I've ordered food there several times and have been very satisfied with everything. The food was hot and delicious. The driver was very friendly.

I got off at Ohlsdorf, wanted to go downstairs, and then I smelled that meat. I went back upstairs and saw some very crispy kebabs. The doner box with rice is highly recommended! Super delicious, and they mixed it all perfectly. Finally, a really good doner kebab that tastes exactly the way you want it to.

Unfortunately, the staff member barely understands German and I was served something I didn't want at all.

I recommend that EVERYONE stay away from this shop! I have been a regular customer for over 15 years. Recently I found two black hairs between 5 and 6 cm in my food (fried noodles) and I told them. The guy seriously said they weren't ours, they couldn't have been ours (both men have black hair of the same length), and I replied yes, who else could they be? It's not mine, I have long red hair. They didn't want to hear it. Hair is disgusting, it can happen sometimes, but to deny it even though you prepare the food and have exactly that kind of hair - unbelievable! Ever since the older man stopped taking care of the shop or stepped down, the shop has been nothing but filth. I'm never going there again!

Worst ever Waste of money, the place serves cold food. Ordered a tüte and everything in it was cold. One buys food from restaurant to get a nice hot meal on a cold and windy day. 😷 Also the salad or the sauce either of them was pale and tasted rotten.
