Remise Bonn is a restaurant we regularly visit for both lunch and dinner – and for good reason. The menu is well-thought-out, varied, and consistently high-quality. No matter what time of day, it's always worth a visit. The lunch menu is particularly noteworthy: very fairly priced without compromising on quality. This isn't always the case, unfortunately, but it's consistently implemented here. In the evenings, Remise truly shines in terms of atmosphere – the ambiance is always pleasant, especially on winter evenings. During peak hours, the service can be a bit slow, so it might take a little longer. Honestly, this isn't a problem, as you can clearly see that every employee is dedicated and professional. Friendly, committed, and solution-oriented. All in all: a reliable, high-quality restaurant with fair prices, a great atmosphere, and honest service. That's precisely why we keep coming back.

Exceptionally friendly and attentive

Absolutely fantastic. I experienced exceptionally outstanding service that evening (Shady), and all the food and drinks were sophisticated, incredibly delicious, and of the highest quality. One small but significant criticism: My reservation, which I made in person, apparently wasn't saved. My preferred table was gone, but the alternative table was just as lovely. Thank you so much! Fast service and freshly made dishes.

The ambiance was very nice and modern. The service was outstanding, and the food was also great.

The offerings were rather mediocre. The tomatoes in the green salad tasted good, but the other ingredients didn't seem fresh to me. The huge cooked zucchini slices didn't go well with such a salad. It certainly wasn't the "crisp leaf salad" promised on the menu. The chicken in the second course was okay, but the accompanying potato and cucumber salad tasted bland.

I partially agree with some of the previous reviewers: It's an almost idyllic ambiance, which presents itself in the thick shadow of large corporations, the UN, and similar institutions – with a correspondingly large number of wealthy expense-seekers as guests. This ambiance is pleasant considering the highly urban environment! The service, which was very attentive at the time of our greeting, faltered just as a larger group of employees, obviously from the local area, showed up, ordered, and were served (served) immediately. We were, so to speak, overshadowed by this overwhelming force. The meal itself was delicious, positively routine, and beautifully presented. The brodo filling for the starter was a bit too garlicky, but still tasty. The fish with mashed potatoes and vegetables was good (although it had been on hold a bit too long(?)); he (and I) would have appreciated a little more than a tablespoon of sauce. Otherwise, the wine is decent and affordable. Bottom line: Business people, go!

Super dinner menu with multiple choices for different starters and main course. It's not only 2018 Michelin star restaurant but it's one of the best in Bonn. The ambience is super.

Very good food in a pleasant, surprisingly green atmosphere. Prices are reasonable for a fine-dining restaurant—especially since the portions are even filling.

We felt quite comfortable and had a lovely evening. The food lacked that final touch, but it was quite tasty. The rather annoying wasps outside bothered us, but we could have moved inside. The wait time was just about acceptable, and the service staff was very friendly!

The food is good but far too expensive for what was offered. The waitress was incredibly rude, quite unprofessional, and quite rude in her choice of words. The waitress in dirty work clothes/blouse and a disgustingly dirty, worn menu were the icing on the cake.

Service was average. There was a long wait for a menu, and the daily specials only came upon request. The food was good. No greeting. Service was unattentive. Outside of their own table, the waitresses were engrossed in intense conversations with customers and weren't bothered by other guests and their needs. You had to be proactive. The service was disproportionately poor for the prices charged.

In any case, you should have a nice evening here

Everything was very strange there: the wine on the menu wasn't there, the coffee machine didn't work, and the water came from plastic bottles. Not good value for money.

We were here for the first time today—based on a recommendation—and we were absolutely thrilled! A wonderful, harmonious atmosphere, superb service, which is rare these days—everyone was more than accommodating and genuinely interested in each guest. The food was delicious, and the prices were absolutely reasonable. We'd love to come back! Thank you very much.

Beautiful ambiance. We sat on the terrace and enjoyed a wonderfully relaxed evening. The start, with perfectly chilled champagne and pre-chilled glasses, couldn't have been better. The starters (burrata, ravioli, minestrone, soup) were truly delicious and quite generous, enough to satisfy even a small appetite. The main courses (salmon fillet, tagliatelle Bolognese, spaghetti Amalfi, sole) were also perfectly prepared and offered the perfect choice for everyone. The service could have been better if they had asked for more information every now and then, as we often had to go looking for something. This didn't detract from the overall impression at all. We've been repeat customers anyway; my parents are now new fans and will be back too!

The three of us ate a lunch menu here. The prices are affordable for lunch. Unfortunately, there's no draft beer. We had the rissotto, penne Alfredo, and the chicken leg with fries and cabbage. Everything tasted excellent. The service was very friendly and quick. The ambiance is truly exceptionally beautiful, especially outside in the summer. The value for money here is definitely top-notch.

Chic restaurant with great service and delicious food.

The location and food were top-notch. After being ignored by the waitress for a while, a colleague took care of us very kindly and attentively. The first one was probably having a bad day, it happens...

After our disappointment at Forissimi next door, we had high expectations for the Remise. However, these were completely disappointed. The location is very nice, but the inattentive reception should have been the first clue. Upon arriving at our table, we were immediately struck by the noise level, which was more like a university cafeteria. At times, we almost had to shout at each other, making a relaxing evening impossible. For our aperitif, we chose Lillet Wild Berry. Except for the fruit, it was indistinguishable from still tap water. This neutral flavor unfortunately continued throughout the rest of the evening. My wife had a seafood salad and tuna sashimi. She was happy with her choice. I had the Ravioli al Brodo and Tagliatelle Umberto. The ravioli tasted like whipped air with watery broth. The tagliatelle at least had a basic flavor. However, given the prices, it was completely uninspired. By far the biggest disappointment, however, was the Wagyu Carpaccio, originally ordered as an intermezzo. Not only did it arrive after the main courses, but its flavor was practically nonexistent. And the name "Wagyu" also seems misleading, as the marbling was very similar to that of a traditional beef. At least, we were excused from that. All in all, it's perfectly understandable why the last Michelin mention was in 2018. Don't be fooled by this plaque. The Remise has unfortunately long since lost the glory of its bygone days. Far from fine dining, it's mediocre at best, which in no way justifies the prices.

Last night was outstanding. My wife and I were treated to a culinary delight in a pleasant atmosphere and excellent service. Pasta with veal ragout, cod, veal entrecôte, and a delicious asparagus soup rounded out the culinary delight. We chose the Terlano white wine we were familiar with, which the restaurant happily offered on the wine list. The service was friendly and attentive throughout, and all the dishes were truly beautifully prepared. I'm happy to give this 5 stars; we'll definitely be back!

The service is also particularly noteworthy: attentive, warm and at the same time pleasantly reserved. You feel like you're in good hands and you notice that people work here with real passion. Our four course Easter menu was great. We had a very nice table. The staff was very friendly and our table server was very attentive and super nice.

Italienische Küche in einer wirklich tollen edlen Location, auch die Lage im Büroviertel von Bonn sehr gut! Toller Aussenbereich mit vielen ansprechenden Sitzbereichen! Allerdings passt -aus meiner Sicht- die Qualität und kulinarische Kreativität der Küche nicht zum Ambiente! Die Vorspeisenplatte war sehr groß portioniert und geschmacklich durchschnittlich. Die Pinsa war lediglich mit frischen Tomaten und lieblos mit Mozzarella belegt. Meine Kalbsleber wurde mit einer marmeladenähnlichen und viel zu süßen Sauce serviert. Das Pürree war ok und die eingelegten Zwiebeln zu sauer und passten irgendwie nicht zur -leider ebenfalls- geschmacklosen und lieblos gebratenen Kalbsleber. Der Weißwein aus Kalabrien war gut! Der Service war sehr freundlich und ausgesprochen aufmerksam! Preislich ist das Restaurant ambitioniert. Eine Unart, die sich leider immer mehr durchsetzt, ist das beim Kartenbezahlen, das Lesegerät mir die Höhe des Trinkgelds „empfiehlt.“ Ein absolutes NO-GO! Very nice, had lunch in a cultivated atmosphere!

Unfortunately as a party of 8 we didn't have a good experience here because of the service. The food came at different times, 2 of the pizzas were just completely forgotten and with nobody coming to check on the table we had to go downstairs to find out they hadn't even made them. When requesting bread we were told the restaurant is busy and they have no bread. Find it quite unlikely a restaurant has run out of bread. Finally there were payment issues. When putting my card into the machine it turned off and she said in a passive aggressive way "you've put the card in too quickly and now the machine's off, so you're going to have to wait another 5 minutes". There's nothing wrong with my card. I've used it several times today - not my fault if their machine keeps resetting. Even worse 3 times she asked directly for a tip. When explaining the pizzas were late, she didn't take responsibility for not bothering to see that 2 people had no food, instead blaming the kitchen for not making the food. Perhaps if she hadn't had been so rude and perhaps if they had bothered to get us our food, we would have left a tip. However, it's clear this waitress has no manners whatsoever, didn't deserve a tip, and didn't get a tip.

Wir haben dort abends gegessen. Das Restaurant und die Umgebung sind hochwertig und nett gestaltet. Sowohl drinnen wie auch draußen, kann man sich sehr wohl fühlen! Wir hatten u.a. Sashimi vom Thunfisch, Pinsa, Steak und Pasta mit Kalbfleisch, sowie Seezunge. Alles wahr sehr lecker, die Portionen auch groß. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Wer einen gemütlichen Abend verbringen will, mit gutem Essen in gepflegter Atmosphäre ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Das Preisniveau ist hoch, aber angemessen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

My visit to this restaurant was a complete experience of enjoyment, service, and ambiance. The menu is well-balanced and not overly oppressive. Fine dining par excellence. The service is very friendly but not intrusive, and they take care of the guests. I can't fault the food in the slightest. It's excellently prepared and a delight for the palate. The ambiance in the restaurant is fantastic. The interior is lovingly designed and makes you feel at home. The only minor criticism I have is the noise level in a fully booked restaurant. We look forward to our next visit.

It was a complete coincidence that we ended up in this somewhat remote coach house during a visit to Bonn. A very happy coincidence, I must say!! I rarely write a review, but this restaurant is remarkable in many ways. The staff is very friendly, stylish and accommodating. The ambience is very elegant and yet cozy and homely. The menu is not overloaded, but shows good cuisine. And that's how it is! Very good food for very reasonable prices! Unfortunately we weren't able to sample from the obviously very well-stocked wine cellar that day, but we'll come back when we have more time. Overall, a highly recommended restaurant, whose business card I will keep because I would like to be a guest here again!

This is the third time I have visited Bon Remisa with my business customers. Unfortunately, I found that the service was noticeably slow every time. It takes a long time for orders to be taken and just as long for the food to be served. A lunch or dinner under two and a half hours hardly seems possible here, which is often impractical in business situations. Unfortunately, the team doesn't seem well coordinated and I think there is definitely room for improvement, especially in terms of service flow. The ambience is pleasant, but more efficient and attentive service would greatly enhance the overall experience.

From the very first moment we were impressed by the professional and attentive staff, who made the evening a completely successful experience. As usual, the food was of the highest standard: exquisitely prepared, tasted excellent and prepared with great attention to detail. The stylish and noble atmosphere of the location rounded off the overall picture perfectly. Ich kann die schlechten Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Wir waren jetzt zweimal kurz hintereinander in der Remise: freundlicher Service, gute Weine, sehr gutes Essen. Das Ambiente ist ein Traum - spannend, ein bisschen dekadent, sehr opulent. Die Außenterrasse ist im Sommer wunderschön, man sitzt unter Pergolen im Grünen. Rundherum stehen die großen Bürohäuser der DHL, aber abends ist es einfach nur lauschig.

A pleasant atmosphere and delicious food, but may not suit all budgets.

Im Vergleich zur früheren Oscar de Remise eine enorme Verschlechterung! Aufmerksamkeit, Auswahl, Geschmack, dabei habe ich schon das teuerste Gericht genommen! Schade, in der Preisklasse einfach viel zu wenig. Wie gesagt nicht zu vergleichen mit der früheren Remise. Die Anfahrt lohnt nicht. Lage Lage Lage aber Premium mehr.

The food was perfect. I had the bruschetta as a starter and the bread was crispy on the outside and fluffy and warm on the inside. For the main course I then had the Ravioli Tartufo, which I can only recommend because they were very tasty and also looked very nice. For dessert I had the tiramisu and it was the best tiramisu I had ever tasted. I can only recommend this restaurant because the waitresses were very nice and always looked after us. The restaurant also looks very nice on the outside and is very quiet.

We had a wonderful evening in the coach house yesterday. The relaxed but special atmosphere, the really excellent and lovely service and very tasty food make it an experience that we won't soon forget. I found the way tips were asked to be annoying. Therefore one star minus for the service. But we will definitely come back.

The coach house in the government district impresses as soon as you enter: a modern restaurant with a stylish, partly neon-lit design. The guest room is divided into three areas, which means that the noise level remains pleasant despite the large number of guests. On a very busy Saturday evening, the ambience made a very good first impression. The menu combines Italian and Asian cuisine as well as Mediterranean dishes. The aperitifs were also convincing - especially the Virgin Hugo and a gin and tonic (€15), which are, however, a bit high in price. To start we chose an antipasti platter (€23): burrata, marinated vegetables, shrimp, salmon, melon with ham and salad. Ideal for sharing for two people and a successful start in terms of taste. The main courses were the highlight of the evening: Beef fillet from Simmenthaler beef (48 €): butter-tender and of first-class quality. Atlantic sole with tagliatelle (€43): A rare dish, perfectly prepared, hot from the pan with golden breading and fried in olive oil. An absolute pleasure that alone justifies the next visit. The open Lugana white wine (€10.90 per glass) was the ideal accompaniment, and the final espresso macchiato was also convincing. The service was extremely courteous, attentive and friendly, despite a slightly longer waiting time at the beginning due to the high volume. However, this was quickly made up for and we felt well looked after throughout the evening. The quiet location in the government district also invites you to linger on the terrace. It must be very pleasant here in summer. The Remise completely impressed us on our first visit - from the atmosphere to the excellent cuisine and the service. A restaurant that we will visit regularly from now on.

Remise tiene un ambiente fresco, ubicación interesante, menú elegante, buena comida, pero eso es todo. El personal realmente tiene que subir - su - juego. Nuestra camarera exudó un “no me importa menos”, actitud esnob a pesar de sus amabilidades. Experimentamos algo allí que nunca antes nos había pasado: Pedimos Sekt sin alcohol y en su lugar nos dieron vino sin alcohol (en vasos Sekt! ) con la esperanza de que no nos dimos cuenta. Por supuesto, nada es peor que beber piso Sekt, y nos dimos cuenta de inmediato. Incredibly bad service. Unfortunately one of the waitresses was very incompetent and rude. Therefore the experience at the coach house was a failure. From accusatory looks to ignorance. Unfortunately not anymore. Business lunch with a larger group is not recommended.

Great ambience in a quiet location, after the new tenant took over the price-performance ratio is no longer the same. The staff is friendly but not very attentive. The food is delicious but cannot be compared to the previous cuisine. Prices only based on Ambiance not justified. Unfortunately I had to put my bag on the floor; I was previously offered a stool for it. Overall nice, maybe it will get better. We ate here with 5 people

A great all-round experience in a wonderful atmosphere with a very friendly service staff. Sometimes you turn a blind eye to the fact that it took a little too long to eat (8 p.m. rush hour).

Highly recommended for a business lunch

The ambience and service were great, but unfortunately the food was really nothing for the price. The pinsa wasn't bad but basically too much fat for a pinsa. But the spaghetti was simply a disaster! The worst carbonara I've ever had in a restaurant tasted 1:1 like a Knorr bag, it certainly wasn't, but there's simply no cream in carbonara and it was definitely in it, I would never have used it if it didn't say egg and parmesan as ingredients would, because those are the right ones, but there was more at play here. Unfortunately, the pistachio pesto wasn't any better at all, there was no trace of pesto here either, there was definitely cream involved again at the end and none of it on the menu. Are super disappointed and can't understand the good reviews at all. A nice ambience and super nice service simply don't make up for really bad food!

In the meantime it came into the Italian hands of the “Tuscolo brothers” and can be recommended again! The ambience remains unchanged, the Italian cuisine is good, although the portions are unfortunately too large. Funny but true. The desire for 2 or 3 courses is gone. Prices justified. Potential to improve!

We sat outside. There were enough tables available. We had a great meal. Service nice, friendly, accommodating. Actually 5 stars... but unfortunately a few small deductions in the B grade - a little more salt on my dish (liver, puree) would have been nice; But I would certainly have gotten it if I had asked (complaining at a high level) - Unfortunately the map on the internet is not up to date - Paper napkins in the ladies' room to dry your hands are kind of weird - the music is a little disturbing at tables near the speakers (more like a tip to other guests) It's lovely to sit outside; covered, heated.

Mooie restaurant vlak bij de Museummeile. Prima lunchkaart met vlees, vis en vegetarische gerechten. Gerechten zijn goed op smaak en ruime porties. Ik weet niet of de prijs/kwaliteitverhouding voor het diner ook zo goed is.

Great, big location. Decoration a bit spacey but a matter of taste. There is hot food served throughout the day, which is also very good. We had the burrata. Cheese could be a little runnier, but otherwise beautifully presented. The tuna was also great. The sweet potato soup and the risotto were a bit bland, but definitely tasty. They're just not exciting dishes either. The service was also very friendly and attentive. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

What a wonderful evening. My wife surprised me for my 60th birthday with a dinner with 13 guests in the Remise. Everything was excellent from the starter to the dessert. The hospitality from everyone, especially Marie, was excellent and professional. All the dishes arrived at the same time and all my friends loved the restaurant, the service and the ambience. It's a shame but unfortunately we won't visit this restaurant again. If we reserve a table a little earlier for dinner, it means we don't want to eat too late. We were served the food after exactly 2 hours and after I complained. I expect from an upscale restaurant that guests are served quickly with their orders.

Beautiful, hidden and delicious..... We arrived here quite by chance for a business lunch. The ambience and the many loving details immediately inspire you. Certainly perfect for an evening for two, but of course also for all other occasions. The lunch menu also impresses with its price, performance and presentation. The salads, pinsa, spaghetti and antipasti were impeccable, fresh and well seasoned. I will definitely go here for dinner with my wife soon and have a lovely evening.

Anyone who turns away guests 40 minutes before closing time and doesn't even want to offer something to drink probably doesn't need any customers and doesn't want to make any money. Hospitable is different.

We enjoyed the outdoor area this lunchtime. Nice selection of food and drinks. At lunchtime there is also a business lunch menu in addition to the regular menu. The food was delicious and the dessert is also recommended! We will definitely come back.

Trotz nicht allzu hohen Betriebs und sichtbarer Kapazität beim Personal kommen die Getränke an mehreren Tischen spät, teilweise erst nach der Vorspeise. Thunfisch Sashimi absolute Frechheit: komplett falsch geschnitten, minderwertige, von festem Sehnengewebe durchzogene Stücke. Sowas auf den Teller zu legen, zeugt von Unkenntnis oder Ignoranz. Der Rest des Essens war maximal mittelmäßig, insbesondere die Anrichtung der Gerichte bewegte sich teilweise unter Brauhaus-Niveau. Schade, dass die wirklich wunderschöne Location nicht gebührend genutzt wird.

The coach house is located in the middle of office buildings and is no less cozy because of it. Absolutely the opposite. The inner courtyard is beautifully laid out, the little house has been lovingly renovated and the ambience is simply excellent. Our waiter was GREAT. Charming, attentive, very friendly. The food was very tasty. First of all, I am very critical of pasta dishes and it is a subjective view of the food. My friend had the tagliatelle aglio e olio and the little cake with gold leaf and raspberry sorbet, I had the tuna sashimi and the tagliatelle with veal ragout and truffles. The tuna sashimi is not a real Japanese sashimi as we know it, but it is still tasty, even if a little dry. However, together with the wakame salad it is very harmonious. Small gadgets like the pipette for the soy sauce add a special flair. My pasta with veal ragout and truffles was also very tasty. The meat isn't really seasoned, which is why it tastes a bit weak, but overall it's totally delicious. The truffle tastes intense and no expense was spared. There's plenty of parmesan on the side. All in all, it was a really nice evening, I will definitely come back.

In the midst of the new concrete blocks and old magnificent buildings in the former government district, you wouldn't expect such beautiful outdoor dining under the trees and with a wonderful ambience. We spontaneously went here for dinner on a Sunday afternoon and were extremely pleasantly surprised! Even the greeting from the kitchen (wonderfully aromatic homemade pasta) and the fresh bread were convincing 😋. The creamy Parmesan soup with a perfectly fried shrimp is really excellent 🍤! The tagliorini with fresh truffles and the cod with the risotto were also excellently crafted and very tasty. Plus friendly, attentive service and a really harmonious atmosphere. We would definitely come back ☺️

Great location and the food was really good. The service was very friendly, but unfortunately sometimes a bit slow or I had to be reminded to reorder drinks…

Eine tolle Atmosphäre mitten zwischen Geschäftshäusern. Man vergisst ganz, dass man in der Stadt ist. Sehr leckeres Essen und freundliches Personal.

I thought the food and ambience were great, but unfortunately the service took a lot of pleasure. This is a really nice shop with a great atmosphere and a good selection of food and drinks. There were three of us and we waited 15 minutes before we could order. Our food came 45 minutes later. That's too long for a restaurant in this category. There was no one there to order another drink or an espresso after dinner, so we had to go in. Maybe we had a bad day because I want to like this restaurant.
