I can't comment on the ambiance—we always have it delivered. Everything else is top-notch. Yesterday, like every year, we placed a large order. The pizza arrived exactly on time, it was hot, and it was incredibly delicious. Highly recommended!

I order from Pizza Rapido regularly and I'm impressed every time! The quality is simply top-notch: crispy base, fresh ingredients, delicious cheese, and a spicy tomato sauce – pizza tastes the way it should. I've also tried the pasta and salads, and everything is very fresh and filling. There's no seating in the shop, but that doesn't bother me at all because ordering online is super easy. Delivery is fast, and the pizzas arrive hot and fresh, as if they came straight from the oven. I'd especially like to highlight the friendly team: always friendly, reliable, and customer-focused. The price-performance ratio is absolutely spot on, and you can tell that the work here is done with love and quality. For me, it's clearly number 1 in the area – Pizza Rapido is my absolute favorite for pizza and other delicacies. If you value good taste and fast delivery, you should definitely order here!

I absolutely can't recommend this as a delivery service. The food was okay, but it was over an hour late, a complete disaster... and that was during my lunch break... It was supposed to be there at 12:00, but it actually arrived at 1:20... 0 stars in that regard.

We ordered through Lieferando. They said it would take 20-45 minutes. After 40 minutes, we checked the app, and it said it would take another 55 minutes. We then called and asked, and the man on the phone immediately said, in a very aggressive manner: "It's not our fault, you have to complain to Lieferando. And if you complain to me, even though it's not our fault, then just order your food somewhere else. I'll cancel your order, and that's that." We then said that we didn't want to cancel, but our food. Then he said, "Well, then you'll just have to wait." So that's all, but no service. Truly outrageous. Never again there!

Pizza Rapido in Eppelheim really surprised me! The pizza is fresh, crispy, and very well-topped – no comparison to many other delivery services. The sucuk pizza and the vegetarian version were particularly excellent: the dough was perfectly baked, the tomato sauce was flavorful, and the cheese was nicely melted. The delivery service was also great: fast, friendly, and the order arrived piping hot. You can tell they put their heart and soul into their work. The menu offers a wide selection, and the pasta is also delicious – there's something for everyone. The value for money is also good. You pay a fair price for what you get. I'll definitely order again – a clear recommendation for anyone living in Eppelheim and the surrounding area!

Unfortunately, the quality wasn't as good as before. Furthermore, the food arrived an hour and a half late after I ordered it. It's a real shame.

The salad dressing tasted strange, but I ate it anyway, which is why my partner didn't. Three hours later, I experienced bloody diarrhea and vomiting that lasted for five days. Of course, I can't prove the connection, so I'm simply describing what happened to me after eating it, whether it was a coincidence or not.

Pizza Margherita very little with tomato sauce and cheese. Aldi TK Pizza had more toppings. But the taste is the same as the frozen pizza

Pizza was super tasty. We also ordered a cesar salad and all we received was tomato mozzarella. A bit sad but it can happen that's why it's still 4 stars.

The pizza tastes like a bad frozen pizza with far too little sauce. Nothing is juicy there, it's just bone dry. Charging €1.20 for the small 20ml jar of garlic dip borders on cheating and even ingredients that you order specifically for your pizza are added in tiny portions. The pizza is so miserably topped with everything that you can see through the whiteness of the dough. It's not really expensive, but even the low price is mercilessly undercut by the ingredients. The dough is not juicy or fluffy, but has a biscuit quality At least the delivery was quick and the delivery person was just as taciturn as the pizza toppings. Thanks, but that was the first and only time. Find another pizza delivery service. This one is nothing.

Fast delivery, delicious food, driver was friendly and the price was right. What more could you want?

We ordered two burgers that were carelessly prepared. A child would have done it better 🤷‍♀️The burgers were barely topped, a bit of sauce on one half. You could hardly tell that the cheeseburger was a cheeseburger 🥴. So there are the burgers, from Burger King they are really gold. At least the fries were ok. With homemade burgers you should really see a difference! We definitely won't be ordering any more. Absolutely not worth its price!

Baked feta is a disaster!!! Very sad that a customer is so obviously taken for a fool. With a shepherd's cheese instead of feta...embarrassing.

Ordered there several times. Delivery almost always came on time. The Sucuk pizza tastes very good and is one of the few delivery services where the pizza arrives really hot, which is great. Gladly again. Drivers are always very nice too. Review edited - 2 stars deducted because they increased the minimum order value. It was always solid to order there, well, it's now done.

Ordered via Lieferando. My order was canceled because it was not delivered to Mannheim. We live 10 minutes from the pizzeria, but postcode Mannheim. Super rude on the phone. The option to pick it up was not offered either. Very disappointing.

Today I ordered a salami pizza and pasta rapido. Unfortunately the friendly driver brought us the wrong pizza. I called Rapido. The correct pizza was then delivered to me. What I found very unfortunate was that no one apologized. The dishes were still very tasty, as always.

Ordered family pizza in “Mega” size twice - everyone was very nice and very friendly - the price was right and the pizza was super tasty - I can only recommend it. 🩷 The delivery always came on time. 🍕 just info to everyone who is complaining about friendliness - just as you shout into the forest, it comes out. ✌🏼

Hello, the pizza was okay. The tortellini in cream cheese sauce was more like, hot cream on the bottom with al dente cooked pasta on top of a layer of gratinated cheese. So do it yourself next time.

My husband and I have never ordered pizza again since the diarrhea... it tasted strange.

Fehlt was, zusätzliche Zutaten wurde nicht belegt, Zutaten die ich weghaben wollte wurde nicht berücksichtigt), deshalb für jede Falsche Lieferung ein Stern Abzug, ansonsten wirklich sehr leckere Pizzen und schnelle Lieferung. Bardzo polecam ! Tanio smacznie i szybko szybciej niż fastfood a jedzenie smakuje jak domowe ;) jeśli chcesz tanio i smacznie zjeść i napić się czeskiego piwa to bardzo bardzo polecam przez 5 dni pobytu w pradze jadłem tam 3 razy.

Da wir am Anfang über Lieferando bestellt haben. Sie wollen mir hier nicht vorhandene Transparenz vorwerfen. Der Schuss ist nach hinten los gegangen. Alles Gute ihnen! Als Tipp noch von mir, geben sie besser ein bisschen mehr Geld für gekaufte Rezensionen aus. Alle zuletzt getätigten Bewertungen mit 5 Sternen sind sogenannte Bots, alle jeweils mit einer Rezension. Update 07.04.2023 / Bewertung 08.04.2023 Wir wollten Rapido noch eine Chance geben, bestellten eine Familienpizza Salami zur Abholung per Kreditkarte, sprich Vorabzahlung. Ich rief an, um die Abholzeit zu erfragen. Ein wirklich unfreundlicher Mitarbeiter teilte mir mit, dass die Bestellung storniert wurde. Da ich eine schlechte Bewertung abgegeben hatte. Konstruktive Kritik ist hier nicht erwünscht. Aufgrund meiner weiteren Bewertungen hier auf Google ist zu ersehen, dass ich mehrheitlich positiv bewerte, sprich ich bin kein Mensch, der nur bewertet, wenn etwas nicht geschmeckt oder gefallen hat. Ich habe selbst jahrelang in der Gastronomie gearbeitet und ein guter Laden / Restaurant zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass Kritik ernstgenommen wird, um sich stetig zu verbessern. Anhand der neuesten Bewertungen auf Google zeichnet sich ab, dass dieser Lieferdienst eben nicht auf Kundenwünsche eingeht, somit wird sich zwangsläufig der Kundenstamm reduzieren, da man als Kunde gute Qualität und Freundlichkeit schätzt. Abwertendes Verhalten oder gar Überheblichkeit zeichnet keinen guten Gastronom aus. Bestellung zur Abholung am 29.03.2023: Leider heute extrem enttäuschend, Vorbestellung für 20:45 Uhr, wollte statt der 0,5 L Coke Zero eine 1,0 L Coke Zero Flasche. War nicht möglich. Pizza im Laden angesehen, da war mir klar, dass diese schon öfter aufgewärmt wurde, es wurde zwar angeboten eine neue zu machen, aber dann hätte das Nudelgericht, überbacken mit Käse, auch neu gemacht werden müssen, es lag wirklich auf der Hand, dass die Gerichte schon länger standen. Daheim angekommen waren die Nudeln die reinste Enttäuschung, zu wenig Käse, durchgeweicht und lauwarm. Auch die Pizza war trocken. Auch war das Personal heute sehr unfreundlich. Nachtrag 08.03.2023 Der Pizzateig heute ist der totale Wahnsinn. So extrem fluffig und geschmackvoll. 100 Sterne für euch. Leckere Pizza und Pasta. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Freundliche Mitarbeiter. Werde dort noch oft bestellen.

All the same great 👍 I remove a star because no smiling faces among the staffs and some strange conditions attached to credit card payment. Discounts indicated in the flyers were rather not utilised . The place needs a more lovely touch and decor. If it is mostly online operations, ..they should make a little effort to provide a beautiful place to wait. I will recommend the mozzarella and Rapido. The Hawaii pizza was not okay.

Das essen ist innerhalb 30 Minuten nach abschicken der Bestellung da gewesen. Es kam alles an wie bestellt. Das essen (Burger, Pommes, Mozzarella Sticks) schmeckt super gut. Werde definitiv wieder dort bestellen.

Schon sehr oft dort bestellt (nach Wieblingen). Pizza immer einigermaßen pünktlich, warm und lecker. Und über ihre Website kann man sehr unkompliziert bestellen.

Sagt kommt in 45 min ist schon 1.30 min vorbei und sagt am Telefon er hat uns vergessen. Hat man kein Zettel um es auf zu schreiben. Und als Entschuldigung gibt es eine Cola dazu.

Lieferzeit war 45 min wie abgemacht pünktlich die Pizza schmeckt dort toll Seitdem ich heute 2 Pizzen bestellt habe esse ich nie wieder bei Rapido. Jeweils in den Pizzen waren Haare drinne!einmal lange schwarze Haare und einmal kurze Haare. Der Typ wo die Pizza macht hat sehr sehr lange Haare.

So eine Frechheit am telefon zu sagen "du kostetst mich viel zeit" für ne Bestellung über 65 euro und das der sich nicht mal in der Menükarte mir den Nr. auskennt und dann behauptet das ihn zeit koste egal wie gut ihr seit solche Personal kann euch Kopf und Kragen kosten

Ich wollte eigentlich kein Stern gegeben aber ich musste mindestens leider ein Stern abgeben damit ich es posten kann. Ich hab vor einigen Wochen schon mal bestellt und es kam eine falsche Pizza und es war kalt. Hab heute leider nochmal bestellt die haben gemeint es würde 1 Stunde dauern das war so ungefähr um 19-20 Uhr. Nach knapp 2 Stunden kam die Pizza nicht an hab dann eben angerufen um zu wissen wie die Lage ist der Mitarbeiter hat gemeint das die unterwegs wäre. Sie ist immer noch nicht da und ich werde ab jetzt nie wieder hier bestellen und rate es jeden ab hier zu bestellen obwohl hier die Gerichte super sind.

Einfach nur schlecht und trocken Ich bestelle eine Mozilla Pizza Ich bekomme in 2 Stunden ein kalt trocken Margrete Pizza ind ich habe dafür 12 € bezahlt Ich rufe an der man am Telefon ist nur Respektlos er will nur streiten Service Lieferung und das Essen oh mein Gott Nie empfehlen
