The food here is very good once you work your way through the somewhat confusing menu. The staff has some difficulties communicating. The seating outside is very nicely done but doesn't invite you to linger for long.

In the Pu-Tai restaurant we went to, we noticed that the prices of drinks are extremely high, which in my opinion is really unreasonable. For comparison: In Berlin, a city known for its diverse gastronomy, the prices for drinks are generally much cheaper. You can often get significantly lower prices for similar drinks there, which makes me wonder why the price difference in this restaurant is so huge. It's hard for me to understand that in a restaurant like this, due to location or atmosphere, the cost of a simple drink is so much higher than average.

We were at the campsite nearby, as we had already been to the same restaurant last year - and the food was also very tasty back then - the decision wasn't difficult. Starter: king prawns fried in coconut flakes and summer rolls. Both super delicious!!! Main course: I don't remember what it was called, but vegetables were super tasty - a day-old bite and taste. From me 5*****. Gladly again and again. As expected, there was no feeding anesthesia. Quality 5*****.

Very nice restaurant, the food is really good too! Parking is also okay, as there is a large parking lot directly opposite the Volkbank, where you can also park for a few hours with a parking disc.

Food was good Prices were right. Only the waitress and the lady behind the counter have somehow lost their smiles.

Otherwise great, today more of a flop. 1 hour waiting time to pick up, Styrofoam container scorched, sauce in the bag and the sauce from dessert in the main course. Complaints aren't any better either. And a bottle of Coke as an apology. Please don't do it like that. Anyone who loses track of things should hit the brakes. Qualified personnel can help.

They make an effort and are very friendly. I would rate the quality of the food as satisfactory. You can definitely go there if you're hungry quickly. Definitely don't order tea. A little water on lemongrass and woody ginger. Apparently the waitress felt sorry for me. She refilled the water again...

We spontaneously wanted to try something different than the standard Italian or standard Chinese and accidentally came across this restaurant in tranquil Rockenhausen on Google Maps. Called straight away and reserved a table and everything worked out wonderfully. The weather on the day of the reservation was great, not too warm and not too humid. We quickly found something on the manageable menu and were very pleasantly surprised. The food came quickly and was fresh and very tasty. The service was also very friendly. All in all a very commendable one and definitely worth another visit.

I have been a restaurateur for 20 years with a lot of experience. Having been in Rockenhausen for a year, I can say with conviction that Pu-Tai has one of the best chefs around. The sauces are on point, the vegetables are crunchy and you have a perfect taste experience....The ambience is also really special.... absolutely recommended

We were here for the first time a year ago. From yesterday afternoon I would like to add the review accordingly. The best thing here was the food itself. Unfortunately, the vegetables in all of our main courses were past the ideal time. Nevertheless, the starters were crispy and hearty and the main courses were very powerful. So please bring a good appetite. It's not appetizing when the waitress stands smoking right in front of the entrance and the smoke wafts into the restaurant while you eat. I asked the service person about it directly. It's just as strange when there are hardly any customers in the restaurant and we only got our drinks after 25 minutes. And in the meantime, all Togo customers who ordered in the restaurant were already able to take their food with them and we didn't even have the starters at the table. Sorry, that doesn't work either. As a guest in the restaurant you are only in second place. And that when there are hardly any customers there! A pity! Oh yes and please remove the cobwebs in the decoration or were they part of it?

We spontaneously went to Pu-Tai on a Friday evening without a reservation. We still got a table, but we would definitely reserve in the future. The restaurant was very busy. However, the volume is not unpleasant. The service was quick and good. The only thing that could be improved here was the knowledge of the contents of the drinks and food, but this was not noticeable negatively. Despite the operation, the waiting time wasn't excessively or unpleasantly long. The meals were very good. Fresh and very tasty. The meat, vegetables, as well as the vegetables and the presentation were TOP. We will be happy to come back and can happily recommend Pu-Thai.

The price is a bit high, but definitely worth the money 🤤

Virtually no food without glutamate. Homemade means from the canister, which, according to the operator, has no indication of the ingredients. Order received incorrectly. If a complaint is made, it will be stated that it can no longer be taken back. It's already prepared. Absolute nogo! But in the end the right dish was served. Menu is confusing. Tables not really clean. Window handle is fixed with package adhesive tape. At the beginning of February the popular Christmas decorations from Asia continue. Once and not again.

Von der Freundlichkeit des Personals waren wir angenehm überrascht. Die Auswahl war reichhaltig und das Essen hat allen sehr gut geschmeckt, sowohl vegetarisch wie auch mit Fleisch. Es empfiehlt sich, einen Tisch zu reservieren, denn es war alles besetzt.

Das Ambiente ist recht gemütlich und das Essen richtig lecker. Leider ist dir Bedienung nicht sehr aufmerksam und wir mussten lange warten, um neue Getränke zu bestellen.

Ich kann nur sagen mega!!! Sehr schönes Ambiente und sehr leckeres Essen. Alles frisch gemacht und man schmeckt einfach jede Komponente raus. Die erste Erdnusssoße die mir schmeckt. Gemüse frisch und knackig angebraten. Die Ente war extrem gut. Ich wohne in Rockenhausen und das Restaurant wird mich wohl öfters sehen. So Restaurants muss man unterstützen, die sich mühe geben und leckeres Essen zubereiten. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen!!!!!

Super , Essen schmeckt sehr gut und reichlich, freunlichkeit koste nix

Wir sind durch Zufall auf das Restaurant aufmerksam geworden, da wir noch was Essen und selber im Camper nicht kochen wollten. Hatten nichts großes erwartet, doch wurden geflasht von der Qualität, dem mega freundlichen Service und den Preisen. Hatten Süßkartoffeln mit hausgemachter Chilli Mayo als Vorspeise, Mango Tango und Beef in Bowl als Hauptspeise plus die Gebackene Ananas als Nachtisch... Jedes einzelne Gericht wahr geschmacklich eine Kunst. Auch der Teig bei der Ananas war etwas, was wir so bei einem asiatischen Restaurant noch nie hatten...viel besser als den Standard den man kennt. Für mich war es das beste Essen in 2023 und das beste vietnamesische Essen in meinem Leben!! Hut ab und nochmals Danke an das Team! Auch wenn die Preise aufgrund der Inflation ab 01. November erhöht werden, werde ich extra fürs Abendessen aus Frankfurt mit dem Zug mal anreisen! Freue mich schon!

Die Getränke und das Essen waren sehr lecker und wir haben noch ein Gericht für Zuhause gekauft. Kartenzahlung kein Problem. Service sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und kompetent. Das Essen vom Geschmack und der Frische her super, nicht zu scharf aber scharf genug. Einzig die Musik (auf einem Ohr Operngesang, auf dem anderen Radio) hat etwas gestört. Es gibt auch ein Tagesessen, das haben wir aber erst zu spät gesehen. Ab November wird's wahrscheinlich etwas teurer (Inflation), steht zumindest so an der Eingangstür.

Einfach mit Freunde sich zutreffen Abends spontan ist gut .

Getränke alles wie gewohnt, dennoch mit ein paar tollen Mixgetränke. Die Bedienung ( habe leider nicht nach dem Namen gefragt. Schlank,dunkel blonde Haare). Sehr höflich, hilfsbereit,zuvorkommend, Aufmerksam, immer ein Lächeln übrig. Wenn alle Bedingungen so wären. Die beste Bedingungen die wir hatten ( allgemein gesehen). Man kann draußen sitzen oder auch innen. Preis Leistung ist absolut perfekt. Ich kann es nur von Herzen empfehlen. Wie wollen uns nochmals bedanken, dass wir hier essen durften und das herzliche wir auch die Atmosphäre genießen durften. DANKESCHÖN
