Cooked cheese schnitzel burnt and inedible. Fries without salt and completely forgot the side salad we ordered. Never again

Well, the monastery with the bar in the beer garden, the flair and the offers has something, we only know it from Bavaria! Gladly again and again!!!

For me the absolute feel-good place to go out to eat in Lorsch! A very friendly and familiar team, very tasty food and as soon as the first rays of sunshine come out you can sit outside. Very centrally located on the market square, but not in the middle of the hustle and bustle. A clear recommendation for me.

Very nice restaurant and super nice service. You can always find parking spaces nearby. In the middle of the market square, ice cream parlors and shops all nearby.

The schnitzel with cooked cheese takes some getting used to but I liked it.

Grilled pepperoni wasn't grilled, way too sour, probably straight from the jar into the pan. Peppers and tomatoes have no place there. After the 2nd attempt the same result. I noticed that the lasagne was full of flavor enhancers when my stomach hurt. Never again!

The cake and the milk coffee were super tasty 😋

Outstanding! No matter whether pizza, pasta or schnitzel. Everything tasted very good to me and my two children. The service was super accommodating and friendly. And it happened quickly too. Even though there was a really big group ahead of us, it still went quickly. And the location is great too. Everything fine!

We were there at lunchtime with our children and had a nice place on the terrace. The ambience and furnishings are very nice inside and out. We all really liked the view of the market square and the opportunity for the children to run around and refresh themselves at the fountain every now and then. We all really enjoyed the food and it was also taken into account that our son was very hungry 😉 For dessert there was something sweet from the cake counter. The food and drink menu is very extensive. The service is nice, but could check more often whether the glasses are still filled…

Service in a bad "arrogant Italian" style. The tarte flambée was burnt and was still served to the table, the unburned pieces still didn't taste good. Average quality beer. The only thing that saves this place is the location

We know the town hall cafe from the time we lived in Lorsch. We personally find the ambience to be pleasant, very clean and tasteful. We had the dish of the day, fish with fries, for lunch. The portion was large and tasty, served with tartar sauce and salad as a taste treat .The hospitality was friendly and attentive. We would be happy to come back. Price/performance/service from us *****

Great and cozy restaurant - From breakfast to coffee and cake to dinner you will be catered for here - top service, very friendly and attentive. The cooked cheese schnitzel was very tasty and the fried potato was perfect with fresh herbs and not greasy. We felt very comfortable and can only recommend it.

Sehr leckeres Essen, ein superfreundlicher Service und man kann wirklich sagen, dass Gastfreundlichkeit hier wirklich gelebt wird!! Sonderwünsche bzgl. des Essens wurden freundlich und ohne Probleme umgesetzt. Es war superlecker!! Vielen lieben Dank für einen schönen Nachmittag mit gutem Essen!! Wir kommen gerne wieder!! Pizza und Peperoni sehr gut, Bedienung war nicht so professionell, der Chef hingegen sehr nett! Ambiente gut, man kann sehr schön draußen sitzen! Wir kommen wieder!

Sehr schön gelegenes Lokal, man sitzt hier sehr schön draußen. Pizza und Salat sind echt lecker und man wird dort sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend bedient.

Das Rathauscafe in Lorsch ist wirklich toll. Die zentrale Lage ermöglicht einfaches Parken in der Nähe. Der idyllische Außenbereich unter schattigen Bäumen versprüht besonderen Charme. Das reichhaltige Frühstück überzeugt in Geschmack und Vielfalt. Das aufmerksame Personal geht auf individuelle Wünsche ein und sorgt mit Freundlichkeit und Humor für eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Ein perfekter Ort, um den Tag zu beginnen.

Stopped off for the night, found this place to eat. Good service, great menu, drinks reasonable priced. Eat in or out. Will use again.

Super leckeres Essen, große Portionen und sehr sympathische Bedienung!

Beautiful garden and great food. Our party of six including two children enjoyed the unique salads and big Schnitzels. We didn’t realize that they weren’t take credit cards. It was our last night and dinner in Germany and when the bill came we had to scrape together our Euros. We were a little short and the owner graciously accepted what we had in cash even though we offered to go to an ATM. And on top of that, he offered us an after dinner drink like Grappa. It made a lasting impression on all of us.

Seit langem mal wieder haben wir im Rathauscafé gegessen. Die Karte bietet, was man von einem italienischen Restaurant erwartet: Pasta, Pizza, Fischegerichte und diverse italienische Fleischspezialitäten. Das Essen ist lecker und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ok. Portionen könnten etwas größer sein. Das Ambiente ist toll mit beschattetem Garten, in dem man auch noch dem Platzkonzert lauschen kann (regelmäßig Sonntags). Einzig der Service war an diesem Tag nicht wirklich gut. Warten auf die Karte und die Getränke kamen auf Nachfrage erst als wir das Essen bereits hatten.

Lorsch spontan besucht und dann in diesem mega Laden, was zum Mittag gesessen. Der Chef ist die absolute Rakete 🚀 100% zu empfehlen!

Wir waren heute mit einer großen Wandergruppe hier. Alle waren ausnahmslos zufrieden. Das Essen sehr lecker, große Portionen, frisch und gute Auswahl. Auch der Service super nett, immer ein Späßchen dabei, alle Wünsche wurden erfüllt. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt, großes Lob!

Wir waren zum Frühstücken da gewesen es war ein Traum das Rührei waren sehr lecker die Brötchen die Wurst der Käse . Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.!

Ich finde das Essen und das Ambiente Sehr Schön wir wurden sofort Bedient und freundlich empfangen und alle in einem Nur zu Empfehlen

Haben hier (2 Personen) ein kleines Mittagessen bestellt. Bestellt wurde eine Pizza Mista, ein Teller Minestrone, zum Trinken Wasser und einen Cappuccino für meinen Begleiter. Das Essen war schnell am Platz, gut gewürzt und alles in allem schmackhaft. Einziger Minuspunkt: das Gemüse in der Minestrone sollte in mundgerechten Stücken geschnitten sein. Das Ambiente war recht rustikal und teilweise sieht man dem Mobiliar die Jahre an..., das Personal wirkte etwas überfordert und planlos aber nett. Ein gutes Ausflugslokal mit gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Wir waren im Rathaus Cafe zum Frühstück. Die Auswahl war super und das Frühstück war sehr lecker !!! Ich habe noch einen Verbesserungsvorschlag und das wäre ein scharfes Brötchen-Messer! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!!!

Waren am Tag des Besuches recht planlos... zufällig reingeschneit und total zufrieden. Man sollte aber beachten.... BARZAHLUNG.

Die Location an sich war wirklich sehr schön mit einem sehr großen Außenbereich. Wir saßen allerdings deinen und wollten einen Kaffee und vielleicht ein Stück Kuchen. Doch leider gab es keinen Kuchen mehr, daher nur nen Kaffee. Der Kaffee war für unsere Verhältnisse leider nicht gut. Für uns war er viel zu bitter und hat leider nicht geschmeckt. Der Service war aber sehr gut. Daher 3 Sterne. Wir werden im Sommer noch einmal wieder kommen um etwas zu essen. 😉

Sehr freundliches und nettes Personal. Sehr gutes Essen in angenehmer Atmosphäre. Komme immer wieder gerne hin.
