Super lecker, sowohl vegan als auch mit Fleisch. Der Service war super schnell. Unser Essen war kaum 5 Minuten nach Bestellung schon am Tisch. Die Toiletten sind auch sauber und drinnen ist alles super schön japanisch dekoriert. Gerne wieder.

Ich habe die vegetarischen Ramen bestellt. Geschmacklos und ungewürzt. Hat mir den Tag verdorben.

Wir waren absolut begeistert von unserem Besuch im Ramen1974. Wir hatten die Tantan Ramen und sie waren einfach phänomenal, die Brühe war perfekt cremig, super würzig und genau auf den Punkt abgestimmt. Das Ambiente ist total gemütlich und entspannt, man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Für alle Ramen-Liebhaber ein absolutes Muss. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Leckere Ramen. Tolles Ambiente. Freundlicher Service.

Das Essen kam sehr schnell. Es fiel auf, dass das Geschirr teilweise ziemlich beschädigt ist. Der Thunfisch in meinem Gericht war so hart und trocken gebraten, dass er ungenießbar war. Auf meine Nachfrage, ob ich einen neuen bekommen kann, sagte man mir, dass ich einen Teller bekommen könnte, um ihn an die Seite zu legen. Von daher keine Empfehlung für dieses Restaurant.

Ich war hier schon sehr oft und jedesmal ist das Essen perfekt, von 11:30 bis 14:30 gibt es das Mittagsangebot, welches ganz gut ist, hier etwas abgeholt habe ich noch nicht, und auch über einen Bringdienst habe ich noch nix bestellt, deswegen jann ich darüber nicht urteilen. Ich komme gerne wieder und empfehle es jedem hier sich mit Freunden zu treffen und ein wirkliches gutes Ramen zu genießen.

Man sitzt nicht wirklich gemütlich und teilt sich auch ein Tisch mit fremden Leuten, damit der Laden voll wird. Das fand ich wirklich sehr befremdlich. Die Ramen und Bowls waren hübsch anzusehen und weckten die Vorfreude auf den ersten Bissen. Leider enttäuschte dieser sehr. Wer sein essen gern etwas kühler mag und wenig Würze liebt wird mit den Gerichten hier bestimmt viel Freude haben. Authentisch war das Essen leider nicht. Von japanischer Küche fehlte geschmacklich jede Spur. Wir gingen dann rein zum bezahlen und mir wurde schnell klar, dass auch unsere Speisen schnell in eine Mikrowelle gestellt wurden um diese mundwarm aufzubereiten bevor sie den Tisch erreichten. Für diesen Preis habe ich, naiver Weise, leider zu viel erwartet. Schade.

Meiner Familie hat das Ramen geschmeckt, aber die Special Bowl war für mich etwas ganz Besonderes, und ich werde sie immer in guter Erinnerung behalten. Das Schweinefleisch war fantastisch. Ich kann dieses Restaurant nur empfehlen, denn man bekommt dort wirklich gutes Essen zu einem guten Preis.

Völlig überbewertet Als Asiatin bin ich total enttäuscht. Ich verstehe nicht, warum Leute diesen Laden mögen. 1. Erstens ist der Tisch viel zu niedrig, was das Essen sehr unbequem macht. 2. Ich habe Teigtaschen bestellt, die nur einseitig gebraten waren, und das Öl schmeckte, als wäre es schon lange benutzt worden. 3. Die Suppe sollte wärmer sein. 4. Tonkotsu-Ramen-Suppe sollte reichhaltig und cremig sein, aber die Suppe hier war wie trübes Wasser! Sie ist keine 15,50 € wert. Wenn ihr euer Geld verschwenden und euch den Appetit verderben wollt, dann geht hierher.

Leckeres Essen, Preise angemessen und die Bedienung ist wirklich nett. Die Atmosphäre und Einrichtung ist auch wirklich gut!

Sehr lecker und immer wieder ein Muss

Das Essen war wirklich unterirdisch schlecht und war meiner Meinung nach auch schon etwas drüber. Die Bedienung sind nett und der Laden könnte mal einen Frühjahrsputz vertragen. Alles in allem-da hat Dresden bessere Läden zu bieten.

Meiner Freundin gefällt es, also muss dieser Laden ausgezeichnet sein. Besonders die Getränke, der Tee und das andere joghurtähnliche Getränk waren ein großes Plus.

Geschmacklos, das Schweinebauchfleisch in der Schüssel war von sehr schlechter Qualität. Das Fleisch war faserig und trocken. Im Supermarkt bekomme ich bessere Gyoza.

Wir waren heute dort zu Mittag essen und es ist total empfehlenswert... Der Service war sehr nett und aufmerksam... Das Essen war mega mega lecker und reichlich... Die Limonade war natürlich das Highlight... Wahnsinn sehr zu empfehlen dort...

Obwohl das Essen richtig gut war und Mega lecker war, und die Atmosphäre war auch Top. Aber die Bedienung war überhaupt nicht zuvorkommend, sie waren eher damit beschäftigt und interessiert die Take-Away Bestellungen zu machen und man musste auf sie zu kommen. Sie kamen kein einziges mal zurück um zu Fragen wie uns das Essen schmeckt oder ob wir mehr zu Trinken wollen. Und als meine Freundin Cola nachbestellen wollte waren sie auch extrem unhöflich und als ich nach der Toilette fragte wurde mir eine Hand im Gesicht rum gewedelt. Dazu kommt noch das diverse extra Kosten auf dem Netto Preis dazu kamen. Wir haben kein Trinkgeld gegeben, da wir mit dem Service echt unzufrieden waren. Dem desto trotz muss ich sagen das Essen war erste Klasse und ich würde auch wieder kommen.

Leute, das ist ein super Fund! Wir haben zwei Portionen Tantan bestellt, eine normale und eine vegetarische. Hervorragende Nudeln! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

I don't understand the numerous positive reviews at all. The price/performance ratio is completely out of whack, the staff were quite unmotivated, the food was too cold, and the cleanliness of the restrooms was at least questionable. There are countless other noodle bars—you're better off going there.

The menu has a vegan and vegetarian section. There are a few options below. When I asked if everything is really vegan, it became clear that the difference between vegan and vegetarian isn't known and that the products contain eggs and similar ingredients. Apparently, there aren't any vegan dishes. So don't rely on the information on the menu :( These days, vegan food should be the norm, especially when it's labeled as such. It's a shame, because I heard it's supposed to be very delicious there.

If you want vegetarian ramen, this is the place for you, but if you've been there more than three times, like me, you'll be familiar with each of the three veggie ramen options. Nevertheless, I'll still shovel in the veggie miso ramen a fourth or fifth time.

This used to be one of my favorite ramen spots, especially for their Veggie Tantan Miso Ramen. It used to be rich, flavorful, and something I’d happily come back for. Unfortunately, the quality has dropped drastically. The broth feels flat, the flavors lack depth, and the whole dish tastes like a shadow of what it once was. What makes it worse is the price—€14 for something that feels like “few cents” worth of quality is hard to justify. It’s sad to see a place I loved lose its magic. I truly hope they bring back the old standard.

Tasteless. That's the main thing. Neither the ramen nor the tuna bowl were tasty. If you're thinking of eating here, choose another place.

Super delicious food in a charming street, so be sure to sit outside and people-watch. The service is fast, and the food is delicious. It's also fun to try a Japanese-style poke bowl with tuna. Highly recommended!

You can actually eat fatty, stewed meat in Germany! That alone deserves a full score. It's understandable that Germans don't like it.

Best Tantan Ramen ever! Was missing the "Wow" factor with Shoyu Ramen but the flavour profile was good. Expected to be served a lot warmer

A shop that serves Japanese-style ramen. The price is normal for Germany, and I asked for extra char siu as I do when ordering in Japan, but since the normal ramen has the same amount of char siu noodles as Japanese char siu noodles, I ended up with too much meat. Thoughts on the miso ramen ・The bok choy is the same size as it looks, and it's hard to eat in one bite, but since it's ramen, you can't cut it and eat it, so you're forced to choose between chewing it or eating it in one bite. ・The taste of the char siu is surprisingly good. The taste of the meat and the seasoning as char siu are just right. It's the orthodox type that is popular in Japan. ・I don't remember much about green onions. That means it's something that is normally accepted. ・Flavored egg. Average for Japanese ramen. ・Nori. Nori. ・Don't expect much from the noodles. They're either thin or medium thick, but unfortunately they were overcooked and had a soggy texture. I'll just accept that this is how it is. ・Soup. Miso flavor. But it's definitely lacking in umami. It's all about the broth. Even though the miso flavor is comforting, it's hard to deny that it's not satisfying. Overall, the effort to be Japanese is great, but in the end it seems to be made to suit Germany, so if Japanese people eat it expecting it to be the same as Japanese ramen, they will be dissatisfied, but if you consider that it is being served in Germany as Japanese style, it is good ramen. Japanese people who are staying for a short time can eat it when they get back to Japan. Unfortunately, the service is disappointing for a German restaurant. It is unfriendly. Of course, I wasn't asked for a tip, so I can accept that, but the dim interior and unfriendly service make for a bad atmosphere. By the way, there are posters of ramen shops here and there inside the restaurant, but I think they are probably just unrelated and part of the restaurant's interior.

I'm usually satisfied, but today I had a small complaint about my food, which immediately resulted in me being yelled at. Now I have to write my first restaurant review. I left because I don't have to put up with that.

The food is excellent, the place is authentic, the reason to visit is to have a really good meal.

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the tonkotsu ramen. The broth wasn't strong and looked like it had been mixed with milk/cream to make it creamy. However, the result was rather watery. The meat tasted good, but that one large piece reminded me of a Vietnamese meat dish. You couldn't go wrong with the frozen gyoza and edamame.

A small but traditional ramen restaurant in the New Town. They also serve other dishes. The portions and prices are very good.

I had shoyu ramen – light but incredibly flavorful. Highly recommended!

Three of us wanted to eat at this restaurant on a beautiful Friday afternoon. My 75-year-old mother and I were supposed to eat at a table that only had bar stools without any footrests. After a table became available, a very unfriendly waitress told us we weren't allowed to sit there because it was a table for four. The second time we tried, we were sat outside where the staff ignored us. If you call that service, it's very sad. I hope they make improvements because it's the sound that makes the music.

The intense pole bowl is what you can expect. The frame is also super fat.

I don't recommend it. My expectations were high because I was told it was the best ramen in DD. Unfortunately, it was overpriced and had barely any flavor... The meat was a bit too raw, and the service was not at all professional (we weren't asked if everything was tasty, and we got different drinks than we ordered... even though the place was almost empty that day). I'm sadly disappointed.

There are 3 vegan ramen that are perfectly okay but also not the best ramen ever. If you're looking for ramen and haven't been here before, it's definitely worth a visit.
