The restaurant is great, the employees are very nice (Niklas is the best) but everyone else is great too. The food tastes great and if it's not too crowded you get the food after a maximum of 15 minutes. The hygiene is also great and the location is great.

Hearty burgers at humane prices. Fries with cheese were great. Friendly staff. If you love football and burgers, this is the place for you.

This evening I ordered again using my smartphone. What was delivered to me was, contrary to previous deliveries, a disgrace. I have no idea what was done with the burger, but it just tasted disgusting. The lettuce leaf looked like it had been lying around for days. That is what makes you sick.

We waited 2 hours for our food. According to Lieferando, our food would have arrived at 8:30 p.m. but the actual time was 9:30 p.m. Just bottomless impudence.

The longer wait was worth it! For the first time I ordered a vegan burger with fries and salad. EVERYTHING was super tasty and arrived hot, other burger restaurants can do that! I really loved the vegan burger, the fries were crispy and the salad was fresh and crunchy. I will order again, but next time directly without an intermediary ;-)

Citizens really bad. Never eaten such a bad citizen. Once and never again! Not fresh at all. Salad totally mushy. Rolls just as fluffy and not crispy. Overall just not good.

Unfortunately burnt and super greasy sweet potato fries. Bones in the citizen's flesh. Expensive and you won't get full, so a kebab shop is even better. Unfortunately, the whole atmosphere somehow seems quite depressing. Could you really do more with it? I've definitely had better burgers. The time before last, the wild potatoes were still slightly raw and therefore somehow mushy and, well, like raw potatoes. It's made in such a way that you can do it better at home and I really don't need to eat there for the money. Sorry about that, but that's my honest opinion

Food and service are very good. I go to Pops almost every week and have visited all of the branches at least once. My recommendations are the Pops Special Burger with pineapple and fried egg and the Smashed Cheeseburger. I don't like the location for cozy dining in this Pops Burger. There is a soccer hall right next to it and you have to expect that it will be quite loud in the restaurant. Especially at times when there might be children’s birthday parties in the house.

The burgers are really great, large selection of different variants. There is also an extra vegan menu. The service is okay, but could be better. The atmosphere in the soccer hall is therefore a bit cool.

The food was okay, it was good, but nothing special. However, I dedicate one star to the long waiting time and the staff. We were there with 4 people and waited almost an hour for our food. (Even though we were the only people in the store). The staff was extremely unfriendly and listless. There was a feeling that we were not welcome. It's actually a shame that you don't feel welcome because of the attitude of the employees…

We went to Pops Burgers for dinner with our children. Very fast, friendly service, great menu, reasonable prices and nice atmosphere. The burgers were large and particularly tasty, as were the cheese fries and country potatoes. We'll definitely be back.

On Saturday, despite the VfB game, super fast, nice service, drinks came very quickly after ordering and the food was at the table after about 20 minutes and every special request was perfectly fulfilled. Nothing to complain about. We will definitely come back.

Burgers were super tasty, service unfortunately catastrophic and listless. Wrong drinks were brought, food was incomplete and cutlery and napkins were only brought when asked even though the food had already been served.

Tasty, but unfortunately not good service when picked up and quite expensive. Last time the portion of fries was missing (they were charged) and we waited 50 minutes longer than announced, this time extra cheese was ordered and charged for, but was then missing from the burger.

It's always fun to play football here. We also ate halal hamburgers today, it was great. Drinks were nice and cold. Nice helpful staff...keep it up

Today, on our first visit to Pops Burger, we received a very friendly and warm welcome at the reception. We were immediately told at the entrance that the burgers 🍔 were halal. We were very happy and sat down. The coffee was good. The curries were very delicious but a little too few and in small quantities. The handmade burger meat was juicy and delicious 😋 but it could have been a little spicier and a little more salted but the bread was very fluffy and delicious. The atmosphere was very nice and cozy. We felt very comfortable and will definitely visit the store again 👍

I ordered it for the second and last time - because I was disappointed again. French fries are fries - I don't have high expectations, but these were very average. Chilli burger stuffed with onions and nothing else, very average meat. If someone knows burgers and likes them, I don't recommend it.

The store itself, apart from the restaurant, is good. Employees are a disaster and you don't even need to start with the food. What does the chef do for a living? Instead of buying 10 televisions, get 2 smart chefs! I would have preferred to give no star at all. If you need help logging out, I am available.

If we hadn't been so extremely hungry, we would have turned around as soon as we opened the front door. You have to like the pungent smell of the changing room to become a regular here. Burgers were ok, nothing special. Dead-fried 5 mm patties, just like you know from franchise chains like this. The fact that the buns were fresh and fluffy and not toasted didn't make eating any easier. But whatever, we go in hungry and thirsty and come out full. Will we eat there again? Rather not. P.S.: By the way, the service was excellent, nice, professional, friendly and fast. Didn't have to wait 15 minutes for food.

The burgers are to fall in love with! Incredibly delicious! Tastes so good! I have to hold back when writing the review! Sometimes it can happen that there are a few staff and then you have to wait a long time. But to be honest, I don't really care because the food there always tasted very good. Prices are ok, service is very nice, the atmosphere is also something for the "unathletic"... you can watch the footballers kicking leather balls if you like, but I only go there for the burger. Undefeated within a 50 kilometer radius.

Das Essen ist lecker, vom Ambiente her bekommt man ungefähr das, was man in einer Sportsbar erwartet. Allerdings haben wir gut 2 Stunden darauf gewartet, als wir in der Weihnachtszeit dort waren. Wir hatten uns bereits als große Truppe angemeldet und hatten anschließend noch weitere Pläne, die war durch die unerwartet lange Wartezeit nicht mehr umsetzen konnten. (Keine Sonderwünsche durch die Verzögerungen nachvollziehbar wären) Eine kurze Info im Stil von "Wir sind heute leider unterbesetzt" o.ä. wäre sehr hilfreich gewesen.

Super Burger zu akzeptablen Preisen. Wer vor Ort den Geruch der Fusballfelder nicht mag kann auch abholen oder bestellen. Besonders gut sind die Pommesdippers und Süßkartoffelpommes.

Super Service und leckere Burger Sehr zu empfehlen

Das Essen schmeckt wirklich gut. Die Speisekarte hat eine große Auswahl an Burger Kreationen dennoch ist es gut überschaubar. Das Personal ist ziemlich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Ambiente ist schön eingerichtet mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten sowie genügende Smart TVs um entspannt Fußball zuschauen. Für jedermann zu empfehlen!

Ich muss wirklich sagen, dass dieser Burgerladen einen tollen Job gemacht hat. Die Burger sind mega lecker und die Chilli Cheese Fries kann ich nur empfehlen. Mit Abstand der beste Burger im Umkreis. Schade, dass man keine 6 Sterne geben kann.

Hm, wir haben uns nun schon drei oder vier Mal dort etwas geholt, aber so wirklich überzeugend war es nie. Nach der Anfangsbegeisterung beim ersten Mal war es beim zweiten Mal schon eher Ernüchterung, der Fleisch-Paddy war zäh und die Pommes nicht ganz durch. Man empfahl uns daraufhin die teureren Paddys, die wir dann auch probiert haben, trotz des deutlich anderen Preises. Man schmeckt das auf jeden Fall, aber eigentlich finde ich es vom Geschäftsmodell her kontraproduktiv. Dass man Fleisch anbietet, hinter dem man eigentlich nicht so steht, weil es auch einfach nicht besonders gut schmeckt, ist doch irgendwie negativ – warum bietet man denn nicht gleich eine durchgehend gute Qualität an und vergrault damit lieber keine Kunden? Und mit den Pommes war es ähnlich. Wir haben die normalen und die Süßkartoffelpommes probiert, hier schwankt die Qualität enorm. Die Süßkartoffelpommes (die übrigens mit einem mächtigen und auch ehrlich gesagt nicht ganz zu rechtfertigen Preis ordentlich zu Buche schlagen) waren heute so unfassbar lätschig, dass man sie eigentlich hätte sofort zurückgeben müssen. Dumm nur, wenn man schon zuhause am Tisch sitzt … Also das Fazit ist, nur, wenn der Hunger drängt und man keine Lust mehr hat, woanders zu suchen, gehts zu Pops Burger. Vielleicht liegt es an der Niederlassung, keine Ahnung, aber genussvoller Burger ist was anderes.
