The first time: The Coke 🥤 was lukewarm to warm. I went to the service desk and it turned out the Coke machine was broken. I was given a Coke PET bottle as a replacement, but it was pretty cheeky that they still tried to force a Coke on me when the machine was broken. The second time: I ordered two different burgers 🍔 with fries 🍟, and the fries 🍟 were cold, dry, and so hard, even if they were from the day before. I had to alert the service again and they made new fries 🍟, it couldn't have been done any other way 😵‍💫. By then, I was on to the second burger 🍔 and the bread was dry, it wasn't freshly prepared, lukewarm, and the iceberg lettuce tasted sour—a no-go. I had no choice but to go back to the staff and they brought me a fresh burger 🍔. Conclusion: Even if I had everything replaced or freshly prepared, it shouldn't happen that I had to go back for service multiple times. If I hadn't gone for service, I would have been brazenly given bad food to eat multiple times without any checks or consideration. There are people who don't dare say anything and spend money for nothing! A big thumbs up 👎 for this KFC branch.

Top croque shop! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fresh bread, delicious ingredients, and superb sauces – exactly what a croque should taste like! The portion was generous, the service friendly, and the wait time short. I'll definitely be back!
