We had lunch, stayed overnight, and had breakfast there. We received a friendly welcome, and the food was delicious and freshly prepared. The room was spacious, with comfortable beds. The location on the lake is wonderful. Everything was perfect! Highly recommended.

Stopped in for lunch on a Sunday while passing through. We didn't have a reservation, which wasn't a problem. The service was very, very friendly. I had a delicious chicken breast salad.

Absolutely “not” recommended!!!!! We had dinner with 13 people on Saturday at 6:30 p.m. It took a while until one of the ladies went to the table to pick up the drinks. Then it took some time until we could order the food. Warm food continuously until 8 p.m. After asking how long it would be open for, the answer came, actually until 11 p.m. but today only until 10 p.m. because some groups are coming tomorrow. The taste of the food was... ok! Gypsy schnitzel was a huge portion compared to the other dishes and very good, as were the fries. Everything else was ok but only lukewarm. In between we had to take care of drinks ourselves because no one came. When asked if there was still ice cream....yes, just right!!!! At 10 p.m. we were cashed in and goodbye... Well, what else can you say about that, catastrophe. Never again.......

After a motorcycle dedication with an exit, we were greeted rather sparsely (the organizer had announced in advance that around 100 motorcycles would be coming.) The beer garden was not opened and you were not allowed to sit in it. Conclusion... if you don't want it, you already have it It's a shame because the event was very well organized.

After a long hike, we stopped at the restaurant by the lake. We were greeted very friendly. We were in the mood for a small snack, not a big lunch. So we were able to order from the small evening menu (from 5 p.m.) at two p.m. That wasn't a problem. The order came quickly and freshly prepared. You could tell that it wasn't a pre-packaged product from a "can". We were treated quickly, courteously and very friendly. We can definitely recommend this restaurant. We were on vacation in the area.

Restaurant in a beautiful location by the lake. Actually more of a tavern than a restaurant (home cooking). I'm not normally a fan of "home cooking" as it's usually heavy on meat and not a lot of vegetables, but the chef really knows what he's doing. All three dishes were very tasty. We are open to special requests for both food and drinks. Very customer friendly. If it's about eating delicious, home-style food, we'll be happy to come back. By the way, the staff was very friendly (although only self-service in the outdoor area) and the prices seemed fair to us. What we were very surprised about: coffee and cake are not on the menu.

The location is really nice. The restaurant, actually, is too. Only the dining room isn't so nice. The food came quickly. Unfortunately, there were two things that really bothered us. The vegetable lasagna was cold, soggy from the salad dressing, and completely mushy. My son got a children's schnitzel. The waitress spilled the fries and ketchup on the plate when she placed it down... then she seriously put the fries back on the plate with her hand. That's unacceptable. Once and never again.

Restaurant by the lake looks very appealing from the outside. The beer garden is definitely nice in summer. The interior could use an update and seems rather cool. We were pleasantly surprised by the food, the schnitzel was really very good.

You are rushed to order (you haven't even sat down yet) and the large hall is rather uncomfortable and loud when it is full. Friendly criticism (when asked whether everything was right!) is not taken into account and is dismissed in an unfriendly way. But the food itself was okay!

We spontaneously decided to go there for lunch on Sunday. Even though everything was full, we got a table after a short wait. Food was good, really recommended. A little tip, you should make a reservation on Sunday.

We sat outside so I can't say much about the ambience. Since we'll be here for a few more days, we'll definitely eat there again.

I had the pike perch fillet and found it very tasty. I actually went there for Brizza, but it wasn't available in the beer garden and there was a party inside. The service was well staffed and always quick. Due to the opening times and location, it was the best option for me during my Freyung vacation

I was back in the restaurant today after years. Since they have one of the best gypsy schnitzels here, I ordered that as always. It tasted like A. and F. No taste, no spice, no spiciness. The potato salad was definitely not homemade! Fries were doughy, not crispy!! The waitress was totally overwhelmed. After eating half the plate because I was hungry, I paid the bill. I later found out that the old owner is no longer there. Can't recommend this place more!!

The food is sumptuous and very tasty. I had the Bavarian sausage salad and the gourmet pan (see pictures). Our great service was incredibly friendly and took a lot of time... special requests from the children were simply accepted. The restaurant is nice and big and quaint, exactly what I was hoping for. The outdoor area is also largely covered. There is also a small playground.

A very nice restaurant with fresh cuisine and very good quality. A very good service, even if there were a lot of guests visiting. Wonderful outdoor area, some with a roof and the lake as an ambience. The food was very good and a nice portion. The restaurant is worth a visit and a short walk around the lake (approx. 20 minutes). There is a lot to see around the lake!

A nice restaurant by the lake, perfect for a detour on a motorcycle tour. I bought an ice cream sundae that tasted delicious, the service was very friendly, but accidentally deducted €10 from me, which I only noticed afterwards. But I still give it 5 stars, it can happen to anyone.😂

Unfortunately I have to revoke my 5 star rating from last year. The onion roast for over €22 was very flimsy and the sauce wasn't good. The cordon bleu was okay. The service is bottom drawer. There was pollen everywhere, obviously at this time of year, but the fact that you don't even wipe the table even though you asked for it and then gasp stupidly because we used napkins to clean it is incomprehensible to me. If you understood German, we wouldn't have had to have something returned three times. We told the young lady 3 times that we wanted to pay, thank you again for ignoring her. So we'll look for another restaurant.

We went outside for lunch on a Sunday. Luckily we had reserved, otherwise it would have been a bit difficult to get a seat outside. The menu is clear, but everyone should find something for themselves. The staff is very friendly and really has a lot to do as the restaurant has a lot of seating. Only the 20 minute wait for two pieces of cake and a cappuccino was a bit long. But like I said, there was really a lot going on. We found the atmosphere with the many old farm decorations very cozy and appealing. The food was plentiful at very fair prices and tasted delicious. Special requests were also fulfilled. We will definitely come back.

Were there for dinner. Roast onion and loin with garlic. The food came within 5 minutes. At first glance it was nothing special. The onion roast was nothing special. The loin was two schnitzels with ready-made sauce. Unfortunately not edible and almost cold. My husband then had diarrhea half the night. Very disappointed 😞

Liebe s Restorount in Erlauzwiesel bei Waldkirchen - haben heute bei Ihnen ein Event an %igen Natur im Glas Beco Obstwerkstatt durchgeführt. Eure Köstlichkeiten von echtem in der Region gezüchtetes gebratenem Fleisch sowie hausgemachten Nudeln und Spätzle war für uns ein unvergessliches Gaumenschmausen. Wir haben hiermit ein Speiselokal gefunden wo wir gern hinfahren obwohl wir 1/1/2 h entfernt sind.

We were in the restaurant with friends, the service staff was always attentive and always asked questions. The food was sufficient and good. The restaurant is comfortably furnished at the front, but the partition wall didn't really fit. A foil to match the ambience would make the whole thing more harmonious.

Wir waren mit sechs Personen zum Mittagessen im Januar hier. Das Lokal ist recht groß und war sehr schlecht geheizt, im Saal war das Essen nur mit Winterjacke möglich. Die Bedienungen waren am Limit...das aufnehmen der Bestellung dauerte sehr lang. Das bestellte Essen kam dan aber doch techt zügig und war in Ordnung.

Bitte in Heizöl investieren. Ein Restaurant wo die Leute mit Jacke sitzen müssen. Raumtemperatur weit unterhalb zum wohlfühlen. Essen durschnittlich.

Wir sind dankbarr das wir spontan um 16 Uhr nach einen Ausflug noch was warmes zum Essen bekommen haben. Die Location ist ok, die Einrichtung (die Kaffeekannen entlang an der Leiste) im Gasthaus fand ich süß. Die Bedienung, naja... Kein Hallo, direkt "Was möchten Sie trinken?" Essen kam ziemlich schnell. Der Service (heute nachmittag) kam aber nicht 1x zum fragen ob schmeckt oder so, sie war beschäftigt mit Eindecken. Auch kein Augenkontakt! Wir haben mit leere Getränke gegessen, sehr schade!! Abgeräumt nachdem wir Sie gerufen haben, bezahlt und gegangen. Sie fragte auch nicht ob es geschmeckt hat, Kaffee wollen... Nur die Rechnung gebracht und Tschüss. Das Essen war OK. Die Champignons aus der Dose mussen aber bitte nicht sein!!!

Es fing nicht gut an. Die Chefin hatte vergessen unsere Reservierung zu notieren. Zum Glück war noch ein Doppelzimmer frei. Dies war und sollte der einzige negative Punkt gewesen sein. Chef und Chefin, sowie das komplette Personal war überaus freundlich. Man fühlte sich tatsächlich willkommen. Zum Zimmer: Sehr schön eingerichtet. Flachbildschirm und Minikühlschrank waren vorhanden. Das bis dato sauberste Zimmer, in dem wir unterkommen durften. Das Essen: Der Chef kocht selbst und das kann er richtig gut. Insbesondere das wöchentliche am Freitag stattfindende Spanferkelessen war top. Das Frühstück ist Sache der Chefin. Auch hier bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Bis hin zum Eierwunsch. Ob weich oder hart gekocht, ob Spiegel- oder Rührei, jeder Wunsch wurde erfüllt. Absolut empfehlenswert

Wieder einmal ein schöner Aufenthalt im Restaurant am See - nur zum Essen. Leckeres Essen und total freundliche Bedienungen! Alle wünsche wurden erfüllt und Preis-Leistung echt super für die Qualität! Selbstgemachte Sossen ohne Pülverchen bekommt man leider nicht überall, aber hier wird man nicht enttäuscht. Man läuft am Restaurant nur vorbei und einem läuft das Wasser im Mund zusammen! Und heute gab es sogar Brizza! Eine super leckere Brezel-Pizza! 😋 So macht Essen gehen Spass. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team!

Nettes Gasthaus mit gut bürgerliche Küche. Die Gerichte waren geschmacklich gut und ordentlich angerichtet, der Salat war ebenfalls gut. Die Karte ist überschaubar, aber durchaus ausreichend und vielfältig genug. Eine freundliche Bedienung rundet das Ganze ab. Es gab auch leckeren Kuchen, auf der Karte sind einige Eisbecher vorhanden. Insgesamt gute Küche und empfehlenswert. Wir werden dort sicher nochmal hingehen.

Gute und bodenständig Küche! Wir wurden sehr freundlich bedient und unser Essen wurde schnell serviert! In der Nachmittagszeit wird nur eine kleine Karte serviert, trotzdem wird für jeden Geschmack etwas angeboten! Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist absolut in Ordnung!

Schöner Biergarten mit freundlichen Personal gutes bürgerliches Essen!

Wir waren dort Abendessen. Es ist ein sehr großes Restaurant. Nicht gemütlich, nicht einladend. Eher kalt. Die Atmosphäre hat nicht zum Verweilen eingeladen. Wir haben schnell gegessen und dann wieder los. Das Essen selbst war in Ordnung. Nichts besonderes, aber solide.

Meine Freunde Möbel Lorenz, Freyung- Massivholzmöbel Wimmer, Waldkirchen Fantastiko das Essen, ein Traum für jeden Gast, Glückwunsch habe Designer und Natur Obstwerkstatt meine Erzeugnisse präsentiert. Als Obstbrand mit Birnen, Apfel und Zweschge in EINEM, Vogelbeer und Holunderbrand als Edelbrände und der absulute Höhepunkt der My Summer GIN von Sizilien selbst gesammelt und anschließend destilliert. Ein Traum Rund um den See von Erlauzwiesel, Restaurant am See, Waldkirchen

Schöner Biergarten . Bedienung ist sehr nett und flott unterwegs.(trotz Hochbetriebs) Die Speisen waren lecker und nicht überteuert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schön am See gelegen. Das Essen war sehr gut, Sülze hausgemacht und gute frische Bratkartoffeln... Nur der Service war etwas "konfus" was wahrscheinlich am neuen Personal nach dem Pächterwechsel lag.

Zu den Zimmern kann ich nichts sagen. Das Restaurant ist gemütlich eingerichtet, die Terrasse ist ebenfalls sehr schön. Die Bedienung ist stets aufmerksam und freundlich, vor allem muss ich den Matthias besonders erwähnen. Obwohl er direkt vor unseren Augen von einem anderen Hund angegriffen wurde, war es für ihn weiterhin kein Problem an unseren Hund ran zu gehen. Das Essen ist gutbürgerlich und lecker. Von den Portionen wird man gut satt und die Preise sind auch angemessen. Wir waren während unseren Urlaubs mehrmals da und werden auch ganz sicher wieder hinfahren, wenn wir wieder in der Gegend sind.
