Good burger restaurant. Nice service 👌

We accidentally ordered delivery from Lieferando for pickup instead of delivery. After we noticed the error, we called but delivery was not possible. After we picked up the order there, there were a few things we didn't like. On the one hand, we ordered a sauce that was simply missing. My smashed cheeseburger was supposed to have burger sauce in it. I didn't see any of it or taste any of it. The burger only tasted good with ketchup. The milkshake (chocolate) cost €5.30 and was gone after two sips. More than half of the cup was cream. It tasted like milk with cocoa powder. An absolute disgrace for the price!

Delicious fries. Burger patties are not that big, but not that expensive either - very good! Rolls also delicious. Nice service.

The staff is very accommodating and friendly. Since Pops Burger is right next to the town hall, the location is also very nice. But... I've almost finished all of the burgers once. And not just now and then, but unfortunately often there is simply not enough taste on the burger. I want to have a taste in my mouth from the first to the last bite and not, like with a Berliner, eat my way through to the jam and then have 2 bites of taste. At the points where the sauce is in, the burger tastes really great. But in my experience, this only happens in 20-30 percent of bites of a burger. The product itself is great - but I want the taste of a burger from the first bite to the last and not just in between and otherwise I only have rolls and minced meat in my mouth. And I think for the price you can really ask for more sauce and more good taste. Then I would have clearly given 5 stars for the food. But only 3.

Unbelievable: the waitresses neither have an overview nor know what the kitchen is doing... Who waits 50 minutes for a burger when the store is half full? Incredibly bad service… and this is the second time. The first time I waited 1.5 hours with 50% occupancy of the seats. Second chance wasted... Your waiting times are underground...

You can taste perfectly prepared burgers here. We received the order quite quickly, although it was a bit incomplete (one of the french fries was left behind) and there was also some problem with the drinks, but this was also resolved after we informed the server. Overall we were satisfied with everything.

I would say it's a normal place to eat burgers. The burgers are not special and are rather simple. The cheese fries were also covered with the cheese sauce from the traditional nachos and were not gratinated with real cheese. The service was great and very friendly. The wishes of the guests were also taken into account and, if requested, advice or recommendations were given regarding the food. The cleanliness was okay, only the toilets leaked when flushed because the seal no longer worked properly. If you want to have a quick burger without wanting anything fancy, you can eat here.

A paraplegic person who unfortunately can only pay in cash can only order collection by phone and delivery must BE PAID at LIEFERANDO. THAT MEANS IF WE HAVEN'T ALLOWED DISABLED PAYMENTS IN CASH, then we have to go on a diet. NO EVERY DELICIOUS THE FOOD CAN BE WE ARE ONLY HUMAN. 😔😔😔😔

We waited 2 hours for our food and 1 hour 30 minutes for our drinks. Others who came after us got their food before us. We also had to point out twice that we didn't have any food yet. The staff isn't particularly friendly either

The food has always been good. The homemade patty was recommended by all my friends. I think it's particularly nice that there are more than just vegetarian/vegan options. In addition, the price-performance ratio is justified. The service is changeable, often new employees.

Well, the boss is never there, young employees are left to their own devices, bring the food and don't show up anymore. If you want to order something (e.g. drinks 😀) you have to be very attentive until someone comes. Chilli cheese nuggets with spilled cheese, patties on the burger ⅓ smaller than the bun. Overall expensive. The restaurant has BK and McD charm.

It's great that there are vegan burgers. However, some vegetarian options were removed from the menu. And it's somehow quite uncomfortable. You don't want to sit for very long. remain

Delicious burgers (had a no-chicken burger) and the large portion of wild potatoes is really big too. As a glutton, I was more than full. The bill took a while to arrive, but it was ok.

Unfortunately, except for the meat, it's weak Chilli cheese fries were totally disgusting and limp and my request for the burger without pickles was skillfully ignored. The homemade patty was okay but that's what you pay for

The lady at the service was so unfriendly, whenever we asked something, she rolled her eyes and didn't answer correctly. The citizens are good, but meat is smaller than bread, which is a shame. You have to order a side dish separately, you could also make a menu that would also be very cool.

I can only write one thing, I used to love being there when it was still called Bears, after that I was only there once and never again, the reason is when you point out to the waitress over 10 times and over that you want to order something and after over an hour you had it I'm fed up, never again since then.

I really liked the rustic atmosphere. The service was friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, the food didn't really impress me. Everything was freshly made, but it tasted bland. Since I've only been there once so far, I can't really say anything about the food.

Der erste Besuch war leider in allen Bereichen enttäuschend dennoch haben wir es ein zweites Mal getestet. Dieses Mal waren die Buger sehr lecker der Service jedoch eher schleppend. Nach langem Warten wurde unsere zweite Getränkebestellung aufgenommen, das Getränk kam aber leider nicht mehr an.

Einfach tolle super leckere Burger! Leider kein Mobilfunkempfang im hinteren Bereich. Auf Nachfrage gab es ein provisorisches WLAN, aber da wird sicher bald noch eine professionelles Gäste WLAN kommen um das Zielpublikum nicht zu verlieren.
