Restaurant Akropolis in Coswig

So far everything is really good. However, the ambience is a bit old.

A company that came 1/2 hour after us had the food 1/4 hour before us. 1 hour waiting time for the food is already steep. Meat from the grill was dry, reaction shrugged the shoulders. There are several menu plans with different prices circulating on the internet.

Very disappointing, food came lukewarm, didn't taste particularly good, and the ambience wasn't that great either

The staff is super friendly and the food tastes very good. Celebrated my father's birthday this evening at the Acropolis with a wonderful meal. There was something for everyone and everyone felt very comfortable. The mega highlight was when the lights suddenly went out and the employees surprised my father with a large sundae and small fireworks sparkled in the sundae and golden sparks sprayed. My father (71 years young) was visibly touched by this warm gesture🥹. Everyone sang Happy Birthday to him and all the guests clapped. WOW 🤩 we would like to thank the entire Akropolis team for this wonderful evening💖

New Year's Eve party in the restaurant: So far everything is ok. But - the welcome schnapps (ouzo), which is common in Greek restaurants, came, but then also appeared on the bill. A glass of champagne to toast the New Year would also have been pleasant. But you also had to order on account (bottle of champagne with almost 1000 percent surcharge on the purchase price?!) The fireworks were impressive, certainly not cheap, but could have been used for the above-mentioned gifts. Conclusion: not recommended for such celebrations.

Getränke ganz ok Auf das Essen eine Stunde gewartet. Getränke bezahlt und gegangen. Wir kommen garantiert nicht nochmal.

Food was decent but not above average. The service was exceptionally good and very warm. It should increasingly be served with so much warmth, friendliness with humor and attention.

Solid food, fast staff and friendly hosts

We had dinner here last night. Delicious. Special orders aren't a big deal either. I think it's good, just a little more space per table unit would be nice. It's already very cozy. Which, however, is not possible at all, on the children's menu it said €6 per dish (124) and I just saw it on the receipt for €10.50, which makes me very angry, so I called and asked what went wrong. They then said the cards were very old. It's probably correct on the main map. I see this as a deception, then the children's cards have to be changed. I feel like I'm being ripped off, especially since €10.50 is already very steep for a child's portion of pasta.

The service is friendly, the food is good, but the noise in the restaurant is difficult to tolerate.

Centrally located location with good space on offer. We visited the Acropolis on Saturday evening and were lucky that we had booked in advance because all the tables were occupied and the demand for seats was enormous. The food tasted great, was sufficient and was moderately priced. The only thing that bothered me was the noise in the restaurant, which was due to the fact that the dining room was very open.

If the store is full, you have to wait a lot. Overall, everyone is very friendly and the food, drink and prices are very acceptable.

The food was simply great, as it should be, the ambience could be better...but the important thing is the food.

Had lunch with you again today. Food excellent as always. Portions plentiful. Service very good. Ordered baked trout, it was very crispy and hardly any equipment. I can only say excellent. Restaurant is one of our favorite restaurants.

Everything was right here! The staff was very attentive and friendly, they even brought the dog's water bowl under the table. At the beginning there was an ouzo and a children's schnapps for the child, the highlight for the princess. The food was lovingly prepared, plentiful and delicious.

Auch der omnipräsente Billigouzo zur Begrüßung scheint Gäste anzulocken . Die Antwort eines Mitarbeiters auf meine Frage nach einem Abweichen von der offensichtlich bundesweit verwendeten Karte“ wir sind hier nicht in Griechenland…“ 🫢

I look at the people of Coswig with envy...they can be proud of their Greeks Super tasty food, quick service with a good look around...it was quickly cleared away etc. Very nice atmosphere in the garden Clean and well-maintained restaurant

The selection of traditional dishes was extensive and all the food I tried was freshly prepared and of excellent quality. I would particularly like to emphasize the friendly service, which made my visit a completely successful experience. I can recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to enjoy Greek food in a cozy atmosphere.

reichlich, lecker und preiswert

So nachdem meine erste Rezession gelöscht wurde nochmal also die Abis sind nett zuvorkommend kein Problem aber der Döner war nicht der Hit gewesen Zuviel Soße und das Brot war zu Hart gewesen daher von meiner Seite 1 Stern aber Service Top

Wir hatten hier am 2. Weihnachtsfeiertag für 13 Uhr einen Tisch reserviert. Leider war der "Durchgang" davor noch nicht fertig. Lange Wartezeit bis zum Einlass, unser Essen hatten wir erst anterthalb Stunde später. Die Musik war unerträglich laut. Mich sieht man dort vorläufig nicht mehr.

Griechische Gastfreundschaft wird hier noch gelebt.Tolles Essen, angemessene Preise und immer das Gefühl zur Familie zu gehören.

Sehr schönes Restaurant Essen Qualität sehr gut.Haben kurzfristig einen Tisch bekommen. Die einzige Kritik Ouzo für die Kids zur Begrüßung kam, nur für mich nicht erst bei Nachfrage. Desweiteren eingepackte Speisen wurde der Zatziki erst nach Ansprache noch gebracht ansonsten wäre es bezahlt und im Müll gelandet. Ansonsten Preisleistung total gut.

We went to order takeout. While initially I was impressed but later disappointed. They don't accept international cards except Maestro, not even Mastercards issued within EU so I had to go out to get cash, after getting back to the hotel I realised forget about plastic cutlery, they didn't even put napkins in the bags. Thankfully food was the saving grace. Good in quantity and superb in quality.

Вкусная и свежая еда,обслуживание очень хорошее. Чистое заведение. Можно придти с детьми,обязательно что то из еды можно подобрать. Люди на коляске также могут зайти так как нет порога и столы практически все на одном уровне. Я здесь была 3 раза и с удовольствием пойду ещп.

Sehr angenehme Lokalität. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und nett. Das Essen ist gut und reichlich. Wir kommen gern zum Essen. Die Kinderportionen sind allerdings viel zu groß bemessen, was dazu führt, dass dann fast ein komplettes Gericht vernichtet werden muß, aber dennoch bezahlt werden muss. Auf Nachfrage, wie groß die Kinderportion ist, kann keine Auskunft gegeben werden.

Preis - Leistung sehr gut. Nette Bedienung.

Leider hat die Qualität des Essens hier sehr nachgelassen. Fleisch zäh, Fisch viel zu lange auf dem Grill gelegen und verkohlt, Gemüse total hart. Sehr schade, das einzige positive ist das freundliche Personal was jedoch total überlastet ist.
