The food was actually good, but it was 20km away and everything was closed because of the holiday, while the internet said it was open. A no-go!

Wir kamen ohne Reservierung, so wie weitere Gäste ebenfalls, und hatten hier schon den Eindruck, daß dies schon zuviel für das Personal ist. Am zugewiesenen Tisch kam dann irgendwann die Bedienung und fragte tatsächlich ob wir eine Karte bräuchten. Da wir zum ersten Mal dort waren, war dies selbsterklärend. Die Essenbestellung war wie der Ersteindruck schon erahnen ließ, sehr unfreundlich. Die Salate wurden dann recht lieblos auf den Tisch abgestellt. Die Hauptspeise folgte binnen 5 Minuten, was an ein Schnellrestaurant erinnerte. Das Essen, Cordon Bleu mit Pommes, war vom Geschmack her nichts besonderes. Man hatte wirklich den unverwechselbaren Eindruck, überhaupt nicht Willkommen zu sein. Alles in allem werden wir dort nicht mehr essen gehen und können dieses Restaurant auch nicht weiter empfehlen.

I had a pancake with ice cream. You had to look for it on the plate with a magnifying glass. The ice had already almost melted.

The restaurant is busy, so it's best to make a reservation, even on weekdays. The food was good, had various meat dishes (grilled plate, onion roast and steak), all tasty and the quality of the meat was very good, side dishes of rösti and fries were classic frozen goods, but completely okay given the prices. Price-performance is completely fine. You get what you expect: "good home-style" cuisine, no frills or anything like that. The portion was ok for me, not extremely large, but I could eat it well. If you expect huge quantities, you may want to choose an appetizer to go with it. The ambience is good, unfortunately a bit loud at times, but the innkeepers can't do anything about that. Service was friendly and nice. You can definitely do it and we will come back.

03/2024 Sorry, from our side (4 people) we had a table in the middle of the crowd. The restaurant, small, but filled to capacity. The background noise was accordingly. Onion roast wasn't cooked through, the onion was bitter. Cevapcici too oily, the fish excellent, the Rasnijci great, but without a side salad. A good price-performance ratio, but that's not everything.

The food is okay and the price is absolutely fair. If there is a lot going on, you can still get your food in a suitable setting.

The price-performance ratio is unbeatable. The few times we've eaten there, we've always found the staff to be friendly and on the ball, especially considering that the restaurant is always very busy. We always enjoyed the dishes we enjoyed and the portions were generous. Yes, maybe we had to wait longer for the food once or twice. We didn't care. In the meantime, we enjoyed the lively ambience in the restaurant. Maybe this perspective is because we don't go out to eat often. For us it is always something special and we enjoy it to the fullest without being rushed

Rarely have I eaten so badly!!! Ready-made products are used and you have to practically beg the service to give you something to drink. When my companion was eating, you could immediately taste the sauce coming out of the bag and it was completely over-peppered... For me, the main star on the plate was the sauce, which mainly consisted of ajvar and so the rest only tasted like the sauce and the white side also left a lot to be desired. Conclusion: once and never again

A restaurant that is also open on Monday. Great. There are enough parking spaces available. The service is quick. The dishes are very good. The portions aren't that huge, but they're quite enough. The price also matches this. It's nice that there is still something like this in the middle of Neutraubling. The trend towards overpriced huge portions is not being followed here. Hopefully it stays that way.

Unfortunately the service was poor, we were 7 people and they forgot to make the menus and mixed them up. Two colleagues skipped their order because it took an hour for the food to arrive.

Very friendly staff. You immediately feel welcome. Almost all tables were occupied at lunchtime on Wednesdays. It is advisable to reserve a table in advance. The food didn't take long to arrive and was excellent. I had the grill plate and my wife had the veal schnitzel with porcini mushrooms. Both extremely well prepared. The Ratskeller is absolutely recommended.

Der "Service", wenn man ihn so nennen möchte, war quasi nicht vorhanden. Es gab den ganzen Abend kein einziges Mal, dass man nicht energisch auf sich aufmerksam machen musste, um Getränke zu bestellen, Essen zu bestellen, Getränke nachzubestellen oder am Ende zu bezahlen. Das Essen schmeckt nach kurzer Zeit langweilig. Ich hatte den Eindruck, dass viel mit Fertigprodukten gearbeitet wird z.B. die französische Zwiebelsuppe, die Rösti oder die Saucen. Nudeln waren deutlich zu lang gekocht. Die "große" Portion Muscheln bestand aus 15, max. 20 Muscheln, das zugehörige Brot war schwarz getoastet. Als Dessert wollte ich die auf der Karte stehenden Palatschinken, diese "waren aus". In einem guten Restaurant mischt man halt grad Eier, Mehl und Milch zusammen und macht neue. Aber das schien wohl nicht möglich. Dafür standen die unmöglichen Palatschinken dann auf der Rechnung. Insgesamt ist es so laut in den Räumlichkeiten, dass Unterhaltungen für mich anstrengend waren.

So oft schon mit der Familie da gewesen. Mein Vater ist ein Fan vom Ratskeller. Als Kinder lachten wir schon, denn es gab "nur" den Ratskeller:) Geschmacklich top, sehr frisch, alles heiß serviert. Es war ein sehr gutes Mittagessen! Nichts zu bemängeln, alles top! Auf jeden Fall sehr empfehlenswert! Kommt her zum Essen, egal, ob mittags oder abends!

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Leider mussten wir fast eine Stunde auf das Essen warten - es war aber auch wirklich sehr voll - und dadurch auch relativ laut. Leider bekamen wir den Beilagensalat, der zum Gericht mit auf der Karte stand nicht - den haben die wohl vergessen. Angenehm fanden wir, dass es auch wahlweise kleinere Portionen - Seniorenteller - gab - denn die "normale Portion" ist eher gross.

Das Essen war wirklich sehr gut, aber leider war die Dame im Service eine Zumutung. Die Unfreundlichkeit in Person. Augenrollen und genervtes Schnaufen, als die Kinder sich nicht sofort entscheiden konnten, was sie essen wollten, Teller auf den Tisch geknallt. Beim Bezahlen genervt an einem anderen Tisch gesessen, an dem wir dann einzeln antreten mussten, wo man wieder nur verächtliches Schnauben erntete. Jeder hat mal einen schlechten Tag, aber diese Frau hat definitiv ihren Beruf verfehlt.

Sehr gutes Essen, faire Preise und sehr serviceorientiertes freundliches Personal. So wünsche ich mir einen Aufenthalt in einem Restaurant. Wir gehen gerne in den Ratskeller!

Der Ratskeller ist mit Abstand das beste Lokal in Neutraubling und Umgebung. Die Speisekarte hat für jeden etwas und egal was man bestellt es schmeckt alles super. Wir kommen gerne hierher. Preis-Leistung stimmt zu 100%. Vorbuchung ist absolut notwendig. Super: es gibt von den meisten Speisen Seniorenteller.

Hatte letztes mal gut gegessen,dachte wir gehen wieder hin.Innen war kein Platz,außen hatte es geregnet und die Stühle waren alle naß.Leider Bedienung unfreundlich,nur gesagt Auflagen sind beim reinigen.Hätte mir erwartet das zumindest die Stühle abgewischt werden.Mussten leider gehen,da ich nassen Hintern hatte. Schade so vergrault man sich die Gäste.

Nach langen Jahren wieder einmal dort waren wir nur halbwegs zufrieden. Entscheidung italienische Gemüsesuppe = Minestrone, gegrillter Tintenfisch und Zanderfilet. Enttäuscht eine Tomatensuppe mit frischen Gemüse zu bekommen, in der Speisekarte als italienische Gemüsesuppe bezeichnet. Erwartung war eine italienische Minestrone, gemeint klare Gemüsesuppe, leider auch etwas viel Salz, der Gemüseanteil war frisch und qualitativ gut. Der gegrillte Tintenfisch war gut, hätte allerdings noch 1 bis 2 Minuten mehr am Grill vertragen können. Das Zanderfilet dafür gut, groß und erfüllte alle Erwartungen ... Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist ok, keine abgehobenen Preise. Der Service war nett und aufmerksam. Wiederholung, vielleicht irgendwann

wir haben uns heute mittag spontan entschlossen essen von einer unserer lieblingsgaststätten in neutraubling zu holen. Wir wurden nicht enttäuscht und haben es sehr genossen, wir hatten den grillteller für 2 personen und 1x zwiebelrostbraten. Es war ein traumhafter genuss. Gerne wieder.

Das Essen war ausgezeichnet. Wir kommen definitiv wieder. Das Personal ist auch sehr freundlich. Reservierungen sind auch für größere Veranstaltungen möglich

Wir hatten uns auf ein gut bürgerliches Restaurant mit bayerischer Küche eingestellt und waren beim Blick in die Speisekarte ein wenig überrascht. Diese liest sich sehr international mit einem Fokus auf italienische Speisen. Wir entschieden uns für die französische Zwiebelsuppe und die italienische Gemüsesuppe, als Hauptgang das Rumpsteak mit Pfeffersauce und den Salat mit Putenstreifen und als Nachtisch jeweils das Pistazieneis mit Amaretto und Sahne. Wir waren von der Qualität und vom Geschmack der Speisen sehr überzeugt. Die Portionsgrößen waren schon fast zu üppig. Hier bekommt man definitiv viel Gutes für sein Geld, weshalb das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis kaum zu toppen ist. Der Service war zudem nett und aufmerksam. Absolute Empfehlung!

Ich hatte Salat mit Meeresfrüchten, meine Begleitungen einmal gegrillten Lachs mit Reis und einmal Hähnchenfilet. Das Essen war sehr lecker und die Bedienung freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Nach mehreren Besuchen im Ratskeller kann ich nur sagen, dass man wirklich gute Gerichte zu einem absolut fairen Preis bekommt. Die Wirtsleute sind sehr nett und freundlich. Die Mittagskarte ist super, und auch die normalen Gerichte auf der Karte schmecken gut. Mittags muss man etwas Zeit mitbringen, da schon immer einiges los ist. Wir werden wieder kommen.
