We arrived about 30 minutes before the buffet was set to close, but that shouldn’t mean the food is cold and unappetizing. Unfortunately, most of the dishes tasted bland and tired. The noodles were dry, the vegetables overcooked to the point of being mushy, and the meat in white sauce was completely flavorless—most likely pre-made. The cheese platter looked appealing at first glance with grapes and a nice variety of cheeses, but the edges of the cheese were dry, clearly having sat out too long. On the positive side, the staff were friendly enough, and the option to sit outside was lovely in the summer warmth. However, overall the food did not live up to expectations, especially for a hotel restaurant

Breakfast was varied and good. Delicious breakfast table for a long time and great table setting. For example, ordering omelets at a different price. The restaurant itself is spacious, clean and diverse. The service was excellent.

The price-performance ratio is good. Unfortunately, we didn't receive any drinks with our €203 order. We had agreed with the owner at the time of ordering that we would receive two bottles of wine... but upon delivery, the owner claimed to have forgotten about it. Very disappointing.

Bitterfelder Str. 42A fantastic wellness hotel, great rooms, good food and very friendly staff. My girlfriend is vegan, which was taken into account, and there was even something for our little dog in the room :)

Ritterstraße 16A very charming little hotel in Bad Düben. The room was well-maintained and clean. We had a shower, not a bathtub. The rooms are not soundproof; if you have a loud snorer next door, you'll hear them. The absolute highlight is the breakfast buffet. A nice selection and delicious coffee. The restaurant is also highly recommended. Large portions for a fair price.

Neuhofstraße 20After a long time, we ordered again at our daughter's request and were disappointed. We understand that due to illness and high order volume, it's taking a little longer, but today... We ordered at 5:44 PM, with a promised delivery time of 7:25 PM (also stated on the invoice). Delivery was at 9:50 AM. The driver didn't apologize. The food was tasty, but cold due to the long delivery time. A shame. We also noticed that the points collection was no longer available. On a positive note, we were notified by email, so we felt we hadn't been forgotten. Update December 29th: We subsequently received an apology and a bonus, so we're adding two more stars for the service.
