, but friendly is something else. Because of this experience, I will unfortunately no longer eat there and had to completely revise my good rating from last year.

We ordered there for lunch today. Unfortunately the order was made incorrectly, cheese that was paid extra for was ignored. Gyros were unappetizing, potatoes were watery and the rice smelled funny. Unfortunately, all of this for €70 is really a disgrace. Can't understand the average rating at all, it was the worst meal I've had in a long time. Too bad.
