It's very nice and there are lots of places to sit, which is great if you're traveling with older people

Ahnepark did our catering for the wedding. The food was well received by all guests and was extremely tasty. The food was warm and no one went hungry. Above all, the delivery was on time to the minute. We also rented round tables for the meal; they arrived the day before and were set up straight away. We would like to thank the Ahnepark for playing a part in making our day perfect. We recommend this restaurant to everyone.

Absolut nicht empfehlenswert: andere Gäste werden bevorzugt bedient, das männliche Servicepersonal ist wenig kundenfreundlich bis desinteressiert. Bei einem Glas waren noch Lippenstiftreste vorhanden, an einem anderen Glas waren undefinierbare weissliche Anhaftungen. Wegen der hygienischen Mängel rate ich von Besuch ab.

Today I'm writing another new review. You can read the older one below. Before that, I would like to apologize. We had reserved a table and spontaneously decided to eat earlier. So I wanted to cancel the reservation for the evening, but unfortunately I forgot. We ate again at the Ahnepark Restaurant today and were, as always, very satisfied. It was very well attended due to the weather and some families also came here to eat with their children and celebrate the change of school, so it was quite busy. As usual, the staff was very friendly and the food was delicious. Today I ordered something different, salmon on spinach. It was great. And stick to the fact that the side salads are great. We have decided to go back more often in the near future because we are really very satisfied. Hello 😊. Yesterday we ate at the Ahnepark restaurant again for a long time. We had mushroom cream schnitzel with röstis and paprika schnitzel with fries and as a starter we shared goulash soup, which each had a piece of baguette. The food came very quickly and the starter and main course were timed very well. The food tasted great...both the soup and the schnitzel and sauces. We were really impressed with the side salads. Firstly, we are pleased that the side salad is still part of the meal in this restaurant, as this is no longer the case in many restaurants and you often have to order a salad separately. Secondly, it was not only delicious, but also beautifully presented and there were different types of salad and 2 dressings. One for the bottom layer of yogurt and one for the top layer. Inside was iceberg lettuce, coleslaw, beetroot, rocket and red lettuce, seeds (don't know what they were) and carrots. So really tip top. And the main course was also garnished with lettuce and lemon/tomatoes. I mention this specifically because we go out to eat often and unfortunately it is no longer a given. Often you only have meat and e.g. rice/potatoes etc. on your plate without it being nicely presented and you have to pay extra for the side salad. You really don't have to go to a restaurant for this. You can make it just as well or even better at home and slap it carelessly on your plate. That's not the case here. 👍 What points are deducted for is the ice cream. It's not an ice cream parlor, so it doesn't have to be that good, but we had ice crystals in the ice cream and the taste wasn't that good either. But it's not bad. It's a restaurant and the food was really amazing and that's the main thing. We will eat here again soon. Oh and the prices are totally ok too. You get really good food for your money 😊

How nice it is when you try something out and everything turns out just right. A very nice service that fulfilled our wishes in a relaxed and quick manner. All of the four of us's dishes came almost at the same time and were beautifully presented and delicious. Only 4 stars for the ambience because we include the toilets and they would like to be given a refresh

Very nice here. I often go to the Ahnepark with the kids. At lunchtime we like to have a little something in the restaurant.

3rd attempt was once again nothing. Service is virtually non-existent. Quality of the food is the cheapest off the shelf. What is interesting, however, is that the children's chairs are stored right next to the urinal in the men's toilet. This is really disgusting. If I had seen this before, my daughter certainly wouldn't have sat in it. There will definitely not be a new visit.

Catastrophe.. sat for 30 minutes, no one cares.. you can't even get the menu, there was no service at all.. I'd rather spend my money where I'll be noticed

Beautifully located in the Ahnepark Vellmar, this restaurant/café is perfect for anyone traveling as a family, with children, with a dog or by bike. You can enjoy very good food and drink here but also a good coffee with a great piece of cake. Unfortunately the toilets were in poor condition but I think it was an exception. Due to a thunderstorm, it suddenly became full inside and everything outside had to be cleared away, so there was hardly any time for the employees to breathe and everyone else did a great job. We ate outside first. My girlfriend and I had a Hawaiian toast with the steak which was perfectly medium rare. Then we went inside because of the rain and later again after a walk for coffee and cake. A perfect day where we could just feel good. 😃

Very disappointing... you can sit outside, but unfortunately that's it. Terrible service, we were ignored for a long time until we drew attention to ourselves. Very unfriendly, arrogant waiter... slammed both the cards and the change on the table, no hello, please, thank you or anything else. We also waited a very long time for two drinks. The other younger service person was totally screwed...never again!!

Seldom eaten as badly as here. Salad was still good, but schnitzel was catastrophic, no taste and dry, tasted like cardboard. I returned mine completely. The champion cream sauce came from a can and the sauce was completely tasteless. Fries were similar to the schnitzel and salt was also missing. My father's fried potatoes were greasy and barely cooked through the pan. My husband and my father didn't like the schnitzel either, but they ate it because they were so hungry. Although I didn't eat my entire schnitzel and complained to the waitress, there was neither a discount nor an apology. NEVER AGAIN.

Der Park ist schön und bei schönem Wetter kann man gut draußen sitzen. Was aber die Bewirtung und das Personal betrifft ist es eine Zumutung. Lange Wartezeit bis endlich die Speisekarte gebracht wurde. Essen bestellt. Wieder lange Wartezeit. Essen kam. Ein Essen verkehrt, Zurück, mürrisches Gesicht. Wer ist Schuld bei der Bestellungsaufnahme? Sicher die Bedienung. Sollte richtig hinhören oder sich die Bestellung notieren. Essen wurde neu gebracht. Danach wurden wir nicht mehr beachtet. Das schmutzige Geschirr blieb bis wir zahlten stehen. So eine unfreundliche Bewirtung haben wir noch nicht erlebt.

We have been here many times and have always been quite satisfied. However, whatever the service staff did this evening will keep us away for the time being. Inattention, forgetting orders, or being overwhelmed with electronic ordering, forgiving everything when you're overloaded or having a bad day. At 8 p.m., when we had already paid, to then put down a latte that we had forgotten several times and claim that it was only ordered 11 minutes ago, wasn't nice. But then to claim we hadn't been there an hour yet, so it couldn't be that we had ordered much earlier, was cheeky. We had been sitting at the table with four people since 5:20 p.m.! A blatant lie! A correction was only responded to with arrogance and ignorance. When we complained to the restaurant, there was no apology, only false information about the supervisor and further rudeness. Sorry, we've never experienced anything like that before. Even if the good man can certainly do something different, something like that doesn't work!

Food was great, we recommend booking a table for Sundays. During the week you can also go there without having to change your table.

A busy affair 😂 I have to take a lot of time. It took a long time for our order to be served, but it was all the more delicious.

Wir haben heute gegen 16:00 Uhr dem Restaurant Ahnepark in Vellmar einen Besuch abgestattet. Wir wollten lediglich ein Bier trinken und konnten auch relativ schnell unsere Bestellung abgeben: Zwei Bier ALLGÄUER BÜBLE DUNKEL, 0,4 l für 4,20 €. Die Bestellung wurde dann so abgegeben und bestätigt. Nach ungefähr 1/2 Stunde, nachdem der Nachbartisch mit den Gästen, die später, als wir gekommen sind, schon die Getränke bekommen hat ( auch ein Bier ) und sogar auch das Essen schon bekommen hat, war unser Bier immer noch nicht da! Daraufhin reklamierten wir das fehlende Bier von uns! Zur Entschuldigung sagte man uns ganz plötzlich -> das Fass ist gerade leer geworden, wir müssen uns eben noch ein wenig gedulden. Weitere 10 Minuten später haben wir dann endlich unser dunkles Bier erhalten. Wir dachten, wir hätten das bestellte dunkle Bier erhalten, aber weit gefehlt. Es war das andere, was sie uns in der Größe gegeben haben. Das wurde uns aber nicht gesagt und wir wussten es auch nicht. Am Schluss erhielten wir die Überraschung. Das Bier ist teurer gewesen als in der Preisliste, es war nicht das Bier, was wir bestellt hatten! Das Personal erachtete das für selbstverständlich, das andere Bier uns ohne Hinweis zu geben. Natürlich wurde auch erwartet, dass wir dafür auch den höheren Preis zahlen! Als wir sagten, wir haben das andere und etwas günstiger Bier bestellt, wurde das Personal pampig (Schnippig ) und haben sich ausgesprochen unprofessionell und frech in dieser Angelegenheit mit uns verhalten. Als ich mich beim Chef darüber beschweren wollte, hatte er nur sehr lapidar gesagt. Er hätte keine Zeit für so etwas und hat mich, abgewiesen. Nachdem ich nicht locker ließ, hat er mich sehr banal mit einer Bemerkung abgewiesen: Ich habe keine Zeit für so etwas. Es ist heute viel zu tun. Dass uns zu viel Geld abverlangt wurde, hat ihn überhaupt nicht interessiert. Dass wir das falsche Bier bekommen hatten, hat ihn auch nicht interessiert. Kein Wort der Entschuldigung! so ein Verhalten ist hochpeinlich und für eine professionelle Gastronomie einfach unhaltbar. Am Schluss verlangte ich noch eine Rechnung, was mit einer Bemerkung begleitet wurde: Was für zwei Bier wollen Sie eine Rechnung? Dann meinte ich, ja ich möchte eine Rechnung. Ich bestehe darauf. Mit einem Murren, wurde mir dann schließlich eine Rechnung gegeben. ist es nicht üblich, hier Rechnungen an den Kunden zu geben? Oder warum haben Sie so mürrisch reagiert? Ich persönlich muss das Lokal nicht wieder sehen. Ich finde es einfach nur frech und beschämend, wie man mit einem zahlenden Kunden umgeht Und wie man mit einer sachlichen Kunden Kritik umgeht und man versucht den Kunden einfach mehr Geld ab zunehmen!

Just perfect. We felt completely comfortable. The food was extremely tasty and the portions were more than sufficient. Great service and a feel-good atmosphere. The price-performance ratio is definitely very good.

Were here for brunch, a great buffet where there was something for everyone to eat and also different drinks, very friendly and courteous staff

A wonderful park! Great place. Near tennis, basketball, volleyball, places for picnics, lakes with large carp. Very comfortable.

The waiter reacted strangely when we asked him for an extra table for my carer. The food was a large portion and very tasty. The meat (we ate the rump steak) could have been a little more medium. We weren't asked how we wanted it either. The prices were high, but reasonable for the quantity. It was barrier-free, but you had to go completely around the restaurant to access the disabled toilets. But at least there were some.

The food was of poor canteen standard and at normal restaurant prices. I had three different medallions, all three of which were inedible. I don't know what you have to do to a chicken to get it so dry. The vegetables were just salty, poorly seasoned (or not at all) and had probably been prepared hours ago and kept warm. As a high-priced dish on the menu, it's unreasonable. My daughter didn't eat the schnitzel and I had to order her an ice cream to combat the disappointment, otherwise she would probably have cried. But the ice cream was nothing either... supermarket chocolate ice cream in which ice crystals have already formed everywhere, so it's been sitting around for ages. All in all, a horrible evening!

Super Schnitzel mit köstlichen Bratkartoffeln. Der Lachs war ebenso ein Traum, Service ist erstklassig! Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden.

Also ich bin froh, dieses Lokal gefunden zu haben. Essen sehr lecker, Preise sind völlig okay und alle sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Speisekarte ist abwechslungsreich, das Essen gut portioniert. Neben den Schnitzeln sind die selbstgemachten Rösti echt gut. Gerne wieder...

Wie immer wunderbar alles Essen,Service und Ausblick

Erst Mal einen riesen Dank an Frau M, die mich nach sooooo vielen Jahren wiedererkannt hat! Leider ist sie nicht mehr die jüngste und ebenso die Toilettenanlagen - bitte renovieren, notfalls könnt ihr die Gäste ja auf die nahen öffentlichen schicken oder ihr stellt einen Container. Das Essen, die Getränke und vor allem den Kuchen hatte ich besser in Erinnerung. Ja, COVID hat bestimmt auch hier geehrt, aber ihr gewinnt bestimmt keine neuen Kunden durch durchschnittliche Qualität. Ganz konkret bei meinem letzten Besuch: Die Schwarzwälder machte den Eindruck Industrieware oder gar (gehobene) TK zu sein und der Tee war Plastikverschweißt, wie ihn jeder zu kaufen bekommt, was die Frage aufwirft, warum ich nicht gleich zu Hause genieße. Bitte, bitte, bitte etwas mehr Qualität, dann bin ich auch gern bereit mehr zu zahlen!

Super lecker, gute Portionen, freundliches Personal

Waren auf einen Kaffee im Restaurant. Ist nett eingerichtet und man hat auch ausreichend Platz. Cappuccino und auch andere Varianten haben gut geschmeckt und waren auch ausreichend groß. Der Kuchen bzw. eher die Torte hat auch geschmeckt, waren auch große Stücke. Preislich im normalen Bereich, nicht überteuert. Schöne Aussenterasse bei schönen Wetter. Personal eher zurückhaltend. Kann man weiter empfehlen.

Essen ist okay, wobei es geschmacklich schon nachgelassen hat. Leider ist der Service nicht gut. Unsere Gläser der heißen Zitrone waren schmutzig (braun, eventuell Kakao/Schokolade) und es wurde als Rand durch das Pressen der Zitrone ausgelegt. Welche Zitrone hinterlässt einen braunen Rand und Lippenabdrücke? Dass ein Glas schmutzig ist, kann alles passieren und dafür haben wir Verständnis. Doch Ausreden zu finden und dem Gast damit das Gefühl zu geben, dass seine Bedürfnisse „unnötig“ sind. Finde ich für zahlende und freundliche Kundschaft schade. Zwar wurde uns angeboten ein neues Getränk zu bringen, aber die Art hat dazu geführt, dass wir gezahlt haben und gegangen sind. Leider möchten wir nicht wieder kommen, auch wenn wir den Ahnepark sehr lieben.

Конечно прикольный ресторан в парке где много озёр и там большая красивая рыба карпы от 3 до 15 килограмм но плохо что практически все столики зарезервированы и ты не можешь просто так прийти иногда когда приходишь Можно найти незарезервированный столик но это очень редко еда очень маленькая за такие большие деньги но очень классно сидеть на улице и смотреть как плавают возле тебя большие рыбины но воняет немного муллом сервис не особо очень долго приходиться ждать потому что людей очень много всегда мы ждали заказ где то 30-40 минут это не особо хорошо

Wir haben dort unsere Silberhochzeit gefeiert. Es war so schön. Das Essen war mega und alles wurde nach unseren Wünschen dekoriert. Vielen Dank für den unvergesslichen Tag.

Sehr gutes Essen, freundliches Personal. Die Getränke kommen eher langsam wenn es draußen voll ist. Das Essen kam superschnell und da ich keinen Salat wollte (die nette Bedienung hat mich später erst darauf hingewiesen) gab‘s halt einem Espresso auf‘s Haus. Tolle Geste, wir kommen wieder ✌🏼

Sehr leckeres Essen. Fürs Auge auch sehr ansprechend. Außer warme Gerichte, Salat , Getränke gibt es auch Eis. Schöne Umgebung. Direkt am Wasser und im Park gelegen.

Ein Schnitzel mit Paprikasoße, beides erwartungsgemäß lecker und gut portioniert. An den Beilagensalat sollte man nicht die höchsten Ansprüche stellen, aber okay. Der Service war sehr höflich und fix. Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt und angenehme Atmosphäre. Alles 👍 gut, vier Sterne und eine klare Empfehlung.

Direkt im Ahnepark am kleinen See mit Terrasse gelegen, sehr netter Service, tolle Speisekarte, sowie Torten und Eis.

Sehr schön gelegenes Lokal mit regionalen Speisen, sehr freundliche Bedienung. Auch für größere Gruppen geeignet. Speisen frisch zubereitet in guter Qualität. Stimmiges Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schönes Ambiente aber vom hinsetzen bis der Kuchen kam war mit 45 min. zu lange.

Das Restaurant liegt idyllisch im Ahnepark an einem kleinen See. Das Essen ist gut und die Bedienung sehr freundlich und kompetent. Man erreicht das Restaurant über einen kurzen Weg durch den Park vom nahegelegenen Parkplatz.

Très belle terrasse par beau temps. Accueil et service moyen. Les plats ne sont pas fins mais d'une présentation agréable malgré tout. Le vin et la bière sont sans plus.

Tolle Lage, direkt am Wasser unter großen Sonnenschirmen auf gemütlich angelegter Terrasse mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Die Eis- und Kaffespezialitäten waren einfach und lieblos zubereitet und von schlichter Qualität. Die Eisschokolade bestand aus löslichem Instantkaba, der zu warm war und zudem nicht richtig auflöst wurde. Am Boden des Glases klebten noch die Pulverbrocken, das Getränk schlug mit 5,90€ auf die Rechnung und war für diese Qualität eindeutig zu teuer, gleiche Situation beim Eiscafe. Die Gläser für Limonaden oder fürs Wasser waren beim servieren innen wie aussen noch nass vom Spülwasser, welches am Boden des Glases schwabbte, bevor das Tafelwasser obendrein eingeschenkt wurde. Die Anzahl an Servicekräften für die große Terrasse war für die Anzahl an Gästen und der Weitläufigkeit des Außenbereichs viel zu gering, wodurch lange Wartezeiten für Bestellungen und Bezahlung entstanden, da nur ein Mitarbeiter dafür zu Verfügung stand während die Terasse nicht einmal vollbesetzt war. Qualität und Servicekapazität sind hier noch ausbaufähig und litten unter der Situation, auch in der Küche und hinter dem Tresen . Auf Grund unserer diesmaligen Erfahrung haben wir auf ein anschließendes Essen verzichtet und sind anderswo eingekehrt. Der Laden läuft unserem empfinden nach einfach durch die touristisch interessante Lage und die entsprechende Masse an Gästen während der Saison. Mein Fazit: Einkehr auf ein Kaltgetränk oder einem Kaffee lohnt sich mit etwas Wartezeit auf Grund der schönen Lage in dem sehr gepflegten und toll angelegten Ahnepark. Kulinarisch leider kein Erinnerungswürdiger Ausflug.

Wir haben dort unsere durch Corona sehr zusammengeschrumpfte Konfirmation gefeiert.Es war einfach wunderbar.Die Location ist wunderschön gelegen mit Park und Teich für Feierlichkeiten ideal wir konnten drinnen und draußen sitzen.Der Service die Freundlichkeit und das Essen waren super.Wir werden dort wieder feiern und auch privat essen gehen.Ideal für Familien mit Kindern
