I am super happy with the ZAP! The staff are friendly and happy to help. The equipment is modern and always clean. The selection of courses is great – there is something for everyone! I feel comfortable here and motivated to do my best. Just a great place to train! Clear recommendation!

Wir haben hier gestern einen ganz tollen Kindergeburtstag gefeiert. Unsere Tochter hatte sehr viel Spaß , toller Service und nettes Personal.

Great location to play badminton. There are 8 fields and everything is neat and clean. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Fair and transparent pricing policy, simply great! Unfortunately, we experienced a completely different experience with the competition today.

Not recommended, not air conditioned in summer. Prices too high. No support from specialist staff, financed by cheap workers.

Nice service, the badminton hall is pretty cold, could have been a little warmer given the outside temperature of 7 degrees. Nets and fields are perfect. Some of the walls are decorated with advertising. Unsightly adhesive residue between the billboards indicates that advertising space has become available. The floor was clean. The restaurant looked very good and inviting. Good lighting, the filled plates that you could see as you walked past looked appetizing. The changing rooms and toilets were perfect. There are enough parking spaces and they are free.

Modern sports center and delicious restaurant. However, some of the staff could be friendlier, especially the waiter in the restaurant and the older dressed-up lady with red hair who likes to enforce her own rules that no one else knows or follows. Otherwise the staff is quite nice. Prices are quite expensive, they were raised again a few months ago.

Poor support (basically non-existent, except at the beginning when it comes to concluding the contract), the "trainers" just stand around at the counter, otherwise you don't get much from them, but extremely high prices and poor contract conditions. The interest in the members is zero. The 1 star is for the really beautiful rooms. But other, much cheaper studios can do that too.

Dear ZAP former Racketcenter team, I'm happy to be your customer, but I would like the saunas to be maintained. In the small racket center sauna upstairs, the large wooden backrest has been detached from the wall for several weeks or even months and is now just leaning against the wall. The wooden pillow also collapses into several pieces when you pick it up and the light in front of the sauna is also broken. Thank you very much!

I have been there only two times, that too with a long gap in between, but both times, I had a very good experience there. Both times, I used it to play Badminton. Apart from.very attractive rate, I also liked that one can do the booking per field per hour and any number of people can play. It also provides field for playing Tennis. There could be other game offerings too, which is not in my knowledge. It also has a shop for sports equipments, cloths and shoes. I've not bought anything but while glancing through, I noticed it has quite a good collection of items to sell. There is a lot of free parking slots available.

During my visit I noticed very unpleasant interactions with the employees... not recommended

Badminton gespielt, online vorher gebucht und lief alles reibungslos.

Sehr gute Betreuung durch die Trainer. Es ist immer jmd da, den man fragen kann. Allerdings könnte es etwas sauberer sein, unter jedem Gerät findet sich Schmutz.

Schwer mir ÖPNV zu erreichen, aber sehr sauber und man fühlt sich wie im Wellness center

Heute haben wir uns dort wieder für einen Ausfahrt mit unseren capris getroffen um nach Böhl Iggelheim zu fahren ein kleiner Geschmack im voraus

Meine Familie und Ich spielen dort sehr viel Tennis im RC. Stev, der unter anderem für die Orga zuständig ist, macht seinen Job großartig. Er ist immer hilfsbereit und verfügbar, wenn man ihn braucht. Besonders hervorzuheben sind Kristijan und Yonas als Tennistrainer. Die Jungs sind nicht nur vom Fach, sie sind außerdem immer gut gelaunt und menschlich absolut top! Ich habe durch die beiden sehr viel dazu lernen können. Ich empfehle das RC gerne weiter. Da fühlt man sich wohl!

Ein toller Ort für Badmington Indoor oder Squash. Es ist toll dort, die Plätze sind sauber, die Umkleiden auch. Das Personal ist auch freundlich und hilfsbereit, sollte man Regeln nicht kennen, bekommt man diese sogar erklärt. Ich kann diese Ort echt empfehlen. Randnotiz: Squashschläger kann man ausleihen, Bälle muss man Kaufen, Squashplatz nur zur vollen Stunde buchbar.

Tolles Sportzentrum, gute Sauna, gutes Restaurant mit schönem Ambiente.

Wenn man sich mal austoben will, ist man hier genau Richtig. Toller Service, alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und auch geduldig. Es macht Spaß immer wieder hier her zu kommen und eine Runde Badminton zu spielen...👍🏻

War heute zum brunchen dort und etwas enttäuscht, da die warmen Speisen kalt waren.

Tatsächlich, sehr wahrscheinlich das schönste Studio in Deutschland. An allen Ecken wird der Geist der DIN-Norm 33961 zelebriert. Selbst Mitglied seit 2008, darf daher ganz ruhig sagen, weiter so....

Gut geführt und gepflegt. Kampfsport, Fitness, Tennis, Badminton und Squash.man kann auch gut essen im Restaurant.
