I always enjoy going here. Delicious food, fast service, and plenty of vegetarian options. Be sure to bring cash, though.

Delicious food, nice atmosphere.

Ate here for the first time today, but definitely not the last 😄 We had three appetizers: summer rolls, wontons, and yakitori skewers. Then we had the 21 Mango Sauce with chicken and the Pho Bo soup. Everything was delicious. The staff was very friendly.

Disappointing and never again! For just under €50, I expected much more. The salad in the sushi bowl was old and unappetizing, the sushi smelled unpleasant and was inedible. Furthermore, the food spilled during delivery. Unfortunately, it wasn't a good experience.

The food was good, but the sauces for our dishes (duck and shrimp) were a bit thin, and the tamarind sauce was too acidic! The menus are very dated and should be updated. Dessert, the baked banana, was also unspectacular. The main courses could be a bit larger. A bit more vegetables and more rice would have been nice. There's still room for improvement here. The soups as starters were the best part of the meal!

On Saturday afternoon, we spontaneously searched for a place that serves sushi and discovered Quan Cuoi on Maps. It's a charming place, the service was very friendly, and the menu has a wide selection. We opted for Set Menu 11 Tempura for two people and were absolutely delighted! The food was delicious and beautifully presented with a mist effect. The "King of July" drink was also very tasty. If I'm ever in Hildesheim again, I'll definitely come back for dinner.

I frequent this place frequently because it's the best Vietnamese food in Hildesheim. Friendly staff, excellent dishes (Yaki Udon with roasted chicken, for example). The atmosphere inside is traditional and functional. So far, nothing to complain about. Continue reading

Really nice staff that tolerated my butchered German lol. Udon tasted amazing, and we got some drinks while we were waiting for our food to go, because it was really hot that day.

Very good and delicious food, aromatic and refreshing homemade lemonades, friendly service, and a lunch menu with fair prices. An appealing ambiance: wood and bamboo furnishings; brighter seating on the ground floor by the window, while the quieter, darker, and more cozy part of the restaurant (three steps up) is in the back. I'm delighted with my new discovery and will definitely be back!

I went there for dinner with my boyfriend for the first time today, and I haven't had such amazing food in a long time. We shared the summer rolls and ordered the Bun Bo Nam Bo. The summer rolls were so delicious, dipped in the amazing peanut sauce. The Bun Bo Nam Bo portion was more than enough; I even took the rest home with me. Everything in this dish comes together perfectly. We will definitely be back. The food was perfect, and the service was wonderful, too. We were served immediately, and our food and drinks arrived quickly. Highly recommended!

We had lunch. The duck was very crispy and hot, and it came with a generous salad. The rice on the plate was lukewarm.

Wow, I'm absolutely thrilled with the food, and above all, the sushi is simply magnificent and excellent. I can only recommend it to anyone who likes Asian food and sushi. This restaurant is in a league of its own. I'm extremely impressed and will be visiting you often.

Very tasty food at a good price! 😋 The baked chicken had the perfect consistency for me, nice and soft on the inside and a delicious, crispy coating on the outside. Large portions that fill you up. One point deducted for the very small and rather simple restaurant; it feels like a snack bar, is a bit dark, and doesn't really invite you to linger for long. Still, a definite recommendation. If I ever feel like Vietnamese again, I'll definitely be back! 😊

Unfortunately, my visit to this sushi restaurant was a huge disappointment. I ordered crunchy sushi, which was supposed to be crispy and flavorful – instead, it was overcooked, dry, and barely edible. It was impossible to eat with chopsticks or a fork because it immediately crumbled and fell apart. The flavor was absolutely bland – all you could taste was the overcooking. No freshness, no balance, none of the typical flavors of good sushi. For a sushi restaurant, that's truly disappointing. The presentation was also careless, as if the dish had been prepared in a hurry and without care. The ambiance wasn't particularly inviting or clean either. For the price, I expected much more. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this place and will definitely not return.

A disaster when ordering from Liferando. I paid €60 for iceberg lettuce. It's outrageous. There was so little rice, meat, and vegetables. As I said, all iceberg lettuce, once and never again. I wish I had taken a picture beforehand. One of the sauces spilled, which wasn't even a big deal. I'm really pissed off!

We love the sushi here – always fresh and delicious! The drinks are also great, especially the "Red Sensation" is a real highlight. Overall, the taste is top-notch and beautifully presented with dry ice. It makes for a special moment every time. The staff is very friendly and attentive, and we always feel welcome. One small suggestion for improvement: It would be great if you could also pay by card. All in all, we always enjoy coming back!

Very good food. The slightly higher prices are worth it. The meat is more tender, the vegetables are crunchier and the food is overall less greasy than in many restaurants. I will definitely order again and look forward to eating in the restaurant.

Ordered twice via Lieferando, each time being told on the phone that food was on the way. The second time I took a screen shot, had it delivered as quickly as possible and exactly the same drama. We don't order anything there anymore, there are better and faster delivery services

Unfortunately I can't give 0 stars so 1 star. Customer service was subpar, we were put off several times that the driver was already on the way, and in total we had to wait almost 2 hours. waiting for our food. When we had to cancel due to time constraints, the restaurant did not want to accept the cancellation. We should clarify this with Lieferando. Although we insisted on cancellation, the food was delivered, now far too late. Next time we'll order somewhere else.

Too bad!!!! I wanted to eat there with my father-in-law at 11:00 today. He would have been happy. Were directly in front of the restaurant at 10:55 and it still wasn't open at 11:10. The official opening time is 11:00... so you're happy about a certain level of punctuality.

Very tasty drinks, especially the lemonade. The food also tasted good but was nothing exceptional - the sauce was a bit thin. The portion was very generous. Be sure to make a reservation if you want to eat after 6 p.m.

We hadn't reserved a table and still got a table for an hour on a Friday evening. The food tasted quite good, but it's not worth 5 stars.

The food was freshly prepared and really tasty. Price/performance was right. The portions at the other tables were also very generous and beautifully prepared.

I was there yesterday and the food was ok. However, I forgot my MacBook Air charging cable at the table or in the socket where I was sitting and I was basically the last person there. When I asked about the cable I was told it was no longer there. If no one was there after me - who would have taken the charging cable? Very disappointing.

Service is very inattentive and cannot communicate properly with the guests. We had to wait over 1.5 hours for our food and it was not possible to serve all the dishes at the same time. Tip for the restaurant: If it takes longer in the kitchen, approach your guests and talk to us. This works wonders! My recommendation: just have it delivered!

Everything from the menu is super delicious, service is welcoming and efficient, no long waiting. Prices are more than decent for the portions and meals they are serving. Very warm recommendation!

Orders are always written down incorrectly and served incorrectly, you never get what you order, it's always a surprise what you get wrong this time, even after several attempts and different days and employees!!

Ordered here for the first time. The food is excellent, we are thrilled. Only the delivery took quite a long time, over an hour, and the food wasn't that hot either. But the taste knocks it all out. We will definitely order again!

The ambience or atmosphere is somewhat cave-like and dark. A couple of guests chatted meaningless things about other guests who were talking about Shakespeare, art... This couple obviously didn't have any thoughtful topics up their sleeves. something like that is disturbing. last but not least: the food tasted excellent.

Yesterday we were in this restaurant and when we used soy sauce it was a liquid, I don't know what it was but it wasn't soy sauce, very bad service apart from the fact that they laughed and didn't apologize, they gave me another sauce that wasn't it either, the worst thing is that I don't know what I ate, I'm very angry and sad because I thought this restaurant was good

Super delicious food, we eat here 2-3 times a month and it's always a pleasure. For us as vegans I can highly recommend Quan Cuoi, many dishes can be replaced with tofu. An extraordinary taste experience for us! Unfortunately, the only negative thing is that there are no free parking spaces nearby. You either have to walk a bit or park in the parking garage. Only cash payment possible.

NO CARD - in 2024? Come on! I had to spend 5€ in order to get cash to pay an 80€ bill. They have a sign stating in German that the do not take card - perhaps put up a sign with a card and a Red Cross over it? Or better yet - take a credit card as payment!!! Whatever the cost of a card reader, just add the cost to the price of the food and drinks, rather than making the consumer walk away leaving tired kids waiting in the restaurant!

The Pho was quite average (comparing to very authentic-flavor Viet places in Europe). When asked for side sauces (since only lime was provided) I was given a mild paste. No hoisin/chili/fish sauce, which was quite disappointing and therefore didn’t improve the soup flavor. Meat was also overcooked and hard.

Excellent sushi and the lemonades. Rarely does a restaurant have such a delicious selection of drinks. We were also very enthusiastic about the sushi and the fried udon noodles. So the price was completely justified for us, we would happily do it again.

The shop looks very inconspicuous from the outside, the furnishings are nothing special, but perfectly adequate. In our opinion the food was very good! Price-performance ratio definitely fits here. We will be very happy to come back! :)
