Due to illness, we were unable to redeem a voucher for 100 euros. The surprisingly short and quite unusual period of only 1 year for redemption was exceeded. My friendly request as to whether the voucher could be activated by paying an additional charge on our part was rejected categorically and in a very unpleasant and unfriendly manner. My repeated statement that 100 euros would be no small thing and to have received no service in return was actually absurd, was confirmed by the owner and commented as "That would be the case." You won't keep customers or new customers through such behavior
