German cuisine as you wish it, almost like sitting at your mother's table again 🤗 I had the dish of the day... pasta with goulash, and it was perfect. The meat was tender as butter. For dessert, there was freshly made pudding... really good 😍 The atmosphere was cozy, the service was super friendly, and the prices were absolutely fair.

We tried the Remise in Ober-Ramstadt today and were unfortunately disappointed. First of all, we should mention that our pick-up order was handled very kindly over the phone! The announced time for preparing the ordered dishes was also met, and a bag for transporting the food was also included, so overall, a well-intentioned two stars. Now for the negative points: We understood that the Remise sees itself as a "gastro-pub," not a "restaurant." It's perfectly understandable that this is reflected in the food offerings, but also in the quality and the service provided! Why? We ordered a "Kochkäse-Schnitzel" with fried potatoes and salad and a "Jägerschnitzel" with spaetzle and salad. We received a "Kochkäse-Schnitzel with spaetzle" and a "Jägerschnitzel with fried potatoes," meaning the sides were exactly the same. Well, no one is perfect. So we swapped the sides and tried them. Unfortunately, then came the rude awakening. Why was nothing homemade here? Where was your own contribution? And how does this explain the price of €17.30 per dish? Salad: Iceberg lettuce with carrots, beans, and beets, topped with a sliced ​​tomato and two slices of cucumber, but unfortunately, everything was ready-made (convenience store)! The dressing was also ready-made and simply too sweet. Schnitzel: You really use those over-seasoned, paprika-flavored schnitzels from the freezer!? Both pieces of meat looked exactly identical, but they were equally dry, marbled, and a total disappointment, with the breading impossible to remove! Why the biggest tendons weren't even trimmed out is beyond me. I'd ask Metro (or wherever you found this frozen dilemma). At least it wasn't mechanically separated meat glued together, but still had a meat fiber, and this also had a clear structure, so it wasn't the cheapest "quality" (note: "quality" doesn't come from "suffering"). Poor pig, died multiple times and for nothing! Cooked cheese: Unfortunately tasteless. Since there are certainly fans of the "creamy touch of nothing," I'll leave that out of the review. Hunter's sauce: Powder from a packet meets fresh mushrooms. However, you could have conjured up a quick sauce yourself with the fresh mushrooms, which would have been far better! Especially if you fried the mushrooms a bit, thus drawing out their flavor, instead of just throwing them into the "sauce" to warm them up. Spaetzle: Ready-made product. Not the slightest bit of seasoning, no butter, no nutmeg, nothing... Fried potatoes: Potato slices fried on one side, mushy and not crispy, unloving! Try it with a waxy potato, a hot pan, and some herbs and spices. Then maybe you could call it a fried potato! Overall, I feel like I'm being taken for a ride and don't see any value for money. If I want inferior, frozen convenience foods, I don't necessarily have to order food out. That was nothing, my friends!

On an evening with a gourmet block without prior registration. The cooked cheese with the schnitzel was plentiful and was served separately. Fried potatoes were good - finally a restaurant that also had fried potatoes. And where else can you get a mixed sausage platter or black pudding or general dishes that were available everywhere 30 years ago and not at all today. Almost.... Prices were good, service was first class. Gladly again.

Echt schlechtes Essen. Ein Jägerschnitzel mit eiskalter Pilzpampe. ging retour. 20 Min. später ein kaltes Schnitzel mit steinharten Kroketten - es war der gleiche Teller nur die Sosse abgekratzt und die Kroketten noch mal in den Ofen - unmöglich. es war das zweite und auch das letzte mal ... die Kühlung wäre ausgefallen, das erklärt ja auch die kalten Pilze. ;-(

Das Essen schmeckt hier gar nicht. die Kellnerin konnte nicht mal antworten, ob der Hacksteck vom Schwein oder vom Rind ist. Meine Freundin hat sie gefragt was genau mit Sommergemüse gemeint ist und sie sagte dass sie nicht genau weiss, weil sie das nicht selber kocht. Der Hacksteck war eingentlich eine weiche Frikadelle die man überhaupt nicht essen konnte und die Pommes dazu haben viel zu viel Salz drauf gehabt. Nicht zu empfehlen!!!

Fantastic experience in Hilde's coach house! The innkeepers were incredibly friendly and attentive. The food was delicious and of good quality. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting. We'll definitely be back!

Delicious food without any frills, we really enjoyed it.

We were there with a larger group of around 16 people. The food was served gradually so that some colleagues were already finished while others still had to wait a long time. The entire serving process, from the first to the last dish, took a good three quarters of an hour, not including the starters and salad. Every now and then an unpleasant smell came from the kitchen. We joked that we hoped our schnitzels didn't burn. Unfortunately our last three schnitzels were more than done; the edges were hard and totally burnt. The sauce was thin like soup, and the roughly chopped mushrooms appeared to have been boiled in water and placed on top of the schnitzel. The spaetzle was also hard and cold. I haven't eaten so badly in a long time. If we hadn't been invited, I wouldn't have paid for the meal. Even when I was very hungry, I couldn't finish eating. While clearing away the innkeeper asked mockingly whether I wasn't very hungry. When I answered angry and hungry, I received dirty looks. Even when I asked for a water I was laughed at. The ambience is quite nice, but the decoration leaves a lot to be desired and is more reminiscent of a "Poko Domain's last decorative corner". Overall, it felt as if Frank Rosin was about to come around the corner and put cards on the table for us to rate the gastronomy and announce to the innkeeper the 12 out of a possible 50 points. P.S.: On the way home I stopped at Burger King and got something to eat.

Super gemütlich nettes Personal sauber und gute Bürgerliche Küche

Nach Betreiberwechsel nicht mehr zu empfehlen. Begann schon mot der Reservierung, man erhält keine Rückmeldung online. Dann dort angekommen ist unser zugeordneter Tisch kurz vorher vergeben worden. Wir wurden vom Personal fragend angeschaut. Sehr merkwürdig. Das Personal hat keinen Blick übrig für seine Gäste. So wird die Nachbestellung von Getränken eine Laufaufgabe. Personal besteht aus Schülern und Studenten, wirkt zumindest so. Vom Kellnern haben sie keine Ahnung. Jeder Teller wird einzeln mit 2 Händen davongetragen. Essen kommt zeitversetzt und wird nicht professionell überreicht. Wenn man ein Cola light bestellt und mir wird Cola Zero angeboten, erwarte ich als Gast diese auch zu erhalten. Gebracht wurde die Colavariante von Pfungstädter. Schmeckt überhaupt nicht! Das Essen war ok, mehr auch nicht...der ganze Ablauf drumherum eine einzige Katastrophe. Sterne sind für die Lage des Lokals. Inhaltlich wären es 0,0

Hier kann man (wenn es die Entfernung erlaubt) sehr schön mit dem Rad herfahren. Das Essen ist gut + es gibt hier auch mal was anderes als sonst (bspw. Brizza!). Das Personal ist sehr nett. Man sollte allerdings Zeit mitbringen, da es generell recht gut besucht ist.

Ein tolles Ausflugslokal am Waldrand gelegen mit herrlichem Blick über den vorderen Odenwald. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet, wir hatten Handkäsesalat, der als warme Speise serviert wird, einfach ein Genuß und einen Haussalat. Die Portionen sind ausreichend, die Bedienung sehr freundlich und das Ambiente einen Besuch wert.

Hier gibt es kein griechisches Restaurant mehr! Vor kurzem gab es hier eine Neueröffnung und komplett andere Küche und Betriebsteam. Die Kritiken unten sind also alle nicht mehr aktuell. Ich werde das neue Bistro demnächst mal testen.

Wir waren eine größere Gesellschaft,mussten sehr lange auf das Essen warten.Einige erhielten ihr essen teilweise kalt, Preis/Leistung war dabei nicht im Einklang. Personal ist aber freundlich.
