Visually, the restaurant looks quite inconspicuous, but the quality, taste and selection of the dishes were loving, authentic and excellent! I highly recommend the stuffed betel leaves. You can't get this to eat everywhere. The selection of Vietnamese coffee specialties was also really good. I'm already looking forward to our next visit!

It was my first time in the rice house. I was really pleasantly surprised by the service and the delicious food. A really good value for money with very friendly service Since I plan to go to this restaurant several more times, I'm only giving it 4 stars until I've tried all of my favorite dishes

Great quality food, cocktails and good prices. Quite surprised by the portion sizes. Went here two times and enjoyed the food both times. Waiter was nice, even though he wasn't to English as much.

Tasty, friendly and outdoors - there were four of us for dinner on a Monday evening. During our visit by three generations, everyone was very impressed. The food and drinks were pleasing and the craftsmanship was optimal. The menu is varied and appealing to everyone. The service at the table was very friendly and everything was very reasonably priced.

Very small and inconspicuous restaurant in the center of Meckenheim on the Neuer Markt. It's a bit hidden and isn't immediately noticeable. There are enough parking spaces nearby. The food is prepared very freshly with really fresh ingredients. You can see and taste it. The selection is relatively high and in my opinion there is something on the menu for every taste. The atmosphere is inviting. The restaurant itself is very small and only offers space for around 15 people. The outdoor area is significantly expanded and invites you to linger when the weather is good. The drinks seem homemade and also offer a wide variety to choose from. A recommendation for anyone who likes Vietnamese cuisine.

It was our first time eating there and we were very positively surprised. The homemade lemonade, the mixed starter and the main course were very good. I haven't had such good Vietnamese food in a long time.

The service is very friendly and the restaurant is cozy and clean, but unfortunately the food was a total failure. The fried rice was dry, the duck tasted warmed up. The beef had a slightly sour taste, which unfortunately indicates that it is no longer quite as fresh. There was also part of a rubber band in one of the dishes. Unfortunately, the summer roll wasn't quite as fresh anymore... and for a pretty hefty price. All in all very sad, especially because the food there used to be very tasty.

The restaurant is very cozy and modernly furnished. There are many different Asian dishes and homemade lemonade. The prices are reasonable, the 3-course lunch menu is cheap for €14. The taste is excellent, you can taste the fresh preparation. In addition, the food is very nicely prepared. The service could be a little more attentive, sometimes no one comes to the table for a long time. What should be emphasized, however, is the friendliness of the employees.

An enrichment for Meckenheim. Super delicious sushi and a delicious, homemade lemonade. The Vietnamese dishes are also highly recommended. Unfortunately, it was very cold there on our last visit so we had to sit there with a jacket on. The loud Richard Clayderman piano music was also annoying and the waiter was constantly on his cell phone and talking on the loudspeaker

East Asian food - freshly prepared and really delicious. The inexpensive lunch menu is an insider tip.

We often eat here. The atmosphere is relaxed, the service is very friendly and good. Even if your German skills still need some time to consolidate, it is simply nice to be greeted with Asian hospitality.

We are always enthusiastic about the food at the Reishaus and have never found a dish that we didn't like. As a standard we also order delicious summer rolls as a starter. The service is usually good too, the waitresses are very friendly and always try their best. Sometimes communication is a little more difficult. On our last visit, the dishes also came at very different times. It had never happened to us before, but we had heard about it. But the taste of the food makes up for it all. We are always happy to be guests or to pick up our food.

The ambience in the Reis Haus is very nice. The food is really delicious. Pho and sushi taste great. However, the service is very slow and you have to plan for quite long waiting times. Doesn't work that way with multi-tasking.

Spontaneously, took a break during the bike tour and ate a delicious meal. For only 14 euros per nose 3 course menu including drinks!!!!!!! Great !

This was the fourth time we have been to the Reishaus in the last six months. Really very good and tasty food. Super nice and friendly service and great value for money. The dishes so far have all tasted excellent, were freshly prepared without a long wait and also looked great. The homemade lemonades are an absolute recommendation! People go (better reserve a table if necessary) and enjoy great Vietnamese food!

The food is very tasty and typically Vietnamese. We had 4 different dishes and all of them were great 👍 The service was also very friendly, attentive and quick. Unfortunately, there isn't much positive to say about the ambience: wood-panelled walls, no table decorations, wildly thrown together plants... But we will definitely come back for the food!

Wij kwamen vanuit België en hadden vooraf gereserveerd. Wat een geweldige ontdekking. De Pho Bo was zeer lekker. Voorgerecht gevulde loempia's was zeer mooi geserveerd. Een lust voor het oog. Haben heute zum 2. Mal bei Reishaus essen abgeholt. Es war wieder sehr lecker und schmackhaft. Die Zutaten sind alle hochwertig. Die ente ist nicht fettig und alles wird super zubereitet. Absolute Empfehlung

Wir waren zum ersten Mal im Reishaus zum Mittagessen. Die Mittagskarte bot ein Menü mit Vorspeise,Hauptgang und Nachtisch. Als Vorspeise gab es Frühlingsrolle in einem Gemüsebett ausgesprochen lecker. Hauptgang gebratene Nudeln oder Reis mit verschiedenen Beilagen,bei uns mit gebratener Ente.Schön kross gebraten, Nudel in feiner Sauce, grosse Portion.Sehr gut. Zum hervorragenden Essen passte der überaus freundliche,nicht aufdringliche Service. Alles zu zivilen Preisen Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Essen ,sehr,sehr lecker.Die Getränke, der Hammer!Einziger Minuspunkt,es war lausekalt, keine Heizung an.Fast alle Gäste in Jacken . Trotzdem kommen wir wieder, es war einfach toll!!

Das Essen ist fantastisch. Bisher noch nichts gegessen, was mich nicht vollends überzeugt hat. Es ist wirklich sehr lecker. Es macht den Anschein, als würde wirklich alles komplett frisch zubereitet werden. Der Service ist außerdem super freundlich und aufmerksam!

Kleines, schönes vietnamesisches Restaurant im Rande der Meckenheimer Einkaufsmeile. Es gibt ein sehr günstiges und gutes Mittagsmenu mit Vorspeise, Hauptspeise, Dessert und Getränk für 12,50 Euro! Alles wird frisch zubereitet und schmeckt wirklich erfrischend gut. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren jetzt schon öfters hier essen und sind immer wieder positiv beeindruckt von dem gleichbleibend freundlichen sowie kundenorientierten Service, der Vielfalt und der Qualität der Speisen. Wir sind noch dabei, alles auf der Karte zu probieren und sind noch nicht müde, Neues zu probieren. Bis zum nächsten Mal.

War lecker und sehr nettes Team vor Ort

Super schöner Laden mit gemütlichen Außen- und Innenbereich. Besten Pho weit und breit und auch alles andere was wir bisher dort gegessen haben ist extrem lecker. Preise sind absolut angemessen. Eine echte Bereicherung für Meckenheim und Umgebung.

Restaurant in der Neuen Mitte mit Außenbereich, telefonische Bestellung von Gerichten einfach und schnell! Mein Tipp: gebratene Ente! Geschmack der Gerichte angenehm anders gewürzt als beim Chinesischen Imbiss !

Die Portion hätte für mich zwar etwas größer sein dürfen aber das Essen war dennoch sehr lecker und der Service war freundlich.

Richtig tolles vietnamesisches Restaurant in Meckenheim: hervorragend leckere Gerichte, die auch das Auge erfreuen. Sehr netter Service, auch wenn dieser etwas zügiger sein könnte. Unschlagbar ist zudem das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, gerade in Hinblick auf das Mittagsmenü. Und vor allem die "Knusprige Ente" verdient diese Bezeichnung im Vergleich zu vielen anderen asiatischen Restaurants auch wirklich mal! Das Reis Haus sollte man ausprobiert haben: es lohnt sich! Update vom 19.8.2023: heute wieder spontan eingekehrt und begeistert vom Essen und der sehr freundlichen Bedienung gewesen. Die Mittagskarte war abgeändert im Vergleich zum letzten Mal, aber immer noch lohnenswert. Bis zum nächsten Mal!
