Restaurant am Golfplatz Haghof in Alfdorf

Went there for lunch yesterday. The food was freshly prepared and delicious. 😋 Service was very friendly and attentive. 🥂🤩 Pleasant atmosphere with a beautiful view of nature. 🍀🌳🌲 Highly recommended, I'll definitely be back 😍

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend the restaurant, even with the new tenant. Four of us were there yesterday. The waiter couldn't even say good evening, he just asked, "What would you like to drink?" We ordered two shandys, one wheat beer, and one water. He only brought one shandy. I looked at him and then he asked, "Is there anything else I need?" I said, "Yes, one shandy." He said, "Oh, I'll bring it right away." He couldn't assign the drinks to the people, even though there were only four people at one other table. Not much going on, then. The penne arabiata wasn't special, the currywurst was good, the two schnitzels with fries were okay, but the schnitzel was a no-go. Far too thin and totally dry. Probably taken straight from the freezer into the deep fryer and left in there too long. My schnitzel also had a slightly strange taste. We tried a sample and wanted to make a reservation for around 20 people, but you can't expect that from people. We won't be back!

Very nice ambience with good home-style cooking

We were just passing through for a drink. Prices were reasonable and service was fast. The restaurant is a bit dated, but well-maintained. The golf course looks well-maintained, but as a non-golfer, I'm certainly not the best judge of the place. 🙃

In my opinion, the service is inadequate; you have to search for someone, and then they forget to bring you a side salad...! The quality of the food also didn't impress me at all. This was definitely my last meal there.

You can always find something good and affordable on the golf course. That's what they say, and it's true. We had a salad with breaded chicken breast. Freshly prepared (you could hear the sounds of the kitchen), it was very tasty. We recommend it.

Neuer Koch, neuer Geschmack. Wir waren jetzt schon mehrfach hier und waren jedes Mal von der Kreativität und den Kochkünsten begeistert. Schwabenland mit südafrikanischen Einflüssen. Man muss kein Golfer sein, um hier in gemütlicher Atmosphäre lecker zu essen.

Once and never again! Most of the menu was not available to order. The hamburgers were an imposition. The fries are cheesy. The burger sauce was forgotten. Sentence with nothing

We received a very nice welcome and were assigned a very nice table on the terrace. Today you can enjoy your meal with live music. My dog ​​was also welcome. Recommended.

Food was very tasty 😋 and hot 🔥

There weren't as many places available as reserved. Service poor. Food was brought out onto the terrace and what it was was whispered quietly to the large group. The tables had numbers 🙈 Food took forever. Sausage salad came after 1 1/2 hours. But before that, tons of burgers. Quality didn't convince me at all. Käsespätzle were bland and not really warm. The prices do not match the quality and service. Definitely won't go here again.

Excellenté 1A golf club, beautiful facility

It can always get worse...after the change of tenant in the golf club restaurant, many golfers and visitors hoped that things would get better...unfortunately it didn't, in fact it got even worse!!! Starting with the unmotivated, sometimes unfriendly service staff, through the loveless and tasteless food, nothing is left out here to score negative points... This beautiful and always well-maintained golf course really deserves something better...

Dear Mr. Miller, I don't know what kind of problems you have. A few days ago we had dinner at the Haghof with three people. Even though the restaurant was very full, we were served quickly and friendly! We had three different dishes, I had Maultaschen with potato salad, my husband had schnitzel with potato salad and my brother had Thai curry with vegetables. The food came quickly and was lovingly prepared. The service also served us politely and quickly! We give the Haghof restaurant a full 5 stars and will come back soon.

Sehr gutes Essen. Es gibt regionale und auch teilweise saisonale Gerichte. Das Personal ist immer freundlich. Die Lage ist sehr idyllisch.

The quality of the food (schnitzel) was really very poor... and you would think that you couldn't go wrong with fries, but they were also a disappointment. The sauce for the spaetzle comes out of the package (lumps can still be seen). If nothing changes here, you should avoid the place to eat. The service was friendly and attentive.

Quite ok. Facility very nice. Restaurant, well. No menu at the season opening. The ones listed by the operator are only inadequately reproduced.

Auf unserer Tour haben wir dort Halt gemacht. Gutes Essen und sehr freundliche Bedienung, was will man mehr.

Leider keine gute Absprache zwischen Pächter und Verpächter! Wenn beide Termine ausmachen können und der Golf Club eh immer Vorrang hat dann sollten Sie sich besser absprechen!! Gute vier Wochen ging ich davon aus im Restaurant am Golfplatz meine Hochzeit zu feiern und dann kommt die Absage. Kann ja froh sein dass ich noch keine Einladungen bestellt hatte und die Absage nicht erst kurz vor der Hochzeit kam... Das 4 Wochen von meiner Planung einfach futsch sind, ist ja jetzt mein Problem. Ich bin total enttäuscht und sauer!

Schönes Ambiente. Haben das Wochenmenu gegessen. Essen sehr lecker. Preis-Leistung top.

Die Maultäschla im Schalottenjus waren perfekt, das Hefeweizen hat die Sache abgerundet. War wirklich ein Traum!

Nach der Golfrunde zum Essen eingekehrt. Wir haben beide einen César Salat gegessen. Bedienung war sehr freundlich und das Essen hat gut geschmeckt.

Die Speisekarte ist gerade für diese Zeit umfangreich. Das Essen ist liebevoll zubereitet und schmeckt sehr gut. Guter Service. Man kann hier gepflegt Essen gehen. Nicht ganz billig aber das ist es wert. Wir kommen wieder

Schon wieder ein schöner Sommerabend mit sehr leckeren Essen! Bouillabaisse ( Fischsuppe) war der Hammer!

Aufmerksame, freundliche Bedienung. Wiener Schnitzel vom Kalb, wie es die Wiener selber nicht besser können! Sehr empfehlenswert.

Naja es sind keine Profis im Service , Küche ist wenn sie lust haben gut , jedoch Überraschungen sind problembehaftet , einfach mal hingehen und probieren

Was wir da bekommen haben das war eher ein Topf Wasser mit etwas Käsegeschmack :-(. Mixed Pikels zum eintunken, na ja. Das Gemüse war total verkocht und viel ständig ins Fondue. Bedienung unkompetent, Getränke dauern ewig(auch bis man mal gefragt wird). Es werden für gleiche Getränke unterschiedliche Preis auf der Rechnung angegeben. Es kann kein Bewirtungsbeleg ausgestellt werden, zum Bezahlen muss man an die Kasse kommen. Nicht empfehlenswert.

Kleiner Golfplatz ist sehr schön, in gutem Zustand und sauber Sehr leckeres Essen, schönes Ambiente und freundliche Kellner/innen

Super leckeres Essen, nettes Ambiente und sehr freundliches Personal. Meine Frau fand z.B. den Rinderrücken "Birdie" einfach klasse. Wir bedanken uns für einen schönen Abend! Weiter so ;-)
