The meal would definitely have been delicious if it hadn't taken over 1.5 hours and the food had still been warm (preferably hot). I was really disappointed that I had to wait so long for my food and then received such poor quality. In addition, the items ordered did not correspond to the description on the website. Very unfortunate :(

Very bad. I ordered fattah, it was very brothy and sour, the pickle plate was not clean, and even tea in all restaurants is free unless they have 2 euros.

Food came cold and later than stated, unfortunately it didn't taste good

I ordered food from this restaurant through Wolt, although I read that they don't always offer good food and delivery, but I thought I would trust those who were happy with their order from this restaurant, but unfortunately that was not the case the case and they I didn't have quality food and they didn't deliver me what I ordered, pizza isn't that bad, it's terrible! and they ruined our family vacation. Absolutely ..... I ordered through Wolt, unfortunately I couldn't rate it in the app. Delivery is late I can understand it, rain, traffic or similar, but the food, a disaster. Pizza... you can't call it pizza, frozen tastes better and looks like pizza, but this pizza... for God's sake, what are you doing?? Who works for you?

The first time I visited this restaurant and it was the best food so far I passed by in the city of Leipzig and my advice to anyone who does not come to eat here will not enjoy any other food.

If I could, I would give zero stars. Both service and food were poor. We ordered a single pizza, the restaurant is 15 minutes away by car. After waiting 1.5 hours, we called and was told “Sorry, lots of orders, I’ll be there in 5 minutes”. 20 minutes later the doorbell rang. Criticism was responded to with “I’ll tell my boss.” In the end, the pizza arrived cold and it wasn't even the one we ordered. Ordered with chicken, onions, cheese and corn. One arrived with disgusting mushrooms, peppers and a bit of chicken. Fully understanding for many orders, but delivering a wrong and cold pizza after almost 2 hours is miserable! Zero stars!

I've eaten much better Arabic food. Humus was partly acidic. I specified a time for pickup, but still had to wait 15 minutes. Unfortunately, the restaurant seems run down and unhygienic... Prices are uniquely cheap. But that's the only positive thing I can say. Edible but nothing special...

The worst experience I had in this restaurant was that we ordered breakfast manakish, which was literally as dry as stone, and when it was heated in the microwave, it would not eat. I swear the piece was very small and its price was very expensive, 205€, and on top of all that, my patient does not take the card except for payments by hand in cash.

It was our first time eating here. The menu selection is very well designed. The staff is very friendly. Fair prices for good food. Unfortunately, Prager Straße is very busy, so eating outside is muffled by the noise. But otherwise everything was great

I ordered 2 each of shawarma and falafel sandwich via Uber Eats. It should be delivered in 30 minutes at the latest. However, I got the food after 1 hour. No napkins were packed either, even though I requested them before ordering. The sandwiches were okay but nothing great.

I stumbled upon this restaurant by chance while passing by. I was attracted by the wonderful aroma of the grill, which I had last smelled only in my homeland a few years ago. And nice tables and green trees around only strengthened my beautiful memories. What also pleasantly surprised me was the prices. The whole huge plate of meat and vegetables, including bread, fries and sauce, cost me 9€. The staff is as friendly as possible. I have ordered here regularly and everything has always been good. But now, when I ordered food for my family and I again, the meat was so salty that none of us could enjoy it anymore. 40€ was spent on nothing in the evening, but there was still a “sorry, I’m looking” on the phone That's it.

I ordered via Uber eats - the delivery time was longer than previously stated, but within limits. However, the food was very poor. Hard falafel, a bit of lettuce, sour-tasting hummus (no idea if it was dumped). Not comparable to restaurants like Bistro Lebanon and although it is relatively cheap, the price was way too expensive for the mini and poor portion you get. A pity!

I pre-ordered via Uber Eats for lunch today(!). The food should be delivered to work between 6:15 and 6:45 p.m., I'm on late shift. A call at 7:18 p.m. was successful, but I was told the “story of the horse” that the driver was on the way and blah blah blah. Now it's 8:55 p.m. and I still don't have any food. I ordered via Wolt. Delivery took an hour longer than stated. What was ordered was not delivered and the food was cold. The delivery person didn't understand a word when I tried to explain to him what was going on. When unpacking it was discovered that the "chicken skewers" that were delivered were frozen chicken wings that were still frozen inside. This can no longer be surpassed in terms of audacity and is actually a case for the health department. All in all, catastrophic.

Worst pizza in Leipzig. The dough is sweet, which really doesn't go well with a ham pizza (the ham is some unidentifiable mass). Shawarma was below average. It's a shame if you can't do something so simple, or don't want to do it. Limitlessly tiny portions for which even the low price is overpriced, the meat tastes stale and cheap, seasoning seems to be a foreign word. It's best to go 500 meters further to Bistro Lebanon and get something decent there.

I happened to be in Leipzig and ordered chicken and shawarma. Unfortunately, there is no way to describe the poor quality of food and the bad taste. The chicken is rancid and its skin is not clean. Garlic is sour and has no garlic taste. Shawarma has nothing to do with shawarma, it's just chicken with bread. General cleanliness is average. Salt, pepper, and a can of olive oil on the table have leftover food on them. Other than that, the treatment was nice and good. I do not recommend the restaurant at all

I did order delivery once via Wolt and it’s arrived cold, then another time I placed the order and it didn’t arrive at all! Nothing, even though I called them and they told me “courier is on its way, will be in 10 minutes” It was delivered by the “restaurant” Wolt offered me 2€ for the 3 hours of my time. The worst place to order food in all of Leipzig. I checked the reviews after this happened and I was shocked by how horrible this place is.

Das Fleisch ist fresh so lecker nämlich der Kebab. Und sind die Mitarbeitern so nett und freundlich.

Sehr leckeres Shawarma-Sandwich mit reichhaltigen Beilagen. Obwohl das Wetter sehr heiß war und ich der einzige Kunde, wurden ohne Wimperzucken die Grills angeschmissen, sehr nett! Habe auch schon mehrmals gegrilltes Fleisch liefern lassen, immer top.

Schöne Atmosphäre und nette Personal, aber leider das Essen war nicht so gut, sehr salzig und das fritiertes Brot war alt, sehr hart und krustig, Falafel war OK.

Das Essen war Super und der Service nette und zuvorkommend. Für uns zwei Gründe um wiederzukommen!

Trotz der eher durchwachsenen Bewertungen waren wir heute Mittag im Arabesque. Der Laden ist Sauber, die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und es steht eine tolle Auswahl an orientalischen Speisen zur Verfügung. Unsere Wahl viel auf den Arabesque Teller, den Halloumi Teller und Lahmacun. Geschmacklich sehr gut 👍 und das bei absolut fairen Preisen. Einen Punkt Abzug dennoch Aufgrund des Ambiente, hier ist definitiv noch Luft nach oben. Besten Dank

Very Friendly staff and fresh food! I think is not every plate worth it... For example the The brosted chicken is really smooth and tasty and very good price. We loved it. The lamb that we order was unfortunately not a good quality one yes fresh but not meat for the Spieß and expensive for the amount.The chicken Spieß from the other side was perfect. The only think that we really didn't like is that a can of fanta 330ml is costing 3euro and is not that I was in a proper restaurant and they serve us I pick the Fanta and the glass by my self That is super expensive...
