The ambience or atmosphere is somewhat cave-like and dark. A couple of guests chatted meaningless things about other guests who were talking about Shakespeare, art... This couple obviously didn't have any thoughtful topics up their sleeves. something like that is disturbing. last but not least: the food tasted excellent.

Yesterday we were in this restaurant and when we used soy sauce it was a liquid, I don't know what it was but it wasn't soy sauce, very bad service apart from the fact that they laughed and didn't apologize, they gave me another sauce that wasn't it either, the worst thing is that I don't know what I ate, I'm very angry and sad because I thought this restaurant was good

Super delicious food, we eat here 2-3 times a month and it's always a pleasure. For us as vegans I can highly recommend Quan Cuoi, many dishes can be replaced with tofu. An extraordinary taste experience for us! Unfortunately, the only negative thing is that there are no free parking spaces nearby. You either have to walk a bit or park in the parking garage. Only cash payment possible.

The sushi is fantastic. The menu for four people also worked out perfectly from the crowd. The lemonades are very sweet, but recommended. But I would have liked an Asian beer on the menu. There was even a gift for a birthday child in our group, very nice! 😸

NO CARD - in 2024? Come on! I had to spend 5€ in order to get cash to pay an 80€ bill. They have a sign stating in German that the do not take card - perhaps put up a sign with a card and a Red Cross over it? Or better yet - take a credit card as payment!!! Whatever the cost of a card reader, just add the cost to the price of the food and drinks, rather than making the consumer walk away leaving tired kids waiting in the restaurant!

The Pho was quite average (comparing to very authentic-flavor Viet places in Europe). When asked for side sauces (since only lime was provided) I was given a mild paste. No hoisin/chili/fish sauce, which was quite disappointing and therefore didn’t improve the soup flavor. Meat was also overcooked and hard.

I'm absolutely thrilled. Went there for the first time today with friends. We will be back.

Excellent sushi and the lemonades. Rarely does a restaurant have such a delicious selection of drinks. We were also very enthusiastic about the sushi and the fried udon noodles. So the price was completely justified for us, we would happily do it again.

A small restaurant offering a choice of Asia cuisine from sushi to bowls. Quite small and tightly packed seated dining with a window view to the kitchen. The food is fresh and tasty. The service is a little slow when the restaurant is busy but the quality of food served makes up for the waiting. The prices are very reasonable for the quality served.

We've eaten there several times now, and today we had homemade drinks and ginger tea again and since there were four of us and couldn't agree on the sushi, there was an order for two people and then two more for one person each and then we were asked if it could all be served on one platter, since each of us wanted to try the others anyway, we agreed, this was then beautifully presented and to our surprise with a container of dry ice, which was then served at the table was poured over, so that the neighboring tables also looked over at us, but even without this show, the shushi was absolutely delicious and simply recommended, everything was fresh and the salmon and tuna were simply delicious

Very tasty food, small Lockal accordingly loud, but nice. We had to wait a little long for our drinks, but the Lockal was full to the last seat and the next guests were already lining up at the door 😄

I was there for the first time on the weekend and it tasted delicious. I had spring rolls as a starter and chicken in mango sauce with vegetables as my main course. Extremely delicious. The only thing I didn't like was the very narrowly spaced tables and with lots of people in a small space it was also very loud. Nevertheless, I will definitely come back because the delicious food is also very inexpensive!

The food here is phenomenal. We had the Gyoza Chicken, Summer Rolls (without shrimp), Avocado Maki, Special Peanut and a shrimp dish (#31). We really enjoyed everything and would love to come back and try more! The service was friendly, quick and very efficient. It was packed when we were there but everything worked smoothly. The ambience is also pleasant and the restaurant has a nice interior. Unfortunately it's a bit cramped and when all the tables are occupied it's a bit too loud to have a good conversation. But with the good food you only want that on the side anyway. Absolute recommendation!!

Super better small Vietnamese restaurant in the heart of Hildesheim. It was the first time and the Quan Cuoi is very nicely decorated so that you immediately feel at home. The food such as starters and house dishes were really delicious. The homemade lemonades were also good. So really highly recommended!

Gutes und frisches Essen, hat alles gepasst

Wir sind schon öfter hier gewesen und das Essen ist einfach super frisch und unglaublich lecker. ich schwärme für das Curry. Wir hatten Curry mit gebratenem Hähnchen, Bum Bo Nam Bo (Rindfleischgericht, siehe Fotos) Crunchy Rolls Teriyaki Style, Mini-Frühlingsrollen und zum Nachtisch gebackene Banane. Die Preise sind unschlagbar für dies riesigen Portionen bei den Hauptgerichten. Wir werden ganz sicher nicht zum letzten Mal hier gewesen sein!

Sind Abends zum essen gefahren ohne Reservierung. Der Service ist super, das bestellte Essen kam sehr schnell und das Ambiente ist liebevoll her gerichtet. Wir kommen gerne immer wieder.

Absolut empfehlenswert. Klein aber fein. Tolles Ambiente, Essen und speziell das Sushi waren frisch zubereitet und mega lecker. Die Bedienung war so lieb und freundlich. Das Essen wurde schnell und heiß serviert, sogar mit kleiner Show. Kaffee gab's aufs Haus. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt, sagen Danke und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Leckeres Essen, inzwischen auch quasi alles in Vegetarisch möglich. Netter, schneller Service. Klare Empfehlung! Meist ist es voll, daher auch die entsprechende Geräuschkulisse vorhanden. Es kann nur Bar gezahlt werden.

Einfach aber gemütlich eingeichtetes vietnamesisches Restaurant, bei dem die Gaumenfreuden Tänze aufführen können. Authentische Gerichte mit Liebe zuberetet ohne angedickte Soßen und viel frischem Gemüse. Auch der Sushi-Freund kommt hier auf seine Kosten. Leider bin ich keiner.

Wir haben hier sehr gut gegessen. Salat und Gemüse war sehr frisch und knackig und alle Speisen fein und natürlich gewürzt. Keine angedickten Soßen und daher sehr bekömmlich. Auch das Sushi war aus ganz frischen Zutaten!

Überdurchschnittlich empfehlenswert! Wir haben bereits x-Mal die Kunst der vietnamesischen Küche dort genießen dürfen (und es wird sicher noch öfter werden). Danke dem sehr freundlichen und höflichen Inhaber-Paar für die schönen leckeren Stunden. Es war bisher immer ein Geschmackserlebnis, egal welches Gericht. Tischbestellung ist mittlerweile nötig und funktioniert auch über WhatsApp gut.

Das Quan Cuoi ist ein leckerer Vietnamnese, die Tische stehen sehr eng, dadurch ist die Atmosphäre relativ laut (obwohl nicht alle Tische besetzt waren). Die Vorspeisen waren wirklich ausgezeichnet gut. Die Hauptspeise war uns persönlich zu salzig aber trotzdem lecker. Der Service ist leider unterbesetzt wodurch man auch mal mit längerer Wartezeit rechnen muss. Insgesamt ist das Essen trotzdem lecker, wenn man mit Wartezeit plant.

Wir waren schon mehrfach dort, das Essen war immer mega lecker, das Ambiente innen sehr schön, netter Service... Wir kommen wieder!

Sind immer sehr zufrieden. Essen ist frisch, lecker und geht ( meist ) immer zügig. Sonntag Abend kann es auch mal länger dauern, aber da ist überall viel los. Kommen immer wieder gerne :-)
