Wonderful restaurant in a great location. Friendly service and delicious food.

Good homemade lemonades, relaxed music and casual atmosphere

We were there with a large group for dinner in the restaurant area. Reservation worked easily over the phone. The waiting times were an issue: both for drinks and for the bills were very long. The food was mixed: Spaetzle was very bland, the veal schnitzel in the Wiener Schnitzel was not fried properly (presumably cold oil), just inedible lumps of fat. (Free replacement was offered for this, which we didn't want to take advantage of in terms of time). The risotto was also tasteless. The dessert mille-feuille was too overdone. The pork cheeks and the mousse au chocolat were positive. For beer drinkers: there was no light beer, only export, wheat or pilsner. They had a new table that stands between two pillars on the outside of which there are also small tables. This means that they have to go a long way to place the food from the back on the side facing the harbor, as one might expect given the price. However, they decided to pass the food across the table, pointing out that the plates were hot. But without giving time to use a napkin or something similar. Not what we expected. Regarding the ambience: A loudspeaker should provide sound from the outside area towards the harbor. This was very close to us and therefore very loud. Water views are always great. Clean, standard amenities, fairly new. In general the location is very good, we won't go to the restaurant area anymore. Regarding the self-service area: you sit nicely, a little cramped in the front area, but nicely done. Handing out was quite slow and asking for a tip first when self-service using the card payment machine seemed inappropriate to us.

I think it's great that you can order something to drink separately. But the last experience was unfortunately very disappointing. After about 10 minutes at the table we didn't get a card. It was different with other regular guests. They immediately received a card and were immediately asked about the drinks. That was the reason for me to leave immediately. We could have become regular guests. Hmm, sorry, not like that.

Not a kind service. If you want to pay with card, consider it only applies for +€18 expenses.

Simply brilliant and at these prices! Great ambience and very friendly service along with a cool and varied selection of delicacies. Prices are also acceptable. Highly recommended! Very nice restaurant right at the Immenstaad marina. Next to the restaurant there is also a self-service area, ideal for grabbing a bite to eat after a bike ride and a delicious wheat beer. Very friendly staff.

Wonderful restaurant, right at the marina in Immenstaad. We were so excited that we went there several times. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and takes great care of the guests. The cuisine is particularly praiseworthy and is something you cannot easily find in this area. We like to come back again and again and are already looking forward to the next time

After a successful steamboat trip on the MS Austria, we wanted to treat ourselves to a cocktail at Häfele. A waiter showed us a table after saying “We just want a drink”. Shortly afterwards his boss came and told us (and the waiter) in a very unfriendly manner that we were taking up space from restaurant guests. And that even though it was just before 2:30 p.m. and there was no noticeable shortage of tables.

Unfortunately we were not served and were then asked to go to self-service

Should update opening hours. We arrived 1 hour before closing time and were told that the kitchen had already closed. Another employee pointed out again that the kitchen was closed. Hospitality equals 0! I wouldn't come here again voluntarily!!!

We've eaten in this restaurant twice so far, once by chance and the nice people there made it possible for us to get a table without a reservation. The second time we booked online and it was very quick. The food is excellent. Thank you for the hospitable

The restaurant is wonderful. The two of us arrived around 8 p.m. and were seated. Of course, if you want to sit closer to the water, it makes sense to make a reservation. The Hugo cocktail is excellent. The salad with chanterelles, raspberries and raspberry vinegar is excellent.

Food is excellent and the view is breathtaking! Definitely not my last visit there.

Very nicely located restaurant. The service was mediocre. The guests were treated in a rushed and harsh manner. There was a menu for every 2-3 guests. Wishes were forgotten despite increased inquiries. We also had to wait a very long time for the food. Unfortunately we didn't particularly like the food.

Please try a little harder when it comes to prices. You can do it with the starters too! Overall a nice place. We'd love to come back!

I was there at the end of May, I wanted 2 lattes and a cola. When the gentleman at the self-service counter put small coffee cups on the machine, I asked him if he was wrong, I know a latte is bigger. They would be standard, I got a curt answer. The only big thing was the price! €4.50 for a bit of milk foam with hardly any coffee. Then I just took a cup and the cola for €4.50. Makes a total of €9. I gave €20 and received €11.50 back. Never again !!! The only thing beautiful here is the view!

After we were there last year, we were a bit disappointed. The new tenant has reduced the menu considerably. The food was super tasty. The pork cheeks are highly recommended. Cooked to perfection and super tasty. The service is very good and attentive. What bothered us a little was the self-service on the terrace. That was much better last year. We went to Häfele more often during the day last year, and things went a little better there. All in all, we can recommend the "new" Häfele, even if the prices have increased slightly.

Went to Lake Constance for a week, the restaurant was beautifully decorated, the food was delicious but the food could be prepared better.

Friendly restaurant at the harbor. Prices are a little higher but the service is really old school. So you are rarely served as a guest. Coffee very good, draft beer, very good cream of asparagus soup. Can be highly recommended.

The self-service garden in front of the restaurant is great. very nicely furnished/long wooden table for groups. Also sofas.../ Service: served quickly at the counter. The wooden director's chairs by the water towards the harbor look chic. Delicious Bionade from Theinacher (lime-mint) A very appealing snack board with draped raw ham etc. The many passenger ship guests were very interested. Great location on the way to the pier. Alpine view. Lake.

We had been there for a while and immediately noticed that there had been a change of tenant. The food tasted excellent and the service did a great job.

Wow, we absolutely loved the new Häfele by Sommerfeld! Everything was convincing: the food was very tasty and of high quality. The staff was also very nice, attentive and professional and the new facility looks really chic. I really like the modern concept because the operators have made sure that everyone feels comfortable with different seating groups (lounge furniture, coffee tables, bar tables/barrels, normal dining tables, etc.). It doesn't matter at all whether you want to go for a meal or just a drink or a coffee. The prices are a little higher than the previous tenant, but I'm happy to pay them because there's really something on offer here. I can only recommend the new Häfele, there is a lot of hard work and effort here and I wish the new operators a successful first summer.

Really a great restaurant. Friendly welcome, perfect service and the food was very good. We had a reservation and a nice table. I think the ambience is great. The terrace also offers a beautiful view. For a short detour to Immenstaad there is also the opportunity to get some refreshment in the self-service and enjoy the great view. Directly at the marina and easy to visit from the sea side. We will be back!

Achtung! Das Häfele hat einen neuen Pächter und ist seit einer Woche neu eröffnet. Ich war heute Probeessen und ich bin begeistert. Das Essen ist super, mit "Pfiff" und hat mir sehr gut geschmeckt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Preise sind hoch, die Qualität auch. Die Musik aus dem Lautsprecher hat mir nicht gefallen. Die Location ist unschlagbar und ich wünsche dem Restaurant viel Erfolg.

We were almost turned away on our first visit because our group just wanted a drink. A dedicated employee took care of it. On the second visit the service and food were very good

Highly recommended, the food was delicious and the service was courteous and super friendly. We felt very comfortable. The price-performance ratio is also totally okay. Even the dog got his money's worth and was given a bowl of fresh water.

It was my first time at the “Restaurant am Häfele”. We weren’t that hungry, so we only ordered two salads. One with turkey and the other with fried salmon. The salads were okay, (a bit expensive for the portion) you can't go wrong... But the other guests' food was so visually tempting that we'll definitely come back hungry again. Our condition was super friendly and looked after us wonderfully. We'll be back and maybe it'll be enough for 5 stars...

At first everything was great, food, ambience and service. When I paid I probably didn't give enough tip (5€), and then I was very rude. It's a shame, but anyone who doesn't honor the euro... has ruined a lovely evening for us

We ate there today, the food was very tasty, the blonde waitress was friendly at first, but after we didn't tip enough (5 euros) in her opinion, she was so unfriendly that you immediately felt uncomfortable. We had a great day, but we were very surprised by the impossible behavior of this waitress. Unfortunately not a good nursery and a shame for this restaurant. I would fire such waiters straight away. This is unbearable!!

We just wanted to have coffee and cake, we sat down on the terrace, the waitress came and showed us the reservation for the table. Come here every year, even for dinner, but now after the experience, never again.

We were there once but would also go there again. Unfortunately, Snacks was a rest day that day. May they be granted. Food was great and so was the service. Without a reservation, we still got a spot at the regulars' table, which is usually reserved

Eine tolle Lage am Hafen aber leider kein gutes Essen. Der schöne Zander wie auch das Schnitzel sind in der Fritöse gebraten. Der Kellner kann mit der Kritik nicht umgehen. Wir kommen nicht wieder.

Man sitzt wunderschön am Yachthafen. Essen gut. Service gut. Preise fair. Gerne wieder.

Leckeres Essen, allerdings werden Tische zusammengelegt. Wir mussten abends auch länger anstehen, aber es hat sich gelohnt. Die Lage direkt am Segelhafen ist wirklich schön.

wow kann ich nur sagen. Die Servicekraft strahlt Souveränität, Freundlichkeit und Humor aus. Es ist eine wahre Freude von ihr bedient zu werden. Davon können sich viele Menschen eine Scheibe abschneiden. Auch das Essen war super lecker. Wir werden auf jedenfalls wieder kommen bzw. das Am Häfele weiter empfehlen

Trotz des hohen Gästeandrangs in der Hochsaison im August hat das Personal freundlich, zügig und gelassen gearbeitet. Respekt. Das Essen und die Getränke kamen rasch. Das Preis -Leistungsverhältnis vernünftig. Lage: sehr schön am Yachthafen und Bootsanleger. Jederzeit wieder.

Leider kann man außen keine Tische im Vorab reservieren. Aus diesem Grund muss man Geduld und etwas Glück mitbringen, wenn man an einem Sommerabend außen sitzen möchte. Wir mussten mit einer Gruppe von fünf Personen zunächst warten, da kein Tisch frei war. Dabei wurden wir vom Personal zunächst nicht beachtet. Erst nach aktiven Ansprechen lieferte das Personal eine kurze Auskunft, dass man etwas warten muss. Nach ca. 10 Minuten wurde dann ein Tisch frei. Der Service ist in Ordnung. Das selbe gilt auch für das Essen. An sich lässt es sich mit "OK" beschreiben ist aber nichts besonderes. Der Beilagensalat ist nicht zu empfehlen, da dieser für das was er ist, zu teuer ist. Das Ambiente auf der Terrasse ist durch den Seeblick und die Nähe zum Hafen sehr schön. Ich würde hier nicht unbedingt wieder zurück kommen, wenn ich am Bodensee Essen gehen möchte.

Durch die vielen letzten negativen Bewertungen waren wir uns unsicher, ob wir da essen sollten. Als wir einfach dennoch vor bei gelaufen sind, fanden wir, dass es ganz nett ist und einen sehr schöne Sicht hat und direkt am Hafen und Bodensee ist. Das Essen war auch gut und lecker und entspricht nicht den Bewertungen anderer Besucher. Die Flädlesuppe ist ein ganz normaler Klassiker mit leichter Gemüsebrühe angerichtet und schmeckt lecker. Die Kartoffelspalten sind auch hervorragend und knusprig. Mir persönlich haben die Spätzle mit brauner Soße nicht so lecker geschmeckt, aber ich denke das es da für jeden auf den individuellen Geschmack drauf an kommt. Der Latte Machiato war lecker, aber hat leider viel Zucker benötigt, da ich keine sehr kräftigen Kaffeesorten mag.

Sehr schöne und ruhige Lage. Überaus freundliches Personal. Das Essen ist zwar etwas teuerer, aber es sind sehr Größe Portionen. Daher ist der Preis wirklich gerechtfertigt. Das Essen ist sehr lecker! Immer wieder gerne!

Waren mehrere Tage vor Ort und über das Personal/Service kann man nur positives berichten. Schnitzel nur mit Pommes - knapp 20€ - na ja, ist eben so.

Und wieder ist eine Woche Urlaub am Bodensee vorbei. Mittlerweile machen wir zum vierten Mal in Immenstaad Urlaub und jedesmal sind wir abends im Häfele eingekehrt. Das Essen, der Service und das Ambiente immer gleichbleibend sehr gut. Unbedingt zu empfehlen sind die Maultaschen mit Kartoffelsalat und der Salat mit den Zanderknusperle Wir kommen bestimmt beim nächsten Mal wieder.

Sehr schönes Restaurant, mit Seeblick, leckerem Essen und nettem Personal. Sehr zu empfehlen sind die Fischknusperle sowie der Salat mit frittierten Lachsstreifen und das Wiener Schnitzel. Essen kommt sehr schnell. Bei jedem Wetter besuchbar. Sehr angenehm ist es bei Regen im 1. Stock zu sitzen. Teilweise gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis, bis auf, dass sie für eine kleine Menge Soße 2€ verlangten.

Das Essen und die Preisleistung ist toll. Dennoch würde ich den Mitarbeitern empfehlen mal ein kleines Lächeln auszusetzen;)

Beim Besuch der Uferpromenade, sind wir spontan zur Mittagszeit im Restaurant am Häfele eingekehrt. Bei sonnigem Wetter, hatten wir auf der Terrasse noch eine Vielzahl an freien Plätzen zur Auswahl. Die Servicekraft war freundlich und sehr zeitnah an unserem Tisch, um die Bestellung aufzunehmen. Die Wartezeit war absolut im Rahmen. Wir haben uns für den Mittagstisch entschieden. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt hier auf der ganzen Linie. Richtig leckeres, Lachsfilet das auf den Punkt gegart war. Dazu Rösti und Sellerie püriert, ein wahrer Gaumenschmaus. Die tolle Aussicht auf den Bodensee, hat den Besuch abgerundet. Ganz klare Empfehlung, wenn man sich in der Gegend aufhält.

Tolle Location und guter Service…. Essen war allerdings bei dem recht hohen Preis eher enttäuschend. Salatsoße total fad. Das Putenschnitzel mit Pommes für 20,60 Euro kam ebenfalls völlig geschmacksfrei aus der Fritteuse. Der Zwiebelrostbraten war zart aber die Soße auch eher nichtssagend und langweilig. Schade, das geht besser!
