This was the dirtiest rest stop I have ever seen. The parking lots were very dirty and the trash cans were overflowing. The fact that I had to pay to use the absolutely filthy toilet was a disgrace. It cannot be excused by the fact that the rest area was extremely busy because there were no cleaning staff on site. Only the access machine worked. But that's how people here understand how to take advantage of the guests' distress. PS: Please also note my positive reviews of other rest areas.

Toilet and rest area clean. According to the internet there is a playground. There is also one - but it is closed and has not been open to visitors for a long time. It's a shame, the data on the operator's website does not correspond to the facts.

Unfriendly staff, you noticed several times that customer friendliness was written in very small, very small letters. There was no waiting but the final price was given after each order. No attention to the customer. A very long wait and then the crowning achievement was the salad with partially rotten leaves, carelessly thrown into the bowl...none Dressing. Just a shame!!!! And then for the price!!!!

It is a very nice place to visit the city of Wiesbaden. The operator is very nice and friendly. There are no 🚽 and no 🚿 there, but no problem for RV visitors as they have everything there. There is a really great seating area on the square, there is a small Kreutergarten, the whole place is actually beautifully designed. Price is OK. Always happy to come here to visit the city

The toilet at the gas station was underground. The soap dispenser is empty and the staff is sitting 20 meters away with a view of the sinks. The prices in the restaurant are even more outrageous. A meatball roll should cost 8.99. I find it a disgrace for a finished product. I won't buy them for the price, so I don't know how they taste. The appearance of the products was not appealing and convincing.

Very friendly staff. Showers 3 euros relatively clean and good showers from the operators and especially the staff can't do anything for the old building. And anyone looking for MC Donald personnel is on the wrong side of the highway and should think about who they are making life difficult for.

The worst station I have ever been to, you should learn from Poles what a real food station should look like, but the only thing you know are sausages in a roll. Sad.

Yesterday (May 25, 2024 around 9:50 p.m.) we visited this rest stop. After paying 1€ SERVAYS, we wanted to make ourselves comfortable with a coffee and cappuccino for at least 1/2 hour. Seen from the entrance to the left, our request was rejected with the remark "... no coffee ..." and the drinks and food station was shown diagonally opposite. There we drank a small coffee in cultured cups for €4 and made a pilgrimage to the checkout. After concluding the purchase contract by completing the payment process, we were allowed to pour the coffee and cappuccino into paper cups and were expelled from the house in barely understandable "German" ... or whatever it was ... (... too good German " KICKED OUT") and then everything was completed after us. I was close to pouring the expensively purchased "egg-free broths" at the door of this shop... Dear people, that's what I call malicious deception combined with the negation of all the criteria of good gastronomy that have been neglected in this country. If the owners of these lines read this, I expect corresponding "credits" and at least 1 year of free use of the toilet and ... well ... just the "rest" of what you find there. I have never experienced such a disappointment in my life... I was frustrated and shocked for the moment... just like I was "frozen"... I can't find more words... I'm sorry... NO RECOMMENDATION (!!) ... in asterisks is still eons away from what I actually want to subtract in asterisks ...

The service at the checkout couldn't speak German and that's very bad and therefore very unfriendly

I don't know if you can see it, but the whole place is totally littered and dirty. There are broken glass bottles lying around and the garbage cans are overflowing. Not just one or two but ALL of them! Something urgently needs to be done here.

Outdated but still acceptable. The toilets are hygienic and clean thanks to the Serways concept. The entry voucher (now €1) can be redeemed in the store in order to at least bring the overpriced price of the coffee closer to the market price. We had espresso, which was fine. After three hours of driving there was a break that strengthened us for the rest of the route.

Tank & Rast gas station.. Wetterau.. in Germany.. a very good gas station, good place to take a break, eat something, .. with a good store.. very clean, friendly staff, you also have a MacDonalds.. or him restaurant in the store which is also good... There is parking 🅿️... for trucks and cars... the services 🚾 are paid but they give you the ticket to exchange for buying something in the store... well... at this moment the services 🚻 are under construction... they will look good 😂... Zu allem Überfluss war dann der einzig auffindbare Mitarbeiter auch noch derart unfreundlich, dass wir dieses Restaurant schnell verlassen haben und uns auf den Weg zur nächsten Raststätte machten. Below average food quality. I waited a long time for this and paid 10 EUR. This is not a problem for me. Unfortunately, the Alpen Spezial was an imposition in every respect. It's bad if you still feel sick later. You have to do that first. All in all, not a recommendation. I suggest the Yellow Lemon! You have to do that first.

Never seen such a run-down and littered gas station. The lady at the checkout also adapted to the circumstances of this place with her friendliness. Here you can only fill up, don't touch anything (especially not the door handle) and leave quickly.

Ein kleiner Pausenstopp kann so schnell zum weiterfahren animieren. Die Mülleimer auf der Anlage waren dreckig und überfüllt, auch die sanitären Einrichtungen bedürfen deutlich mehr Pflege und Instandsetzung. Schade, dass Tank & Rast die Anlage so verfallen lässt. Das nächste Mal wird weitergefahren, egal wie groß die Notdurft oder das Verlangen nach etwas Erfrischendem ist

Sehr nette kleine Raststätte und sauber.

Die Raststätte, mit einer der schmuddeligsten Aussenanlagen, die ich je gesehen habe. Abfall wohin man schaut, Grünflächen teilweise mit Fäkalien und zugehörigen Erzeugnissen der Zellstoffindustrie verziert. Einfach ekelhaft. Ich habe mir das Restaurant erspart, meine Frau hat die Toilette zum Preis von 1 Euro aufgesucht. Desinfektionsschieber , "selbstreinigende toilette", der Toilette hat nicht funktioniert, Wasser am Waschbecken so druckreduziert, dass fast nichts mehr gelaufen ist. Und so richtig nach Hygiene hat das ganze Etablissement weder ausgesehen noch gerochen. Hier fahre ich beim nächsten Mal garantiert vorbei. Ja, und nachdem ich meine Rezension geschrieben habe, habe ich mir auch die vorherigen Bewertungen angeschaut. Insbesondere die mit nur einem Stern. Also die Bewertungen, die als Beschwerde gelten sollen. Und was finde ich dort ? Dumm freche, nichtssagende Antworten des Betreibers, in denen von "beim nächsten Besuch" und von "gewohntem Hygienestandard" die Rede ist. Immer die gleichen sprüche ! Ja, nur leider an diesen Hygienestandard kann sich ein einigermaßen zivilisierter Mitteleuropäer nicht gewöhnen ...... ich jedenfalls lasse mich nicht für dumm verkaufen........
