A fantastic family experience! We were coming from the Christmas market, had a quick visit with family, and then the five of us still had to travel further to get home, and we were still hungry at 11 pm. Without high expectations, we went in, ordered five döner kebabs and drinks, and sat down. We were all thrilled with the ingredients; everything was crisp, fresh, and cooked to perfection. Then we were given baklava and a sliced ​​orange as a gift. The orange was delicious, and the baklava was the best we've ever tasted! My wife also bought börek and baklava for Sunday breakfast and received a second baklava as a gift! It was our first visit there, and we'll definitely be back. To be honest, we also have a döner shop at our subway station, and we bought baklava there that same night for comparison, and there was no comparison. Burg Döner: Amazing döner in the middle of the night and top-notch baklava!

Unfortunately, I can't recommend it – the noodles taste like medication.

Waiting over 90 minutes for food is really bad. You can't reach anyone and they just direct you to another branch. Not very accommodating, and their response is that they can't do anything. They used to be really great!

The food was way too salty, and I ordered chicken with pommes but they didn’t even send the pommes. They also didn’t answer the phone when I tried to call. This isn’t the first time the food quality and service have been poor.

Waiting time for breakfast on Sunday was 20 minutes - very unprofessional.
