We can only give full marks. The food was really delicious 😋. The whole staff was super friendly and attentive. The restaurant is very clean and cozy. Thanks so much. We would definitely like to come back.

We haven't eaten something so delicious in a long time. The roulades are tender as butter, the red cabbage is a dream, it couldn't be better. The portion was enough for two. Sarah gave us very good advice and had a water bowl ready for our dog. Thank you again, the other service staff were also very friendly and attentive. We felt very comfortable. We'd love to come back.

We ate there in the summer and were otherwise always happy, but we weren't happy that day and we talked about it openly. Unfortunately for us, the topic was a problem for the restaurant. My child wanted to eat something there with her friend today and was stranded Because we openly said in the summer that the food wasn't good this time, we weren't served today and were asked to leave the restaurant. How bad is that. Just absolutely disgusting.

The waitress didn't want to serve me because I was there with my family in the summer and we got food that was either raw or wrong and we complained about it. I actually thought the shop was good and reputable.

Unfortunately, we (4) people are disappointed 😞 we were there on a Saturday 3 weeks ago. Ate burger schnitzel and hot dog. The schnitzel was as thick as my thumb. Normally schnitzels are pounded thin. It was also extremely greasy. The Champions sauce came out of the bag and so did the hollandaise sauce. Everything very thick and lumpy. And €30 per plate. The hot dog was also dripping with fat and there was way too much sauce in the hot dog. All you could taste was sauce and hardly any of the side dishes or sausage. I think it's a shame that for such a price you can't get anywhere near a dish that's good to eat. Everything without love We and our friends and acquaintances will never come to you again. All very disappointed

The food was very good. The service was excellent. Friendly, accommodating and funny. Personally, I didn't find the men's room particularly appealing.

I've been there three times now and always enjoyed it. I spent my birthday there with my family. The birthday guest receives his food with a Roman torch and I also received a 10 euro voucher. All in all, the store has deteriorated significantly! Chicken wings labrig as if they had just been cooked! Spare ribs were bone dry. At some point you should let it warm up and then the things just belong in the trash! The staff was completely unprofessional and rude. When we asked if we could have something else to drink, we said: yes, OK??? !!!! In a tone that didn't work at all.

We had reserved two tables and were the first in the shop, ordered our drinks, and then we wanted to order our food and called the waitress several times, then they didn't come to us, but to two other tables and took the food Afterwards they came to our table and said that it would take a while since there were two of us at the table to take the order. I asked very politely why they were the first to come to the store and had already ordered our drinks and had asked several times to place our food order and were not served, the answer could be: Well, we should have ordered our food online beforehand. We waited over an hour for our food with a small child, which was very restless on our food.Sorry, we'll never go to the juice shop with 12 people again, we've lost them as customers.The boss there has no experience with customers and people, she should change her job.

As we waited briefly to be seated and stood at the counter, we were asked if we had already paid. But we had just come in? Our drinks came quickly. But then we waited almost an hour for our ordered food. When we asked, the waitress went to the kitchen to ask, then came back and apologized that she had forgotten and brought the bill for our drinks. We then left hungry. This has never happened to me anywhere.

Food directly couldn't be rated because it didn't come... After we asked after an hour, we were allowed to pay for the drinks and leave. Thank you for the 4.40 euro still water and nothing else. I've never experienced anything like this before today. We haven't been to a Redo XXL yet and will definitely avoid this chain after this experience. If I could give minus points I would be very happy to do so.

We had a wonderful afternoon in beautiful weather with good, delicious food and chilled drinks

I really like the atmosphere in Ketzin, it's cozy and someone is there quickly to pick up drinks! I ordered a steak with fries, the fries were ok but I have to say about the steak it was fried and tasted like currywurst. I can imagine that it was fried in fat just like the currywurst! I was there again a few days later and ordered a schnitzel with baked potato and sour cream with a drink of apple pomegranate for a total of €42 (schnitzel 200g). Unfortunately, the beef schnitzel was too thick and wasn't cooked properly and the breading wasn't crispy and the two smaller potatoes were not crispy Doesn't remind me of a baked potato! Sorry maybe I was unlucky 3 years ago it was perfect thanks Fabian Sommerkorn

The weather wasn't that nice at the moment so we had to sit inside. Food was good and plentiful. It would definitely be great if the weather was nice. Very nice outdoor seating areas and a barrel that can be reserved for 2 people.

They are mega portions, which are easy to underestimate, but luckily you can take the rest with you. It's always a challenge to eat there, but I've never been hungry afterwards. Always happy to go there.

Very very tasty, super nice young staff. Always friendly and eager to ensure you get your food and drink. The food was of course sufficiently fresh and tasty. We would come again. If you are at the campsite there then it is definitely worth a trip.

We went there several times a few years ago and it was always delicious. Yesterday I was there again with friends. Unfortunately, the rumors are confirmed, the food is no longer as good as usual. Unfortunately, the Viennese style schnitzel was not as thin and lean as described. The Kaiserplatte came so quickly and in retrospect it seems to me as if the meat was not freshly fried. Instead, it is stored in warm boxes and then served. I think the currywurst missed the deep fryer. And the best part was unfortunately only noticed at home. We rebooked one meal and were allowed to pay for two meals on the bill. I'm looking forward to the complaint via email.

If you are looking for an unusual meal in terms of size and taste and like steak and beef burgers, the Soljanka is also great, you should just stop by. We've been there a few times and would love to come back...

We were here in the restaurant on August 3rd, 2024 with a group of 15 people. Unfortunately this visit was a disappointment! The XXL plate for up to 10 people was a joke with a portion of fries that would have been enough for one person at most! The meat bore no relation to the people who ate it. See photo menu and our ordered plate! Small pieces of meat and chewy! The sauce was a ready-made sauce. Totally soggy and sticky! The plates supposedly came fresh from the dishwasher and were still wet. After we wiped them with the napkin, it was oily, reddish, the plates were definitely not clean! We definitely won't recommend you! What a shame for the time!

Go to redo at regular intervals. Last Saturday it happened again. A group of 15 people experienced a total failure. The XXL currywurst was briefly pulled past the deep fryer, brown coloring and roasted aromas were absent. The Kaiserplatte, the highlight a year ago, is more bad than good. Steaks tough, the fries as if they were counted, the chicken wings firm and gristly and the "snorr plates" still have the oil film from the previous guest. The highlight now is more the toilets, dirty and worn out.

The four of us ate the 1.3kg schnitzel. It worked well, everyone was full and there was nothing left. The garlic bread was served as a starter. If you order gratinated it will cost more. That's not said... but it's welcome because the price is completely okay and it was very tasty. You can clearly do this better than your colleagues in Potsdam.

It's something different. From normal food plates to XXL, everything is available. With meat - without meat, everyone can find something here. The atmosphere is really cool, but unfortunately the service takes a long time. Unfortunately I also got something wrong twice.

So unfortunately the food has absolutely deteriorated and within 3 months! The chicken wings and chicken were undercooked and still raw inside. The liver was missing from the large platter and the service staff didn't respond. That was very annoying. We drove an extra 140 km with my in-laws. I made a special reservation beforehand but that was quite annoying. Unfortunately the service staff was not friendly and there were 6 of us. We actually wanted to sit outside, but the large tables were all occupied by groups of 4 people and we had to squeeze into a small table, which was absolutely impossible with the huge plates and the staff only responded rudely. Ultimately, we pushed a table together later when the food was already there. A glass was cracked and we brought it back and it just tipped over in front of our eyes. That was a shame, the quality has absolutely deteriorated and we are bitterly disappointed with the quality and service! The toilets are absolutely disgusting, there is paper everywhere and it's unclean! That's really a pity ! Maybe things will get better again at some point. As a gesture of goodwill, a voucher was offered which has not arrived to date and no one has ever contacted us again. Top customer service. First disappoint people and then make fun of them. Very good and reasonably priced food. Good service and a very short waiting time despite being busy. There's really nothing negative to mention and would recommend it to anyone.

We're here for the first time today and we really like it. The portions are either L-XXL. My wife barely finished her L-schnitzel and the really tasty fries went to me. The prices are perfectly fine. The two waitresses are outstanding, super nice and always there immediately when you need something. We'll be back, for sure.

So we can NOT understand the negative reviews. We had pre-ordered and got our table straight away. The food was really delicious and of course very filling. We can only recommend the Redo and will definitely come back.

Ordered Kaiserplatte, tried it for two and failed. Neither did the four of us at the neighboring table. Total madness. But tasty. There will be grilled food the next few days 😅 The staff was polite and helpful. The ambience was also good. You have to have done it 😁

We were here recently and didn't know what to expect. The dishes look great, but they are huge! .... Meat dishes from 1000 grams upwards and a small beer is 0.5 l - a large one is 5.0 l!!! Of course everything is also available in “small”. These are normal portions. We liked it here and we will definitely come back.

We could enjoy the friendly staff, great atmosphere and excellent cuisine ourselves. The pizza was so big that four of us ate it. The chicken liver also tasted very good. The barrels to sit inside as a group are also a highlight and a great idea.

About 14 days ago we had a table for 13 people for May 18th. ordered... At 6:30 p.m. After half an hour we were allowed to order. 2 hours later the starter finally arrived. Other people who came later got their food, paid and left. When I asked what the problem was, everything was blamed on the kitchen being too small. We were offered drinks on the house and were told that the plates would now be prepared. After another hour we paid for our drinks and appetizers and left. I have never experienced service like this before... We have been to Redo in Tempelhof and also in Potsdam several times and have always been satisfied... Too bad... heretic! Never again! Unfortunately you have to give 1 star...

We had ordered seats for 13 people 14 days in advance. After 2.5 hours we still had no food. The excuse was that there were too many large groups. That wouldn't have been a problem for us. What was very unpleasant for us was that everyone who came after us had their food before us and had already left. At 6:30 p.m. we ordered the table. At 9:30 p.m. we only had the starters. It's a shame that my father's 87th birthday was such a failure.

The menu is confusing, the simplest dishes are simply overpriced, actually just something for gluttons..., it's terrible that you're only allowed to offer something like that, ugh..... The legislator / the health authorities are in demand here --- even just that can hardly eat this and therefore creates packaging waste..... so stay away, there are other restaurants in the area.....

It's a type of gastronomy that you have to get in the mood for, but it's a classic with children. Unfortunately only ready-made sauces for the oversized schnitzel and the medium drink size of 1l - well, that's just the concept. There is a good selection of dishes such as schnitzels, burgers, ribs... which can be ordered in all sizes. The restaurant is known for its oversized portions that are easy to share. The four of us ate the 1300g schnitzel plate. Very nice service and nice seating outside.

Halo How can it. It's true that everything was so delicious exactly 8 months ago. That is why we have come to you again today. Unfortunately that was a failure, the Soljanka starter was luke warm, the fries were very hard and inedible, probably from the day before We won't be visiting the reddo again anytime soon.

The service is friendly. When it comes to food, you can get much better elsewhere. Charging €20 for a burger with frozen or industrial patties, where you also have to pay extra for cheese, is absurd. There are snack bars with much better food, ironically for example the Redo snack bar itself at the Potsdam Christmas market. What I have never experienced before is that there is not a single side dish with the dish. No salad, no fries or anything like that. It's not about the price, that's known beforehand. It's about the poor quality, which you can't imagine if you go out to eat often.

An up and down of emotions... we ate there twice during our vacation... 1st evening great..... 2nd evening great fucked up......

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed when I went there for the first time with friends yesterday... Schnitzel Redo with fries and a side salad... I didn't have my salad to myself (snail)😵‍💫🤢 an absolute no go!!! The plate went back and came back after just two minutes... Salad was just replaced and this time too it didn't look washed but was properly basted with dressing. The waitress, a young woman, also seemed very disgusted and just mumbled a short sorry. In the end the full price was still charged.

Location is very cozy and a bit leftover. Service was super nice and in a good mood. The food came really quickly and tasted great (Kaiserschnitzel 1.0 kg). Of course it was too much but super tasty. Come again.

Es gibt hier viele uralte Bewertungen; wohl weil der Standardgast aus dem Havelland nicht bewerten will, auch wenn er unzufrieden ist. Ich muß aber doch bewerten, weil nun vollends viel daneben geht. Früher habe ich mich schon gewundert , dass die Verbraucherzentrade sich nicht für die Speisen interessiert. Immer ein riesiger Haufen mieser Produkte. Die Speisekarte ist ein verworrenes Bilderbuch, das teuer mit Hochglanz produziert wird. Die Gäste müssen auch dafür zahlen, sodass an der Produktqualität gespart wird. Ausgleich ist immer ein riesiger Haufen Pom.fritt.. Aber heute ist die Krone der Unverschämtheit ein Bierpreis von 5,90€ für 0,5 l. Im Hofbräuhaus spielen bei einm solchen Preis immer 6 Mann Blasmusik ! Eine Bedienung ohne Fachausbildung muss dann auch etwas unfreundlich sein. Die Preise sind alle sehr überhöht !!

Very very nice eating there was awesome. The service was also good. What I really complain about is that the toilets are definitely not handicapped accessible. As a normal person, you had a lot to do. People with walkers or wheelchairs ♿️ have no chance of using the toilet. Cleanliness in the toilets leaves a lot to be desired. There is also no path outside for wheelchairs or walkers. Otherwise I have nothing else to complain about.

Today we spontaneously decided to go to the Redo XXL in Ketzin. Unfortunately we weren't satisfied. Toilets very very unclean. We had the Jubiburger, noodles and rump steak to eat. Burgers and fries were very good. Rump steak didn't taste like anything and the pasta with tomato sauce and “Jägerschnitzel” wasn't good either. Jägerschnitzel was not a hunting sausage but more like a meat sausage (like beer ham) and unfortunately it didn't go well with the noodles. Unfortunately the quality is not justified for the mega price.

It's something cool... you rarely see such a big steak or schnitzel 😃 It was definitely way too much to eat, but let's be honest... who can do that? It was more of an event than a fancy meal with friends, but it was still tasty. And then you also get a huge column with Cuba Libre... perfect for a cozy evening 😊 Great thing, I can only recommend it

Always good to come here again and again. We have been going to Redo regularly for over 15 years, even before it was XXL. Here, eating becomes an experience.

Super greasy, limp fries as a side dish of molded meat previously bathed in a wonderfully chemical-tasting marinade. And lots of it on the plate. VERY CONDUCTIVE to quickly get fat and rush towards a quick demise. The audience, who were all politically left-leaning, was pleasant. It is also appetizing to note that an old cloth (without washing) is used to smear the sticky residue on the tables. So we saved calories! It's also worth mentioning that everything that comes to the table in REDO-Ketzin is huge - but the toilets, including hand basins, are very cramped, greasy, rickety and difficult to access. Unfortunately, fatter people have no place here. This restaurant visit was an accident during an unplanned excursion. We hardly ate the food in the restaurant but dissected it at home. We recommend - pack sandwiches, tea and fruit! We'll do it more often in the future.

If you're really hungry, you've come to the right place! Huge selection, delicious food and drinks, cozy atmosphere and attentive and super friendly service (Thanks Lena :)) We will be back! 10 stars

It was a really nice evening with family. The food is really amazing and the portions are hard to manage. 😅 We had the Xxl schnitzel and the 6×XL burger, which were super tasty but also a lot. The one star deduction is because it was very loud and you couldn't really have a conversation without shouting at each other. Price performance was completely okay and the service was also super friendly. 🙃
