Hello, five of us ate there today, the food didn't take too long to arrive and was delicious. The schnitzel was awesome 600g I'm not a bad eater but I couldn't manage that with the mountain of fries we took the rest with us it's no problem there are enough paper plates. The appetizer, the garlic bread and the ice cream afterwards were just awesome. We will definitely be making further visits. Thumbs up 👍

Schnitzel platter was our choice today. It was great again, food great, service great. Everything is correct. Keep it up.

The waitresses were super friendly and funny....Always remained polite even though the shop was packed....you didn't have to wait long for your food and there were 18 of us....hats off...the young man and the young lady have everything under control....thanks again and we'll be happy to come back :)

Even though the store was full of guests and there were only two people on staff, we waited 7 minutes for the order, 12 minutes for the drinks and 15 minutes for the food, so it couldn't be quicker. The food was very good and, above all, hot. The furniture is getting a bit old. But the kitchen and service really did a good job, chapeau ‼️‼️

We were there yesterday with a group of 9 adults and 2 children and were not disappointed. The food was delicious, the waiting time was absolutely fine and the staff was very friendly. The new managing director took the time to have a short conversation with us and is super nice. We'll definitely come back

My friends and I wanted to have dinner with you today at Redo XXL in Ketzin. I called beforehand and asked for a table, the employee seemed very stressed on the phone and said yes, just come over, said done. So we drove from Brandenburg an der Havel to Ketzin (40 minute drive) only to be told there was no space available. We were then offered a reserved seat, but the reservation came a few minutes later. Now we're on the way home, hungry, and upset. It's a shame that it didn't work out. However, the employee offered to wait at the bar with a drink on the house until a table became available. However, we are hungry now and have left accordingly.

A cute inn in the middle of a residential area. The food was very tasty, of course in XXL but there was material to take away. Price-wise, it's also completely okay. The two service guys were also very nice and friendly. Gladly again, but let's digest it first. But definitely worth a visit and an attraction if you like food experiences.

The boss “Redo” should stop by here more often. Things used to be better when he was here regularly. We were there on Friday evening, there wasn't much going on, but we still waited a long time for the drinks to arrive. Likewise until we could order our food. And after dinner we would have liked to have another beer. The portions are huge, the quality is mediocre. Lots of fat, little protein for the muscles, no fresh vegetables or fruit. Toilets like 25 years ago. The parking spaces are difficult to access and too few due to road construction work. But there are enough on the street. The price was high at €47 per person. Each of us had three drinks, an XL meal and a digestive.

We were with you for the second time, on Saturday with 6 of us in the barrel and I have to say we were all more than satisfied! The staff was super friendly, the food was, as always, more than too much 🤣 all in all, everything was more than perfect! We'll definitely be back! Keep it up, you're great 👍🏼 After more than a year later (January 25th, 2025) we were back with you, in the barrel and had the coolest waiter ever🤩 rarely had such a lovely, nice, funny waiter. It was our first time at Redo, the food was ok, unfortunately the XXXL burgers were no longer available, the ambience itself is very cozy, a few cobwebs need to be removed, the toilet should be overhauled. The service was very good, all the waiters served us very well and also took time for a little chat.

We were at the redo XXL in Ketzin today and unfortunately we were rather disappointed. The toilets were really disgusting, there was dirt everywhere and cobwebs in the corners - pretty unkempt overall. The food came quickly, the service was friendly, but the schnitzel was just okay, not really tasty. The fries were quite good. The rustic ambience is past its best, you can tell that the focus is probably on other branches. For us it was the first and last time.

Yesterday we were at Redo XXL in Ketzin and sat in a barrel outside, which was very nice. The food was delicious, the drinks and the service was great. Redo XXL in Ketzin is definitely worth a visit and greetings to the nice staff. We had to eat the mega meat skewer, XXXXXXL burger, 2kg schnitzel, 1kg spare ribs, spirelli with hunter's schnitzel, it's all highly recommended, we'll definitely come back. So it was that time again, on January 25th, 25 were back and sitting in the barrel again, which is super cool. We ate a Kaiserplatte and failed, but it was delicious as always. Food was okay 👍🏽 Service was first class. Rarely have I met such a nice service employee like Mr. Schröder. You need employees like that to put a smile on your guests' faces👍🏽

The schnitzel was okay, but the fried potatoes were unfortunately dry and burnt. The sauces had the taste of ready-made products from the package. In addition, cutlery and napkins were missing from the table, which further spoiled the impression. The service should be highlighted positively: The waiter was very friendly, in a good mood and had a few casual sayings, which lightened the atmosphere a bit. Overall, the quality of the food was disappointing - I remember it much better before. The restaurant now looks more like an upscale snack bar with hefty prices.

We celebrated my wife's birthday at Redo. It was very busy, so booking a table in advance is recommended. The service was very friendly. After ordering we had to swap tables because it was too small for six people. The menu is extensive. It takes a few minutes to read them. There are many different foods and drinks. There is something for everyone. The portions are large. The food is delicious and reasonably priced. The only drawback is that it is inconvenient to take the food with you on paper plates covered with aluminum foil. We recommend bringing Tupperware containers with you. We'd love to come back.

There were 8 of us there for dinner. The food was good but the service was a disaster. We had to ask several times whether we could order, what we ordered was forgotten and it took forever until someone felt responsible for us. We were posted at the entrance with small children. It was drafty here, it was cold and since the door was constantly opening and closing it was more than uncomfortable. The toilets are also really in need of renovation. Overall, no recommendation.

We were there for lunch for our 60th birthday and ordered the Kaiserplatte. The food was great. The service was also ok. Unfortunately, the hygiene in the toilets leaves a lot to be desired, even in the guest room there are cobwebs everywhere, the toilet is dirty, the floor on the toilet is dirty.

We reserved a table for 5 p.m. for two. There was only one other family on site and yet we were seated right at the door outside and an arm's length from the toilets. (The fact that there is even a table there for guests is more than questionable.) We ordered a drink - everything was OK. When ordering the food, the waiter was totally confused and simply didn't understand our order. We ordered the Double Redo Beef Burger twice. 1x with extra cheese and it should be completely cooked through. 1x with extra cheese, extra bacon and extra jalapeños, fried medium. I had to repeat the order 5 times and the waiter still didn't understand. I can't explain to myself what the problem was with this order. The food came quickly, but both burgers were cooked through. It is questionable whether my burger could have been medium rare. All 4 patties were exactly the same. Seemed like tk. The burgers were a 4/10. Finally we visited the toilet. I have to be honest, if we had visited beforehand, we wouldn't have eaten anything there. How anyone can care so little about hygiene and cleanliness is a mystery to me. Since we had the best seats - right by the toilet, we knew that none of the guests had used the toilet before us. In other words, the toilets were not cleaned before opening on Friday. At the end we wanted to pay by card, but the waiter told us that the device had not been charged and that unfortunately we would have to wait or we could have paid in cash. We waited 15 minutes and then were able to pay. We have been to 3 Redo restaurants over the years and we have even visited the other 2 several times. We were always very enthusiastic and hoped for the usual quality in this restaurant. We also go out to eat very often. That was by far the worst service + ambience + food we had ever experienced.

Ambience very nice, Service friendly, could perhaps take away the empty plates and glasses after appearing at the table several times. Kaiserplatte large is mega at first glance. When ordering you could ask beforehand what it should be like. Raw Through English etc. It came in English, if you don't like it, well... Xxxl schnitzel large, partly raw inside, very gristly, fatty, hardly seasoned. The only taste was the lemon. Seasoned meat with hollandaise sauce?? Choke. For 7.90 without toast without Worcester sauce, mmmmm better not. Side dishes of sauces are also not a hit in terms of taste. It was an experience, xxxxl yes, good But you don't have to have it more often. It's a shame actually.

We were there today for my son's 15th birthday, I just have to say it's just beautiful because the atmosphere makes you feel like you're at home. The service is really great and questions were answered very well and if you didn't know exactly, the nice waiter would go and check again. I can really only recommend it to everyone. As the name suggests, there are very large portions that were really tasty. The service was nice and courteous. We deduct points for the ambience. The restaurant seems a bit old and the toilets were really not nice.

Always an experience, good food (varying sizes up to XXL) at reasonable prices. The staff is very friendly, quick and informative. Most of the time you don't manage the portion, then the rest is given without any problems. I can highly recommend the restaurant!

Waiting times for drinks were 30 to 60 minutes, drinks were sold out after a short time, there was no ice cream at all, even though they advertised their own ice cream factory... Staff came individually with drinks, but never took empty glasses or plates with them on the way back... leftover food on the bags and underneath, as well as sticky spots on the table. Ketchup and mayo bottles were empty. The service was extremely overwhelmed and understaffed and didn't really know how to help. The toilets are already a disgrace (due to their size) but this time they were extremely dirty. I can definitely not recommend Redo Ketzin at the moment. Very very unfortunate...

After being here once in the summer, today was a bitter disappointment. No hello, etc. when entering the restaurant, waiting for a table for 3 in the dining room, which was only half full, despite advance reservations. Waiting for the menu, for the drinks, for the second round of drinks (20 minutes). No drying towels in the toilet. Napkins and candles are only lit when asked or requested. When asked how big the XXL schnitzel is and how the shrimp are eaten, “I don’t know”. Ignoring multiple times and walking past even though it should be obvious that there was a need or a concern. The food was really tasty but there is more to a good stay. When checking out, however, there is a hint of tip. Unfortunately, I could only comment on the poor service and here, too, I couldn't ask how things could have been different. No tip, never go here again and tell everyone about the service in the future.

Low recessions do not seem desirable. Mine was deleted for alleged defamation, although I had only described the experiences of our visit. A company that cannot handle criticism.

We ate there in the summer and were otherwise always happy, but we weren't happy that day and we talked about it openly. Unfortunately for us, the topic was a problem for the restaurant. My child wanted to eat something there with her friend today and was stranded Because we openly said in the summer that the food wasn't good this time, we weren't served today and were asked to leave the restaurant. How bad is that. Just absolutely disgusting.

We haven't eaten something so delicious in a long time. The roulades are tender as butter, the red cabbage is a dream, it couldn't be better. The portion was enough for two. Sarah gave us very good advice and had a water bowl ready for our dog. Thank you again, the other service staff were also very friendly and attentive. We felt very comfortable. We'd love to come back.

The waitress didn't want to serve me because I was there with my family in the summer and we got food that was either raw or wrong and we complained about it. I actually thought the shop was good and reputable.

Unfortunately, we (4) people are disappointed 😞 we were there on a Saturday 3 weeks ago. Ate burger schnitzel and hot dog. The schnitzel was as thick as my thumb. Normally schnitzels are pounded thin. It was also extremely greasy. The Champions sauce came out of the bag and so did the hollandaise sauce. Everything very thick and lumpy. And €30 per plate. The hot dog was also dripping with fat and there was way too much sauce in the hot dog. All you could taste was sauce and hardly any of the side dishes or sausage. I think it's a shame that for such a price you can't get anywhere near a dish that's good to eat. Everything without love We and our friends and acquaintances will never come to you again. All very disappointed

All in all, the store has deteriorated significantly! Chicken wings labrig as if they had just been cooked! Spare ribs were bone dry. At some point you should let it warm up and then the things just belong in the trash! The staff was completely unprofessional and rude. When we asked if we could have something else to drink, we said: yes, OK??? !!!! In a tone that didn't work at all.

We had reserved two tables and were the first in the shop, ordered our drinks, and then we wanted to order our food and called the waitress several times, then they didn't come to us, but to two other tables and took the food Afterwards they came to our table and said that it would take a while since there were two of us at the table to take the order. As we waited briefly to be seated and stood at the counter, we were asked if we had already paid. But we had just come in? Our drinks came quickly. When we asked, the waitress went to the kitchen to ask, then came back and apologized that she had forgotten and brought the bill for our drinks. We then left hungry. This has never happened to me anywhere.

Food directly couldn't be rated because it didn't come... After we asked after an hour, we were allowed to pay for the drinks and leave. Thank you for the 4.40 euro still water and nothing else. I've never experienced anything like this before today. We haven't been to a Redo XXL yet and will definitely avoid this chain after this experience. If I could give minus points I would be very happy to do so.

I really like the atmosphere in Ketzin, it's cozy and someone is there quickly to pick up drinks! I ordered a steak with fries, the fries were ok but I have to say about the steak it was fried and tasted like currywurst. I can imagine that it was fried in fat just like the currywurst! I was there again a few days later and ordered a schnitzel with baked potato and sour cream with a drink of apple pomegranate for a total of €42 (schnitzel 200g). Unfortunately, the beef schnitzel was too thick and wasn't cooked properly and the breading wasn't crispy and the two smaller potatoes were not crispy Doesn't remind me of a baked potato! Sorry maybe I was unlucky 3 years ago it was perfect thanks Fabian Sommerkorn

We went there several times a few years ago and it was always delicious. Yesterday I was there again with friends. Unfortunately, the rumors are confirmed, the food is no longer as good as usual. Unfortunately, the Viennese style schnitzel was not as thin and lean as described. The Kaiserplatte came so quickly and in retrospect it seems to me as if the meat was not freshly fried. Instead, it is stored in warm boxes and then served. I think the currywurst missed the deep fryer. And the best part was unfortunately only noticed at home. We rebooked one meal and were allowed to pay for two meals on the bill. I'm looking forward to the complaint via email.

Go to redo at regular intervals. Last Saturday it happened again. A group of 15 people experienced a total failure. The XXL currywurst was briefly pulled past the deep fryer, brown coloring and roasted aromas were absent. The Kaiserplatte, the highlight a year ago, is more bad than good. Steaks tough, the fries as if they were counted, the chicken wings firm and gristly and the "snorr plates" still have the oil film from the previous guest. The highlight now is more the toilets, dirty and worn out.

We were here in the restaurant on August 3rd, 2024 with a group of 15 people. Unfortunately this visit was a disappointment! The XXL plate for up to 10 people was a joke with a portion of fries that would have been enough for one person at most! The meat bore no relation to the people who ate it. See photo menu and our ordered plate! Small pieces of meat and chewy! The sauce was a ready-made sauce. Totally soggy and sticky! The plates supposedly came fresh from the dishwasher and were still wet. After we wiped them with the napkin, it was oily, reddish, the plates were definitely not clean! We definitely won't recommend you! What a shame for the time!

The four of us ate the 1.3kg schnitzel. It worked well, everyone was full and there was nothing left. The garlic bread was served as a starter. If you order gratinated it will cost more. That's not said... but it's welcome because the price is completely okay and it was very tasty. You can clearly do this better than your colleagues in Potsdam.
