RAMEN ann in Kiel

Our top 3 ramen and Shio broth we tried in Germany 🤗. As many say here, it is more oily than you would usually get, but I find it yummy and authentic. The noodles and broth were rich in flavor, nicely cooked chachu and the egg was loved by my husband. ❤️

RAMEN ann is our absolute favorite restaurant! The staff (from the waitress to the chefs) are very friendly, the operators are in the shop regularly and the boss is not above helping in the kitchen. That's very nice. 😊 The restaurant is quite small, but very cozy and stylishly furnished. We were in Japan last year and always feel transported back to Japan at RAMEN. We had difficulty finding ramen there that was at least as tasty. The food is always more than fantastic, we really (!) enjoy coming to RAMEN because the entire experience and especially the quality of the food are great. You can literally taste the love that goes into the dishes. Unfortunately, the truffle ramen is only seasonal, but it's out of this world! Otherwise, the Shoyu Ramen special combo is an absolute recommendation! Thank you for doing such a wonderful job. We hope that RAMEN will be around for a very long time (preferably forever 😉). Small, fine shop. World class fresh ramen with various pimp options. Price/performance absolutely justified. Despite the small size, not noisy and nice staff. We'll definitely be back.

We liked the food, the portions are large. Unfortunately, at peak times we had to wait a little longer than all the other guests. The service was helpful and very friendly. We found the prices of the food to be reasonable, but the drinks were comparatively expensive (€7.50 for 0.7l of mineral water). Overall, we had a lovely evening and were impressed by the quality of the food.

The food is great! The menu has different ramen variants and also a few other dishes. Everything is explained and the service will help if you have any questions. We got a seat without a reservation, even though the restaurant was busy. A lovely evening and we'll be back. There are plenty of parking spaces and bus stops nearby.

We were all thrilled. The menu was a bit confusing at first, but the very friendly waitress explained everything to us. The food was very tasty! Best ramen! We'll be back! Reservation is recommended.

very nice place, relaxed atmosphere, kind staff, wait is not too long. it's pretty expensive, so we have gone maybe 3 times in around 2 years. but during that time, the food has been consistently delicious. every visit is a pleasure, my favorite restaurant in the city :-)

Since my partner has a gluten allergy, we specifically chose the store because they offer gluten-free pasta. Despite explicitly ordering, we still received pasta containing gluten! Thanks for stomach problems and an evening/anniversary that was over. Service answer: Bad luck! We've been closed in the kitchen for 30 seconds!!! Never again. We advise anyone who has allergies or needs to adhere to them not to eat here. Ann was more than that today, the last time for us. Service is equally inattentive. No asking if it tastes good, if you want anything else, etc. For the price-performance level and what Ramen Ann wants to stand for, this was a straight 6! Price: without the ramen, two small starters, a beer and a small glass of wine 30€!! Plus the ramen would be €70 and then you can expect something.

Extremely delicious, a real taste explosion. I have rarely experienced such an intense taste. The vegan options are a big plus. Reservation is a must.

If you like ramen you will love Ramen Ann! The tradition surrounding ramen is lived here! A small restaurant, not many tables. But very, very comfortable and also very nice service. The ramen can be ordered in many different variations and tastes very good! The Yuzo spritzer and the mochi ice cream are also highly recommended. However, the store is not cheap at all. The two of us paid just under €100.

We've been coming here for years and it's always incredibly tasty. The service is friendly and accommodating. After visiting this Japan, all I can say is that despite the distance, it rivals and often surpasses the local ramen. If you are looking for authentic and lovingly prepared ramen in Kiel, you have come to the right place! All that remains for me to say is: ご馳走様でした. とってもおいしい! We'll definitely be back :)

Unfortunately we cannot share all of these positive reviews. If you know and love “real” ramen, you won’t find it here. The basic miso soup was very tasteless & not nearly as spicy as you normally get from ramen. The noodles were also more reminiscent of egg noodles, or the instant noodles you get out of a bag. In addition, the soup was just extremely oily. The teriyaki meat was very flabby and unfortunately didn't have the consistency you expect from meat. No extra spices or sauces for seasoning on the tables. The side dishes that you could order with it were poor. Very disappointing. The service was very friendly.

It was great, it took half an hour to get there but it was REALLY worth it. Service also supper nice.

My absolute number one in Kiel when I want to enjoy delicious ramen. The service is extremely attentive and super fast and the dishes are simply a poem. There is also an offer for vegans. The restaurant is often very full - I would always recommend making a reservation and you can easily do so online.

Extremely authentic Japanese restaurant - the ramen tastes like ramen should taste. The beautiful Japanese ambience and atmosphere play their part.

Ramen restaurant. There is still not enough in Kiel to meet the demand. Reservation essential. The Tonkatsu Ramen was very delicious, full-bodied and creamy as it should be. The pork belly was top notch, the other ingredients were also first class. Nice atmosphere and you can look into the kitchen. Excellent!! Friendly staff!

The best ramen I've ever eaten. The prices are quite high, but the quality of the food definitely justifies it. The employees were super nice and quick. We'll definitely be back!

The food was somehow tasty but there were 2 small slices of the tofu. The broth was nothing special. When I picked it up I had to pay an extra €8 and I still can't figure out why.

We tried ramen for the first time. It was delicious. Personally, I would leave out the seaweed in the future and the dessert wasn't for me. The original limos were very good.

Eating bangers, perfect for ramen lovers

I enjoy eating here, my brother especially likes it here. Comparable to other restaurants that also offer ramen, this is definitely one of the best. It's just a shame there's no takoyaki. Otherwise the gyoza are pretty good, as is my personal favorite the ajitama (soft egg).

I ate there with my husband because I was very enthusiastic about the small but really cozy and authentic restaurant on my first visit. Since I eat vegetarian, I'm really happy that every dish is also vegetarian or even vegan. The selection is small and compact and you really feel very full. The ramen tastes absolutely delicious and there is also room for a mochi ice cream or a really delicious daifuku. The service is very attentive and friendly. We took 2 bowls to eat at home, as there is also a small corner for accessories to buy. We would love to come and will definitely be back! :)

I've been eating here 4 to 5 times a year for years. But last week I was a little disappointed. The price-performance ratio has changed noticeably and 2/3 orders were not 100% correct.

Ate very good ramen soups. Very attentive service that kept an eye on all the tables. A bit expensive compared to other cities where he has eaten at ramen restaurants in the last 4 months (around +3€).

The restaurant was recommended to Wärmsteins, but unfortunately it was quite disappointing. Somehow our table was neglected by the service. Tables that came after us were served immediately, the food was taken and drinks were provided straight afterwards. Our starters came without cutlery underdog The main course was brought without being cleared away beforehand. The starters were tasty, the fried ones were a bit too dry, but presented relatively simply and carelessly. The main courses looked appealing, but because we were looking forward to an intense broth, we were very disappointed because it didn't taste very intense and strong, but rather bland and weakly seasoned. The meat was nice and juicy, but since it was Once it comes to the broth, it wasn't satisfactory overall. And since it's not really cheap, the price/performance ratio was unfortunately not good. All in all a new culinary experience, but the first visit will also be the last.

It was my first ramen and I thought it was absolutely great! The service was very friendly, the Kabos spritzer was very tasty! The special combination of Shoyu Ramen was really tasty, and there was Ajitama as a topping! I've definitely developed a taste for ramen and will try ramen when I'm back home!

Food was great, ramen and gyoza super tasty and authentic. Great wine at a fair price. We had a reservation from 8 to 10, but we were told at 9:30 that the kitchen was closed and that we couldn't order dessert/mochis. Very disappointing. Then at 9:50 we were reminded that the restaurant was about to close and that we should pay. I know that eating out late is not part of the northern German culture but it gives the impression to be pushed out, which is unpleasant. Pity!

Really nice restaurant with a great ambience, you would be greeted in a friendly manner and the food was really great. I can only recommend if you want to try something different than the usual... We'll be happy to come back.!!

Good but really too expensive... The €4 for take-away disposable tableware is ridiculous... It's of such poor quality that you can't use it anymore anyway.

Really delicious food! I recommend reserving a table, especially on Fridays/weekends. The food came super quickly, but you had to wait longer for the drinks to be refilled. I am very satisfied and recommend the store and will definitely come again! Card payment is possible here.

It's expensive yes but you can taste the quality and you can watch the ramen artists at their craft 😍 One of the most authentic ramen shops here in Germany There are lots of toppings with it and Rayu and Mayu oil 🥰 Nice Important: Nothing works here without a reservation 🥲

Die Ramen sind köstlich. Wer Authentische Ramen essen möchte ist hier richtig. Die Portionen sind wirklich sehr groß.

Das Essen war gut, allerdings durchaus hoch bepreist. Wir haben einigen Zeit auf die Bedienung warten müssen, sehr cool ist jedoch, dass man die Küche gut im Blick hat und so die Zusammenstellung seiner Bestellung beobachten kann. Ambiente war etwas laut und eng.

Das beste Ramen Angebot im Norden. Wer hätte gedacht das dieses in Kiel zu finden ist. Ein super Schönes Ambiente und wirklich netter Service. Hunde sind ebenfalls willkommen. Wir freuen uns jedes Mal auf das Essen. Eine sehr große auswahl an möglichen Basen und Upgrades für Sein individuelles Ramen. Ich bin jedesmal begeistert auch von den sessionalen Spezials. Sehr zu empfehlen ist es vorher zu reservieren. Meist gibt es hier die Zeit 16, 18, und 20.

Classic Ramen but without eggs. The soup tastes great! The noodle is the instant noodle and tastes very common. Not worth the price.

Durch Zufall entdeckt ........ Dann nen Tisch Reserviert weil der Laden sehr gut besucht aussah . Und war wirklich mega lecker :) Auch sehr aufmerksames Personal grade wenn man so wir wir mit 2 Kleinkindern dort waren .

Einziger Nachteil sind die höheren Preise, ansonsten alles top. Bin dort regelmäßig, nicht oft, des Geldes wegen aber regelmäßig, weil das Essen der Hammer ist.

Zuerst einmal die positiven Aspekte: + die Mitarbeiter waren super freundlich + das Essen kam schnell + die Portionen sind groß genug + das Fleisch (Cashu) war schön zart + das Tempura Gemüse sehr lecker und besonders zu den negativen Punkten: - beide Brühen (wir hatten u.a Tokio Ramen) waren sehr sehr salzig, ich trinke bei Nudelsuppen sonst immer die Brühe mit aus aber hier musste ich das Meiste stehen lassen - die Toppings die "kostenlos" mit im jeweiligen Gericht enthalten sind, sind sehr spärlich (zwei Blätter Pak choi, ein Naruto Streifen, zwei Stückchen Bambus und drei Stücke Fleisch), für jedes Extra muss man draufzahlen, was schnell viel wird wenn man mehr als 1-2 Toppings dazu nimmt - die Getränke wie die Yuzu Schorle gibt es nur in super kleinen Mengen : 0,2 l ? Alles in allem ist es mal in Ordnung aber nichts wo wir regelmäßig hingehen werden, dafür ist es für das was es ist leider etwas zu teuer und leider für meinen Geschmack auch zu salzig.

Super leckere Ramen. Dazu die die Yuzu-Schorle und als Nachtisch Mochi-Eis. Ein gelungenes Essen. Es war nicht das letzte mal das wir hier waren. Wichtig: Rechtzeitige Reservierung empfohlen und die Parkplatzsuche kann etwas länger dauern.

Sehr leckerer Ramen auch wenn mir persönlich der Ramen der Saison nicht zugesagt hatte. Mein Favorit ist der "shujo"(?!) ramen dazu ein guter Sake und der Abend ist perfekt:)

Sehr gutes Restaurant. Vorspeise, Hauptgericht und Nachspeise waren Top. Atmosphäre ist auch sehr angenehm. Service lässt auch nicht's zum Beanstandenden offen. Reservierung vorher ist zu empfehlen.

Sehr freundliche und schnelle Bedienung und das Essen war unfassbar lecker. Zutaten sind fast alle direkt aus Japan und dafür ist der Preis absolut in Ordnung. Klare Empfehlung vor allem für ein schönes Date✌️

Das Ambiente ist dem Restaurant entsprechend asiatisch. Wir wurden freundlich von einer traditionell gekleideten Bedienung begrüßt und zu den reservierten Plätzen geführt. Gegessen habe ich frittierte Gyoza und Tokio Ramen. Beides hat gut geschmeckt, wobei die Brühe im Ramen deutlich salziger war, als ich es von anderen Tokio Ramen her gewöhnt bin. Das Restaurant war nicht überfüllt, man konnte sich angenehm unterhalten und wurde auch nicht von lauter Musik belästigt. Einzig die Getränkepreise sind doch recht heftig mit 3-5€ je 0,2 bis 0,25L. Schön eingerichtetes Etablissement mit Platz für ca. 30 Personen. Trotz eines Besuches am Mittwochabend war nur ein einziger Tisch nicht besetzt. Die Portionen wirkten auf den ersten Blick gar nicht so groß, entpuppten sich dann aber doch noch als Herausforderung. Meine Shuyo Ramen waren sehr gut und auch die japanischen Schorlen aus Citrusfrüchten waren wirklich lecker. Wir hatten beide beim Essen die scharfe Variante bestellt und es hat vom Schärfegrad her genau gepasst. Gestört hat uns, dass die Speisekarten nur über QR-Code auf dem Handy einsehbar waren.

Das beste Ramen, das ich bis jetzt gegessen habe. Die Suppe war unglaublich reichhaltig und köstlich, alle Zutaten waren frisch. Meine Schwestern hatten Miso Suppen mit Fleisch und waren begeistert davon wie zart das Fleisch gewesen ist. Die Portionen waren großzügig und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist ausgezeichnet. Die originalen japanischen Getränke, der freundliche und schnelle Service sowie die gemütliche Atmosphäre waren das Tüpfelchen auf dem i. Alles in allem kann ich dir einen Besuch auf jeden Fall empfehlen. :) Update 14.07.23: Immer noch alles ganz ausgezeichnet. Reservierungen können jetzt auch online gemacht werden. 😊

Haben heute "nur" außer Haus bestellt, Essen war super pünktlich fertig, haben es heiß nach Hause bekommen und haben es wirklich genossen. Wir werden gerne wieder hier bestellen oder einkehren.

Inzwischen gibt es scheinbar noch mehr Plätze in dem eh recht kleinen Restaurant und es wird versucht, den Raum möglichst gewinnorientiert zu nutzen. Leider fühlten wir uns da eher etwas „eingeengt“ und darüber hinaus ist es etwas schade, dass nun ausschließlich Ramen auf der Karte stehen. Sicher ist die Qualität gut, allerdings empfanden wir das gewählte Ramen eher gewöhnlich. Es ist halt eine Suppe mit Nudeln, die hier etwas aufgepäppelt wird.

We were surprised to find such a good ramen restaurant in Kiel. They surely have a Japanese tone in the decoration and Menu and everything tasted very good. It did indeed remind us of our trip in Tokyo. Prices are good, staff very nice. I recommend this place to every ramen lover!

Nach viel zu langer Pause endlich wieder hier. Und es war ein Genuss. Gyoza, Ramen und Bier. Alles sehr lecker zubereitet.

I´ve been many times to Ann Ramen and it is never disappointing. There are many Ramen variants to choose from. The broth is really tasty, as well as the noodles and extras you choose. My absolute favourite is the Teriyaki Chicken Miso Ramen. And don´t forget to order the Ajitama egg to it - it is a must! The fried gyoza they offer is also delicious! Service is quick and friendly. Don´t forget to make a reservation, as it might be crowded. They offer two slots you can book as for now: either 6 to 8 p.m. or 8 to 10 p.m.
