Before the city tour, I wanted to have a quick lunch (preferably a local dish), but many of the surrounding restaurants were either not open yet or were closing soon and the kitchen was already closed. I was therefore happy when I was offered a nice, shady spot outside at the Posthörnle and my question about whether I could have a quick lunch within half an hour was answered in the affirmative. I was recommended to choose something from the lunch buffet. I quickly found what I was looking for: cream slices with rice and salad. It tasted perfect and was surprisingly cheap too. I didn't even pay 15 euros including the drink! Thank you and gladly again.

The four of us had a very tasty lunch outside, when it rained we were immediately helped to bring everything dry to the restaurant. Very friendly staff, price and performance are right, the furnishings are always a matter of taste but we felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

Very, very unfriendly, made a fool of us after we said that there weren't enough tables ready for the reservation - even though this had already been communicated beforehand. So we had to ask the dishes to be cleared away so we could order the bedside table.

Traditional Turkish cuisine is really tasty, but the prices are unreasonably expensive. Far too expensive for a simple kitchen with simple ingredients. There is no distinction made between vegetarian or meat dishes (at the buffet). You often have the feeling that the prices are set arbitrarily at the checkout. The nice older lady behind the counter really pulls out what the service at the checkout can't do, unfortunately! Nevertheless, I would say it's worth going.

Today we ate as a couple at Posthörnle. At the beginning of our visit we saw a note on the notice board in the restaurant stating that EC card payments were not possible. When we asked whether the notice was still up to date, we were given a rather curt answer of yes and the innkeeper himself said we could come back tomorrow. So after we went to the bank to get some cash, we sat outside and waited about 10 minutes for our order to be taken. The drinks came after about 10 more minutes, even though only one more Tosch was occupied. The food came again about 5 minutes later. This was very tasty, we ordered the vegan platter and stuffed peppers, but for the price it could have been a little more. After we had eaten our plates were cleared away, the bread basket and the almost empty beer glass were left standing and no further requests for drinks were asked. Unfortunately, we had to wait about 25 minutes for further service action, with 3 tables still occupied. So we decided not to order any more drinks, espresso and dessert and then went straight to the counter to pay. Our bill was €55.60 for two main courses, 1 beer and 1 Aperol. Culinary really delicious but due to the service not a place to visit again.

Very clean and super tasty The food is rather expensive but you also get great quality. And above all, fresh. Just great. Anyone who values ​​healthy, tasty and quality has come to the right place.

I can't understand the bad reviews. The service is great, the food is very tasty and typically Turkish and you can sit very comfortably both inside and outside. The selection of dishes is very generous and there is something for every taste. Meat, fish, vegetarian and vegan. And as far as prices are concerned, they have risen everywhere! I can't see that as a point of criticism! At lunchtime there is a buffet with ultra-tasty, selected and freshly prepared dishes, which is definitely worth it! There is now also ice cream and a fantastic selection of desserts, all homemade of course! Keep it up!

After the Posthörnle had some positive reviews, we decided on this restaurant during our bike trip. Unfortunately we weren't particularly impressed. All the dishes chosen were average and definitely too expensive.

I recently had the dubious pleasure of visiting the Posthörnle restaurant and have to say that it was an extremely disappointing experience. My visit started with researching the restaurant's prices online. At first I wasn't aware that the prices quoted were out of date. This led to confusion as I realized the bill was significantly higher than expected. When I politely reported this to the staff, I was greeted with rudeness and disinterest. Instead of an apology, I was simply accused of looking the wrong way. The highlight of the poor customer service, however, was the annoyed reaction of the employee who asked me the rhetorical question: "What do we do now?" This unprofessional attitude from the staff and unwillingness to address the issue greatly marred my experience. As a guest I feel disappointed and dissatisfied with the service I received. For someone who works in the catering industry, it is difficult to understand how someone can behave like that. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this place and hope that the management urgently works on training their staff to avoid such incidents in the future. In the future, I will consider other dining options that offer a more respectful and customer-focused approach.

So the price-performance ratio is an absolute rip-off. Everything overpriced. The online menu and the on-site menu differ extremely from each other. Everything is at least €2 more expensive on site. A water bottle is close to €10. This is no longer proportionate at all. The portion also doesn't match the asking price. The quality is mediocre, nothing special.

Really tasty! Great dishes for vegetarians and vegans too - Turkish cuisine in the middle of SHA. The landlord and his wife make sure that you feel completely comfortable and at the lunch buffet you can put together plates with different dishes. If you like and while shopping - a great alternative and always done "quickly" with a child ;-). Absolutely recommended in summer - great outdoor area and definitely a holiday feeling with a delicious starter ;-) We come here regularly and are fans of the fresh food, the hospitality and the great ambience. Lecker Essen zum selbst zusammenstellen.

Sehr gutes Essen. Die Gerichte kamen zügig und sehr ansprechend angerichtet an den Tisch. Hier gibt's die Möglichkeit, je nach Wetter, drinnen oder draußen zu sitzen. Mit hat's gefallen, ich werde gerne wieder vorbeischauen.

Sehr leckere türkische Speisen und vor allem eines: eine große vegane Auswahl! Ich habe die vegane Platte genommen - es war eine wirklich große Portion. Super freundliche Bedienung / Besitzer.

Sehr gutes und leckeres Essen. Die Servicekräfte sind sehr nett, es fehlt aber etwas die Spritzigkeit, z. B. nach dem Hauptgang fragen ob es noch etwas sein darf. Das Ambiente könnte von meiner Seite aus orientalischer eingerichtet sein.

Essen sehr lecker freundliches Personal

Wir waren dort essen: zu Anfang, geschmacklich und qualitativ war das Essen für mich gut, jedoch auch nichts besonderes. Das Restaurant an sich ist ganz hübsch und die Bedingungen sind alle sehr freundlichen. Jetzt kommt mein aber Erlebnis: Der Preis für den Falafelteller mit etwas Salat, Sauce und drei Falafeln finde ich mit 15€ doch etwas unverschämt. Hier bekomme ich bei meinem Türkischen Imbiss in die Ecke deutlich mehr für 15€ in gleicher oder sogar besserer Qualität. Dass ist jedoch nur meine Meinung/Eindruck.

Das Essen war ok, jedoch nichts besonderes. Bei meiner Fischplatte waren z.B Calamari’s Ringe die deutlich zulang frittiert wurden. Allgemein wurden von der Bedienung persönliche Fragen gestellt welche man nicht seinen Gästen, eher guten Freunden stellt. Zwischen Bestellaufnahme und Bereitstellung des Essens vergingen 1,25 Std., was viel zulang für gegrilltes Standardessen ist. Zur Veganen Platte muss ich jedoch sagen: Top! Sehr lecker und perfekt gewürzt.

Leckeres Essen, beim Bezahlen mussten wir lange warten und mit Handzeichen auf uns aufmerksam machen.

Richtig gute Adresse für leckeres türkisches Essen! Der Service war super freundlich und auf Zack. Der Chef persönlich kümmert sich hier um seine Gäste und hält alle bei Laune um die kurze Wartezeit noch zu verkürzen. Man sitzt auch super schön im freien unter einer alten Kastanie. Kann man guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen!!!

Waren hier zum Abendessen, vor der Veranstaltung auf der Freitreppe und saßen im Freien vor dem Lokal. Wir hatten Sepia und Garnelenspieße. Beides exzellent. Die Sepia war riesig und super zart. Zum Nachtisch noch Baklava und Espressi. Alles Lecker 😋.

Wir haben das Posthörnle nach unserem Solebad entdeckt, als wir einbischen die City erkunden wollten. Die Fleischplatte für zwei Personen, war enfach köstlich und ein gaumenschmaus. Wir waren am Muttertag dort und haben auch eine kleine Musik Aufführung genießen dürfen. Die Familie die es betreibt sehr nett und sehr herzlich. Man fühlt sich richtig heimisch, als ob man alte Bekannte wieder sieht. Dankeschön, wir werden wieder kommen. Kann die schlechten Bewertungen absolut nicht nachvollziehen. Waren heute dort zu Gast und ich bin durchweg begeistert. Der Service war absolute Weltklasse, sehr freundlich, zügig und zuvorkommend. Der Chef macht einen mega Job. Wir hatten einen Falafelteller und Adana Spieße. Jeder der hier schreibt, das Essen wäre nicht ausreichend gewürzt, scheint von der türkischen Küche keine Ahnung zu haben. Absolut on Point. Wir kommen definitiv wieder, vielen Dank für den schönen Abend :)
