We ordered a miso ramen and a bowl with chicken and pork - both were very tasty!!! One of the best I’ve eaten.

The food was good, nothing extremely extraordinary, but solid. However the service and the whole experience was really bad. We wanted to sit outside, they had 2 big free tables, but they told us we cannot sit there. The entire time we were seated inside the 2 tables didn’t fill up. They we couldn’t pay by a card (no post that would specify upfront or any notification from the staff).

Both had food poisoning after the shoyu and vegetarian tantan. Will not eat here again

Very tasty food, with a manageable menu, great price and quality. The drink that was also very tasty was a homemade lemonade with ginger and lemon. All in all a great restaurant and highly recommended.

A nice little shop with a Japanese atmosphere. The food was okay overall - the ramen wasn't particularly good or bad, and the food was served quickly. However, my starter, sweet pork belly, was very tasty. Unfortunately the staff wasn't particularly welcoming; Neither the waitress nor the kitchen staff greeted us or said goodbye, which I found extremely strange. In addition, the staff - three to four people - sat at the table directly behind us and talked loudly in Vietnamese. I've never experienced anything like this. General hygiene standards were also not met. Therefore I cannot recommend this restaurant.

We had a “TONKOTSU” curry and a “TONKOTSU” ramen The curry was very fresh, European in taste, crunchy in the bite and very well portioned. The ramen was very mild, the pork was a dream in terms of taste and consistency. The noodles disappointed me a bit, I would have liked a certain selection (udon etc.) For me it would have been great if it were served super piping hot. The soup was still well tempered. Overall very good quality, very quick service.

Tasty, but a bit low if I hadn't eaten anything beforehand

Very tasty restaurant with friendly service. We had a vegetarian bowl. At first glance the portions didn't look huge but after eating we were very full. The bowl had a very balanced taste and was perfect for a warm day! The tofu was super juicy and flavorful. To drink we had a chilled green tea and I think a lemonade with honey. The lemonade was very honey-me and a nice change, I found it very tasty. The green tea was totally refreshing and keeps a real chilled tea. It was nice that this one wasn't too sweet! The other guests also thought the ramen was absolutely delicious! The service was delicious and there were a few places to sit outside. There were a few vegan and vegetarian dishes.

After sitting at the table for a quarter of an hour and no one noticed me - no hello, no card - I left again.

This small shop in Dresden Neustadt serves delicious ramen and bolws. The homemade lemonade with ginger and honey is a real highlight. We recommend.

Unfortunately I made the mistake of not ordering the eponymous ramen but a rice bowl. No rice bowl like you would expect from a Japanese restaurant (simply incoherent ingredients) and the tuna steak was too dry and no longer edible. Too bad about the fish

Anscheinend hat der Besitzer oder Betreiber gewechselt, die Öffnungszeiten sind verkürzt und es wird mehr Reis in die Bowls getan und dafür weniger Beilagen als früher, das ist sehr schade. Das essen ist trotzdem noch sehr gut, aber leider nicht mehr exzellent. Trotzdem sehr empfehlenswert! Das Restaurant in der Neustadt ist, aus welchem Grund auch immer, zudem besser als das auf der Prager Straße. Guten Appetit!

Super tasty ramen, huge portion for a good price, and the toppings were all included in the price! We each had a starter (fried gyoza and kakuni), which were super large and delicious, as well as our own portion of ramen and a drink and still only paid just over €20 per person. If you don't take a starter, it'll cost you maybe €16 per person with a drink and the portion is big enough to definitely fill you up! The furnishings are also super beautiful and loving, you feel like you've been transported to Japan. All in all, probably the best ramen I've tried in Germany so far

Quite tasty, but unfortunately the noodles here aren't authentic either (i.e. that typical somewhat al dente, "chewy" consistency, but I haven't found that anywhere yet)

Super cozy and familiar little Ramen restaurant in authentic Japanese atmosphere and taste. Very good for average restaurant price. You love umami? Then you will get addicted to this! It's the best Ramen I have eaten in my life in restaurants. Tipps: - come early if you want a place. It is the secret tip in the heart of the city and they do not have much room. Especially weekends in the summer. Better go 17:00 - 18:00 - I found the best umami tasting things are the eggs they put on the ramen. So my favourite is not on the menu but I eat it every time I am here and the cute Thai waitress always remembers it: Shoyu Ramen (the one on the left side of the menu) without any meat but rather lots of extra eggs. You should try that! Show them the picture I attached and say hi from me ;D - try the plum wine with it (Umeshu) - you have the young scene life outside. Fuel up with a good ramen and then see the bars and dance clubs or chill in the park

Delicious ramen in a very nice atmosphere

What I ordered: Tonkotsu Ramen My criticisms Toppings - 7/10 Very rounded and they have a variety of toppings. Chashu was well braised and flavour was balanced and soft. Ajitama yolk had a nice consistency. Broth - 4/10 Lacks thickness, needs more natural gelatin, noticed froth from emulsion blender. Flavour is not full, does not have the heavy punch of flavour required for a tonkotsu. Tare lacks natural flavour. Noodles - 1/10 Cut too short, could not pick up sufficient broth with one bite of the noodles. Needs more snap to the bite of the noodles.

I feel like I'm in a Japanese ramen house here. Or at least the way I imagine it there. The food is really tasty and the service is friendly. The price is still reasonable (not ramen), but it shouldn't be more expensive.

Very tasty ramen. I was told by vacationers who had just returned from Japan that it was very authentic considering we were in Europe. But now to my personal impression: I like ramen here the best so far. I think the atmosphere is great and the service is friendly and accommodating. A very short-term reservation was also possible for me. The store is often well stocked and rightly so.

Here I first have to say that I was in Tokyo last year and now compare it to a real typical ramen shop in Tokyo. A really small local. With somewhat cheap and run-down furnishings. But typical Japanese restaurant on a side street. The food was typical in these restaurants, even down to the seaweed leaf, which I didn't like in Japan. (purely a subjective matter of taste) I was pleased that there was actually typical Calpis (Capico) here. I was so sad that it was really difficult to buy in Germany. It's here. EXCELLENT. It is eaten with chopsticks and spoons. (such a fat wooden spoon) But if necessary, there is also a fork. The only thing that dampens the impression of being in a Japanese restaurant is. They speak Chinese and not Japanese. But honestly, we Europeans don't really notice that. So if you always want to eat like in Japan, you should come here.

Gyōzas were very tasty Ramen was 7/10, acceptably good, although a little expensive. The chicken bowl unfortunately wasn't good. The mushrooms had a very bad taste and smell, which affected the whole dish. I don't know if it's a regional cuisine thing, but I doubt it. In addition, bring cash; card payment is not accepted. Otherwise, the service was good. Generally I wouldn't recommend though.

The food was very tasty and had a good taste in terms of broth and side dishes. However, in my personal opinion, the noodles were not what I wanted, but it is just my personal impression and opinion that there is still room for improvement. But that would be complaining at a high level. The hustle and bustle of the seats outside didn't add much to the experience, which is why I'll visit the restaurant again in peace and quiet to perhaps improve the current initial rating. The restaurant is definitely worth recommending and I look forward to my next visit as a guest. I would like to thank the friendly service and the kitchen.

Small ramen restaurant in Dresden's "Schanzenviertel" with an open kitchen. Functional, furnished bordering on uncomfortable, service was okay (it had something of a check-in quality to it). Soup was good, but the noodles seemed to be instant noodles. Belly meat with a soft rind and a thick layer of fat underneath, may not be to everyone's taste. Clearly not designed for long stays, but for high throughput.

Ramen is always delicious and especially the lunch special is very worth the price.

Good ramen as always but the place isn‘t so spacious.

The first thing I noticed was that none of the chefs or staff were Japanese. Of course, this is not an absolute prerequisite for cooking good Japanese food, but since everything in this restaurant screams "authentic", it simply caught my eye. I had the Kakuni and a Tantan Ramen. The soup was ok but not great, the noodles were overcooked. All in all a very average experience.

A very popular place, and with good reason. The food is excellent! The staff on the other hand, are respectful, but not friendly. Would go again because of the food.

Als es im Februar kalt und grau war haben meine Freundin und ich das Ramen 1974 auf der Prager Straße besucht. Bei dem Herbstwetter sind die Ramen dort ideal um wieder Wärme zu bekommen. Soweit es sich beurteilen lässt war es überall sauber. Die Einrichtung hat Japan-Klischees, aber warum nicht? Schön ist es. Das Essen (beide Vegetarier) hat gut geschmeckt und war angemessen reichlich für den Preis.

Super tasty ramen soup on different bases, curry and bowl. The cucumber sticks with sesame sauce and gyoza are highly recommended. Also try the homemade lemonade with ginger and honey! You sit on small benches just like in an Asian street food cafe.

It's almost painful to write this because we've eaten there several times and everything was great (hence more than 1 star), but today we decided to order through Wolt at the Alaunstrasse location. We could understand that the delivery time was delayed because we already thought that there would be a lot going on on Valentine's Day. The delivery person arrived about 40 minutes late, but brought the wrong order and said he would come back. All well and good, can happen. After more than an hour in which nothing happened, we called the restaurant again to ask and I don't know whether the lady on the phone didn't understand me correctly, but she kept repeating that we didn't have any current orders and we would certainly have ordered at the other location on Prager Str. (the app clearly said Alaunstrasse and the driver was also at the location during the original shipment tracking) and in itself it's really not a bad thing, everyone makes mistakes sometimes, but during I tried to calmly explain the problem to her again and then just hang up with the statement "there's a lot going on, I don't have time for that", which I really think is more than audacious. At least we learned from it and are really disappointed. At least Wolt Support took care of it nicely in the end.

We went here on a snowy day very spontaneously and we WERE NOT DISAPPOINTED. The ramen was so good , we also got ginger tea! Very huge portions for the price. And a very cute ambience. Food for the soul. We were aksed to pay with cash so that was a bit of a downer but that didn't marr our wonderful experience! I would highly recommend!!

Das Lokal ist hübsch dekoriert und macht einen guten Eindruck. Die Ramen-Suppe ist dafür aber völlig daneben. Alle Ramen sind seltsamerweise auf Basis der Hühnerbrühe, das ist gar nicht typisch. Geschmacklich war das auch ganz fern vor der echten Ramen-Suppe, die Brühe war geschmacklos und gar nicht kräftig. Der hohe Preis ist somit nicht gerechtfertigt.

La comida espectacular.. la calle estaba sola y habían muchos restaurantes asiáticos seguidos.. pero el destino nos dijo entren aquí y fue espectacular...mi mamá estaba un poco chocada con el mobiliario... pero...- piensa que estas en un pueblito japonés.. y se le pasó, lo disfruto mucho.. los platos costaban cerca de 10-12€ para arriba., ellos pidieron Ramen y yo un Bowl de atun caramelizado... .. para el día frío nos cayó super. Fueron muy amables.

Toller Imbiss mit sehr leckerem Essen. Service aufmerksam und freundlich, Preise sind vollkommen in Ordnung. Lediglich wird es ganz schön warm zur Stoßzeiten, eine Klimaanlage wäre toll.

Ein unfassbar tolles Restaurant! Wenige Gerichte dafür aber alle sehr sehr lecker! Wir werden das Restaurant vermissen,da unser Urlaub bald zu Ende ist. Die Mitarbeiter höflich, für manche vielleicht zu reserviert aber uns stört es nicht. Der Service ist Klasse!

Ich habe hier über Lieferando bestellt. 2 Stunden später habe ich immer noch kein Essen bekommen, obwohl nur 45min Lieferzeit in der App gestanden hat. Die angegebene Zeit erhöhte sich nach jedem Update. Irgendwann hatte ich keine Geduld mehr. Nach einem Anruf vor Ort hat die desinteressierte Mitarbeiterin nur gemeint das Problem liege an Lieferando. Ich werde hier nicht mehr bestellen!

Schöner gemütlicher Laden. Leider haben die veggie ramen nach nichts geschmeckt die Brühe war geschmacklos sehr schade wenn man überlegt wie gut eine veggie Brühe sein kann wenn man sie mit vielen frischen Gemüse u Gewürzen über Stunden kocht aber für 11€ kann man vielleicht nicht so viel erwarten. Ich würde nicht nochmal kommen.

Das Essen ist tatsächlich ganz lecker 😋 Die leichte gelangweilte Bedienung ist nicht schön, aber auch nicht schlimm. Dafür ist der Laden sehr schön eingerichtet.

In diesem Restaurant isst man nicht nur japanisch, sondern man fühlt sich auch, als wäre man direkt im Land der aufgehenden Sonne. Die Auswahl der Speisen ist zwar eher übersichtlich, aber hier findet jeder was zum Essen, da man einige Zutaten problemlos variieren kann. So kommen von Veganer bis Fleischliebhaber alle auf ihre Kosten. Absolute Empfehlung sind die namensgebenden Ramen Suppen. Wem das noch nicht reicht, kann mittels Vor- und Nachspeise weitere Eindrücke der japanischen Küche sammeln. Das Highlight, neben dem absolut leckeren Essen, ist das Ambiente. Man fühlt sich wie in einer gemütlichen kleinen Gasse mitten in einer japanischen Stadt. Zudem ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis absolut in Ordnung und ich bin bei meinen bisherigen Besuchen immer sehr zufrieden gewesen, eine absolute Empfehlung!

Don‘t Go here if you want to have a fix reservation. I reserved a table for 4 in advance. When we showed up perfectly on time, we were told to wait 5-10 minutes. Yet, there were waiting another 5-10 people before us. Not a good service and costumer policy. Cannot rate the food.

Tonkotsu Ramen und Kimchi extrem lecker. Im Mittagsmenü unschlagbares Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Ambiente und Service auch sehr nett.

Sehr leckeres Essen zu einem guten Preis. Die Bestellung wurde schnell aufgenommen und dann auch gebracht. Einziges Manko, die Lüftung der Küche ist so laut das sie störend wirkte. Trotzdem eine sehr gute Empfehlung für jedem der unter japanischen Essen nicht nur Sushi versteht.

Waren heute mal im Rahmen 1974 in der Neustadt. Ansprüche waren vom letzten Besuch noch recht hoch, allerdings wurden wir leicht enttäuscht. Wie die Bewertungssterne sagen, war das Essen wie immer sehr gut würde ich auch 6/5 Sterne geben wenn möglich. Ambiente war auch top nur das klo war bissel dreckig, aber das ging noch. Aber... Der Service... uff was war das? Ich bin mir sicher es sind nicht alle so, aber diese eine der da für uns zuständig war ging gar nicht. Wir sind rein und er kam direkt an und fragte nach essen. Wir sagten das wir was trinken wollen und später bestellen. Er brachte die erste Bestellung nach knapp 20min (es war kaum was los) 1x sake ein Bier und 1 wein... wärend der 20min fragte er bst. 5x ob wir essen wollen. Was soll das? Nachdem wir dann unsere erste Runde Getränke bekamen bestellten wir zeitnah eine Vorspeise und nochmal sake. Die Vorspeise kam, aber 15min später bin ich dann vor und fragte ob der bestellte sake noch kommt... mürrisch knallte uns der mitarbeiter den sake auf den Tisch und ging... Nach der Vorspeise wollten wir gerne den hauptgang bestellen, aber jeglicher versuch der Kommunikation war nicht möglich... er schaute mich zwar an aber ging stur vorbei. Ich wäre bei ihm definitiv nicht mehr dran gekommen. Das alles kann man noch abtun unter "ich hab jetzt kein Bock mehr auf euch", aber der Hit kommt noch. Ich war mit meinem Gericht soweit fertig das ich es mir einpacken lassen wollte was er auch tat, als er zurück kam mit dem eingepackt knallte er es auf den Tisch und griff an die Schüssel meiner Freundin und zog dran und meinte so " sie auch schon fertig" zu dem Zeitpunkt hatte sie grade die Stäbchen voll und die Schüssel auch... Was für ein "verhalten" von ihm. Wir bremsten ihn aus und sagten " nein noch nicht , das essen wir noch" er ließ los und ging kommentarlos. Wir schauten uns an und waren entsetzt. Also wie oben bereits erwähnt bin ich mir sicher , dass da definitiv nicht alle so sind , aber der hat den Vogel heute abgeschossen. Ende vom lied: wir gehen dennoch gerne wieder hin , da dass essen einfach super ist und wir uns das wegen so einem Mitarbeiter nicht versauen lassen...
