We were delivered to the wrong address and have been trying to reach the restaurant for 30 minutes. Unfortunately, after three rings, the voicemail went off. Someone doesn't care about good service. The food was only lukewarm and incomplete. A shame.

I ordered two meals and a desert, the food was delicious, everything well seasoned and fresh. The Persian saffron ice-cream was a nice surprise, first time I tried and I really liked it. The service is also wonderful the food arrived pünktlich!

Today I went there with great joy. Shortly after I started eating, a young woman, three meters away from me, started changing her child's diaper. I understandably ignored the whole thing. But it would slowly become very unpleasant because of the smell. I stopped eating and told the staff. But he reacted quite unsurprised and charged for the food. My plate was full and I left. So much for my twelve-minute stay in Qasr today.

The view of the Alster is fantastic. Apart from that, it's a café with very friendly service.

We booked the musical dinner and were totally disappointed. For the appetizer, we received three different small bowls: two with spreads and one with olives and some white bread. For the second course, we received a larger bowl for the two of us with some roasted vegetables, tomatoes, cucumbers, and bell peppers—all without dressing or anything else. In the middle was a lot of arugula, which did come with dressing 😳. We also each received a glass of sparkling wine! That was the entire dinner… We waited in vain for the burger and dessert. (See menu) I should mention that we booked this package twice because of a mistake. There were two of us, but we had vouchers for four people. We were then offered two free drinks for the second voucher, which we declined after this complete fiasco… I can only say, never again…

We were here for lunch this week. The lunch menu is quite affordable at €14, and we enjoyed it. The atmosphere is also relaxed, and there's a lovely outdoor terrace. The restaurant wasn't particularly busy, so we were all the more surprised by the poor service. As a guest of a member, I was truly shocked at how little emphasis is placed on service here. Initially, we weren't served at all. My companion had to go up to the counter several times during our visit to encourage service. We didn't even receive a menu at first. Then, after ordering, it turned out that the online menu, which we had used due to the lack of a printed menu, was outdated, and we were only given a card to choose from later (all of this, of course, involved a wait, as the waiters didn't seem particularly motivated to serve the tables). When the drinks were delivered, something spilled from a glass. The waitress then said, and again when the food was delivered, that she would wipe it off the floor right away. Even by the end of our visit, this hadn't happened, and the spilled juice on the floor was already half-dried. Payment was then, as expected, also made at the counter and not at our seats. Perhaps we also missed the hints that this is a kind of self-service restaurant, or that the counter is supposed to be the central point... This is definitely in desperate need of training, as the service doesn't fit in at all with the rest of the establishment's ambiance and, despite the good taste, significantly detracts from the overall experience.

We went for brunch and, after reading some negative reviews, I was pleasantly surprised. The restaurant was fully booked, but despite the large groups, there were no long queues at the two buffets. Food was constantly being replenished, and the hot dishes were varied.
