Qasr Restaurant in Hamburg

Woooooow! How delicious was that?! 😍 I haven't had such good food from a delivery service in a long time. Absolute recommendation, looking forward to my next order. 🥰

We received the wrong delivery and have been trying to reach the restaurant for 30 minutes. Unfortunately, the mailbox starts ringing three times. Someone doesn't value good service. The food was only lukewarm and it was incomplete. Too bad

WHY DO YOU HAVE A DAMN NUMBER IF NO ONE ANSWERS??? How can his customers wait for over an hour with a journey of 10 minutes? What a dirty shop first and last time

I ordered two meals and a desert, the food was delicious, everything well seasoned and fresh. The Persian saffron ice-cream was a nice surprise, first time I tried and I really liked it. The service is also wonderful the food arrived pünktlich!

But it would slowly become very unpleasant because of the smell. I stopped eating and told the staff. But he reacted quite unsurprised and charged for the food. My plate was full and I left. So much for my twelve-minute stay in Qasr today.
