I often go here for lunch with colleagues. The food is delicious; I can recommend the potato dippers. It might take a little longer at lunchtime, depending on the crowds, but it's still reasonable. The prices are really reasonable, especially for the lunch menu.

I was disappointed with my delivery for the second time. Waiting well over an hour for two burgers on a Monday at 7:30, which are then cold, and then the Pops staff can't understand you or express themselves properly when they call, is a disgrace. The competition two streets away offers far better service.

The food and the location are good... but what's absolutely unacceptable is that there are rats running around the outdoor area, and not just one, but three. They're running back and forth under the tables without any hesitation. I filmed it and showed it to the owner. He, as expected, wasn't particularly interested. I'm not going there again!

The last time I ordered from there. It takes 1.5 hours to get there for less than 10 minutes is one thing, but then driving to the wrong place in the first place is another, even though it's completely obvious. Another thing is that the food arrived completely cold. The price/performance ratio is also completely out of whack. Simply disappointing!!!!!

Top shop! The service was super friendly, fast, and absolutely courteous. All special requests were accommodated without complaint. That's exactly how it should be. Unfortunately we were really disappointed, especially considering the rating of 4.7. It was really bad, no taste, whether it was the burger or the fries, it was very salty, the meat was very expensive for 36 euros, I'll never go there again!

A good burger joint in a central location in Göppingen. It's an easy walk from the center. The atmosphere in the courtyard with a beach bar was a pleasant surprise, something we weren't expecting. Service was good, and the food arrived quickly. The burger was very tasty, although the fries felt like they were in the fryer a bit too long. And we got different fries than the ones we ordered, but that wasn't a problem. If you're in Göppingen and want a good burger, you'll find it here.

I ordered a burger with no specific ingredients and I get a burger with everything I didn't order! After exactly 1 hour and 45 minutes the person arrives at my house and says: “What should I get you?” without even giving me time to get out, and started honking like crazy! With an unparalleled arrogance, I advise everyone against it!

Nobody can speak German. You are not understood. Bulette simply TK, similar to Burger King. This is by no means a fresh meatball. So a disastrous burger. Anyone who knows the good burger shops in North Rhine-Westphalia will be completely disappointed here.

The service is very poor, somehow very cold, and the music is too loud. Service is abysmal. I wanted a Coke Zero, but I got a regular one. I wanted a double burger, but I got a regular one. The toilets are rancid. The burger still tasted like the sole of a shoe. Definitely not a recommendation.

Unfortunately, Pop’s Burger in Göppingen was the worst restaurant visit I’ve ever had. Although I was always happy in other branches, here I was ignored by the staff even when I tried to draw attention to myself. I was brought the wrong drink and food and when I brought this up I had to argue because I wasn't believed at first. This was my first time not tipping and I definitely won't be back. Very disappointing.

We ordered. Unfortunately, fries were not delivered and we were put off with the verbal promise that we could get a Coke with the next order. After I got the boss on the phone, we were able to agree that we would still get it delivered. There was a discussion with the supplier on site: Yes, no fries were actually delivered. The food is okay, standard Metro convenience but no finesse. Unfortunately, that was the most disgusting strawberry milkshake I've ever had to throw away. It probably only consisted of long-life milk and strawberry syrup. We won't be ordering here again.

A few weeks ago, we went to Pop's Burgers with a large group after a Knights basketball game. Everyone was thrilled with the food and the service. We had the handmade beef option, and the upgrade was absolutely worth it. All of our special requests were met with great enthusiasm, and the service was friendly but not pushy. I had the Smashburger, and I must say, I've rarely had a better burger! 100% recommendation, we'll be back :)

Ordered for delivery, burgers were delicious. But: - A somewhat confusing interface when ordering online. - I am missing a button to select further wishes or items directly after adding to the shopping cart. - Only after ordering will you find out how long delivery will take. An order: - Delivery time stated on my order was 90 minutes, delivery arrived after 100 minutes. Delivery location was approx. 500m from the restaurant. On a Saturday evening. Everyone can decide for themselves whether that is ok. - The ordered food was delivered, however: the fried egg on one of the burgers was scrambled eggs, and on the other burger, an Italian burger, there was neither rocket nor parmesan to be found, as stated on the menu. Prices are ok, and so is the taste. The team and drivers were very nice. Still not a recommendation from me.

We ordered burgers from Pop’s and absolutely loved it! Our cheeseburger was delicious – juicy meat, perfectly melted cheese and fresh ingredients. There were also crispy fries, which were also really good. Everything arrived hot and left us really full and satisfied. The quality and taste were convincing, and we'll definitely be happy to come back!

Pop's Burger is the perfect place for burger lovers and sports fans! The juicy, freshly prepared burgers are topped with high-quality ingredients and leave nothing to be desired. There is also a wide selection of side dishes and refreshing drinks. The relaxed atmosphere, large screens and live sports broadcasts create a good atmosphere. An absolute must for a relaxed evening with friends!

Ambience outside is very, very nice, inside it is also nice but you have a view of the street. Staff friendly, food a 10/10 top, toilets in the basement i.e. not ♿️-accessible. Toilets have nice furnishings and luckily they don't stink because there are scent fresheners there. Recommended 👍
