restaurant in Freiburg im Breisgau

It's next to the B&B Süd hotel in Freiburg, a two-minute walk away. The welcome and service were exceptional, despite the language barrier. For dinner, three of us ordered a traditional Flammkuchen, a salad, and Käsespätzle (pasta with cheese and onions). Everything was very fresh, abundant, and tasty, with a drink for 34.20 euros. Highly recommended for a quick, traditional meal.

This was my first time visiting the restaurant and it will be my last time. The service is very poor, we waited over 45 minutes for our order to be taken. The place is not clean at all, there are insects in the restaurant. Unfortunately the food is not tasty. I really want to write something positive about this restaurant but I couldn't find anything positive. I cannot recommend anyone to visit this restaurant - my experience was very bad.

Why does it say that you're open all day on Saturdays, then you're at the door at 2 p.m. and then everything is dark and nothing is open. Not even anything written on the door. Is there an explanation for this?
