Excellent service, excellent value for money.

This is the second time our reservation couldn't be found. There was no apology either. We were simply left standing there. They could have at least checked if a table would become available soon. We used to enjoy going to the Ratskeller, but anyone who treats their guests like this won't get my money. This never happened with the previous waiter. Perhaps they should only let staff who speak fluent German answer the phone 😡

We had rump steak with pepper sauce and the onion roast beef. Both were delicious, the portions were large, and the price was outstanding. The waiter was very attentive and even offered us a better table.

We were about to go somewhere else because the whole place was a major construction site. But then we read that the Ratskeller was still open. It was worth it. It's been a long time since we've had such a good meal. Everything was perfect, a flavor explosion. Generous portions, fair prices. They also serve a side salad. Very friendly staff and a very pleasant atmosphere. If we come back to the area, we'll definitely eat there again.

The ambiance is nice and the prices are fair – unfortunately, this time, some of the meat was undercooked or dry, and the fries were weak on three grilled plates. We usually enjoy going to the Ratskeller. Never again!

I had the roast beef with onions, which was very tasty. The meat was cooked to perfection, and the gravy was really good, too. Good value for money. No wonder you have to reserve well in advance, at least on Sundays; on other days, you might even get a table spontaneously.

Visiting the Ratskeller/Neutraubling The Ratskeller Inn is located not far from the Neutraubling motorway exit. We ordered: Cordon Bleu with French Fries Mixed Salad with Parma Ham Grilled Squid Turkey Schnitzel with Grilled Vegetables It's very tasty and plentiful. You can't complain here. The hosts are friendly and the service is prompt. It's an excellent place to enjoy your lunch break. There's an outdoor seating area in the summer. We'd love to come back!

We were invited to a birthday party, and to put it simply, it went perfectly. All 14 people received their food at the same time, and we all ordered from the menu. The price/performance ratio was 100 percent spot on.

The food was delicious and the portions were generously sized. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we barely had to wait. There were four of us, and the meals were served quickly and simultaneously. Highly recommended.

I had tagliatelle with zucchini and salmon. It was delicious. Prices are very reasonable. The service was excellent. I didn't have a reservation, but they conjured up a table from somewhere, and I got a nice seat next to the counter. The staff were very accommodating and very friendly. I'd be happy to come back.

03/24 Sorry, we (4 people) had a table in the middle of the crowd. The restaurant was small, but completely full. The noise level was accordingly high. The roast beef with onions was undercooked, and the onions were bitter. Cevapcici was too oily, the fish was excellent, and the rasnijci was great, but without a side salad. While it was good value for money, that's not all.

I was traveling with a friend who wasn't feeling well, and we were staying in a hotel with no restaurant. I called the Ratskeller to ask if it was possible to get something light to go. The person who answered was not only helpful, but even kind enough to speak to me in Italian. When I arrived to pick up my order, I encountered the same courtesy: the waiter I'd spoken to greeted me with great kindness, prepared the food in no time, and truly helped us through a difficult time. The result was excellent: tasty dishes, even for takeout, and, above all, a warm welcome that makes all the difference. I highly recommend this place not only for the quality of the food, but also for the humanity and professionalism of the people who work there.

First we thought it is closed, because the Rathaus itself is under renovation. But it is open and we had a nice table in the shade. Friendly staff and very tasty food. The mixed salad with chicken was big and delicious, the grilled squid tender and the basmati rice with tomato and veggies top.

The only challenge is the construction site.. fantastic food and service. Even during lunch hours the construction stops. Loved it.. was not easy to find.. but there are signs!

The Ratskeller in the center of Neutraubling is only about 15 minutes from downtown Regensburg. There are sufficient illuminated parking spaces within a radius of approximately 50 meters. A few weeks ago I was very surprised that such a pearl of Italian cuisine existed in our latitudes. And today I spontaneously decided to enjoy my dinner in the same location. One thing I can really assure all readers is that it is an absolute delight. Starting with the starter (the Italian-style vegetable soup), through the side dishes salad (with homemade dressing (which I would like to take home with me)), which was served especially before the main course 🤌👍. Thank you for that ;). Personally, I was absolutely satisfied with the main course, which included the grilled salmon fillet with rice. The service is very nice and courteous, trained in different languages ​​and professional. The prices are more than reasonable and can even be adjusted upwards, which is clearly thanks to the service and the cuisine as well as the pleasant atmosphere. 😃 For me it is an absolute pearl in the Regensburg area that I would recommend to everyone. Thank you very much for the pleasant hospitality, which can be enjoyed even on Mondays🥰 I will eat here more often.

Spontaneously went out for dinner at 8 on Friday afternoon. Luckily got a place. Super fast, friendly service. Everyone ordered something from the lunch menu and everyone loved it. My rigatoni al forno was simply great! In the end a bill of 135€ for 8 people! WOW! Five stars more than deserved!

Held my father's funeral there. Unfortunately I was very disappointed. There was a separate menu with 3 dishes to choose from, from the lunch menu. Without clarifying, dishes were simply taken from the menu and added to the bill. The kitchen sent out too much food, which of course I was charged for. Unfortunately only one star for that, so I'd rather stay with honest locals that only charge what was agreed upon beforehand.

Nice location, but unfortunately the staff is not friendly or attentive. The menu was reduced by around 80% on Boxing Day, unfortunately we were not informed of this either when we made the reservation in October or when we confirmed the reservation on Boxing Day itself. The taste of the food was ok, but unfortunately only at canteen level (from a package and deep fryer). The prices are ok. You don't really feel welcome as a guest. It seems like the operators don't care whether a guest comes a second time or not.

If you order a steak, you get bloody meat that is completely raw. Food is ordered and after three quarters of an hour you are told that the food is no longer available! It was the first time I've been to the Ratskeller since I've been living here. It's a shame that I only became aware of this now. We got there and it was full, but we still got a table without a reservation. I was a little sorry to have to go through such trouble. First there were three of us sitting at a table for two. However, when two people left we got one more table. Thank you very much for that. The food was to die for. Finally having enough sauce on a plate was very nice. The salad was fresh and crunchy, the veal schnitzel with chanterelles was a poem and I think I'm in love with the pistachio ice cream. Even if you, as a somewhat sensitive person, noticed that it was quite stressful for the staff, you felt welcome. The boss also made up for a lot with his mentality. I will definitely come again. But then make a reservation so that I don't wreak havoc on the table planning again.

I had an appointment with friends in the Ratskeller this evening. The waitress was extremely unfriendly. Wanted to accept the order straight away even though not everyone was ready. Then she said she can't take orders one after the other, she'll come back in 5 minutes. But it came in 1-2 minutes and we still weren't ready to order and she complained and said well, ok and left. The third time she sent another waiter. At 9:40 p.m. we were the last ones and she came to our table in a very rude manner and asked if we wouldn't leave now if we didn't order wine or something because they wanted to close because we were the last ones. We were shocked at the rudeness and hurriedly took out our wallets. We knew she wouldn't get a tip. With the first friend she didn't ask at all and kept the difference in the amount. For me it was just sparkling water and she laughed at me when she said the amount according to the motto “just sparkling water”. Change here would be €1.10. She said she didn't have 10 cents and couldn't give it to me. Not 10 cents in your big wallet? I think she was angry that there was no tip and wanted to at least pocket the 10 cents. Violent!
